The condition of the hotel was great. The facility was very nice. However, the customer service really sucked. They were very rude and it seemed as if they hated their job.

Nice place to stay

Check in process to 45 minutes since the room they gave me had not been cleaned. Finally gave me different room. no one entered the room so came home to a messy room. Other hotels in area clean and give towels when you are there multiple nights

I had reservations for a king bed when I arrived the desk host told me they did not have a king room available so they would get us a double bed. It was a special trip for my wife and myself. Although the double beds did work for us it was a disappointment knowing that what I reserved through the hotels site isn’t a guarantee. The front desk told me that there was nothing he could do since I booked through Hotels.com.

Breakfast was great and the personnel were very friendly,the gentleman that checked me in on Monday night was great.good job!

Enjoyable experience

Even though my stay was during the covid-19 pandemic, it was enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and professional. The hotel was clean and organized. I'm glad that I chose this hotel and chain for my stay.Enjoyable experience

The upkeep of this hotel needs it! Our room was runner down with nasty stains on carpet, walls and sitting chairs.

Pleasant, quiet, clean with very friendly and helpful staff. When I lost my car key, the desk clerk immediately called housekeeping to check the halls and the grounds keeper to scour the parking lot and lawn areas. She could have just shook her head "no, they weren't turned in" - they were later found where I'd dropped them in my client's car but I was grateful for the staff's consideration!

Good Place to stay in Cotula

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was just a bit below the usual Hampton Inn standard, but not by much. I am a loyal Hampton Inn user, and found this hotel slightly below the usual standard, but only by a bit.

Very clean. The staff were very friendly. Ice maker on my floor, however, was broken, and the pool/jacuzzi closed rather early. It would also be nice if the breakfast was served a little bit earlier than 6:00 for those of us that had to get going before that time. All in all it was a nice hotel and not an unpleasant stay.

Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, it was nice and quiet. Our toilet wasn’t clean.Generally showing signs of wear and tear. Breakfast was ok, usual fee breakfast selection. Front desk receptionist on afternoon shift on 12/22 was not very friendly.

when checking in the front desk agent never got off her cell phone... the room was nice but when I took a shower I found out the shampoo and conditioner in the room were half empty apparently reused from the previous guest. in the morning there was no one around to complain to or check out

The installations were beautiful.. very comfortable, clean .. breakfast was super good, complete and elegant. We enjoyed our stay very much. I’ll have already tell others about it.. and recommend it widely

Hotel wasn’t as clean as I’m accustomed to with Hampton, loud radio from the pool and then loud talking past 10pm, couldn’t get a good night sleep.

I have absolutely Loved every Hampton Inn I have stayed in! This one was no different!! What I always Love is that it's very clean and the beds and pillows are Amazing!!! I will Only stay at Hampton Inn!!

Good choice for Stay in Cotulla

We were in town for graduation celebrations. Rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. Nice comforter on the beds. Overall hotel in good shape. Breakfast was limited and the standard "free breakfast" you are offered in most hotels at this rate. Towels are small and thin but did the job. Hotel was quiet and air conditioner worked well. We would stay here again.

Great room and price. None of the electrical plugs worked in the bathroom. Asked to have it checked when I left at AM. Was told it would be checked. Got back late afternoon and they were not working. Not a big deal, but I do like a cup of coffee when I get up.

My brother recommended the Hampton in laredo but I was heading north to Detroit and stopped in cotula tx to rest I was amazed at how clean and how the beds felt will stay again next trip I take
