The location is amazing a it is right on the beach, with the tram passing by right where you have your meals or drinks. We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice, but I would have preferred a room overlooking the front of the property. That aside, the breakfast is great, and i have to call out Gregory and Cata for the amazing attitude and service they provided from the front desk. Extremely friendly, helpful and effecient. I'd stay at this hotel again, if I ever come back to Mallorca. Oh and don't forger to try the really delicious pizza right at the side entrance to the hotel call La Cuarteta. Loved the pizza!
I enjoyed staying here. Couldn't sleep in tho, as its loud in the AM. Doors banging and loud talking. Gregory was great and attentive. Would recommend staying here, quite relaxing w ocean view. Room was cleaned everyday.
Beautiful sea view, and nice staaff.
Four-star hotel, unfortunately it did not smell nice in the corridor, narrow corridor, dirty walls, dirty pillows on the furniture in the hall, view of the old blocks of flats from the back was not interesting, stay at the end of September and 250 euros per night is too much for this hotel, normal breakfast, the same every day. I won't stay again.
The location was superb, quiet and peaceful for sleep, the Hotel staff were extremely helpful, we booked a garden view but were given a terrible view of the back of other buildings. I think Expedia are to blame for this.
Had to move rooms due to mold/mold smell. The staff was eventually very nice but they were very difficult when it came tot her concern, eventually they finally let us change rooms. Breakfast food ok. Great idea, great location, beautiful view if you get a sea view room. Pretty basic as far as facilities and niceness of room though
Very friendly staff they gave us the best room because we were only staying one night. Welcome dinner and breakfast included. Great location in Port se Soller - walking distance to every restaurant.
Great hotel and great location.
Good value in a great location
Staff very attentive and friendly. Very convenient location for the beach, restaurants and tram and bars
It’s location. Port de Sóller feels like it’s taken from a picture and the hotel is moored right in the middle. Great service at the reception. Nice swimming pool although one block away if you are staying in the main building. Sumptuous breakfast, good quality food, drinks live cooking all top notch. Everything fine apart from a glitch with cleanliness related to food preparation. Rooms are rather small. Be careful with the parking upon arrival. The street is closed and if you go right to the doorsteps you risk getting a ticket
The rooms with beach view are excellent. Big balconies with table and chairs. Good size room and bath. Wonderful breakfast where you eat outside facing the beach. The only complain was the noise from the tram passing quite often, and the people on the streets talking and laughing all day until about 11 pm. Also the beach where you can swim is very close to all the boats, and the strip of sand is not that large. It is a very busy and loud vacation if you enjoy that kind of trip.
Staff was very friendly, location is ideal. Unfortunately the AC in our room did not function and they were unable to fix it, so the room was quite warm. Otherwise it was great and breakfast was phenomenal!
Rooms very small and no wardrobes just hanging rails in room. Manager Kata very rude
Great location
Hotel is in a great location. Booked a suite and was disappointed by the outlook and lack of natural light. Good service. Breakfast IK
Location v good
Great property ! Close to everything. AC was not very cold but the rest was perfect. Good breakfast
Great spot to stay for exploring the area
FERGUS Style is in a great central location on the beach in Soller. Overall, great spot to base out of for a few days while exploring Soller and the area. Easy day trips to Deia and surrounding areas. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Right on the beach, and the pool is nice and relaxing. Rooms were clean, serviced daily. Balcony offered a nice place to relax at then end of the day. Didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked good. Only knock I can give is the orange juice; in the land of great fresh squeezed juice, the breakfast buffet juice was the not good, from a bag of some sort I suspect. Small knit-pick from a very pleasing stay with Fergus.
Disa
Would not recommend! This is barely a 3 Star!
LOVED my experience here. It’s in such a great spot, close to many dining options, shopping and right on the beach. Beautiful views. The staff were fantastic, even helped me find some vegetarian eats! The room was lovely. I only stayed a night. But I would definitely recommend.
The staff including Pep and Luis were wonderful.
Great stay at the Fergus!
Great stay at the Fergus - location is fantastic - right on the seafront. All the staff were excellent and definitely a credit to the hotel - the manager was incredibly welcoming and Miquel on the front desk was super helpful - nothing was too much of a bother. The hotel provides a lovely buffet breakfast - it has all you might need for a hearty breakfast - and there is a lovely pool area in the second building (1 min walk from main hotel) with plenty of sun beds. Only thing to note is that the walls are very thin and the doors bang loudly. We weren’t bothered by this though - I found it slightly amusing hearing the people next door snoring - and it didn’t stop me from sleeping or my relaxation of the weekend - but I know some readers may appreciate the foresight. (Soller is a very quaint and relaxed town so you definitely don’t get any ‘night’ revellers coming back and banging doors - I think the entire hotel was fast asleep by midnight!)
Didn’t like view
Convenient location with friendly staff
The hotel is very conveniently located on the port of Soller and the staff is friendly and polite. The room was not available for check in an hour before the official time but we were able to store our luggage while the room was prepared. Aesthetically, the hotel is IKEA-esque - a modern renovation on a budget. The rooms are small but manageable - nothing memorable but the scenery of the port will fill your memories.
Terribly uncomfortable stay with loud air con
What a terrible experience. We had the worst sleep ever with a very noisy air con unit and also the room was not good. The bed was so hard that I tried to sleep in the floor one night and their was a dangerous plug socket that we had to make sure our kids didn’t go near. Please see pictures. Some kind of refund would be appreciated!
Soller
Great location , good sea view rooms, nice breakfast
Great hotel with an amazing view of Port de Sóller
Great location and very helpful staff. Nice airy hotel, clean hotel. Parking was tricky the first day until we found the parking structure nearby with the receptionists help. Breakfast was delicious.
Beautiful stay in Port de Soller
We stayed 3 nights here and it was a great stay. Very good food for both breakfast and dinner with a rotating dinner menu. We felt like it was an extremely good value. The room was very comfortable and our view was great as it was overlooking the port. The town of Port de Soller is delightful. There are tons of good restaurants and the ambiance is excellent. There are a few things to know if you drive in. First of all you will need to find your own public parking. We managed to do that without too much problem but it could be a few minute walk to the hotel from our parking places we found. I never did have to use paid parking but found free parking. When you check in you just pull up outside the front door on the side street and take out your luggage and then go and park. It was really helpful that there were two of us. My wife took the luggage in while I parked. The only negative that we could think of is that the halls look like they could use a little updating but that is really a minor point. The rooms were immaculate, clean and fresh feeling and very comfortable. We would definitely return and look forward to coming back.
Loved the location right in the centre of Port Soller. Nice to eat our meals outside looking at the gorgeous views. Staff all very pleasant. Shower in the bedroom was excellent, all nice & clean. Enjoyed our stay.
Excellent position on the seafront. Great breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff.
Lovely Hotel- excellent location- all staff friendly and helpful- food was superb- view from our balcony was stunning!
My favorite hotel I have stayed at - and that's saying a lot! The hotel staff was lovely and welcoming. Location for Port du Soller is unbeatable - it's very enjoyable to have the beachfront nature of the hotel with a more relaxing back of the house pool. 5 stars!
Had a sea view room - nice reception staff very pleasant
Perfect stay
First time to Soller, FERGUS was a great choice, clearly recently refurbished. Right opposite the beach and marina. Staff were amazing, always smiling and happy. Pool area is separate from the main building, part of an annexe with suites. Have honesty bar. No spirits or wine available though. No problem to take your own. No subbed fights, which makes a change!! No faults to speak of. Definitely go back.
Loved this place, will definitely stay here again!! Flor who checked us in actually made my stay! She was informative, kind and thoughtful! The restaurant staff was very welcoming as well! The massage was an added bonus, Annette was magical! The room was a bit hot and it has a set temperature so you could take it down to 16 or 17, it’s set at 18 and goes on and off with any door opening, so it never was very cool especially at night sleeping. That would be my only complaint but overall it was worth the small issue
Great relaxing hotel in a pretty port
I just spent a week at Fergus Style Soller Beach. From the cheerful welcome, right to the last heartfelt goodbyes, the staff were simply excellent. Friendly, professional, discreet, helpful and always with a smile. My room was very comfortable, and the balcony was a great size. The bathroom was big and well-equipped. The only small niggle is the lack of shelf space in the bathroom. A shelf next to the sink would have been great. The pool area is really lovely - well laid out and beautifully kept; immaculate. The pool is big and very refreshing - thank goodness not heated. The breakfast buffet was very varied - from Mallorcan specialities, through to full English with the possibility of freshly prepared egg dishes. Port de Soller still retains a lot of charm and provides a lovely backdrop to drinks on the hotel terrace. I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend the FERGUS Style as a good relaxing holiday hotel.
Excellent breakfast. I had a suite in the annex and well the room was okay, just a little bit of imagination and decor could go a long way to help the living room, which is just holding area for a sofa bed. The bed is only a single twin bed next to another twin bed, and the pillows were the worst I have ever encountered. 3-4 foot long cylinders of stiff styrofoam or something close to that. I requested another pillow and got a 2-foot long version of the exact same thing. I had to sleep with the quilt as my pillow. The location was excellent and the staff were quite good.
Great lokation, fantastik Breakfast, good Room
4-night short break with friends
Early morning flight into Palma, then a short pre-booked taxi trip with mallorcataxicar to Port de Soller. Understandably, our room wasn't ready but we did check in and the staff looked after our cases whilst we explored Port de Soller. Later in the day, we returned to the hotel to pick up our room swipe keypad and our room was in the annex, some 100 metres behind the main hotel. Door access to the building was by our room swipe keypad and our room was on the 2nd floor, overlooking the pool with an excellent sized balcony. The room itself was enormous, with a separate lounge area (which could be used for a spare bed) and the bedroom iwas spacious. The en-suite bathroom was clean, modern and had all the products you would expect from a 4-star hotel. As it was the start of the season, the pool was always empty and so we had the area to ourselves. The pool water was somewhat cool but refreshing. There is a resident lifeguard and a small kiosk that sells drinks and snacks. We had breakfast and evening meals in the buffet style restaurant and there was always plenty to choose from, and the staff very prompt and attentive. The drinks in the restaurant were reasonably priced and, on a couple of occasions, we retired to the bar had had further drinks. As one of the bar staff said to us, the drinks (e.g. brandy, whisky) measures are "typically Spanish" and were very good value for money. The restaurant and bar has direct access onto the promenade with stunning views of the harbour.
Excellent position, great breakfast and friendly staff. If you have a hire car you'll need to park a small distance away to avoid paying. Rooms are good but don't have double beds - seems odd but at least there are wide singles. Corridors and carpets to bedrooms need a bit of an update to fit with the rest of the hotel decor. Safe use is a paid extra which seems a tad mean, as does the lack of any tea/coffee in the room - just a kettle! Pay extra for a beach view, because you'll regret it if you are at the back of the hotel
Great location on waterfront. Spacious, clean and very friendly staff.
Great location - helpful, friendly staff
I was unable to stay in my holiday home in Fornalutx as I have had an accident and am on crutches. Soller Beach was a perfect place to stay - location perfect, wonderful views and very caring management and staff.
Views and rooms
Paid extra for a sea view which was great! Unfortunately the ambiance of the room not so great. Another downside which the hotel should address is charging for the use of the safe not great in this modern day and age!!!
Great little spot
Great stay - overall very pleasant hotel!
4 star hotel with 5 star service.
Great hotel on the beach. Plenty of restaurants and good breakfast at the hotel. Nice and quiet. I will go back.
Great location and hotel. Would recommend as a great place to say close to all local amenities.
A great hotel
A lovely hotel right on the sea front. Spotlessly clean and helpful staff. Lots of variety for breakfast. A very enjoyable stay.
Fantastic hotel and resort.
Very clean , modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. Brilliant location only metres from the beach , marina , restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend. Great breakfast and great buffet evening meal on a Friday and Saturday.
Nice hotel in an excellent location. Hotel staff are very unhelpful and on occasion rude
Great location
Good hotel in a great place.. Not sure it's 4* tho? Breakfast just OK but not very hot. Was very disappointed when I ordered my fav mojito cocktail to find out.. Eventually... that it was out of a can! Nothing on the cocktail menu to suggest it. However the staff changed it for me without any fuss. We had an upgrade to apartment so that was lovely with 2 balconies.
Great family holiday August 2016
Great holiday perfect for family break will return
Clean, well located and good price. Internet was not working really well
Family and coeliac friendly
Hotel provided everything we needed for our family holiday. Pool with loungers and complimentary beach towels; safe beach directly in front of the hotel with kayaks, pedalos and boats for hire; excellent restaurant with amazing breakfast (including plenty of choice for my coeliac daughter and good understanding from staff about gluten contamination); complimentary gluten free birthday cake for a birthday celebration. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful - from reception, the restaurant and the cleaning staff. Beautiful location, relaxed, friendly, multi-national, and plenty to do. Would love to return.
Clean hotel next to the beach but separate pool.
Clean room and good location next to beach in Puerto Soller. The swimming pool is in a separate block (approx 40m) to the apartment block we were staying in by the beach and our room had a grotty view but in general it was an ok place to stay and we would go again as we did not want to spend our time in the room, I am sure a beach view and balcony would make all the difference. They do not have enough beach beds as part of their beach concession but provide beach towels. I would recommend walking all the way around the bay to where the sea is cleaner and go to Es Reco for fab lunch and great service.
Great hotel in fantastic location
We had a great holiday at Soller beach hotel. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. The evening buffet in the hotel is also good value at €15. Our room was clean and spacious - worth paying extra for sea Veiw and ask for 3rd or 4th floor. There are also many other great restaurants and bars nearby everything you could want from a holiday! Have booked to go back again later this year.
Fantastic hotel, recommended
Lovely hotel and Soller Port is fantastic. Room is a bit dated but fine. The common areas of the hotel are much more modern. Breakfast really good and plenty of variety. Excellent location and lovely sea view from the balcony.
Great hotel
Brilliant few days at this great hotel. Staff and facilities 100%. Definitely go there again
Friendly hotel in spectacular location.
Ideal location near marina with great restaurants and some nice shops. Easy access to Soller on tram and onwards to Palma on wooden train. Flat location makes it ideal for elderly. Swimming pool garden is lovely.
Can't fault it
Very modern, spotlessly clean room. Right opposite the beach. Perfect!
Given an upgrade into 4th floor with large balcony. Quiet despite being in centre. Breakfast good. Great stay
Lovely Generoso
I do love this hotel. I've stayed twice now, once in a non sea viewing small room and once in the superior sea view. I don't know if all the rooms are the same but those I've been in were refurbished and very well designed even the very small one. It's a nice touch that the little fridge is left empty for you to fill as you please and you are given a couple of plates, cutlery, glasses and bottle opener. And it's right on the beach! The superior sea view is outstanding!
Right by the beach
Just returned from 10 days here. The rooms are adequate, dark wood furnishings, small kitchen area, balcony. Very 1980's tarted up a bit. The kitchen had 2 hot plates which were pretty useless. Apartment for 4 people had an assortment of cutlery but only 1 knife. There was a fridge and a microwave but no kettle. We like to have a cup of tea after our day/before dinner but the only way to heat water was on the hot plates or in the microwave. Tried the hotplate, it took 40 mins to boil water for 2 cups. The bathroom was clean and the shower powerful but no extractor fan or window so always steamy/damp. The downstairs of the hotel has obviously been updated and the lounge area is very Scandinavian in style. The hotel staff are pleasant enough but not overly welcoming and actually their attitude can be quite rude at times. The breakfast was in our eyes very disappointing. The fruit was well past it's best (I would have thrown it out at home), there were never enough cups available, had to keep asking for milk for cereal and overall was quite sparse. If we were to stay here again (solely for the beach access) we would not pay to have the breakfast here. In the evening, the staff shut the bar at 11pm and close up around you (lights going off etc.) making the experience quite unpleasant. A holiday is about relaxing, and having staff saying "bar is closing, pay now and go" was not enjoyable. Overall a well positioned hotel, perhaps trading on this rather than the facilities.
Great location
This hotel is in a great location, right on the water. The staff are very friendly. The porch with chairs was a nice addition to the room. Free breakfast is an added bonus!
We had a sea view room it's a must!
Fab hotel fab food breakfast not so good but overall the hotel was perfect for us! Would recommend to anyone but only with sea room room just stunning!
Nice and quiet hotel, weak kids entertainment
Spacious and quiet You're better off eating and entertaining kids outside the hotel
Well placed and decent price for this resort
We stayed for 7 nights in July 2015 in a Superior Sea View room and what a fantastic view it was. Bang on the front looking across the sea and harbour and great for watching the tram going backward and forwards to Sóller. Really good air conditioning is included but a safety deposit box is extra, not too much though. Strangely, no tea/coffee making facility which we found disappointing. A good selection of food at breakfast time to cater for all tastes. We had one evening meal there, relatively small portion at a relatively high price, together with the tradition of placing a basket of bread on the table unannounced and then charging for it - which, personally, I don't like. We would stay there again though, and again as Bed and Breakfast.
Lovely hotel on the seafront
Upgraded to an apartment on check in. Hotel staff friendly and helpful and apartment serviced daily. Lovely pool which was a bonus at the end of a days walking. Breakfast is from 7.30 - 10.30 but if you go at 7.30 not everything is out - eggs always the last. Not so great if you want an early start for the hills. Overall however an excellent hotel and we would definitely go back.
Good hotel on the sea front.
Good position on the promenade. Not noisy when we were there. Close to everything, great place for a holiday, very popular with walkers, beautiful scenery. Would recommend for a low key relaxing holiday or for walking in the mountains.
Splendid location in a delightful setting
A charming hotel, which provided a pleasant base for my annual 4-night April stay in Mallorca - each year a different venue. I was lucky in that my non-water front room had a balcony which afforded views of the harbour and captured the late afternoon/evening sun - ideal to rest from a busy day with a glass of rose!
Lovely spot.
Hotel could not be better placed with beach and marina across the road.
Great break
Thoroughly enjoyed our four night break in this hotel. We were allocated room 1401 which was on the fourth floor and had stunning views of the bay. The room appeared to have been newly refurbished and was very spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and an excellent bathroom with rainforest shower head. Clean towels were provided every day. We enjoyed eating breakfast (which had lots of variety) on the terrace overlooking the beach and also had lunch there on two occasions which was very tasty. We feel the thing that lets the hotel down a little is the staff, who on occasions were not the most friendly. When walking into breakfast in the mornings there were no staff to greet you and there were a couple of ladies clearing tables but they did not communicate with you.
Great Hotel close to Beach
Really impressed. Lovely clean room bright and fresh decore. Little extras in bathroom if you have forgotten your toothbrush or razor. Fridge provided, glasses and plates provided. Staff friendly and great choice at breakfast. Seafront view is awesome with choice of lying on beach or hotels private poolside! Great holiday would thoroughly recommend hotel - will stay again and bring back family. Should be 4 star.
Holiday
Hotel has been refurbished ours was an apartment at the back of hotel with a side sea view only room left if we went again we would have a double superior at the front overlooking the harbour stunning. Reception staff especially Anna were super helpful. Lewis in the bar great. Pool is 1 street behind hotel very pleasant accessed by room key only. Tram to Soller stops 2 mins past hotel. Bicycles to hire .. Puerto Soller beautiful very clean lovely to stroll in the day and evening. Boat excursions to Sa Colabra.
Excellent location
Had a 2 night stay at the Aparthotel Generoso, room in front with terrace magnificent view, room was just renovated with a fresh coat of paint, room equipped with AC which was a plus. breakfast was ok and did the trick. Def would stay here again
Great place to stay!
Our room was small but very pleasant. We had a partial view out of the balcony. The surrounding area was absolutely fantastic! We were pretty close to everything we wanted: scuba, great restaurants, shopping and of course the beach! The room and hotel were clean and the staff were friendly. I would have to say that the air conditioner in our room was a bit weak, there was no tub for baths and the beds were pretty solid (very firm) but overall, great place! They helped us set up transport back and forth from the airport but alas, I don't think they had any suggestions for parking nearby but I don't recall. Great hotel!
Great location
We (2 adults, 2 boys - 5yr and 8yr) had 3 days here in Aug 14. The hotel was fine, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Key benefit is the location.
Man skal over til anden bygning.
Decent property for a 4 star. Great location front of the beach
We where looking for a some what kids-friendly hotel in Port De Soller and we're so pleased with our stay! The suite was perfect. Kids had their own room, street was quiet, view from balcony was nice (just by the church tower) . A carpark nearby so very convenient. There it was also a large newly built playground with shade in the afternoon that the kids loved. Nice breakfast and restaurant menue, friendly staff. WE're really so happy with our stay.
Noisy ventilation fans
Location is perfect. Paid for a suite. There were 2 rooms, but one of them was very small. Noise from the ventilation fans made it impossible to sleep with balcony door open.
Aircon alt for larmende.
* 1 star - can't recommend
Can not recommend this place. Mold in the room and not allowed to turn on air-conditioning. The compensation offered was a free dinner at the hotel restaurant... The hotel staff was aware of the condition of the mold as it was in several rooms according to them. Look for another hotel if you want to stay in Port Soller.
A bit too noisy. And the pool is in another building - we had to go back on the street to enter another building.
Loved it!
Very friendly staff and the beds where super comfortable!! Wonderful view of the beach from our balcony. Location in the center so walking distance to all restaurants and more. Pool area calm and nice, but in another building, maybe 50 meters away. A bit noisy from the hallway when people walked to/from their rooms. But not much noise from the street.
Great location but would benefit of an update
Great location by the beach. Hotel need some tlc. Pity with the restaurant, the location is perfect but the food is not especially good. I really dont understand why they are not capitalising on the A level location.

The staff was very nice and always very helpful!
