You get what you pay for.

very convenient on what i need during my stay. Not clean terrible, the very small toilet is separated from the shower room. Very sorry to say that i will never never go back to this property anymore.

Not a Good Stay

There is a moldy, musty smell inside the room may be caused by poor ventilation. It took a while falling asleep because of the loud baby cry coming from one of the rooms. We were woken up by a heavy wall banging from the adjacent room that took like 30 minutes long.

TOO MANY PROBLEMS IN THE ROOOM

The hotel is weathered - chipped furniture, etc. But that is OK, it is a good deal in the area. HOWEVER, the shower barely worked, and the lights by the bed didn't work. That is management, not managing the hotel. Pass on this hotel.

The Water System For The Shower Needs Fixing Because I Tried To Take Me A Shower One Night But I Wasan't Able To Because The Shower That Was In My Room Was Running Cold Water But Not Hot Water

Go Stay.

The shower room door and the shower head need to be refurbished. Beds are comfy. Pillows are soft. Aircon is cool.

Room is not properly maintained. Shower was broken, The tv’s screen is blurred. Just to mention a couple.

Friendly staff but needs transparency in food delivery Service. They should submit receipts to guests so we would know How much money we Have spent for each deposit we make. They are helpful but need to be honest

Good basic hotel for a few nights stay

All is okey

Room condition is clean. Room size is just right for me. This is subjective opinion. Didn’t get the chance to explore hotel and try amenities. Surrounding area is okay. There are places to eat.

I don't like the their rooms because you can heard outside noises like talking in the hallway, the room should be sound proof so guests can have a nice rest.

Overall good experience. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable bed linen . Tons of nightlife and restaurants in the area especially for a younger under 30 crowd.

Noisy

It was very noisy at night. I was already on the 9th floor ang I can still hear noises from the other establishments. The corridor was also noisy, no soundproofing. The shower is rain shower only. So it's impossible not to wet your hair if you only want to freshen up..

Bathroom amenities very minimal.- just one small tube of shampoo and tiny soap. Hairdryer is available on a short loan from the desk. No refrigerator in the room. A small aircondtion fitness room would be nice. Wall has bubbling peeling off paint. Experienced an issue my first night stay about room cleanliness. Privacy was invaded ...door knob hanger was placed. Reported it but no response. No discount or any form of compensation was offered. I would have demanded it .

Customer Service at Its Finest for a Lovely Price

I stayed at GoHotels Timog as a patient set to consult with a rheumatologist at St.Luke's. I ended up having a full workup done and eventually an aspiration of both knees as well as steroid shots. The hotel was attentive to my needs and extra helpful after I had aspiration of both knees. They had a wheelchair that proved very useful after I had the procedure done. The location gave me easy access to taxis for shuttling to and from the hodpital everyday at no more than P100.00 per way. A lot of food and specialty shops are just a stone's throw away; and ATM machines were also close by. The area outside is not too crowded and has just the right amount of people on the streets so as not to feel alone. On my third day, the room attendant left me a note. It wasn't personal but heartwarming. Needless to say, I had a very pleasant stay!

Quiet and clean. Courteous staff and safe parking

This is a newly built hotel so it is expected to be nice and clean. It has simple interiors but spacious which is really good, from the lobby to the rooms. The parking is just one level so you have to wait for a space to clear to have a good spot. The staff are accommodating and nice as well. The rooms are clean, well lit, nice and fresh, and big enough to feel you aren’t enclosed in a tight space, and with large flat screen tv and cool ac. It has provisions for a laptop table and chair. The bath separates the shower and toilet. Good enough for short business trips. Downside, you can hear the conversation from the other side of the room which is distracting and privacy concerning. No balcony, no full view of outside, and only shower gel and shampoo are provided with 2 bottles of water. You can buy the bedroom slipper and other toiletries for a small fee.

Basic but definitely clean

Go hotel is always the cheap option whenever I have trainings in the area. Check in is often breezy. However, they will only provide you with soap and shampoo. You need to pay for toothbrush and toothpaste. Also, parking costs 100 pesos, which typically is free in other hotels nearby.

For the price, this hotel is one of the best, it has the best location, walkable to many restaurants, bars, stores and has the basic things the you beed: comfortbale bed, strong ac, decent wifi, in room safe

Good Hotel

Everything was okay. The hotel is still new and fresh. Wifi was a bit slow.

Ok for the cost

It was somewhat easy to find though the front signage lights weren't working when I went. Staff were accommodating and the check in and check out processes were quick and painless

The staff was very friendly and helpful even if I checked in at 3 in the morning.

If you're not looking for a fancy hotel and if you're only staying for a day or two, then this hotel is excellent.

Their hotel is environment friendly. Helpful and friendly staff. The place is sparkling clean (clean sheets and towels). They also have pay parking which is a plus. The place is close to food establishments and pubs. Downside is that they don’t have any refrigerator in their rooms to store drinks and rooms are not soundproof. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

3日間の滞在でしたがとても快適に過ごす事ができました。次回も是非利用させて貰います。

値段の割に満足できる

清潔感はあり過ごしやすかった。外部の音（夜バーの音楽）が気になるが我慢はできる範囲である（今回は11階）朝食は食べていないので、わからないが値段相応ではないのかと思われる ネットは問題ない

훌륭한 위치! 깨끗한 시설!

가격대비 정말 만족한다. 무엇보다 정말 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 직원들이 정말 친절하다. 주변에 식당도 많아서 좋다. 단 샤워시설이 조금 불편하고 냉장고가 없다. 그 외에는 모두 좋았다.

空港から遠いホテル

5泊6日で予約して、中3日はセブ島に宿泊。 マニラのこのホテルは空港から遠く　部屋は整っていたが、埃りっぽく　 宿泊翌日は喉が痛く、頭痛がした。掃除を丁寧にしてないのが原因だと思う。

상당히 괜찮은 호텔

방 크기는 적당한 것 같았으며, 무엇보다 깔끔한 방 상태가 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 욕실 배수가 잘 되지 않는 점, 냉장고가 없다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 직원들의 서비스는 정말 최고였습니다. 직원들의 서비스 때문이라도 재 방문할 마음이 있습니다.
