We stayed here last minute after checking in to a disastrour airbnb and it was a good stay. We didnt stay long enough to really enjoy the full resort but looked like it had awesome games and activities throughout the day to enjoy. The room was great but my family’s other room did have an ant issue. The breakfast here was incredible. Location was close to the beach.

At first glance property looks nice. But waking up to an abundance of small fire ants two mornings in a row was horrible. On floor, on night table, in shoes. So gross. Staff were very unsympathetic. Not interested in moving us to a new room. Also no towels. We were handed very wet towels for the bathroom and told there was no dryer. We asked if they could bring back dry ones and they took our towels and never brought any back. We had a Spanish speaker with us so language was not an issue. Do not reccommend

Brilliant hotel

Had a lovely mini break. This is our 3rd visit to the hotel over 20 years it didn’t disappoint. We arrived early and had enquired about early check in, which the Hotel was able to accommodate. Reception very helpful. Entertainment team was brilliant and waiters very attentive remembering your order. Really enjoyed our stay will be returning next year.

Nicely renovated hotel to a high standard. Let down by insufficient staff numbers on front desk and slow lifts. Also pool area will not be large enough when hotel is full. The daytime activities were too loud for our taste. Evening buffet excellent. Breakfast disappointing

H10 is an excellent hotel close to the beachfront with easy walking or cycling access to cambrils or salou.

Great hotel and facilities and location. Food ok choice wise but buffet was never hot enough and despite raising the issue the next two nights it was just the same. Everything else great

We checked reviews extensively and made sure the property fitted our needs prior to booking. On paper it did. In reality it was old and run down. The public areas are old in parts but fairly clean, could be better. But the rooms are in desparate need of refurbishment. Cleaning could be better - hairs left in bathroom etc. and the hotel had a dreadfully strong perfume throughout - be aware if you have any allergies. We emailed the hotel with a simple request 11 days prior to arriving - to be allocated a top floor room in a quiet part of the hotel. They completely ignored this and allocated us a room close to children and not on the top floor. We found that very rude. They hid behind the excuse of being full but with 11 days notice they could have easily accomodated such a simple request.They moved us but the replacment room was just as bad. Food was generally good but they closed the buffet ahead of the scheduled time. Even though we were assured this and the other issues would be dealt with we still needed to move hotels early to enjoy our special trip. The manager seemed nice enough but her follow up to our review on Tripadvisor was rude and more than a little argumentative - claimed she moved us on goodwill but as gold members Hotels.com would have done that FOC. Better for her hotel if she put that energy into customer service, staff training and rectifying the bad parts of the property. Until this is refurbished we cannot recommend this hotel.

Glad we only stayed B&B as the food wasn’t great. Wish we hadn’t had a room overlooking the pool as the noise from the ‘live’entertainment and disco was really annoying. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Four enjoyable nights in Cambrils

Spent four nights at the hotel,very good value,clean throughout with nice pool and bar area.Breakfast was very good also.Great location for traveling aroungyrhe local area,with a great bus service stopping right outside the hotel. All staff very pleasant

Rooms a little on the small side, tiny balconies. Bathroom clean but bath had been “refurbed” by being hand painted!

The property albeit dated was tidy, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. This hotel was better suited for groups 60+ years to stay as the restaurant was a buffet every night, the lounge was fine and had cruise ship like entertainment each night. Although our room did have 2 twins and a king - that is all it had. We travelled with our 2 adult kids (early 20) and this was not suitable for us. The town of Cambrils was nice but very sleepy. If we were to return it was be to Salou were there are more shops, restaurants and energy.

Great location, not a great rest

We only stayed for 1 night. The location was good, very close to the beach and the breakfast was great. The pool was nice as well. What wasn't so great was that the beds were very uncomfortable, way too stiff so we didn't sleep well. What didn't help with sleep either was the ungodly noise coming from the hotel bar (I think)? Music was playing very loudly until around 23:30 so none of us could fall asleep and we had to get up early.

I wondered whether we'd picked the right location when we arrived as the hotel was further from Cambrils centre than I thought, however its was ideal for us. A gentle walk along the sea shore to Cambrils in one direction and a slighter longer walk to Salou in the other direction. We had a great time. The staff made us feel very welcome and I enjoyed the daily Aqua exercise class in the pool. It was great to have a pool view as it also means you face the coast. The breakfast was great - can't speak about other meals because we didn't try them.

The kitchen is not particularly tasty, monotonous breakfasts The room is very small, because of the big bed, there is absolutely no room left. Staff can not be called friendly.

I enjoyed my stay but would not be running back!

Unable to check in to room until 2.30pm. The original room was on the first floor but was facing a building site so moved to pool view at an extra cost. This was time consuming having to go back and forth to reception until issue was resolved. Staff at the hotel were pleasant, pool area was lovely but sun beds very uncomfortable and not adjustable. Bar also closes at midnight. Hotel is not within walking distance of bars or restaurants in the evening and the half or full board meals can be tiresome. Would not class hotel as 4 star. All in all though, I enjoyed my stay but would not be running back there in a hurry.

Hotel vacacional ideal para viajar con niños. Destacable, la actitud de todo el personal y su calidad humana para solventar cualquier problema o duda. Lo mejor, el buffet. Calidad, variedad y un servicio de 10. Destacar también la labor del grupo de animación ya que son capaces de tener a todos los clientes entretenidos durante todo el día. Para repetir!

Typisch vakantiehotel in de Spaanse badplaats Cambrils. Mooi zwembad, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en een prima bar. Kamers zijn functioneel - maar ook niet meer dan dat. Prima badkamer met dito douche.

Hyvä hotelli rentoon lomailuun

Kiva hotelli rentoon lomailuun. Buffetissa olinpamjon valinnanvaraa, kaikki ruuat eivöt olleet ihan viimeisen päälle hyviä mutta kokonaisuus silti oikein hyvä. Juomista vain perusvesi kuului hintaan jos sitä osaa kysyä. Muuten juomat maksoivat extraa. Illalla oli vähän äänekästä menoa mutta yöllä sai kuitenkin hyvin nukuttua. Perushuoneeseenkin kuuluu meillä parveke. Hyvää oli mahdollisuus pelata pingistä, tennistä ja käydä salilla. Uiminen oli kiellettyä klo 18 jälkeen valitettavasti.

Bon hôtel

Chambre confortable et propre, personnel gentil (juste un petit souci sur la tarification de boisson au bar ainsi qu'une erreur dans notre commande) le personnel au buffet sympathique et efficace, pareil pour l'accueil, contrairement à certains avis nous n'avons pas trouvé la nourriture mauvaise. Bien sûr la mauvaise météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine ou de l'extérieur, mais ça l'hôtel n'y est pour rien.

Voyage en couple sur un secteur connu. Très bon accueil et services. Seul bémol l’isolation phonique entre les chambres… Très bonne animation en soirée.

Hôtel agréable. Chambre propre. Problème d’insonorisation mais cela est récurrent dans les hôtels. Très bonne qualité du restaurant (dîner et petit-déjeuner). dommage que les chambres familiales donnent sur la rue et les tennis. Pas de vue mer.

Muy buena atención, reservamos una noche por aniversario de boda y nos encontramos detalles wn la habitación, que hicieron la estancia más especial. El buffet muy bueno y variado. Amplia habitación y con todo lo necesario. La atención tanto en recepción como en el restaurante, excelente. Repetiremos seguro!!

Buenísimo hotel

El hotel está reformado completamente y es muy cómodo, a pocos metros de la play, donde encuentras un chiringuito estupendo. La piscina del hotel está muy bien y todas las instalaciones están impecables, habitaciones incluidas. El desayuno es súper completo aunque no varían, pero hay comida muy diferente como para no repetir. La atención del personal ha sido muy buena, desde la recepción, el comedor, bar, hasta el personal de limpieza.

Moyen au niveau confort et restauration

Bâtiment des années 80 restauré, avec petites chambres, avec proximité de la mer, sans vue. Animation tardive et bruyante. Restaurant sur piscine sympathique mais avec buffets de mauvaise qualité.

Estupenda relación calidad/precio

La localización del hotel es fabulosa, en segunda línea de playa. Las instalaciones se encuentran muy limpias y cuidadas, y el personal es muy amable y educado. El desayuno buffet muy bueno, con gran variedad y calidad. Volvería sin dudarlo, muy buena relación calidad/precio.

Wij waren er drie dagen, het was heerlijk genieten met 2 kinderen. Fijne kamers, van alle luxe voorzien, mooie ambiance, lekker zwembad, heerlijk buffet restaurant. Voor ons een geslaagd weekend! Locatie heerlijk dicht bij het strand. Weinig winkels alleen (1 souvenirs shop, apotheek en supermarkt buiten het hotel)

We zullen graag terug komen

El buffet libre era muy bueno y completo.

Me dejó bastante indiferente. En las fotografias del hotel los baños salen con espejo de aumento y no lo habia. La habitación disponia de nevera para minibar però estaba totalmente vacia, ni una botella de agua. En la web del hotel indican que tienen parking privado (previo pago). En realidad es un espacio con barrera de acceso para coches, pero de libre circulacion para personas, la mitad asfaltado y la otra mitad no. Sin ninguna luz cuando oscurece (suerte de la linterna del movil). En fin, considero que un poco justo para 4*.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, a 1 minuto de la playa. El personal, un 10. El hotel esta reformado y esta muy bien. La comida tipo buffet para mí espectacular, muy variada y buena. Todo perfecto salvo que se oye todo y los vecinos de habitación no nos dejaron dormir.

Séjour très agréable

séjour vacances en famille à 4 adultes et tout s'est parfaitement déroulé . Pas déçu de notre séjour , chambre propre et faites tous les jours . La pension complète est à recommander même si nous aurions préféré un all inclusive ... Personnels très agréable Wifi OK Bref le séjour dans ce H10 nous a satisfait pleinement .

Hotel familiar

Lo único negativo es la limpieza de la habitación, siempre teníamos arena incluso dentro de las sabanas. El personal del hotel muy muy majos todos, el buffet es el mejor en el que hemos estado, mucha variedad y de calidad

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch, sehr freundliches Personal in allen Abteilungen, ausgezeichnetes Essen, tolle Unterhaltung des Animationsteams... und und und... wir kommen sicherlich wieder!
