Check in was very easy and the beach location for the Sandfest was the best! We enjoyed our stay, however too short to enjoy the pool and property fully. The condo was very cute and sufficiently stocked.

My place to stay.

Second time I have stayed at the Executive keys and it is still the best value in the Island. Spacious 2 bedroom, we stayed in unit 209 and the one of the bedrooms had a fun built in bunk bed with a full on the bottom. We had 6 of us and it was perfect. Balcony and kitchen were perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean.

The property is in a prime location, easy beach access and close to town.

Location is amazing. Unit does not provide basic things like salt and pepper so plan to bring your own. Unit is well furnished and decorated. We will Definately return!

Stayed more than once here. Great every time.

5 minute walk to the beach. Condo was beautiful and clean. Boardgames for the kids to actually enjoy family. Team members at the facility were very courteous and helpful.

Proximity to Sandfest was wonderful!! Just walk a block and you are at entrance to buy your ticket. Condo was very large and girls loved the bed plus bunk beds in bedroom. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful! Only negatives were that husband couldn’t get TV to work and there were many rolly Polly bugs-some alive and some dead.

Best place to stay!

Beautiful property with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Small studio was perfect for the two of us. Very friendly staff and the room had all the amenities you would need for cooking and cleaning. Mattress was very firm and pillows were the perfect density. Definitely referring friends and family to this location.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property! Close to the beach. Staff were amazing! We had a couple of minor issues with the room when we checked in, but they fixed them immediately! After that, we had a great stay

Clean, comfy bed heater worked fine. My unit did not have a dishwasher but that was not a problem. Quiet, safe, nothing between the condos and the beach. Short drive to everything in Port Aransas that we wanted to do (birding, mostly). And a Whataburger only a mile away--what more could you want?

Loved the condo! It had all the equipment in the kitchen to keep all the family fed. Super great maintenance department. We had a toilet and ant issue and they fixed it ASAP. I called later at night and Keith answered and assured he would be there the next morning to spray for the ants. He was there ASAP for the running toilet as well. They did a wonderful job! We can’t wait to some back.

I love how fantastic our room was. It had everything we needed. My favorite thing was the kitchen! It had everything and more. From cook wear to hot pads. The location right on the beach was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also the other clients staying on the property were very friendly as well. I will be coming back.

Nice place right next to the beach.

I liked this place. It was nice and cozy. The efficiency we stayed in was taken care of. The pool was nice, warm, but nice. The only thing i would "complain" about is pest control there was fire ants on our balcony and a few inside, there was a dead cockroach too. Overall happy with our stay though. Its right off a main entrance to the beach soooo the traffic is a bit busy! Just fyi!

We loved our stay at the Executive Keys! The property was beautiful with flowers everywhere. Our room was next to the pool. I loved stepping out the door and hearing the ocean. The 2 bedroom condo was the perfect size for our small family and my husband’s sister’s small family to all stay together comfortably. The little shop is also nice. The friendly people at the front desk set the tone for our trip and we will definitely be back next time we visit the island!

Communication was effortless. Late check in went very smoothly. Aaron helped us out with some good advice for our truck when it wouldn't start; truly cared that we were taken care of. People are all very friendly. Very easy to get to the beach or the convenience store. Great place to visit!

I locked myself out and had no trouble getting help at 3AM! Such a short walk to the beach, and golf cart rental right around the corner. There was an awesome musician on Saturday. The cookware selection was good and the place was clean! So happy with our stay!

Awesome Place

We had an amazing stay at Executive Keys in Port Aransas. Our room while a bit cozy was still clean and comfortable. Perhaps one thing I could suggest was a better mattress for the sofa bed. Loved it though and will definitely be back! I did have a billing concern that I hope will be addressed soon.

It is a great place for families to stay. Close to the beach and town. We will definitely return.

Best stay Ever

Absolutely amazing experience. My sister and I booked this place to stay during Sandfest. Not only were the staff extremely friendly but were completely prepared and ready for the large crowd expected. A few days prior to check in I received a call offering an early check in due to the amount of people expected to check in. When we arrived earlier than our check in time, we thought maybe we could just park at this location and go ahead and walk to the beach. After calling to make sure that would be allowed, I was shocked to find out our condo was already ready and we were able to check in. The sweet lady at the front desk was the most pleasant I’ve ever encountered. Very professional and very informative. Our condo was extremely clean and very roomy. The only complaint about it at all was the mattresses. They were for the most part comfortable but could be improved. However, I would definitely book here again. During my stay, I encountered the groundskeeper, gardener, front desk worker and everyone greeted me with a smile and conversation. The fresh flowers added to the yards were absolutely beautiful. If you’re looking for a great place to stay within walking distance to the beach, I highly recommend Executive Keys Condominiums!

Our stay was amazing!! The staff was very friendly, condo was clean, very spacious, beds are comfortable. Great Location!! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The property was beautiful. The buildings newly painted and the landscaping was immaculate. Everything clean. Dog friendly with poop stations. Room was very clean and comfortable, however the daybed was awkward. A couch would have been better to sit on. The outside chairs on porch were dirty. The beach access was hard to walk on. We ended up using the road. Port Aransas was a fun place with a great beach and everything was close by this property.

It was lovely. First time going to the Gulf, so it was really enjoyable. Loved that it was a short walk to the beach. Only thing that could have been better would be having a bathtub in my unit.

Very well-maintained, recently rebuilt accommodations. You can see the hardwork the owners put into rebuilding after the hurricane. Staff is very friendly, thorough and personable. My unit was clean and nicely decorated. Couple minute walk to the beach. Quiet and solidly built units. Will definitely return to Executive Keys!!!

Friendly staff

The staff is amazing very kind , very responsive! Just amazing!!!! The rooms are out dated but very clean. So that’s good. I would stay again tons and tons of mosquitoes but that isn’t the property’s fault. Just bring bug spray cause it’s bad.

How close to the beach we were

Great place

This property was a great place. It’s clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well outfitted. The beach is just a short walk away.

My family has come to EK for over a decade. It provides the best Texas beach experience, period. Clean, well-stocked modern kitchens, lovely balconies, a clean swimming pool, and great service. My only reluctance in sharing this review is that more of you will come - I don't want the competition! (Haha). Seriously, EK is an incredible place, offering a range of occupancy options. Can't be beat.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and very clean.

This 2br 2 bath condo was spotless and very comfortable. Having a full kitchen to cook in was great. It was terrific being able to walk about 5min to the beach using private access. The onsite pool was so relaxing. Proximity to local restaurants and attractions was great. The ferry to the island takes time to cross but no biggie.

The facility, the staff and the communication before during and after the stay were wonderful. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and polite. Could not have had a better facility to stay in.

Awesome stay

Our third visit to Executive Keys Condominiums was just as awesome as the last two visits. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to our needs. The Room is large with a great view of the beach. Easy access to the beach is a plus. We use the heated pool, laundry room and ping pong table. The outside is well maintained with BBQ pits and table within the property. Highly reccommend.

Nice Little Condo Close to the Beach

We stayed in Port A for three nights, as part of a longer trip to Texas. We were very happy with the condition and location of the Executive Keys condos. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to prepare a light breakfast and afternoon snack. We ate out the rest of the time. The restaurants and bars are all a few minutes' drive. One thing I've appreciated at other beach rentals is having a couple beach chairs and towels available for those who have to fly in. Just something to consider in the future! All-in-all, everything was wonderful, though. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and clean. Room was very comfortable. We had a great stay.

Great family vacation escape

We have a wonderful and amazing stay at the Executive Keys Condominiums this past summer. Key pros of the property. The property is extremely close to the beach and easily accessible. We walked over with our gear in 3 or 4 mins. The pool is beautiful and a great size to accommodate all of the units. A lot of pools in the area are small and quickly fill with larger families, but not this one. There was a recreation room with ping pong and area to celebrate an event if needed. Even volleyball to get in a fun game. The room was very clean and in great shape after their remodel. Fully furnished. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We didn't have any issues while there. One minor nit picky thing, the room we were in had a particular scent (not strong) but present. Not entirely sure if it was in all units but noticeable to my nose. Most likely just due to the fact of being on the beach. We will be back on our next visit and will just remember to rent a golf cart in advance next time!

Bad start, awesome ending 😎

I called the property to ensure that I had the right room type a couple of days prior to my arrival. I was told I had a double room with a king bed the 2nd room with a double bed and a full kitchen. Upon arrival We were placed in an efficiency room. I brought My conversation up with the check in person. He promptly made some calls and was able to give me the double room as I had been told.. It was a mistake made by the hotel but I still had to pay the difference. But after that our stay was awesome. The 2 bedroom was spacious and very clean. The staff was very helpful. Within walking distance to the beach. The view from the balcony was impressive. Parking was free and abundant.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beach is just on the other side of some sand dunes. Really a great place. No complaints.

We were impressed with the property and plan on using them again. There was nothing to dislike.

The property is right next to the beach, you just wake up and walk right down to the water. They also have a heated pool which mt daughter absolutely loved once it got too dark to be at the beach. We also enjoyed having the on site laudry facilities since we were there for so long.

Poor

I was accused of lying when saying I had a dog last year in June. Was told I would be fined 150 and evicted if the dog was found on the premises. Our dog weighs 5 lbs. I slept on the beach with the pup so my family, who had traveled 20 hours to get there, could relax and enjoy their stay. In the meantime we see several families walking their dogs in the premises. The next morning I found stained sheets, clipped toenails in beds, and dirty dishes in the pantry. There were also old rotten tacos in the fridge when we arrived. This is my second and last time here.

The place was actually better than it appeared on the pictures. The short walk to the beach meant everything. The swimming pool is big and nice, and the unit has everything necessary to prepare a meal. From silverware to pots, plates and glasses. Everything was super clean. The apartment was very spacious with a nice balcony. Beds were super good!!!!

Amazing Location, a little dated, but overall a great place!!!

So here are the Pros... 1. Very nice, large outdoor pool with a nice deck including a pergola. This pool is heated in the evening so you can enjoy the pool during the day and at night at a comfortable temperature. 2. Private pathway to the beach from the middle of the condo complex. You are about a quarter of a mile from the beach and this amenity is really nice. The beach is gorgeous and not overcrowded since you are on the edge of town. Very family friendly beach. 3. Large condo community room next to the pool with tables for eating or visiting. It also had a ping pong table and foosball table. The two times i went in there, no one else was there, so a great place to utilize mostly to yourself. 4. There is a beach supply store on the corner just up the road about a 1/2 mile...that's where we bought our boogie boards, kite, and sand toys. 5. Very friendly staff, this is a condominum complex, but is run like a hotel. So you check in at the office up front to get your keys for the condo you rented. 6. Plenty of space in the condo. We got a 2 bedroom which also included a large kitchen, living room, dining table and a balcony. Here's the con.... 1. The condo smells "old" (musty/stuffy) when you enter. One of the three couches was very dated. If they tossed that couch it would probably help with the smell and you really only need 2 couches in there anyway. My daughter sprayed her perfume every time we entered the condo and that's how we dealt with it. So 4 stars because it was awesome and we loved it, but the condo could use a living room furniture update and perhaps air fresheners placed in the rooms would help too.

Right off the beach. Access to beach is a little rocky do to not having a deck style walkway over the sand dunes. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Pool area was clean and decently sized, but they do not have a pool towel type service if your looking. I would rank it a strong 3/ mild 4 out of 5. Last thing....it does give access for a beautiful sunrise.

Close to beach.... just walk a bit! Nice grounds and landscaping. The staff was so helpful and friendly; I can't say enough about them and how they helped us.... even before we arrived. They went above and beyond. The room was old, and had a smell of disinfectant trying to cover mold. But my allergies were really working overtime in the room. The bed mattress tilted us toward the center and I ended up sleeping on the futon, which was also not in the best shape. The kitchenette was furnished with toaster, microwave, coffee maker, stove and fridge, and had all that we needed to prepare some simple meals. The room was quiet, and fulfilled our basic needs. It was small, but that was OK. Just wish the moldy smell was not there. There is a very nice pool and a rec room, also.

Smelly but great for the price.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a few days during spring break. The staff were very friendly and made sure to keep in contact from the day we booked until our stay. The hotel is in a great location. It is within walking distance to the beach, which was popping with people of all ages, mostly college kids. This is exactly what we were aiming for. The only downside I would give it would have to be the smell. The room had a funny odor that got stuck to our things and I had to thoroughly wash everything once we got home to get it out. The room was great and there was even a little stove, kitchen table, back patio area with two chairs and an ashtray, a futon and queen size bed.

Could have been but wasn't

The location of the condos overall was good. I was given a room where my balcony was facing a wall of the next building. The room smelled as it had been vacant for a while. The accomadations were mediocre , we left a day early.

Easy stay...

The ladies working at the property were very welcoming and efficient. The folks staying there were really friendly. The room was clean comfortable, the complex quiet (February is off season). I liked that it was on the first floor and had a front and back door. Easy access to my car. I ate at a really great restaurant at the marina. Little pricey but the service and food was great. Only complaint was the room was over perfumed. Not sure what it was.

Not going again

Very small efficiency. Toilet stopped 4 days in a row. No emergency number for maintenance issues and office does not open until 9 am. Faucets work backwards. Shower head low enough for midgets only. No "kitchen" space. More like a stove a refrigerator in your bedroom. Stove had two elements broken. Toaster died near end of stay. No credit given for checking out a day early. Reasonably priced stay. Careful for what you wish for.

Large room with a queen size bed and futon sofa, small dining table with two chairs, small but full kitchen and bath. Very comfortable and clean. Chairs on the porch. Grills on property for guests use. Right by the beach but close to shopping. It was quiet and relaxing.

Walking distance to the beach

Is my second time at this condo. Personnel very friendly. Apartment is comfortable and well maintained. The hotel has direct walking access to the beach, so only for this is worth the price.

No beach view like advertised!!!

Unless you get the 4 bedroom condo, you will not see the beach. I was told my balcony had a beach view. Paid good money for nothing, I could of went somewhere else to enjoy the view for the same money.

Excellent Place for Families

Stayed here from a Thursday to a Saturday. We arrived late, but the resident manager, Aaron Mayfield (I believe) came right down and took care of us. He was very nice and accommodating even though we interrupted his dinner.

Great Stay

We have been coming here for about 30 years now and every time we have a great stay, one of the most reasonable price in Port A and close to shops and restaurants. Pool and beach excess is great too! Staff is always friendly and would recommend it to anyone.

Nice place!

Executive Keys is a great beach hotel. Pretty modest in terms of the room but the service was excellent- very friendly staff. Easy parking, excellent beach access, and pretty quiet. The room itself was nothing special but at the beach you aren't there for the room. Our bed was comfortable and we had a futon that folded out and made a great bed for my toddler son. We'll definitely go back.

This was sugh a nice place. Me and boyfriend loved it! Close to the beach. Loved the balcony. We will definitely go again!
