Whenever I find myself in Sharjah, this beautiful establishment has become my sanctuary. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience, and I must particularly highlight the exceptional service provided by Adil, the manager. His attentive leadership truly sets the tone for the hotel. Henry also deserves recognition for his remarkable support, always ready to assist with a friendly smile. I cannot overlook Monisha, whose warm smile and cheerful personality make every interaction feel personal and special. Her genuine kindness adds an extra layer of comfort to my stay. We stay there for a business trip and overall the hotel was awful. The hotel was very old and run down. The hygiene of the hotel was non existent, the towels had stains and holes, my bed sheets had a blood stains and as I stayed in the room to work, I saw the cleaning put the duvet on the floor to change the sheets and pillow cases. I was shocked and asked them to change it, but they were wondering why like this was normal practice. The restaurants are not open daily like they advertise, but the do bother have food there as the food was no good. I complained to the manager and he basically laughed it off, tried to give me a free breakfast as a compensation even though I told him that we don't eat breakfast. We were both very upset, defo not a 5 star hotel quality, I would say it's barely a 3 star. Very upsetting, couldn't wait to leave...

The stay at the hotel was ok. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. We didnt meet other staff since they didn't offer food in thr package and we only slept in the rooms. We didnt use any other amenities. The guys at the entrance doors wete quite helpful in assising with taxis.

Upon arriving after 18 hrs of travel, Monisha and Ashish at the front desk were very polite and empathetic to my tired look. They were amazing at getting me a room promptly and ensured my stay was very comfortable. Great staff ! Thank you for the wonderful room amd stay.

Ahsan served us and was brilliant from start to finish. We will be back for sure in the future beautiful hotel and amenities.

The hospitality of the staff is what stood out most for me, especially the front and kitchen staff. I was truly impressed at their friendliness, professionalism, helpfulness and willingness to ensure I had a great stay, and enjoyed my breakfast. My main concern was the wifi connection. It was not strong enough which was very frustrating at times. Also there was an incident where I saw a small rodent or insect in my bathroom. However the front staff very quickly offered for me to change rooms which I appreciated. I was overall happy with my stay. Thank you!

Super clean and well-maintained with friendly, supportive staff. The chef was amazing, greeting everyone at breakfast with exceptional attentiveness and friendliness. Overall, the staff was kind and consistently focused on ensuring guest happiness.

My message to the unresponsive general manager during my stay. Mr. Chadha: I’ve stayed at Marriotts globally for 212 nights in 2023, using both the Bonvoy app and third-party sites, drawn by the exceptional service of your Marriott colleagues. However, my experience at the Four Points by Sharjah has been profoundly disappointing, marking my worst Marriott stay. The furniture from the lobby to the room is noticeably stained. Near the cafe, the business center computers are surrounded by biting gnats/insects. Last night, I reached out through the Bonvoy chat, stranded downtown for over an hour, unable to secure an Uber back to the hotel since all Ubers demanded cash. I requested a paid hotel car service, but your staff directed me to call reception, despite being just feet away. I ordered room service roasted buffalo wings, only to receive nearly raw wings floating in a deep bowl of sugary sauce with white rice. When I sought management through your front desk staffer Hossam, he smirked, falsely claiming he was the sole staff member, just before four others emerged from the back office. Marriott’s reputation for safety, professional customer service, cleanliness, and cuisine is why I travel with the brand. It’s disheartening that Four Points Sharjah falls short of these standards. Too far and amenities was missing like bath rob and toilet amenities

Unfortunately can’t rate below 1 star. My room smelled like cigarettes and industrial strength air freshener, despite asking for a non-smoking room. The air freshener was so harsh I woke up with a sore throat and nasal issues. Was told the room was non-smoking…clearly a lie. And was told I couldn’t switch rooms because they overbooked the hotel…and is this my problem or their? All in all, the manager continued to lie about the room being non-smoking - when it clearly was. This is barely a 1 star hotel.

The worst hotel we ever stayed in. The whole building including the rooms, hallways reeked of smoking. We had a whole wedding party staying there and we had about 6-7 rooms and pretty much everyone had to change rooms because of smoking smells. And even after changing rooms, we had to live with the smell. If I were staying there by myself and was not part of the wedding party, I would have checked out the next day. The area around the building was dirty and congested. Only good thing i would say about this hotel was the staff in the dining area, very polite, courteous and professional.

The frontdesk staff and dinning staff were wonderful and accommodating. I was blessed with an upgraded room. Unfortunately the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Also twice i up the room sign for making up but Housekeeping didn’t come during the day. My last day they came at 8pm at night. Overall i had a great experience at this property.

Great stay

All staff were very courteous from Check in through to the restaurant. Concierge helped with taxi’s. Room very clean and comfortable with hot and cold drinks. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel and good hospitality

Best of the best; I wish I had an option to give them more stars. We stayed in many hotels around the world, from US to Canada, in Europe and east Asia but without any doubt this was one of the greatest experience we have ever had. Clean and neat building, modern room, super friendly staff and great breakfast buffet are all there. If you stay there, you may visit city's historic landmarks, or the blue and date souks which are just around the corner.

One of the worst experience staying at Four Ponit Sheraton Sharjah. House keeping very poor, no cleanliness, bath room consumables to be order and called. Long waiting for house keeping to attend even call. Five star certificate must be reviewed by Authorities. No value for money.

Great location and large rooms.

I chose this hotel because of good reviews but first thing it the rooms smell really bad like if theres a mold smell. Second I was overcharged for breakfast while i had a stay for a week my partner was staying with me and they charged me 110 and when I went to the check in table they said it was only 50. for breakfast. This hotel is no where near good places to visit dont recommend

You can’t park close enough to check in. Confusing guest parking. We had to drive around 3 or 4 times to find the the entrance to the parking. Just a very normal stay and go Our room was left dirty even after we called for cleaning. The only plus was the calm . Absolutely no unwanted noise.
