Staff is very pleasant... And the housekeeping is top notch. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler passing through Enumclaw.
Everything was fine
Room smelt. Did not give us another room so we left. Refused to refund . Would never recommend!!!!!
Staff is VERY friendly. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Just lack of covers. The bathroom needs updating very badly. The toilet is extremely low to the ground.
Comfortable stay!!!
Noisy all night from people -and a dripping window all night long
We stayed in room 1009. It was clean, spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were happy to have a microwave and a small fridge. It could use a little more lighting in the bathroom. It had one dim ceiling light with no cover (exposed bulb and wires) and no venting fan. Our children stayed in the room next to us (1010) and it smelled terribly like cigarettes. Very strong smell. The hotel offers rollaway beds for $20 but I would not recommend it to anyone. It felt like metal wires/springs - not suitable even for a child.
Always a good play to stay in Enumclaw.
The Guesthouse offers a nice clean comfortable stay for a reasonable price. A great option for those spending the day at Crystal Mountain.
Very quiet. Little outdated, but clean
Nice hotel for the price
There are only two choices in Enumclaw for hotels, and this is a good one. The Mexican restaurant downstairs is good, and gives you a discount if you’re staying there. It’s an older property, but it’s kept up nicely. Rooms are big and the beds comfy:
Great little motel. Much cleaner than I expected at this price point. We slept soundly.
Very quiet and friendly staff
Convenient and easy
Great place if you have dogs and are on your way to crystal mountain. Close to many food joints.
Excellent accommodation! Staff was helpful and kind, and the decor was bright and cheerful. Beds are especially comfortable. The restaurant on site was exactly what our family was looking for, and they provided a discount for guests. Location is great for exploring downtown Enumclaw, which was full of pleasant surprise. We recommend this outstanding place!
This time was rough! No soap or shampoo. No soap! Nothing to wash my hands with even, disgusting. I went to the front desk and they only had facial soap, which is better than nothing. The room was not stocked with the basic toiletries, there was a hole in the wall, yellow stains on the sheets. It took 10-15ish minutes to check out, despite the front desk worker seeing me walk to the desk. Apparently restocking the breakfast was more important. He literally walked away and ignored me. By the time he came back there were multiple people waiting and he simply made a joke about being glad there was no bell for us to ring. Rude and disappointing.
Friendly staff but furniture is starting to show its age. Easy walk or drive to many things in the area.
Was clean & quiet had issue with tv remote but other than that
Don’t eat at the restaurant! This place was nothing special, but it was clean and convenient to where I had to be. I was disappointed that the hot water dispenser (for tea) at the breakfast area did not actually dispense hot water. Also, I asked the desk clerk about a good place to eat and she recommended the Mexican restaurant in the lobby. If you prefer quantity over quality, go for it, but the food is very mediocre and I had heartburn all night.
Easy walk to downtown restaurants.Close drive to CM to ski in morning.
Ski tour 25
Comfortable and clean reasonable I would stay here again.
Both sinks in the room’s bathroom leaked continually, forcing water onto the top of the counter. One light by the bed was missing the switch to turn it on and off.
Front desk guys were great.
Your only option in town, but run down and old.
I guess the attribute of this hotel is that it’s pretty much the only hotel in the town so you don’t need to drive for dinner. Old and trashy, stains on the chairs, garbage left behind by a former guest in the drawers, and generally decript. Nice people at the front and a decent Mexican restaurant in the hotel.
Nice, clean rooms. Check in at 3 pm, & room wasn't ready.
A motel well located near restaurants, bars et . Great value for price. Very clean.
The heat was off when we arrived so it was 56 in the room. It would have been nice since they knew we were arriving to turn the heat on. Once we arrived we did turn it on but it wasn’t blowing hot air so it took hours to warm up. The next night the heater made a bunch of noises and squeaks and eventually completely stopped working. Other than the heater issue the staff, location, cleanliness was great.
Conveniently located, clean and safe
The room was clean and quiet. Fan in bathroom does not work except for the light. Bathtub needs slip prevention. Good water pressure. I enjoyed being able to make a waffle for breakfast, and yogurt selections were good. Fair value for price i guess.
Ok
The room was a good size. Our stay was fine until we were about to take a shower and noticed no shower curtain.
Very simple check in if you know your car tag numbers
Clean room, hot water, good heating cooling system. Comfortable
Great value for your money!
This is a wonderful little gem! Older hotel but the staff were incredibly nice and the breakfast was great! Walkable to many great restaurants and bars. The rooms are a little dated but the bed was very comfy and the shower was hot!
Friendly and helpful staff.
Great room forvthe price
Very friendly and helpful staff
Craptastic
There was no wifi. In 2024. No wifi for the whole 2 night stay, and no real apology. No offer of so much as a comped soda. Also, housekeeping started banging on the door before 9am and DEMANDING access at 10am. (Despite the in-room card saying housekeeping ended at noon.) Again, no apology. The bathroom fixtures were also bizarrely low-positioned. Water pressure was ABYSMAL. Havent seen anything this subpar anywhere in the US. Its the only game in town as far as hotels go, so they understandably don't give a rodent's hindquarters, but if anyone has the option of staying elsewhere, take it. This place gives small independent hotels a bad name.
Clean and quiet
The location for us is perfect. Walkable to my son and shopping. The room had a stale odor that never went away
Recommended
The room was spacious, good location, and good value for the money. Love the set up of the buildings with central courtyard and ability to see your vehicle in the parking lot from your window.
Nicely appointed and updated property in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable rates. Will come back for a visit to the great town of Enumclaw with my wife in the spring.
Was a great jumping off place for our trip to mount rainier Older motel but well kept up Clean Great Mexican restaurant on site Lots of food options within a few blocks
We checked into our room, got settled, watched tv for a bit and then left for a few hours. Got back to our room and the tv had no service. I went to call the front desk and the phone would not work and when I picked it up the light on the table would flicker. I walked down stairs and let the front desk know. The gal came right up with me and fixed the tv but was unable to fix the phone. She left and not a minute later the tv, fridge microwave and lights on that wall all quit working. I went out to head to the front desk again to let her know and she was still close by so she came in and checked it out. She decided that she needed to change our room due to faulty electrical in the current room. She was extremely pleasant and helpful and did show some concern. However, at this point, maybe they should have compensated us more than just changing rooms as we now had to repack everything up and move it and I was on a time crunch as the band I am in was performing at the local theatre. Once I was done with my job, I headed back to the hotel and almost missed the parking lot due to their sign not bein lit up. I let the front desk know of this and they were very well aware since it had not been working for some time. In the morning, around 9:00, we went to check out their continental breakfast. This too was a bit disappointing as there was not much of anything to choose from. I don't think I will book here in the future unless things change. Sad really as their staff was nice.
This is a very basic hotel, but the room was very noisy due to defective fridge motor which was very loud. Had to pull out the cable in the middle of the night. Breakfast below average and once some food runs out no one replenish making many guests wondering when will it be replenished.
Everything was fantastic.
Nice spacious rooms with some updates. Very comfortable. Shower area needs updated. Mildew in shower, loose toilet seat, and shower faucet leaks. Breakfast had no napkins and juice machine broken. Price makes those minor issues acceptable.
Property was well maitained
.
beautiful hotel, what a GEM!!!
It was a perfect basecamp for visiting the the national park. Would stay there again.
I love this place everytime. Plus ranchitos!!
Excellent choice
Very nice, clean, well maintained room. Good sized room, bathroom and separate double-sink area. Two comfortable chairs and well localed lighting and tables. Friendly staff. Good Mexican restaurant connected to lobby w/10% discount.
Slept great. Comfortable beds and quiet.
Great location!
Spacious, clean room. Very close to quaint downtown Enumclaw.
Great central location to walk to downtown
A lovely place to stay. From its cheery yellow buildings to hanging flower baskets and beautiful garden patio this place truly says welcome!! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable accommodations. Ample bright lighting and electrical outlets were a plus!! On site laundry was most welcome as was the on site Mexican restaurant. After a long day of exploring the national park we were pleasantly surprised with our home away from home.
Lovely, clean, and comfortable!
The tv and the toilet were broken/ not working. No coffee or juice at the breakfast. The hotel is in need of upkeep that it's not getting, and each stay has been getting more disappointing. The low quality of the Guesthouse equates to a cheap motel now.
The property is older but very clean. As we parked there was broken glass in the parking stalls. Staff did come out and sweep up the mess. Had teens get into a dispute outside our window at 1 am and had to call the police. Breakfast is good. Cereal oatmeal waffles toast and coffee. I would book again. Hoping it was just an off weekend for them. The restaurant in the motel was some of the best Mexican food I have had in Washington. Next time we are in the area I know where we will be stopping for food
Easy access, friendly service.
Great property.! We stayed 4 nights total. No real issues. The breakfast is ok and includes waffles, cereal, toast, milk, yogurt and drumroll…..Hot Coffee. Good clean room with a great location to explore Mt Rainer and other local attractions. I would stay here again.
Nice staff
My family enjoy the place.
Very comfortable bed and pillows. That’s a must. Only small complaint. No soap. We used shampoo for body soap. One of the wash clothes was almost see thru it was so worn. Nothing I would not use to not stay there again. We will be back!
We would probably not go there again. Small town and they do their best.
The staff was very nice and very helpful.
The only issue I had was the mattress. It wasn't comfortable. Everything else was great.
Great space for the price, Mexican restaurant on site but others easy to walk to places to eat or drink. Knowable front desk staff. Free breakfast! Allowed us to park our motorcycles under over hang in case of rain.
Maybe the coldest A/C I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping with, as I like a cold room! Clean rooms
The booking stated 2 queen beds, and they were clearly not queen. The furniture is outdated and not in geat shape (cracking/peeling finish on the only nightstand, upholstery on ottoman coming off,TV flickering). Coffee was bad, and the continental breakfast was unappealing. I wasn't expecting luxury, but more for what the room cost. I would not stay there again for what they charge.
There were some good qualities outside but no soap? Really? Keurig still had old coffee in it. Curtains show light through all of the holes in them. Definitely not a $200 room.
Great
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility included a courtyard full of flowers and chairs. It's location is walking distance to charming downtown area.
Nice rooms and very friendly staff. Great Mexican restaurant on site. Mattresses are on the soft side. Breakfast is average. A little pricey for the location.
We stayed the night after we attended a concert at White River Amphitheater, which was only a few short miles away. The hotel is cute and quaint from the outside and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms, however, could use a bit of upgrading. It is a bit outdated and the towels were very small and uncomfortable to use. I was very surprised, especially given the very high price that they charge per night.
Efficiently run, basic hotel that gets the job done. It's not fancy, and it's not super modern, but it had everything that I needed. one light flickered in my room but microwave, fridge and everything else was operational. Given the price and class of hotel, it's good.
Older property, needed some fixes, especially in the bathroom. Shower head fixture coming out of the wall, sink fixture not working well. Part of the laminate floor was sticky with something. Otherwise the stay was fine. There for a quick night before doing the RAMROD event, just a few miles from the Encumclaw Expo
Front desk representative was the best!!
enjoyed our stay will be back
We went to see a concert at the white river amphitheater, this was a great location, Uber came quickly and it was not far from the venue. The hotel cute and bright colors with a well kept courtyard, there’s a restaurant on site which we didn’t eat at but it looked very good. I would stay there again.
Will come back.
Property is starting to show age.
Walking distance to shops and restaurants
Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast wasn’t much, waffles, cereal, toast, no eggs or hot food.
Awesome stay Thanks
No elevator!
Did the job, but wouldn't go back
Run of the mill motel, did the job but not the greatest. Had a off-putting odor in the room (probably due to them allowing pets). Towel bar was broken and sitting on toilet tank.
The property is considerably over priced. We've stayed in much nicer properties for less. I realize that all the properties in the area are over priced.
A good place to stay with your dog
The toilet required holding down the lever in order to fully flush. I liked the fresh flowers on the property. The large sign in front was not lit and it made it look like it was not open for business.
Peaceful and relaxing stay. Very nice guesthouse.
Very nice stay, peaceful and relaxing. Very nice workers too. would definitely stay again.
Very cute place with all you really need. Restaurant on site but also easy walking to downtown. Very nice courtyard.
A bit dated but well kept. Needs a renovation to compete with other nearby hotels. Decent distance to Mt Rainier National Park.
Older place that has been refurbished, really nice garden and neat property, needs some upgrades on bathroom facilities. Continental breakfast, although pretty small selection. Good coffee!
We had a very quiet and restful stay. Only issue was that the computers weren’t working properly for checking in. Book ahead! Walk in rates are about $40 more expensive.
Awesome for hiking mt raineir
Very nice place and rooms were great. Good location related to downtown and shops and restaurant options.
Very nice staff and Mexican restaurant on site.
Really beautiful landscaping (huge hydrangeas that were stunning), friendly staff, and just a few minute walk to breweries, dining, things to do. Seriously the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. If you’re visiting Mt Rainier, 45 minutes to Sunrise entrance and 1hr 20 mins to Nisqually entrance (1hr45 mins to Paradise visitor center once you pass through Nisqually)
Would highly recommend staying here. Large clean rooms.
Nice
Very clean. The garden nice in middle
