They have a shuttle to take you to Vail and a lovely staff, would book again. Great rooms.

Great place!

Great

The property could use more attention to cleanliness. We had to request a room change because the first one was not clean. Unfortunately, in the second room, the toilet became clogged at night. Despite reporting the issue, maintenance didn’t address it until the following day, forcing us to use the hotel’s public restroom overnight.

I liked that it was far enough away from the town center and the Safeway within walking distance.

Great location, nice room, great staff

Sergio the bartender was very personable and welcoming even though we checked in right before the bar close, he was still willing to help us get drinks and food and get settled in. Front desk staff was also very helpful checking us in and he helped us select a quiet room. Rooms are a tad dated, shower curtains are frayed at the top and some of the wallpaper is peeling at the edges just little things, certainly no dealbreakers. Market food looks very appetizing unlike many other places ive stayed.

I booked this which I did get the balcony, but I did not get the bathroom that was shown in the picture so that was kind of disappointing. I got a tub instead not a walk-in shower.

Highline Vail is a very comforting and well maintained hotel. The room was well appointed and I have zero complaints about it. Front desk personnel were very welcoming. Breakfast pay as you go bar was very nice. I didn't need a view, it was just an overnight stay while driving across country. The only thing that wasn't great was sitting at the bar for an early dinner, and being ignored by the bartender over couples and men customers who came in after me. There were approximately six people in the bar/restaurant, so it wasn't by any means busy. Traveling alone as a female, I occasionally get this kind of slight, and it always leaves a bad taste in my mouth about the property, although it truly was just this one employee who didn't do a great job with customer service.

We loved the complimentary shuttle to vail village. The hotel is clean and updated. We were disappointed by no game room in the summer and no complimentary coffee in the lobby.

We had a wonderful stay at the Highline in Vail for a friend's wedding weekend. Nicholas went above and beyond to help us check in and we were very impressed with the snack/dining options and how quiet the hotel was! We definitely recommend.

Great getaway in the mountains

Great! The jacuzzi was always hot and available, and the beds so jive to sleep in

Prepaid for the property on Expedia and after the fact, my credit card was hit with hidden resort fees. Not acceptable.

We had a great stay with our family! Heated pool and hot tub are wonderful, great fire pit outside for chilly evenings. The lobby has a cozy atmosphere and bar to hang out in. Room was extremely clean and the free shuttle to Vail village made it super easy to get around since parking costs a fortune. Would definitely stay again!

Very relaxing and welcoy

My view was the roof of the hotel and it was a mess. Mini fridge didn't work and the fridge with beverages downstairs did not work. Everything I drank that day was warm.

Great experience. But the drawback is bar close early and no kitchen in the Hotel.

We stayed for two nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was available and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

This is a very nice option in West Vail. The amenities are nice, and they offer transportation to Lionshead and Vail Village.

Comfortable beds, good location

Said online it was remodeled but the room and hallways are very old and janky still. LIKE REALLY OUTDATED. Only lobby is remodeled and nice. Rooms (the suite) was dirty too. Management was apologetic. The cookies are a nice touch.

The girl at the front desk was super rude and unfriendly. But the housecleaning staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool. Didn’t know there would be a pool and the water and hot tub were wonderful. Loved being able to walk to gondola and het to town. We will be back.

No restaurant on site, just an independent restaurant attached to building with a long wait list to be seated. The front desk attendants answered the phone and continued wrapping a package to be mailed before waiting on me for check in. The second floor hallway smelled of marijuanna, when I asked at the desk if this was a nonsmoking hotel the clerk said yes, but some people break the rules. The housekeeping staff was great.

Got checked in quickly. Everyone is courteous and friendly from front desk to housekeeping. Gym was nicely equipped and clean too😊

Shuttle ride to Vail Village was really helpful

I was surprised at the lack of electrical outlets in the room, the poor quality of toilet paper, and that there was poor lighting in the room.

Property seemed ok but for the price it lacked alot. Rooms were noisy. Not enough parking.

Front desk attendant was completely unresponsive… when asked questions regarding parking, dining etc… her response was given with one word answers without any concern.

The pool and hot tub area were really stellar.

I was trying to beat the weather conditions for my work confrence so I booked a room for the night before , the weather condition forced the road closure so when I called to tell them I could not get through to the holtel they declinded to refund me or to change the date for a diffrent time i could use the space no refund and very rude !

Check in was easy. Staff was very welcoming.

Good place

Perfect for family ski vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Highline Vail. It is one of our kids' favorite places we've ever stayed. We had a king loft suite and if you have a family of 5 or more, it is a perfect set up. We appreciated the separate spaces and the kitchen area. The games in the lobby and game room were great for our kids. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean and not crowded the week were there. The free shuttle to and from Vail ski resort was a big plus- easy and convenient. It was also the least expensive place we found available in the area for 5 people. We were pleased with everything and will definitely stay again if we return to Vail.

The highway to this hotel was blocked off by snow conditions and i was unable to get a refund and the traveler's insurance also did not cover this. Really disappointing.

The front desk staff and the hotel manager were very helpful, friendly and had a great attitude. The shuttle service to the diferentes lift areas was the best as far as availability, timeliness, and friendly drivers. Would definitely stay at this place in the future.

In some respects i felt the establishment over all was a little bit worn, could be upgraded somewhat. The outdoor spa/jacuzzi tub, the blower and jets were not working during our entire stay. Kind of a bummer after a day of snow skiing and looking forward do some muscle therapy on tired muscles from the days activity

The hotel itself was beautiful and close to the mountain. The staff, particularly one front desk member, was very rude for the entirety of my stay.

The staff here were absolutely terrific, helpful, kind, patient. Give them all a raise.

Excellent front office service. Especially Nicholas. Also, excellent service from the Expedia rep who I spoke to Kaela on case number 175830578. We had a time-sensitive medical matter and she was excellent in her service delivery.

Great place

This property was new, right off the interstate, easy to access. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had ankle auegery the morning after we arrived and when we went down and ordered food from the cafe/bar toward evening, the gentleman behind the bar insisted on being the food to our room since I was on crutches and obviously in pain. He went way above and beyond even making sure there were extra condiments and everything when he delivered it. We will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend!!

Hotel is very well located. Staff and services they offer are amazing. The shuttle, the restaurants, the service, everything was very good. The rooms are super nice and comfortable. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. We loved the hotel.

The hotel is nice and good area for the price. I think the rooms can use a little remodel.

The property is average. The guy at the reception desk didn’t even greet us, just asked if we have reservations. He was rude. You need a car to get around. Do not ask the hotel for taxi, $140 to get to Vail airport, which is a 25 minutes drive. We ordered a Lyft $45. Vail is overpriced and over rated!!

Loved the cookies upon check in! Love the convenience of the shuttle and easy to park. Hot tub and heated pool were nice. Common areas were nice. Pool area along the fence was a little rundown. Could’ve been a little more cleaner. Overall a great place to stay for the price and good amenities.

The shuttle was a definite plus. So easy to get to dinner and back.

Overall great, love the games and small shop. Didn’t love the cleanliness and we got a hair in our pizza which ruined the impression all together. But the hotel is nice and we really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

Our lodging needs changed but Nicholas and Muriel helped us with our last minute issues. Great place to stay.

Nice Hotel, Convenient Shuttle

The lobby was cozy with games and a fireplace for relaxing with a bar and TV close by. The on call shuttle will take you anywhere in town and pick you up when you call. This is a real plus with traffic and parking. The rooms are what you expect for this price point, clean and comfortable.

The Highline is definitely a hotel we will return to for future vacations. The staff was fantastic from the front desk to the bar to the house keeping. They really pride themselves in their work and it shows. With 3 different dining options attached, we kept finding ourselves sitting at the hotel bar with Sergio making us wonderful drinks with great conversation, and bringing us some of the best brussels and pizza i've had in a long while. Highly recommend to those wanting to stay in a great place while they explore all that vail has to offer.
