Not as good as expected

When we got to the room, there was only 1 towel, it was a room for 4 persons. WiFI was not accessible on Iphone. TV in the room was disprogramed, balcony door dod mot close properly and the outside noise was too loud.

Elevator failed while riding it, did not break and hit hard 1st floor, reported it, nothing was done, scaring moment and no hot water the first day

Fair stay for the price, the building needs makntenance

Easy access to gas stations, pharmacy, and dining. Pool and spa were accessible. Breakfast buffet was available for a fee but was absolutely delicious and worth the cost.

Horrible the property is falling apart as we speak. It is in need of major renovation. My glass balcony panel actually fell off during this last visit December 2023. Management was no help as I was kept in my room after no repairs we made. Such a safety hazard. With all the other options around the area try the Hilton or double tree! Stay far away from four points if you value your safety.

Staff unfriendly not helpful only 2 staff members were friendly enough Julio our waiter and Jose Luis the front door man, besides these 2 people no one else was helpful, i was told to call 24 hours ahead as we had an early arrival i did call and email and chat my emails and chat went unanswered my phone call i was told to just show up and would be able to accommodate our early arrival i was never told there was an extra charge, tours were not easy to book as we had to call around hotel staff said they did not do that, i did walk into another hotel and they helped set up tours for us knowing we were not staying at their hotel.very disappointed with this hotel staff and service throughout our stay.

Power outage, Wi-Fi outage, bathroom was clogged. Staff couldn’t communicate well in English. No discounts or refund was given even with the inconveniences.

Everyone on the property were helpful in all aspects. Great location, great staff, and the rooftop pool was absolutely spectacular.

Overall is a good hotel, some minor things that we encountered: not having three towels knowing we were three staying in the room, water took a long time to get hot, one day we were not left water. The staff was outstanding and very Cordial.

My stay was ok, Check in took around 30 minutes, I reserved two rooms, they gave me the rooms in two different floors, I had problems opening the room.

Good rate overall, although building is not in good condition, it looks like an old building. Need to renew a lot of aspects, particularly into the rooms. When you compare Puebla hotel vs Veracruz Vite differences are notorious in despite of being same brand.

the two gentleman that work the front door are very nice, helpful, and hardworking. unfortunately the staff at the front desk are just the opposite. not helpful, poor communication (with clients and between themselves), and most terrifying is that none of the cleaning staff wears face masks. i do not recommend, and i actually booked this hotel by mistake originally, again, the bellman are great and very helpful.

All the staff is very friendly and ready to help anytime. There is very good coffee in the room. I think they need to put some chairs and a little table at the balcony.

Everyone here has worked so hard to keep us happy from Checking in to the presentation of their rooms staff. Thanks to Jerman for keeping us happy while we were at the pool he was super kind and helpful when we asked to have the Jacuzzi tub on. I really liked my stay here. Great pool view and even though the beach is not on the property you can get there easily from here. Thanks for keeping my kids and I safe :)

The staff was great. The hotel and pool were both really nice and clean. Valet parking is required. I wish self parking was an option as tips add up. No fridge or microwave in the room. For extended stays it would be nice to have those. Overall a good hotel and friendly staff.

Try to get an ocean view side room, room with City view has a stinky street drain below them.

nos robaron, hab 1017, por error nuestro olvidamos unas chanclas, hablamos para avisar, confirmamos y nos dijeron que ya las tenían. nos dijeron como eran las chanclas y coincidían con las olvidadas, llamamos a los 2 días para decirles que iría una persona en estos días por ellas, nos dijeron que no nos preocupáramos, al llegar un día la persona, son dicen que no estaba la camarista responsable, al otro día regresa y resulta que lo que nos querían dar eran unos crocss viejos, que no coincidían ni con la descripción que nos habían dado, ahora nos dicen que al haber sido nuestro error ellos no se hacen responsables. El hecho y la molestia no es el valor de lo que valen unas chanclas, por que poco se quema el hotel, imagínense si fuera una cartera o un reloj.

Grandes vacaciones

Buena ubicación, cerca de Boca del Río y de Veracruz así como de varias playas. La limpieza es excelente al igual que el servicio. Instalaciones en buen estado y cuenta con estacionamiento y valet. El único inconveniente fue que estuvo cerrada la alberca y no estaba funcionando las tinas de hidromasaje pero fue por las cuestiones climáticas según nos explicaron. De ahí en fuera excelente.

Los elevadores no sirven bien y son lentísimos. La comida del restaurante es bastante malita.

Me encantó la privacidad y el respeto a la habitación cuando no estábamos. Nos quedamos una semana y el personal fue súper amable. Alrededor me encantó que hay en donde comer, WM, Liverpool, Starbuks, y a la playa llegábamos caminando en 10 minutos. El restaurante del hotel con comida muy rica, sustanciosa y precios razonables. Únicamente considero que no estaría de más darle mantenida los elevadores. Gracias 4Pb-S

En general el hotel está bien, aunque las habitaciones ya se empiezan a ver viejas y a oler a humedad, la cama que nos tocó ya estaba muy aguada y las toallas rasposas, el bufete de desayuno muy recomendable, muy rico

Un buen hotel, instalaciones bien cuidadas. Habitaciones limpias en general muy bien. Lo único malo es q hay un salón de fiestas junto y por la noche se escucha la música . De las cuatro noches de mi estancia solo una fue en la q hubo mucho ruido de ese salón.

Las camas son cómodas. La limpieza es buena. El servicio en recepción es cordial. En general todo bien.

En general bien el hotel, lo malo es que existen dos elevadores, pero uno de ellos está limitado, solo sirve del piso 1 al 7 me tocó el piso 10 y hubo momentos que bajar de mi habitación al lobby tarde 7 minutos y del lobby a mi habitación igual entre 5 y 7 minutos

La habitación estuvo magnifica. Cómoda y con excelente vista. La piscina dejó mucho que desear, ya que la mitad del área estaba inhabilitada. El personal del lobby no fue muy amable pero cumplió su función bien.

Hace un año me hospede en este mismo hotel y comparado a el dia de ayer noté que le falta mantenimiento, al menos lo que corresponde a mi habitación, una esquina del zoclo estaba despegada, solo sobrepuesta, muebles raspados, se nota que requiere mmto. La ubicación bien y el personal amable.

El hotel tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad en los cuartos , está viejo y con falta de mantenimiento , huele mucho a humedad , para ser parte de la cadena de Marriot deja mucho que desear

Lo que más me gustó: La higiene de la habitación, la limpieza de toallas y sábanas, el olor en general de la habitación y el pasillo, es relajante para el descanso Lo desagradable: La televisión y el servicio de cable del que dispone el hotel, no hay contactos disponibles para la cafetera, se tiene que conectar en el closet, en general no hay contactos, para conectar el celular y otros dispositivos. La percepción en general del inmueble es obscura y precaria, de primera impresión. La puerta principal no sirve y para entrar y salir por el costado, es insuficiente. La buena actitud, disposición, sonrisas y agilidad del personal, salvan o compensan las insuficiencias de la instalación.

Hotel muy cuidado y limpio, la atención de todo el personal de lujo principalmente los valet. Sin embargo todas las toallas ya deterioradas con agujeros y las orillas rotas, las almohadas super viejas e incomodas ( al grado que mejor compre unas) ya requiere mejoras en sus blancos

Llegamos y tardaron un poco en entregar l ahbaitacion porque se estaba retirando una convención de Chedraui saturado el hotel, de ahí todo bien

Consideró que requieren mantenimiento sus instalaciones, el piso del lobby cerca del elevador ya estaba por levantarse y en la Habitación, el portarollo ya se iba a caer, la coladera tapada, el tanque del Wc roto y se veía algo de moho en el piso de la ducha
