Parking is tight!

Great staff, very nice hotel. Location is not the best.

We stayed one night. Staff were really nice and helpful. Just next to the only shopping mall in town. Neighborhood was ok, but not much to do or see around

Nice property. Good restaurant

All was good.

Great stay on our father/daughter road trip visiting the town he was raised in. We were greeted with wonderful fresh raspberry juice when we arrived. They even served my cousins that came to town with us For the day. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere with delicious food. Some trouble with the elevators. They may be too small for this hotel. Only one was working so we waited very long to get to where we wanted to go.

No pool Location and staff.............................................

The place is nice, breakfast kind of simple but sufficient.

Definitely best hotel in town.

We parked our car in a nice parking area for cars up to 2.30m. The nice staff welcomed us with a drink and introduced us to the hotel. The view from the top floors is amazing. And their gym is just perfect. Never saw a hotel with such a big gym. Really nice hotel! Definitely!

Great Central Location.

Good location, the hotel have a shopping mall and a casino next to it. There is a lot of nights activities around it.

Hotel stay.

English speaking people at the front desk. They try very hard to be helpful. The food at the hotel is average at best. Rooms are going down hill a little. At least they are clean.

Wifi didn't work for a day and hot water was not working in my room. They to fix it last night and it got warmer but no follow-up or resolution. Let's see if they do anything when I check out tomorrow morning.

Small hard beds, hard pillows, not prepared to receive many people, breakfast was a mess

We stopped there to spend the night on our road trip to the south of Chile. Very good option, probably the best in the area. Was a little dissapointed with the indoor pool, which lacked maintenance and cleaning

THREESOMES WELCOME!!

I made a reservation for 3 adults, but the hotel assigned me a room that had a king size bed only. I called to confirm I needed 2 beds but the hotel guy said the reservation was for a room with a king bed only. When I arrived they insisted, finally I had to pay for the extra bed an additional 50%, which I would have preferred to be charged when making my reservation. I also had to wait for the second bed to be carried to, and fixed at my room. Everything else was as expected or even better.

Great Hotel with Great service

We were very impressed with the service mentality and anxious they were to be helpful.

Lack of signage to enable you to get to the 3rd floor Check in. Slow Check-in Receptionist lacked english -bit of a suprise as it's an american chain hotel Noisy Bar area Breakfast served in a meeting room

Overnight in Los Angeles...Chile

Hotel was nice. Restaurant was okay, but we were surprised by some of the menu outages.

Nice hotel next to the mall

It was good but they couldn't find my reservation, that took time. The matres are very hard.

Bad smell in the room. Bad quality sheets. Small and crowded breakfast area.

Surprise find

Very pleased to find this hotel in heart of Los Angeles. The staff were very helpful And spoke good English. The room was well appointed and clean, the breakfast was good and the location was great for access to shopping and restaurants. Was a little apprehensive driving into town but the hotel made for a nice surprise.

Great hotel, amazing buffet in the morning!

Good modern hotel but with issues

This should be rated four star as it has good rooms with full size bathtub, efficient AC, fab restaurant and great brekky plus easy safe parking BUT in the two rooms we used the room door did not shut securely, even after slamming it shut, we discovered this on returning after a couple of minutes to pick up a forgotten item. Plus the two main lifts have room card security which prevents upper floor access - however the service lift (which is available from the car park to upper floors does not! Finally to my great annoyance I was charged OVER TEN US DOLLARS FOR RECEIVING (not making) an overseas call which I queried on check out but was assured was correct. Apart from these items we enjoyed our stay and found the staff helpful, efficient and friendly

On the way from Santiago

I just stayed overnight coming from Argentina to Santiago. The hotel is modern and the rooms are confortable but a bit run down, needs attention ( doors, carpet) Check out was very slow, just one person helping and there was a party of 12 chinese before me, had to wait a lot

good business hotel

It seems that there's no other hotel we can stay in the city.

It doesn't deserve the name "Sheraton"

Upon arrival some discussion because my name was not on their check-in list, even though the room had been booked months in advance. The reception desk refused to accept and forward 2 accordingly stamped postcards, saying that I had to go to the post office! The fridge in the room was locked (they're probably afraid that guests will steal drinks). At the restaurant I had the worst fetuccini of my life: overcooked, cut into small pieces and a worthless sauce that had hardly any taste. Poor wifi connection and PCs at the reception overprotected with passwords that only few of the staff know. The location is central. Bad price/quality ratio.

Nice Close to the Mall but noisy Street at night

Good but too short. Just there for one night. Was so nice would have liked to stay there longer, and enjoy the activities in the town. Is close to everything downtown and overlooks the entire city. Good view and nice, clean ambience.

Better experience in the Tower

I posted a review for the Sheraton a couple of weeks ago complaining about the noise caused by repairs during the night. This time they upgraded me to the Tower, which is way better than the regular Sheraton. Of course I was being spoiled after the bad experience I had last time, but in any case it is good to see they considered my feedback.

Southern Chile stay

Really enjoyed the hotel, very fast service, cleanly rooms and the location is perfect. Convience of a casino downstairs, I would definately return

Good downtown location

This property is in a great location for stays in the heart of Los Angeles. The hotel restaurant features an excellent wine list and great menu options.

Un muy buen hotel para un descanso

Como siempre un hotel de muy buen nivel, agradable atención y comodidad general de sus instalaciones.

Ya no tiene la piscina temperada, la sala de ejercicios parece una bodega. Y el estacionamiento es muy malo (no caben los vehículos de los huéspedes)

Hotel con Restaurant con platos de alto nivel!!!

Quedamos impresionados con la calidez de las personas como Sonia y su excelente atención y a ello hay que agregar que el restaurant es lo que mas nos sorprendió. Excelente calidad de la comida, presentación de los platos, y los sabores mmmm maravillosos. Viajamos por el mundo entero y quedamos sorprendidos con cada plato que probamos del restaurante. 100% recomendado !!!!

Un asco de atención. Poco amable, sin solución, mala higiene en los cuartos. Tapiz roto, un enredo de cables en una esquina. Mal desayuno, desorganizado y poco pulcro. Meseros indolentes al desayuno. Lo unico genial fue la exquisita cena del restaurante. Nada mas

Tenía expectativas mas altas

La habitación tenía algunos daños en el papel mural (roturas y suciedad) y el baño mostraba daños en los soportes de la barra de la cortina de la ducha

Una mala experiencia

Mi reserva no estaba al momento del chek in , no había calefacción en recepción ( había mucho frío), las camas de muy mala calidad al igual que las almohadas. La relación precio calidad muy mala

Bom hotel

Hotel bem localizado, com entrada para o shopping e Cassino, quartos amplos, bom atendimento, porém é possível ouvir todo o barulho da rua e a noite ficou um som (tumtum) irritante, os travesseiros não são confortáveis.

Muy bien el hotel, el restaurante, bien la comida, pero se demoró 1.30 hora en llegar el plato, mal, mal. Me hicieron un descuento, pero hubiera preferido pagar el total. Parece que tienen fallas en el sistema de comanda.

Solo tuve problemas con la tarjeta para utilizar ascensores e ingreso a la habitación. Se desconfiguraba

Excelente atención del personal, habitación de muy buen tamaño, muy cómoda.

Mala experiencia

Mala experiencia. Lo único bueno fue la atención de recepción. La habitación tenía una ventana que se filtraba el viento y sonaba bastante, pero nos cambiaron de habitación. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba del todo bien, los ruidos del casino se escuchaban desde la habitación en el piso 6. Ascensores malos, al bajar por las escalas quedábamos atrapados. El desayuno es variado pero de mala calidad

Helt OK hotell och det bästa jag bott på i Los Ángeles. Lite slitet men trevlig personal och bra WiFi väger upp. Utomhuspolen är inte uppvärmd varför det tar emot att använda även soliga dagar. Frukosten når dock inte riktigt upp till förväntningarna.

Comoda

Pedí una crema de zapallo que venía con tostadas. Éstas estaban absolutamente añejas

La experiencia fue buena, lo unico bajo en el hotel fue la potencia del aire acondicionado en la habitacion, porque no fue lo suficientemente potente para aplacar el calor que existia en las habitaciones. El resto de servicios muy buenos

Ascensores

Lo único criticable para ser un Hotel chiquitito, es los dos ascensores. era muy complicado o estaban mal programados, ya para ir de un piso a otro había que bajar al Lobby. Esto entorpece cuando van familia grandes

Excelente recepcionista

La Srta. Recepcionista excelente trato cordial soluciona inquetudes, buena disposicion. Hace que la estadia sea como estar en casa. En cuanto a la atencion con almuerzo a la habitacion al parecer se les olvido retirar las bandejas y quedaron de un dia para el otro. El resto muy bien.

Sin piscina,falta mantenimiento,personal muy bueno

Ya al llegar nos llevamos la primera decepción, el estacionamiento muy angosto, no muy limpio, oscuro. Nos subimos al ascensor, el piso muy deteriorado, urgente cambiarlo, para después al querer ir a la piscina, que se ofrecía, nos dicen que ya hace tiempo que no existe. El personal, su apariencia, disposición, amabilidad, muy buena, lo que nos ayudó a olvidar el resto. ojalas puedan mantenerlo mejor y no ofrecer cosas como la piscina si no la hay.

Bra hotel helt enkelt. Trevlig personal, bra WiFi och hygglig frukost. Med hygglig menar jag ”bra för att vara Sydamerika” även om den inte håller svensk/europeisk standard. Lite störande ljud från nattklubb bredvid men om ni är känsliga så be om ett rum med fönster från nattklubben. Inomhuspol, som det görs reklam för, finns inte dock..! Gymmet verkade bra men prövade aldrig.

Excelente hotel

Hotel maravilhoso, limpo, bem cuidado e com funcionários bem simpáticos. O quarto era bem espaçoso e muito confortável. Excelente café da manhã, muitas opções, tudo gostoso. Foi uma ótima experiência. Só ficamos chateados porque no site dizia que tinha piscina aquecida, e chegando lá ela tinha sido fechada há três meses.

En general muy bien, siempre me hospedo ahí cuando viajo a Los Ángeles. El único inconveniente, el estacionamiento es reducido y existen pocos lugares.
