Staff very helpful.

The staff were professional and friendly. The accommodations were clean and comfortable!

Not much to do around, breakfast was good trays were empty we waited for them to be filled. We needed to request food items to be filled,even though it was an hour before buffet closing.

Girl in restaurant during morning hrs on 21st April (breakfast time), prepared really nice cappuccino.

Short staffed hotel

The hotel was short staffed and didn't provided slippers, dental kit, shaving kit, complementary water after repeated requests.

Excellent hotel, great location in a beautiful residential area, close to an airport but also you can go for a beautiful walk. Plenty nice and cozy restaurants in the area, but you almost do not need them as the food in the hotel is wonderful, one mist try breakfast when there. But the most import is that the staff in the hotel is absolutely amazing, goes above and beyond to help and accommodate you. Rooms a beautiful, clean, beds very comfortable. Great place overall.

I am traveling a lot and sometimes using Expedia to reserve flights and hotels. For last few years I did five trips to Europe using Expedia for booking. This Sheraton hotel gave me the most troubles I didn’t expect. The dinner : I ordered stake for dinner and stake price was $100 but I was waiting almost 30 minutes . That’s a really long time since only one more person was in restaurant. The biggest issue was in the morning of check out I gave to shave my face for meeting . It took me unbelievable long time because drain in the sink was plugged and water drains do slow that I can’t performe shaving. Have to wait till water drain and continue again and again. Receptionist didn’t pay attention on my complains . She just said : I will inform maintenance. Looks like she didn’t fell this situation needs apology. I made on time to my meeting but was a very stressed. Thank you.

Nice area for stay if you want to shop before your flight. Very reasonable price for the good conditions of stay. The location is good for those who drives their own car. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay and staff

Staff services

The hotel is located in the new business district approx 5 miles from the city centre. A fairly new hotel. It is spacious and very clean, in keeping with the brand. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A very good restaurant and bar. There is a tram terminus 3 or 4 minutes walk up the road and a train station next to it which will get you into the airport in 3 minutes. The tram will get you into the city in 30 minutes and the cost is less that a pound. Half that if you're a senior.

The room was great. We had to check out early because the power was going to be shut off and being on the top floor we could carry all our luggage down 6 floors. The breakfast was pretty good except for the crazy amount of fruit flies all over the food

Clean comfort bed and room. Value for money. The plus side is the location away from noisy areas and city but easily reachable

Very helpful staff; hotel - conveniently located near the airport- great for a few days Warsaw visit, as well as close to spas and medical centers; the restaurant on the premises has very tasty food , & menu included vegetarian options; Hotel is very clean, quiet, & my room had a spacious modern bathroom.

Definitely not a Sheraton experience

Starting from the fact that on the day of our arrival they started to threaten us because of the declined card, trough the fact that they eventually accepted the fact that our flight is to arrive shortly before midnight but in this case we’d need to pay everything upfront what we obviously did, finishing on the amazing surprise that the type of the room is not available because “they’re packed” and as a married couple we need to sleep in two single beds and asking us if that’s alright. Absolutely no prioritisation, no cleaning service even though we’ve asked for it, and no moving us into a correct double room we paid 1k for. In the end we’ve been pleased with a 50 quid deposit requirement to borrow the umbrella from the same guy who checked us in and promised moving to a correct room two days before. This is definitely not a Sheraton experience and if you’d like to be sure that your 1k experience is the best, look for some other place to stay.

Excellent Choice for a Hotel Near to the Airport

New hotel with comfortable and clean rooms, close to the airport but far enough to be away from the related noise. Helpful and friendly staff, easy to order taxis/ubers to get downtown.

Broken/ noisy aircon and the bad service

I got a room with broken aircon which made a terrible noise. I was not able to sleep so I called the reception to fix it. After 2 hours and 4 phone calls (telling me that the security is coming to fix it - they did not come!) they moved me to another room as per my request.

Nice staff, Uber always quick to arrive, but would not qualify for an airport hotel - app. 8 minutes to the airport by taxi.

Amazing property

Very nice hotel. Easy, quick check-in. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Room is a bit small, but nice big bathroom and shower. All amenities provided. Coffee in room, also mini-fridge and water. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. We will definitely stay here again, especially since it's so close to the S7.

Too quaite

Although the property was clean, in decent location and has a sauna, the front desk staff at the time of our check-in or check-out were not honest. We were told outdoor parking was free upon check-in but charged 80 zl upon check out. We were also told we would find bathrobes in the sauna area, there were none. Won't be returning for those two reasons.

Very clean, very good breakfast and restaurant. Nice sauna(could be heated a bit more than 80C). Staff very friendly and helpful. Convenient location with an easy access to all Warsaw either by car or public transport. Reasonably priced.Overall excellent.

Room and hotel very nice. Nice restaurant with tasty crafted beer. Very good value for money. Recommendation: heat your dry sauna more than only 75C, that is too low.

The hotel feels like it is a totally brand new property. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely fantastic. If I travel back to Warsaw, I will not look for anything else to stay.

Very good hotel and great value overall. Clen, modern, spacious room. Large desktop for working, fully controllable air conditioner (unlike many that live their own life). I would add here a very good breakfast (actually worth the cost) and super friendly staff

The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the fact that there was no chrome cast available.

The property was okay. The only thing I like was the restaurant and their staff. The property is far from the city center. They don’t have nor give any you information regarding transportation, places to see and etc.

Very nice hotel for super price

The hotel is nice and in a quiet office district of Warsaw. However, the television did not have but 10 channels, disappointing. Breakfast was good and the hotel is very comfortable.

Great hotel

Excellent hotel, very comfortable, spacious rooms. Only complaint was that there was nobody at the desk when we came to check out in the early hours of the morning and we had to spend 10 minutes walking around knocking on doors behind the desk to try and find someone. Could have easily been sorted by having some kind of doorbell or call device on the counter.

Everything worked out fine, t was clean and the staff were very helpfull.

Good hotel, not far from the airport

The hotel is located ~10 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from city center. Room is large and very clean and the bed is comfortable. Shower is well equipped and convenient. Breakfast is very good and service is professional and friendly. Definitely a good option for business travelers. There is also a gym and sauna, but I didn't try it. There is a supermarket one minute walk from the hotel

Very good but with space to improve.

Conveniently located a short drive from the airport, new hotel with good amenities. Rooms are well-equipped with pleasant, modern design. The staff is very friendly and accommodating but I was surprised to find out that with paid late check-out, I would have to also pay another day of parking for my car. Doesn't make much sense. Also, would love to see broader menu in room service, there are literally only 5 dishes listed and if you are lucky to enquire about other options, you may select from restaurant's menu (which is not shown in the room as standard). Should be better coordinated to make it easy and less confusing with regard to what is available to order and when. Very few vegeterian options altogether as well by the way. Overall very good but with space to improve.

The entire place is nice. I left my toothbrush in the shower and I called to get it back and they said it wasn’t there which is really disappointing considering I know exactly where I left it.

What a great price at hotels.com! This is a fantastic hotel for the price. Very clean and professional staff. The pillows were a little too soft but they were still ok. The only complaint I have is the water in the shower would not stay at a constant temperature, but overall it is a great place to spend a night.
