Te cobran como un hotel completo en amenidades y su alberca está fría “porque se calienta con paneles solares” pretexto de no tener una buena caldera y su salón de juegos no sirve nada

Is a good place for one night in Pachuca

De los hoteles Gamma en los que me he hospedado (CDMX, Cd. Juárez, Orizaba, y Guadalajara) este ha sido el peor hotel en el cual me he quedado. Las instalaciones son viejas y en decadencia. Desde la alfombra, hasta la cama, todo muestra el poco cuidado que se le ha brindado al hotel para mantenerlo actualizado. El baño no tiene ventilación alguna, lo cual hace que la humedad, y por ende el olor, se quede guardado en el cuarto y este huela mal todo el tiempo. Lo único rescatable del establecimiento es la comida del restaurante y el personal de limpieza, quienes fueron extremadamente amables y serviciales. El personal de recepción te ignora y tratan de bo hacer contacto visual para evitar hablar contigo. No es un hotel que recomiendo ni en el que me volvería a quedar. Es mejor evitarlo.

Office staff the worst of it

Property is not in great condition has a horrible smell and the cleanliness was not up to par. The food options as well as bar were limited. The room did not have a fire alarm and not in great condition

Staff was friendly, all in all, hotel is clean and we loved it. I did not like two boxes in the lobby, placed to step on (Covid prevention or somwthing), since ai almost tripped on them.

The upgrade was super nice and it was value for money

Staff was attentive. Very conveniently located near the airport. Made getting to an early flight very easy. Clean and surprisingly quiet give its so close to the airport (air traffic).

The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms and good amenities. The restaurant was also of a very good standard. The check-in process wasn't as smooth as hoped for, with a miscommunication between Expedia and tbe hotel. This was eventually sorted out however.

Comfortable, friendly staff, and centrally located. Will be staying here again in the future!

Nice pool

Great place to spend 2-3 days. The only problem is that the rooms are very noisy. You’re able to hear the running water from the next door. Imagine what else you could hear. Besides that, excellent experience great staff and services.

Good experience

Hotel was clean and in a safe area, service was excellent. There was not an elevator but the staff was kind and took our luggage up to our room.

In general everything was very good, we face the problem on theshower's hot water faucet, was really tight and almost imposible to open. Also we order food and we didnt like it and they bring another dish and was fine.

The staff & comfort of the room make for a solid business hotel. It is right next door to a very nice golf club and I played nine holes with plenty of light at the end of the day. The beer was cold, but the food in the restaurant was lack luster. All in all, I will stay again.

Fiesta Inn, a great stay.

The building, the staff, the grounds, the room were all just great. Employees had a great attitude towards customers. The food was quite good. Ask about the items that don't have English translations. Those are the local Mexican dishes.

Great option at fair price

Fiesta Inn is a business trip oriented brand, but their customer-oriented team will serve family-trips as well. The only negative factor is maintenance: rooms need an overhaul.

Calidad comprobada. Muy agradables instalaciones y la atención del personal inmejorable.

Hotel con áreas verdes y atención

El servicio es lo que más me gusta del hotel, desde el Sr. Ramiro que fue quien nos recibió hasta las señoritas camaristas que nos atendieron con calidad. Excelente hotel para descansar y sus áreas verdes son hermosas.

Aunque es viejo el hotel se le a dado buen mantenimiento.

Siempre son muy agradables todo el personal y eso me gusta mucho. Solo esta vez en la habitación había una fuga en el lavamanos q de repente mojaba todo el baño.

El Hotel esta lleno de plagas en las camas hay chinches a una forma desmedida, tengan cuidado si se hospedan ahí no es recomendable

Hotel diferente con jardines bonitos.

El hotel es bonito aunque las paredes no me gustaron. Se siente diferente a lo que esperas en un hotel de ciudad por sus jardines y ambiente. El personal es amable, en especial la gente de recepción, como el joven de lentes que nos dio la habitacion o la señorita que nos despidió.

Atención esmerada y amable de todo el personal. Espacio agradable en habitaciones. Centrico. Amplio estacionamiento. Servicio y alimentos en Restaurante muy buenos. Reporto fallas en llaves de lavabo del baño hay que apretar demasiado para!que deje de salir agua. Se sugiere revisar y cambiar empaques de llaves. Tambien falta extractor en baño, ya que se acumula mucho el vapor de agua, no deja uno de sudar y el espejo se empaña totalmente.

La alberca es muy fría, por la tarde se sentía muy fría y por la mañana era imposible de aguantar. Es un hotel bonito cerca de la ciudad sería ideal una caldera para mantener la alberca a una temperatura adecuada.
