Lovely hotel. Not a 5 star, maybe just about a 4. Stay could have been better. We went in shoulder season (late April) so you expect some amenities to be reduced however the hotel was extremely busy - too busy for the reduced amenities. Pros - clean modern facilities - fantastic staff - easy to get to right by the airport - quality of food / drink - kids club staff and mini disco / show Cons - check in experience, queued 1 hour to ‘check on’ even though had done this on line. And then Had to queue a further 1hr 15min to collect the room key later in the day. - queues generally - queued to get into buffet at most meal times due to lack of space (assume as other food options weren’t available) - kids club minis (our daughter was 4) was regularly at capacity. Kids club is small - and covers both hotels so can imagine at high season it’s full a lot. Facilities are basic. - coffee at breakfast - only had the 3in1 available so sugary powered coffee. Tip - get better coffee from the bar and carry in! - lack of pool towels - regularly didn’t have towels, ‘come back in 30mins’ - they tell you to download the app - very useful - but the app talks about facilities across both hotels and implies you can use them all. But you can’t. You won’t get served in all bars. Eg; the outdoor sports bar at the other hotel if you’re staying at the palace. I get it - but don’t advertise you can. We like the brand, just a few things that could make a huge difference.
Property was ok , only issue was bathroom was mouldy and smelly :( which not what I expected, staying second time with hotel. I requested for water as they missed refilling the mini bar and the guy who brought in the water cans was very rude . Other then this staff is friendly and overall experience was good.
Everything was great except the hotel closed one of the restaurants in the evening meaning there were 1.5 hour waits to get dinner…. Very disappointing considering it’s a 5 star hotel!
Wonderful property and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport about 5 min uber. Uber easily accessible. Drinks were very good and the food was exceptional for being an all inclusive
No soap/ shampoo in the shower fist night
Exceeded my expectations
Hotel is well positioned, great tasting drinks and food, very friendly staff this hotel has a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back, it gets a thumbs up from me and my beautiful wife
To start, this was suppose to be a 5 star resort and it is definitely not 5 star. This is why I am giving a lower rating. The rooms are VERY NOISY. The walls are paper thin and they have a 2 inch gap under the door. You hear everything and all the people partying, talking and yelling all hours of the night. This was the worst part and why we wouldn’t stay again. The sports bar doesn’t have very good options of food, it is hot dogs, nachos and hummus for the most part. Everything is was good!
I had a great time here with my family. We had adjoining rooms right across the pool. Great location close to everything. Loved walking the beach in the morning. All inclusive was amazing, food and drinks were great! Wish they had a little bit more entertainment going on like live music and dancing. Tubs were a bit to tall for this 4’10 girl lol
Wonderful place would highly recommend.
On the first night two of my friend’s rooms were completely ransacked (conjoining rooms) while we were out. Suitcases were emptied, clothes were everywhere, the safe was broken into. And the hotel refused to check the cameras or do anything about it. Also asked us are we sure we didn’t do it ourselves. All they did was switch their room. A Louis Vuitton bracelet went missing from our room and also nothing was done about that. If you stay here please have some type of process for your valuables. The staff entered our room EVERY day without an OK. They literally knock and unlock, regardless if you tell them to wait or give you a minute. There were multiple times when they entered and we were naked, sleeping, or the DND sign was on the door knob. No privacy. Very uncomfortable. Knock and wait for a response, don’t just enter every time. Other than that the food and dining options are good, catching cabs around town was easy, and the facilities were clean. But never again.
The experience wasgreat and we enjoyed our stay.
I had a good holiday here with friends. There is a fantastic variety of food to choose from at the buffet, catering really well for adults and child. My only niggle was that the breakfast glasses weren’t particularly clean and the shower head in my room wouldn’t stay up so had to hold it to wash. Other than this it was great
There was nothing that was terribly bad, it was just very average and a bit disappointing for the price. Rooms were average; the balcony overlooked a gravel rooftop. Pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable. Minibar contained a few cans of soft drink and water and one packet of almonds. Quite often there was a sewerage smell in the bathroom, metal trims around bath jets were falling off. Shampoo/handwash containers all had old labels that were looking worse for wear. Hallways had old dirty looking carpets, stairwells were a bit grubby. Rooms are poorly sound insulated so you’re able to hear other people’s alarms going off in the morning/ children crying etc. Food in the buffet was fine. Around the pool area the cocktails/mocktails could have been better. All pre mixed, no fresh ingredients etc. Staff in the buffet restaurant and bars were friendly and helpful. Reception staff seemed less friendly / forthcoming with help. No assistance was offered to take our suitcases to our room. This was difficult as there are some stairs before you can access the lift. I had hoped it would be of a higher standard all round.
Never want to wish this hell of the hotel on anyon
Horrible food, drinks and filthy environment. Staff are not cooperative and overwhelmed. Too many people all at once
Never want to wish this hell of the hotel on anyon
Oh boy. Terrifying does not describe this property. First off if you have paid in full before checking your room, you are trapped in jail. They keep you hostage or you have to forget about your money. All inclusive means you eat at the buffet because the other three restaurants are always booked two weeks in advance or at least that’s what I was told. Dirty, boring food and drinks. Every staff just touches the food without wearing a glove. I saw the server picking up the bread off the floor and putting it back in the basket . So close to the airport you hear every take off and can just walk to the runway. No entertainment you want to listen to. Feels like a family backyard get together. Busy as hell and dirty pools. I have ear and eye infections right after the pool. I had no AC for two full days in my room and technician came and said he can’t fix it. I left my room on the day of check out at 8 in the morning even though my flight wasn’t til2:30 because I couldn’t handle 105 degrees on my room. Management is at the level where you feel like a child being punished by them. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone unless you are not well traveled and it’s your first time traveling abroad or all totally coming from a different planet. Two stars is more than enough for this property which isn’t cheap at all.
Never again!
This property is not a 5 star, it is more 3 star. We stayed for 6 nights. For the amount of money I paid I expected better rooms and better quality of bedding and better overall facilities and ameneties. The hallways were carpet and not vacuumed or cleaned on our walk to our room. The food at the buffet was decent. Good selection and good service. It didn't blow us away though. The main resort was already built in one section and the section we stayed in was later built and added. As a result it was really far to walk to the ameneties. There was a big bridge and lots of waking. However, we later realized it wasn't even worth the walk. The spa was disappointing, again it was more 3 star as well as the nightly shows. The were very basic and dodgy. We left the resort every night bc there wasn't decent entertainment. My kids wanted to play basketball in the courts but they didn't have balls!! The tennis rackets were sticky. The resort is on bossa beach. It was a very nice beach however, the hotel didn't have a private section. So it was a public beach and you had to open the gate to get to it. The pools were very over crowded. We didn't even use the pool and spent more time on the beach. The resort was lively with good ambience and a good mix of people, however, for the money we paid, this was not a 5 star resort. The amenties are not up to par. For example the bathrooms in the lobby didn't have soap and the bin required you to lift the top.Overall it was fine, not great
Perfect for a family holiday
The hotel was great. The only faults are the quality of food is very average and Very hard to book into any of the al a carte restaurants. We tried to book for our group on the day of arrival and were told everything was booked out for next 6 days so we only had the buffet option. We ended up showing up to one of the restaurants to try our luck one of the nights and the restaurant was empty so we got a table. But very frustrating that we couldn’t book. Same goes with the pool chairs. Everyone gets down early and puts their towel down then takes off for the day. Then to return in the afternoon to use the chairs they saved. Meanwhile people that are wanting to use the pool can’t get a chair. The drinks are either very sweet or real bottom shelf bad tasting alcohol. Makes it hard to drink the all day package.
Great all inclusive resort!
Good value property with all inclusive. Comfortable amenities and dining options. However, staff very young and not trained well with hospitality especially if you’re paying the price they charge per night. Service staff doesn’t clean rooms or dining areas promptly and very lax attitude. Kids around the facility were a bit chaotic. Good selection of food and drinks. 5 minute taxi to Ushuaïa and beach behind the property when you walk out. Guests hold beach chairs all day and staff doesn’t walk around to enforce use of the chairs.
Very good
Great place, would definitely come back!
Horrible .. This is a 3 star hotel at its best. Staff were unhelpful, food uneatable , dirty rooms and loud annoying people everywhere .. It wasn’t cheap either 800 euro a night. We had no water in our room and was told the bar has no water . Called room service and they never showed just didn’t turn up my kids had no water all night .. this place is so low brow bogan
Very good experience
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The food, in particular, is amazing. However, while the hotel offers many great amenities and services, it feels more like a 4-star rather than a 5-star establishment. The decor and some of the facilities could use a bit of an update to match the high standards expected of a 5-star rating. Despite this, it’s still a fantastic place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.
Every thing was amazing
Not a 5 star
The hotel is nice, but the White Island side that we chose to stay on due to wanting a sea view room is not as nice as the White Place side of the hotel. The staff are very busy as it is such a large hotel and so the service suffers. The 'all inclusive' drinks are of poor quality and it can be difficult to get served. The entertainment is average. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel. We were not even asked at check out if we had had a nice stay. And the sea view room that we had booked had a view obscured by a storage facility which when we went to discuss with reception we were offered a £300 per night upgrade...no thank you! Just purely a money making place.
Everything you could need is on site, super friendly staff
They are so nice, the property it’s very clean and the food is good
The food of the buffet was not too great. And for the menu restaurants you needed a reservation, and was usually full. We could just make one 2 days in advance. Other than that, staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, very quiet and with comfy beds, many choices of pools and the beach was very pretty. Again, staff was amazing!
We were able to share facilities at the Palladium White Sands bay hotel and dined in many different restaurants on the complex. All food was exceptional and the staff from the front desk to the catering teams were superb.
.
This hotel was nice. The only issue I encountered was the food variety. After hours, they only serve burgers, hotdogs, and basically unhealthy food. The lobby bar staff was phenomenal. They protected my daughter from an older potential predator. They were friendly and very professional.
Terrible not 5 star
Terrible experience. Not 5 star anymore. Before I start I want to express that I have stayed at this hotel twice before with my partner and then my family. This time I decided to bring my business partners which was a mistake. So what went wrong? The reservation made through hotels.com was 3 nights and on each room we specifically selected the drop down for twin beds as we were travelling as 4 men all married. Both rooms checked in arrived at rooms to find 1 kind bed in each. It took 3 requests over 24 hours to finally get the beds changed. Communication is terrible in the hotel. First day we showered in the morning but there was an empty shampoo and shower gel bottle in the shower connected to wall. We informed house keeping. Day 1 afternoon still empty, day 1 evening still empty, day 2 morning still empty. I came back to room for 2/3 minutes to change into swimming shorts and was rudely told by the cleaner at room 8208 that I needed to leave now and not come back for 5 minutes. Myself and my colleague were pretty appalled by the comments. Not the level of service for 5 star. Toilet facilities in public areas, sinks not working, locks on cubicles not working. It really does feel like the hotels standards have really fallen down since my last visit 2 years ago. Who ever the manager is of the hotel he needs to fix fast! I will however say service staff in bars and restaurant was fantastic. I won’t be back and I won’t be recommending to family and friends.
Thank you for everything
Perfect stay with lovely staff. The food was really great…
Lovely break with the family..service was exceptional. Highly recommend
Staff are amazing at front desk and at the dining venues, property needs a bit of a lift up .
Lovely resort. We were staying at the end of season so some amenities were no longer available. Food was excellent! Not able to dine at a la carte restaurants as they were fully booked.
This is a beautiful property and only 5 mins from the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet was incredible! We loved the sports bar too..get the chicken eings! The pools and beach were beautiful!
Excellent hotel, we loved everything. We will be back.....depending on price!
I did not like having to pay for premium liquor and a premium for more expensive entrees on the menu Staff basically did good job majority of the time The restaurant staff were not as attentive as other resorts I’ve been too
A real 4 star experience
This is a 4 star establishment, and gets a 4 star from me to match it. We were told we can dine at one of 4 Ala Carte restaurants, but they were all fully booked at our arrival, all but one! We arrived to two single beds, and had to call a bunch of times to have this fixed, the drink selection at open bars is limited, there is no servers to come to your sun-bed to take your orders or bring your drinks, and the pool's water is just too cold. Beyond these, the rest was ok. It was our intention to have a good time here at this resort, and so we did! But nothing exceeded any of our expectations. Things are either ok (which is wonderful!) or a little sub-par.
Staff stole from my purse kept in a cupboard in my room and when reported no action was taken, only defensiveness and dismissal. No feedback received on any investigation, it wouldn’t have been difficult for them to identify who had entered during the timeline and I was left to feel that it was my fault for not putting it in the safe. Otherwise this is a nice hotel, so a very sad ending to my stay here and I would not recommend this hotel as a result as they can’t be trusted to make you feel safe.
Staff is A on service
Amazing staff
Was great as always…
The resort is amazing! Food is delicious and always available. Reservations for the restaurants were hard to make and we were told they were fully booked almost every night. When we did have reservations, we had issues with restaurant staff saying we didn’t really have reservations. The restaurants looked empty most nights so not sure why they made things so difficult. Staff could improve on customer service skills. We didn’t get to experience all the restaurants. The pools are amazing. There is no beach for this resort. They do not have a beach, you have to pay to rent chairs in front of the hotel. We were not aware of that.
Great place
Thank you María Jose Moreno good job
Grand weekend break
it was magical..i have to be back there asap.
Great resort, room was a little small but very nice. Buffet was excellent and never too crowded. The buffet at the palace a tiny bit better but almost the same. Only complaint is absolutely no chairs/umbrellas available if you don't get there super early.
Loved it, had a great time and the staff was so friendly and nice
It´s quite a big hotel resort so you need to walk a but more, staff was friendly and helpfull, we used a service of kids club and our child was satisfied. The quality of all inclusive coctails is not very high, but you would find something to drink all the time. There was a lot of meals to be chosen in restaurants provided buffet and in good quality. Sunbeds close to swimmingpools are often “reserved” by the guests. The resort is close to the airport and when airplanes take off towards north east, there is a lot of noise from them. Fortunately, the airplanes are not flying over the hotel, it was not so bad.
Amazing stay. All inclusive and super helpful and polite staff. 10 min walk from Ushuaïa and Hï.
Buffett was great
A hotel that represents all that is good with all
A great all-inclusive with the use of two hotel facilities, including three pools, two buffets and three specific restaurants. The hotel manages to be able to cater to families and also groups of young people staying at the hotel because of its proximity to the big nightclubs. Only real downside is the planes constantly taking off and the noise from the planes
Over all great resort.
Pools were nice but entertainment was lacking. Rooms were dated and bathrooms smelled of urine. They had old dirty carpet on hallways and with no AC in hallways it smelled. Beach was beautiful and easily accessible but other than that they need a lot of work.
The rooms are dated, the bathrooms are small and uncomfortable with not enough lighting. The room is small for a family of four, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The food variety at the buffet was good. There is not service at the beach, and you have to pay for the hamacas and umbrella.
Waitstaff at restaurant was attentive and professional
The staff was amazing. Took my wife here for a few days on our honeymoon. Night life was a short 10 minute walk, beach was steps away and for farther destinations cab were called quickly by the staff. Food was wonderful and service impeccable
It was just ok for the price we paid. The view from room was terrible woth cigerette butts on the roof view.
The room was dirty, I did not check the beds when I put my luggage in the room, and I cane back to hotel at 11:00 pm and I found that poo poo, I went to the reception and he said there is no house keeping at this time and he just gave me a sheet to change, I went back to the room and I wanted to take shower because I touched the sheet, and the shampoo container was empty, so had terrible experience with the hotel , and for sure the whole money should be refunded as I have enough evidences and photos
It was close to everything I needed
There’s not much activities provided. Receptionist Lilibet was rude and didn’t explain anything to us as far as room location and amenities. Pool area too crowded. No beach chairs. Room amenities not 5 star. Bare minimum soap and shampoo, conditioner was empty. Only gave you 2 pillows and the rest nasty pillows decorations. The extra sofa chair was stained. Food mediocre and that’s being generous. Loud until about 1 am. Disappointed! Will not stay again for the price.
Staff doesn’t know what Courtesy means, bring an issue to their attention and the usual answer is ok. No apology not one bit of concern. I was part of a wedding party. Out of the 20 rooms, most of us had some issues of some sort, which includes rooms not available that were paid for. Mold in the bathroom with bathtub finished with pieces of wood as fix it. The A/C and electricity goes out every time someone goes out of the room, or once when my friend came back due to some automatic shutoff. you will have to get up every time to restart the system. Bed was soft, felt into it. Not what I expect from a 5* resort. Good at the buffet was average. Drinks diluted (this is fairly expected in all inclusive.) The à la carte/ nicer restaurants are always booked. Concierge service is more like secretary to make their à la carte restaurant bookings. If you expect a true concierge service you will be disappointed. Despite having the do not disturb sign, staff have come three times out of four days in the room. The last time I got upset but the staff tried to argue the sign was for housekeeping, while she was part of the fridge refill crew. She was just not paying attention. The overall crew could be Heat having fun from the other side of the hallway (rooms aren’t soundproof.) Overall not worth the prices paid (3* at best)I can go with lower quality or issues here and there, but this was the entire trip. Staff doesn’t seem trained in customer service.
We had a couple unpleasant experiences. One was with the wait staff in the buffet restaurant closest to the pool. My niece was approached by the hostess about her bathing suit top. The hostess said she was not allowed in the restaurant dressed the way she was dressed. She had on a bikini top with boy shorts bottoms and a cover up over the bathing suit. Others were dressed in the same and in some cases less clothing and didn't appear to receive the same reprimand. My niece is voluptuous and very attractive. Perhaps that had something to do with the hostess singling her out. The second issue was when we went to the Mexican a la carte restaurant in the adjoining resort. We made a reservation. When we arrived they placed us at a table outside. It was cold that evening so I asked if we could get a heat lamp. I asked numerous times and finally the waitress said they couldn't pull a heat lamp near us. I assumed that was the only table available since they knew we were cold but different offer another alternative. The waitress was also very rigid about the food options we were allowed to order (keep in mind this is an all inclusive resort). We concluded our meal and as we were leaving we noticed a whole section in the front of the restaurant with heat lamps for the customers and seating in a covered area with plastic to insulate them from the cold. Again, we feel singled out and not given options that other patrons were given. Overall, I wouldn't recommend or go back.
Don’t get me wrong the hotel is stunning and we had a great time but upon arrival we were told the sister hotel that has the main entertainment, 24 hour sports bar, and main pool were not open until the 1st June. One of the main reasons for booking to stay here was the entertainment on an evening. We didn’t see one show as the first one wasn’t until the 2nd June. Same price but half the facilities available.
The property is located about 10min from the airport (taxi transfer approx 20-25 Euros). From the rooms you cannot hear any noise of the airplanes passing, but if you’re outside or by the pool, they’re audible. To bear in mind the air traffic is at specific times, it’s not a big airport like London with continuous flights. The Palace was closed for renovation and re-opened on 1st June, which helped taking the strain away from the White Islands facilities (first days it was a challenge to find a sunbed by the pool). The buffet restaurant is nice, the Palace is much brighter, while White Island some areas were so dark that it felt depressing. We tried the Mexican one and it was really good. There was no entertainment, apart from a singer in the evening inside the main hall. Overall the staff is excellent and always willing to help. Just some personal opinions: - the steps, inside the main pool at the Palace, are a bit sharp. It might lead to injuries, especially for young children playing - should consider elasticated bracelets for guests, in order to recycle as many as possible. The current ones they need to be cut at the end of the stay and cannot be reused, apart from the chip inside. Thank you
Great family stay, high quality food
Lovely "new" facilities. Pool very clean. Food quality was great! We utilised the kids club for our toddler, 2 hours free childcare per day which was great! However our room wasnt cleaned at all during our 4 night stay, even when we asked for it and toilet roll it still didnt happen. It was also very busy and i don't think there were enough staff working in reception or at the pool or lobby bar (i waited 10 mins to get my son milk for bed!). Other than these 2 things it was fabulous
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel super clean and amenities were very good. Food delicious and very food assortment in buffet area.
No vegetarian options in buffet. Also Spa had no proper shower with shampoo etc to relax and get ready after service.
Amazing stay, super friendly staff, great food options and great facilities. Amazing stay and highly recommended - planning my next trip already
Excellent stuff and beautiful location
Awesome
Great place to stay
It’s a great place to stay if you are looking for an all-inclusive pool vacation with good access to public transportation, very close to the airport.
Great hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming, amenities were good and location is ideal. The beach is beautiful and you’re right on it plus transfers to the airport only a short distance, didn’t notice the planes much.
I wouldnt say this hotel is a 5* Lack of friendliness from staff, food was mediocre, grounds of hotel and rooms were a but tired and in need of a refurb.
The hotel is very big 3 pools the food is great the service is good. Entertainment is good
I saw 2 rats by the pool. Some of the bar staff are rude. Food was adequate although nothing special.
The stay was phenomenal. Hotel staff incredible
We had a great time at the Grand Palladium White Island. The only downfall was that their lifts weren’t working. We were initially put on the second floor. When we complained (because I had a double stroller and my mum has a bad knee) they eventually upgraded our rooms for free to the 1st floor and my stroller was kept in reception which was great. Great customer service, great staff.
Had the sign out the door to not bother me they continue to ignore it and waled in on me sleeping multiple times. Very outdated. They wouldn’t even show you your room you just have to figure it out by yourself. No pool bar and lowest quality liquor they use. The food was just okay. More and more don’t let the 5 stars fool you.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Well located for the party area of Ibiza town if that’s your thing, but also quiet and family friendly. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Very clean though the room is quite small. The staff is very helpful and efficient. The food offered in the buffet should be more diversified.
The only highlight was the bartending staff. They were great. The hotel has very poor customer service policies though. We bought the VIP drinks package and the details of the package (ie a bottle of Moët per person) changed once we paid to a bottle per room. High end bottles we were drinking were removed from the bar the next day. The night security guy would give us a hard time for several nights and was clearly racist towards our brown skinned friends (we were a large party). Also we had an excursion on the other end of the island, and half our party couldn’t get a taxi back, and when we told the front desk they refused to even call for a taxi for them (even though they were hotel guests and stranded for over 45 minutes). We complained to the manager and she kept just talking over us and didn’t really listen. Then the icing on the cake was we had 2 friends come visit us for a day, they had to pay the 80 euro per day per person fee, and then were denied ginger ale saying it wasn’t part of the day pass! Also be aware the pool doesn’t have music and there are a lot of families / children at this resort. I wouldn’t spend my money here again.
Was disappointed with this hotel. Have stayed in palladium hotels before and they have been great. Hotel itself looks great but right on the flight path for airport so planes landing and taking off all day. Pool area looked great but not nearly enough loungers and parasols. A lot were being used by the staff to shelter them from the heat. Broken tiles in the pool and loose boards on the side. Kids not allowed to use floaties and even told no balls at one stage. The lifeguard was pretty useless - falling asleep most of the time. Al la carte restaurants require a min spend so not all inc. no ice creams or desserts for kids apart from meal times. Our room was large but for 4 we had pull out sofa so little space to move with a supine room we got a view of a large flat roof and the bathrooms are pretty small and poorly lit. There is just not enough room for storage for 4 people. One slim cupboard with 3 shelves and 2 small drawers. Finally, 1 small bottle of water per head in the rooms in almost 40 degrees. If you wanted more it was €1 a bottle! On the plus side the rooms were decorated nicely, cleaners and staff were great and entertainment was wonderful. Ibiza was great but would not stay here again.
So this resort was underwhelming. I traveled to Ibiza for one day and stayed at the Grand Palladium White Island Resort. Note: This is a family friendly resort this there were a lot of children running around with their families. The buffet restaurant was good and had some yummy selections like pastelon, burger and veal. Unfortunately, I could not make a reservation for the a la restaurant since they were all booked. There was only one pool so it was a little crowded. There is not a swim up bar which is ok but it was disappointing that the resort did not have employees circulating the pools to take drink orders. It was quite annoying to get out of the pool for every new drink and walk all the way to back to the pool bar. Now to the room which was damaged and run down. The room size was a reasonable for three people since we had a double bed and sofa bed. I noticed the closet was broken since the edge of the door was missing a piece of wood. Then, when I entered the bathroom there was a piece of wood as the molding. It looked unfinished. Then, the top of the toilet seat popped off randomly. It was nice that our hotel keys were our bracelets since I did not have to worry about splitting up hotel keys amongst all three of us. Since my group was only there for one night I did not want to make a fuss about the room but if I stayed for a longer time I would have requested to switch rooms. I would not re-book this resort but considering the price “you get what you pay for”.
More late night options for food and drinks. Party options for people who prefer partying at the resort. Concierge service more available.
Average for the money at best, service was friendly but not enough staff
The service and food are the best attributes of this hotel
Facilities are ok but the place is overcrowded.
Attitude of staff not good. Room location not good. No availability in Italian restaurant without 24 hr reservation. Tired resort. Definitely not worth the money.
It was great
Customer service was great. Friendly and helpful. Food was really good variety and options. Issue that can be easily improved is the activities for teenagers. They are not taken into account. Sports, movies, dance, dj learning are some ideas that can improve the expirence of families. They have a lounge empty no kids I. It not advertised or promoted. The staff or POP were amazing, great zumba, aqua aerobics, yoga. The shows that they performed were so good! I didn’t care much for the live groups singing, I really liked the shows that the staff performed. Other easy fix is the beach access, not well marked and it’s a shame having a beautiful spot in the beach. This should also be promoted with a mini bar on the beach. The bars and alcohol was really good, never crowded. It wasn’t a loud place at all. I would go back and if this is the quality of palladium I am willing to check other properties out. I have been very loyal to Club Med as I said activities for all age groups could make this place a 10!
Lovely stay
Worth the money
Our stay was a short holiday , only 4 days but we like it! The staff at the desk at the bar was super helpful and kind ! The room always was clean and topped up with drinks !always fresh towels inside and outside as well ! The food is was average but absolutely worth the money ! The entertainment shows was ok! Really close to the airport and to the old town so quite easy to travel around ! I recommend this hotel who want’s to stay a all inclusive one !

The people where nice and overall had a good experience the things that would make this stand out and excellent is more than anything the attention to the client is lacking compared to other resorts I’ve been too.
