Great for customer clean and new

The room was clean. The coffee pot didn’t work, but there was coffee downstairs. The bed was comfortable. There was a weird whooshing sound around the window that I couldn’t identify but it didn’t keep me awake.

I didn’t like the barn style door for the bathroom. There’s not a lock on it and it doesn’t feel private.

The Toilets are incredibly LOUD. Would not go back for that reason alone.

Toilet seat had urine all over it when we got there.

No surprises…

Great place for a pet friendly overnight stay.

I stay at this place a lot. It is alway a good overnight stay. I have very high clean standards that are hard to meet. This place is pet friendly. Good breakfast and great service.

This stay was not a good experience.

We have stayed at this location a lot. Normally we do not have much issues. This trip the bed sheets were dirty. The front desk was happy to give me new sheets. Also the handicap shower was broken. Nothing could be done. I hope that these are one time issues and not the start of a pattern. My family really enjoys this hotel.

There were several things first one was the professional attitude I received upon entering the hotel nice friendly lady you don’t always get that and secondly the minute I walk in room I was very pleased to see a nice clean fresh room my stay was absolutely nice

This was a nice stay for a quick rest. Staff was wonderful. Beds were so comfy. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of two things- the breakfast was ok and turning into the holiday inn at night was rough bc the sign is behind some really tall weeds, so the road was hard to see.

The concierge was wonderful. They made my stay stupendous. I would recommend this hotel. They want you to enjoy your stay and care about you as a patron. I love when value is placed on me versus my money. Well done.

My room did not look clean at all. There was stains on the sheets, towels, and it looked like it was not even vacuumed. There was also used Q-tips in my room. Staff was friendly. The whole building needed a cleaning.

As a pet friendly hotel, wish there was more area to walk the dog.

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean and there was a wide variety of options. The beds were comfortable.

Great hotel

This appeared to be a fairly new property or recently remodeled. Clean. Quiet Staff was friendly. The ice machine on our floor was not working but there was another machine. Breakfast options were good.

This property is not that old and was our favorite for visiting our child at LeTourneau University for the last three years. The property has gradually declined. This weekend the smell of smoke in the entrance is noticeable. We did not even take a step inside the first room they gave us because the smell of smoke was so bad. The second room had a hint of a smoky smell but we just dealt with it. Needless to say, this is our last stay at this property. Unfortunate because it is a great location and the hotel is supposed to be smoke free. Last time we stayed here the elevators smelled terrible (smoky) just from other customers using them. Apparently a lot of the customers are company field workers who smoke a lot! If you smoke you won't have an issue. If you are sensitive to smoke, choose somewhere else.

Paid for suite. Got studio. Manager made no effor

Week one, paid for a studio room. Very nice as was expected. Week two paid extra to upgrade to the suite. Arrive at the hotel and it’s the same room. I call the front desk and tell them that they put me in a studio, and I paid for the suite. Front desk informs me they don’t have a suite. I said no problem, refund me the difference I paid for the larger room. She referred me to the manager Who I spoke with the next day. He basically rolled his eyes and said there is nothing he could do. Made “0”ZERO effort to try and fix this. Wouldn’t even make a phone call. Told me to deal with hotels.com because it wasn’t his fault that this hotel doesn’t have a suite.

We were traveling and made our reservation via Travelocity. Thank heaven we did that because when we arrived at 1am there was a line at the front desk with people checking in. One young kid at the front desk doing his best. Not sure if management didn't expect to be this busy at 1am but he was struggling. Poor planning on management. Sss as me with check out the next morning. Only one person at the front desk. Line of people checking out. Otherwise it served its purpose for us, a bed to sleep in.

I recently stayed at a newer hotel that was exceptionally clean and quiet and had a comfortable bed and pillows.

Air kept kicking on and off even though it never reached the set temperature so it was warm for awhile. Beds were kind of hard. It was clean.

Your staff are credit to you look after them 👍☘️

Clean and comfortable

Our room was clean and spacious. Just right for what we were wanting. The design of the room darkening shades is great and should be adopted by all hotels. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety. The lobby area was comfortable and roomy and made for a great place to hang out with friends. All in all, this would be at the top of our list for any return trips. Two minor complaints: 1 - Despite what the sign in the bathroom claims, you can't get toothpaste at the front desk if you forget yours. 2 - The printer isn't working, but there's no sign to indicate this. Instead you follow the instructions, find it doesn't work, talk to the front desk, and then learn that they knew this. How about an "out of order" sign?

The hotel is located right next door to a Cracker Barrel and isn't far from other restaurants. There is also a Walmart close by. The driveway is a bit tricky to see at first since there is some construction going on. It's also conveniently located next to I-20. The room was clean and updated. A/C was great. Shower pressure was nice. The bed was pretty comfortable. The only issue was with the toilet's flushing power being too low I think, but it was mainly just a mild inconvenience. Front desk staff were absolutely phenomenal. They were kind, courteous, and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast staff noticed I was struggling with my 3 year old and offered to grab me something since I was too focused on her to really get anything for myself. That small act of kindness really made my day.

Check in was easy and fast. Gayle was fantastic! Bed was comfortable and the room was spotless!! Breakfast was good and the lady that makes the waffles is a treasure. The only issue was that the AC did not work in our room but it was ok and I didn't even realize until morning. All in all, this is a great property.

One of the things that makes a difference to me and how I rate hotel is if the room is dark at night. The shade was too small for window. This brought in too much light so slept poorly. Also how can one Hilton property not charge pet fee but another does. Overall it wasn’t the best place to stay

I paid for a room for my employee and then told we couldn’t pay for incidentals over the phone. No one notified me about this before I paid for the room. I have done this many times at other hotels. I will never use this hotel again. My poor employee had no where to stay or go.

It was difficult to find the driveway at night since there were no lights out by the driveway. Our stay was pleasant, the staff were friendly, and the warm breakfast was just what was needed to start the day.

Brand new, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, I’ve been to others with more options/better breakfast but maybe that was because they didn’t have a full hotel of guest?

Best property near LeTourneau that we have tried. There are comparable on the north side of town, but on the south this hotel is by far the best. It is relatively new but seems to be maintained well. Although it was super cold the pool was green and there is not hot tub. Workout room isn't bad. We skipped breakfast and went next door to Cracker Barrel.

If you like sleeping on a bed made of a stack of plywood with throw pillows for bed pillows, this is the place for you. And also, you may want to not use the toilet. The gallon per flush rating is 4 teaspoons. So don’t drop a tissue in the bowl, because it won’t go down.

Very nice 1 year old hotel. My room was “upgraded” to a king, when I really needed 2 queen beds. I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom. They are too hard to open/close and not very private. The night light in the bathroom was not working. Exhaust fan was quiet, but didn’t work well. Otherwise a nice hotel and very clean. Breakfast was great.

Great staff.. ok accommodations

Overall it was a nice stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The main areas are nice and modern. The room was disappointing for the price. The bathroom floors were dirty, the complimentary soap was used and placed back in the box (still wet), the sliding bathroom door (lock?) was broken, the main room carpet was frayed, and the curtain switch didnt work. The bed was very uncomfortable... we tossed and turned most of the night. The elvators sounded like they were about to snap... which was unnerving. Breakfast was okay. Parking lotbis very well lit and the overall feel of the area is very safe. It was quiet and peaceful at night. I would stay here again in a pinch or for a short trip just on the friendliness of staff.

Clean, nice staff, breakfast: rooms warm in July

It was about 95-100 degrees during the day and very warm at night… in our rooms, it appears that the temp was set to turn off or not set to the temps we set the air conditioning a in the evenings. Our rooms stayed too warm at night and I do not need a room freezing… just a comfortable 70-72 is good. Biggest issue was the room temps at night. Breakfast was very good and hotel was clean. Staff was attentive. Cable tv was weird… some basic channels were not available- it was some type off off brand cable service to save them some moola. But, price was good- so overall it is a good hotel, …. maybe not in July.

Disappointed - pool was closed!

We were very disappointed to find that the pool was closed! We chose this hotel because it had a pool. We intentionally rushed back to our hotel after hiking to use the pool. We were very upset that they didn't tell us that the pool was closed when we booked it. That is something we should've known. That is false advertising. Not to mention this hotel needs some attention - the workmanship is shoddy. The restrooms were ugly. The food in the eating area was sparse.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The a/c only goes to 67 degrees we sleep with ours set at 62 so it was hot and stuffy. I wouldn’t stay again based on not being able to control a/c.

Beautiful new hotel. The room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast, however, was lacking. I'm guessing it was due to lack of staffing, but the food wasn't refilled in a timely manner. Overall, however, a very pleasant stay.

Just in town one night to watch our son play baseball. Hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to be sure our stay was adequate. Service exceptional.

Not a good stay

My stay was not good. The room next to mine was occupied by people who were loud and inconsiderate. They kept me awake from 2am until 4:30 am. I called the front desk about this problem twice. My last call was at 4:30am. The clerk said I could move to a new room I told her no it’s after 4:30 am so what’s the point? The front desk told me they couldn’t do anything and they are just being loud occupants. I want a refund.

We stayed overnight on a long trip. This hotel felt very new and clean. It is on the other side of the highway and less busy.

Nice stay

The staff is amazing! AC was struggling a little with this heat, but staff took great care of us! Would stay again!
