I just wanna thank the guy who works the front desk. I believe he works second shift 3 to 11 or 2 to 10 black guy with dread locks. He was awesome. He made my birthday. Stay amazing all of you guys. Thanks so much.

I stayed for 2 nights and overall my stay was good. There was plenty of parking the hotel in and around was clean. The front lobby looked nice. The hallways of the hotel looked outdated doesn’t really give off a good feel when you step out of the elevator compared to how the lobby looked. However when I got to the room my mind changed the room overall was good. It was clean for the most part. Only reason I say for the most part is because the walls could use some paint touch up or cleaning. It’s not visible right away but once you take a look you can see dirt marks and some stains from previous stays. The bathroom was a nice size the shower was nice and the bed was comfortable could use some better pillows. I did read other reviews on this hotel which is the reason I chose to stay here and they were pretty spot on.

It was the most comforting place to stay. The place was really nice and clean and the staff down to the cleaning ladies were really nice!

Had a procedure at Methodist West and this was an excellent location for me to stay and go to early morning procedure.

No night shift monitoring they throw parties and it's crazy

When we checked into our room there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette. To much to bare , called front desk didn’t sound apologetic at all.

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere in the lounge and bar area was very inviting. Me and the Mrs had a nice quiet evening with a drink at the bar and enjoyed the company around us including the bartender.

Everything was cool except for the price of breakfast. I believe you should increase the price of the rooms to include a free breakfast.

I liked the areas and the room in general. I tried to change the room to a two bed, but the clerk was not helpful. That impacted my overall experience.

The facility was welcoming and the entire staff was nice. The room was clean and my son and I will visit again. My son swam in the i door pool and he was very pleased with its cleanliness. Excellent job Four Points.

Sorry should be re funded for at least one night checked Friday late only to find.the sheets had not been changed that should be a given. The next evening came back only to see bed not changed all towels on floor in bathroom, no clean towels only to go down to complain about situations only to find out I had to tell to clean and restock room which was not communicated upon arrival. But at least they got payed what a crappy stay.

It was great. We had a loud neighbor singing after midnight and called the front desk. They had someone come up within 15 minutes and it was quite the rest of the night.

I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed all 3 of them the hotel is friendly 100% recommend it

Cleaning lady literally passed and I told her we wanted service since she was working across our room. Come back to nothing, same sheets, no towels and trash still in room. Called office they said she’s going off a list … made no sense plus it was 4 hours later she still never made it. Our room literally still had trash and same sheets until we left . The towels in the suite had red and black stains from something. Other than the room seem to be clean and nice. I wouldn’t go back though.

Staff very helpful and attentive to our needs. Appreciated the cleaning of the room every other day and stocking the room with toiletries

I would not stay here again

The curtains didn’t close. When I went to call the front desk out of concern for the lack of privacy, the handset to the phone didn’t work. I called the front desk from my cell phone to voice my concern and the the front desk clerk kindly advised the curtains don’t close. I then explained the shade had pin holes and offered no privacy. She then offered to give me a new room but I declined after she advised all rooms would have same issue. Sadly, I would regret not taking a new room. For bath time, I learned the shower head did not offer strong water pressure and I had to wash my hair lying down in the tub. Thankfully, there were hand rails for me to hold in to since my stomach muscles don’t work the same. As if that wasn’t bad enough, at 2am, I was awakened from the ceiling fan’s clickedy clank and to a warm room. Warmth in Texas October is not good. I then called the front desk to voice concern. In fact, I called him a few times. He first said, it’s an automatic AC and turns off when it arrives to desired temp. I had to explain that I’m fully aware of automatic ac as I have a similar set up at home (did he think I lived in a barn?). I had to explain that I set it at 66 (never got to 66!) but ac said it was 70 (which it felt much warmer than 70). He agreed to come to the room, but of course by the time he arrived the ac finally kicked back on. I forgot my hairbrush and the hotel was all out of combs. Nope, I will not return.

I only stayed for one night, and it wasn’t too bad at all.

The lady at the counter wasn’t very nice . We checked in at 6:30 pm on Friday September 20th . Do not know her name but she was not welcoming and didn’t say more than 2 words very rude

The staff were friendly, kind and helpful and were willing to assist you with any problems or requests.

This is a great hotel! Its very clean, big shower, the room is stocked with necessities, the TV has great channels, theres a bar and restauran, an inside pool, etc. One of the best hotels and very affordable!

Really nice, especially for the price

One of the nicest moderate price hotels we've stayed at in a long time. Lobby and hotel bar were nice and modern. The roo.s were clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive and polite.

I spent three nights and my room was never cleaned even tho i complained several times.

Very Meh Stay

The overall feel of the hotel was "damp." Our room was at 80 degrees when we got in and had to immediately turned the AC down. The whole room was very humid feeling. The sheets and carpet were damp from the humidity and the smell that comes along with it. The bathroom had visible mildew that could have easily been cleaned. It was fine for one night but I wouldn't want to stay longer than that. Also, there was only 1 working elevator and we were put on the 5th floor with two small children so stair were not an option for us. This meant quite a long time to wait for the elevator. The lady working at the front desk was very nice and apologized for the elevator but of course it isn't her fault.

The staff is unprofessional

Customer service was great friendly quick and easy. I did not like the stuffy smell on the upper floor. I had what I assume was a handicap shower, there was nothing to prevent water from spilling out into the floor.

In town for medical, very close to hospital. Very clean and quiet, staff was wonderful.

Overall the property is just as advertised, evening staff is very polite, but daytime staff and cleaning and management not so much.

We stayed for five nights and our room only was cleaned once. The last day we were staying I asked the staff at the front desk to please send someone to clean our room, change our towels and sheets and replenish the toiletries and they told me that their housekeeping staff had already left (it was around 1pm). There wasn’t any shower gel, toilet paper or coffee pods. They only sent someone with a couple towels and left them in the bathroom. We had never left the “don’t disturb” sign in the door. If you don’t leave your room before 10am your room most likely will not be cleaned and replenished
