A very excellent hotel in a great area, good service and reasonable prices.

There was no room services, I did stay two nights but nobody came to clean the room even once I have called the reception as well but it’s waste of time

Nice hotel ..clean and quiet..shopping area near by..and masjid ayesha alrajehy next door .. The only thing I didn’t like it’s the (bus service..you have to use 2 buses to get to the haram….(10 minutes or less ) It’s maybe because Ramadan ..but everything else was good .

as always naseem four points has always been a great stay never dissappoints ! would highly recommend for families and also couples and singles great prices and great location with supermarket nearby coffee shops and masjid Rajihi behind the hotel

It was indeed a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was superb. Very cooperative staff.

The bathroom they showed in pictures at booking time was wide , but the actual bathroom in the room was very small and was inconvenient.

There is a shuttle service every 30 minutes 24/7 from the hotel to Kaaba and back. Just remember your drop off point. If this is your first time, you may easily get lost. This should be the best selling point for the hotel. There is plenty of parking spaces. The front staff is pretty good. The person (forgot his name!) who checked us in was very professional. He has couple of degrees from the US (UCF, U WA) and is a very nice person. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay anywhere else.

المكان نظيف وسعره ممتاز. بالنسبه للباصات للمسجد الحرام تتوفر كل ساعه بس مواعيدها غير دقيقه. المنطقه تتوفر فيها خدمات جيده.

Spent an hour trying to find the shuttle from the Haram to the hotel. Called reception but could not get adequate information on it. Finally ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. Arrived at the hotel half an hour after checkin time and waited almost two hours to be given a room. Was told the room was still being cleaned. I asked for water during the wait and was told that they didn’t have water. Did not expect that from a Marriott approved hotel.

The hotel service this time around is just on the average most especially the cleaning of the room. One has to call them everyday before the room is cleaned. Something should be done about this.

I have stayed at this hotel for two consecutive years. I have found it the best price for its service and convenience. I will definitely keep coming to this hotel.

Overall happy with this hotel. Here is my feedback: Pros: -Clean and convenient -Staff and service were great -Adjacent to Al-Rajhi mosque - heard Azaan all five times - music to our ears! - Starbucks, Dunkin and Danube (grocery store) all within a few steps of the hotel -Breakfast Buffet was super - great options and great service - you have to pay for it but it's absolutely worth it! -Bathroom had a proper shower area with handrails (they even had a cloth wire to dry clothes) - convenient for elderly guests Cons: -Location is farther away from Haram so shuttle or cab were absolutely necessary - the shuttle dropped us off about 10 minutes walk away from Haram -Ordering food as part of room service was not the best option as the food choices were not many - we had diet restrictions so that made it a lot harder -Rooms do not have microwave so bringing food from outside so we can warm it up was also not an option -Laundry service is not what you think of in western nations - there is no washer or dryer - you only get dry-cleaning service which you pay for per garment Saudi does not have the concept of laundromat / washers and dryers for public use. Dry cleaning is your only option! Something I wish I had known before our travel. Hopefully that helps someone. Pack clothes accordingly.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

The hotel is amazing. This is my third time staying in the hotel. The services have been very excellent. Movement to and from HARAM is made easy by the provision of routine bus for the trip on hourly basis. Overall, the services of the hotel is in line with the standard of my expectation.

This was my second time staying at Sheraton. They checked us in very late but we were also allowed to check out later. The two things we didn’t like were that most of the towels were not clean. The white color on the towels turned into gray. The second thing, the Wi-Fi in the room was so slow that we couldn’t use it.

This hotel is far away from the Haram. Please consider taking taxi when the hotel shuttle service is not available.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so kind and respectful, they are well trained. I've stayed in Makkah several times and this was the first time I resided this far from Haram Shareef but with regular shuttle service it was no bother at all. Housekeeping was available all day which was so good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all and have nothing negative to comment about.

Hotel was reasonably clean. I had very little interaction with staff so i cant say much in that regard. Their shuttle service to Haram is excellent. They had ramadan buffet for about $32 per person, which is expensive but the food is really bad. The only reason we kept eating there was becaue it was convenient. The hotel rooms are small and the bathrooms were extremely tiny.

The upmost was the quick response to the guest request. The only observation the hotel should ensure the rooms are ready before the guest check in. Apart from the location is far from Haram, overall the hotel is recommended to stay

Best Hotel in Makkah for me and the shuttle to Masjid Haram for one hour is very convenient. I would recommend for anyone willing to go for umrah for this affordable hotel.

It is very conveniently located right next to the Masjid. The hotel was always clean and the staff was very helpful and patient.

Want to save some during peak Ramadan days and can bear a some discomfort….this is for you. From hotel every 30 minutes there are shuttle to drop you At Tunnel point, from there there’s another 1 minute bus trip to other side of Tunnel (Ajyad)

Staff are amazing and the hotel is very clean and front desk were very helpful. Mr sherif from the restaurant staff was amazing at answering any question and going above an beyond to help us .

It was a very good experience. This is my second time in the hotel. It was a good experience but I believe they can do more in their service. I was surprised that they couldn't rewarm a cold food I early purchased from them. Overall the stay was good

The Front office staff was really helpful. The rooms were immaculately clean. The property is huge and one can get lost in it. Plenty of dining options. Barista made a good coffee. 24-hour transport to Haram was a great advantage. I would stay in this property again. This is a great value money hotel given that hotel's close to HHaram charge a lot and with the bus service every hour it is a great added advantage. Staff was very helpful

The stay was nice but I was given a smoking rooms while I booked none smoking rooms. the smell was very uncomfortable.

I liked its location but the staff is awful and they don’t clean the rooms when you ask them to do so.

They made fraudulent charges. I booked it at 42 dollars a night and when I arrived they demanded 325 dollars a night. Refused to cancel my reservation. I felt blackmailed as I had 2 rooms reserved and was traveling with a 10 yr old child

It was one of the worse hotel experience I ever had. When I arrived at the room, it smelled like someone had just smoked cigarettes; it had a powerful odor. We told the front desk to swatch the room and said, please wait. After waiting hours, we told them hey, we will go to the holy mosque to perform our Umrah; please make the change and leave the key card at the front counter, the person we spoke with at the counter agreed and said no problem. We returned the next day around 7 am. There was two lady at the counter Amal and Bashayer. We approached Amal and explained our situation; she was insulting and could not understand us. She called the other lady to help her translate; the lady told us that we still had the previous one and no changes had been made. I told them can you at least go check it out. Anyways, my wife and I end up sleeping in the smelly old room, and the tv and the lights come on when you plug in the key card, but no way to switch off any of them. Terrible service, terrible room, and sadly from the elevator to the room, there are no directions. If you get lost, you have to go around the entire building to find your room.

Important tip!

Great hotel for its price. Hourly buses from/to Haram. Tip: If you miss, you can use the bus of Millenium.

Air conditioning

This hotel is nice and rooms are good quality however the problem i had was the Air conditioning!!! The whole toom felt damp when air conditioning was activated. You could feel the dampness in your lungs. Had to change room and same issue in the next room. Never felt this issue in any other hotel. If you want to enjoy your trip then please book hotel near haram and if you cant afford it them save up until you can as travelling in taxis and buses i wont recommend as your experience will be spoiled by the ripping off taxi drivers. Please dont pay the taxi driver if he doesnt activate his meter. Its the Law and if he doesnt activate the meter your journey is FREE!!!!

Great property, amazing breakfast. Only negative was that the shuttle bus didn’t arrive at masjid El haram on time and everyone waited over 2 hours at night, also bathrooms are a bit tight and dated.

If you're looking for comfortable stay in budget i would definitely recommend this hotel. Its a little far from haram but the free shuttle service is every hour and on time. The queue for checkin is annoying but its mecca we cant complain. The staff is helpful specifically girl at the reception who speaks English & Arabic. Overall nice stay breakfast would be nice 🙂

Check in was ok with a few mistakes but eventually got solved I would have preferred Abeer at the reception I think she was easy check-in without errors another benefit she speaks brilliant English She was perfect!

Shuttle is excellent

Amazing experience with slight disappointment

Check in was smooth, staff at front desk were very courteous and professional. Booked the Junior suite to have access to the executive lounge, however I was informed hotel does not have an exec lounge. Upon checking in, we requested an extra bed which we did not receive until 24hrs later, the bathroom was dirty and again house keeping did not turn up until 24 hrs later. Putting all that to a side, it was a fantastic experience. The local amenities are very conveniently located. Masjid AR rajhi is amazing. I hope the hotel can sort out its housekeeping because I feel that's were they're lacking! I hope to return back to the hotel in the future as I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and I will now know what to expect.

It is a nice and close to Kabbah about 20m by car, they have a free bus.
