Never before have I slept on a sofa bed in a hotel. We are in our mid 60s. It was awful. The shower contained long black hairs and black pubic hair. Which were differently not ours. Ours are white. It says it has a bar. But was told on arrival it had no bar. The receptionist recommended a good French restaurant. We asked what was the selection of food there. The receptionist informed us it was very good Pizza only and this is French. We did find a really good French restaurant in town. Where we ate Duck.

Absolutly pleasant.

Pro: Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably comfortable suite. Windows that open. Kitchen had the necessary amenities. Supermarket steps away. Con: Location 20-30 min drive from Bordeaux city centre.

Good hotel, but far from city center

The laundry facility on site is great. They need to provide a kettle for making your own coffee or tea. The front desk is helpful. It is a good place to stay for accessing the university, but not for accessing the city center.

Building itself and staff were nice, the location wasnt the best but was close enough to train and bus stations

Bordeaux overnight

Easy parking, clean and pleasant place though somewhat of a distance to Bordeaux city

The studio was excellent and the staff very helpful. I was very comfortable there. It was a bit difficult to find; otherwise, perfect.

Decent budget stay, very little to dislike

Polite and helpful staff, convenient location if you're passing through Bordeaux and need a place to stop (but beware that Google Maps gets confused about how to reach the property). Great shower, adequate little continental breakfast, comfortable bed. Unfortunately, like many European hotels, the cover you sleep under is very thick and very hot. You're either protected against sub-zero weather, or you throw it off and sleep with nothing.

Friendly staff, the room is very clean & spacious

We arrived almost 11:30pm, the reception is very helpful, checked us in very quickly.

It was only for one night so the student facilities were perfect. Really comfortable and clean. Enjoyed a big breakfast for €10 which was ulitimately value for money. Friendly bilingual staff a bonus...

Ticked all the boxes - 100%

It worked out perfectly for us. We were travelling back towards spain and needed rooms at a ENIGHT which was close to the motorway. We arrived after 22.00 and had no issues checking in. Staff are multi lingual and could not do enough for us to help get us get squared away efficiently. The 3 x reserved rooms came as advertised and were super clean, with plenty of hot water. The kitchette was great as I had prepared a meal earlier which needed only reheating. Slept great as the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okayAn interesting concept hotel and would recommend it 100%.

Luxury at a great price.

We were staying in Bordeaux for three days. ENIGHT was a superb hotel: clean, ultra modern, with really helpful staff and a tasty breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable with all the amenities you might need. The only problem is the location, which is well outside the core of Bordeaux and in an area with few dining options. But fortunately downtown is easily accessible via transit. Hop a bus and you'll be there in half an hour. If you'd like a sense of luxury at a very reasonable price, this is a great bet for you. Will absolutely be staying at ENIGHT again on my next visit to Bordeaux.

Plutôt très bien

Calme et confortable, gros bémol la présence d'un rideau de douche et une sdb inondée. Petit déjeuner hors de prix par rapport à la nourriture proposée.

Ben in 6 dagen 2x geweest. Eerste keer was netjes en top. Had een normale hotel kamer. Was helemaal top. De nacht was minder kamer stonk naar de rook was gewoon echt vies. Was een studio. Eerste echt een aanrader 2 zeker niet wel zonde. Zeker gezien de prijs van de studio bijna 29€ meer betaald

Unterlassene Hilfeleistung der Hotelleitung

Eigentlich wollte ich 5 Sterne insgesamt vergeben. Doch die Arroganz und Unberfrihrenheit der Hotelleitung lässt mich davon absehen. Bei Austreten im EG aus dem Aufzug bin ich, ohne dass ich hätte auch nur irgendwie vorsehend agieren können, auf dem spiegelhlatt nassen Fußboden ausgerutscht und auf die Hüfte gestürzt. Eine massive Prellung ist die Folge. Die Reaktion der Hotelleitung: Sie würden Warnschilder aufstellen und das Ganze sei mein Problem. Das aufgestellte Warnschild befand sich etwa 2m links vom Aufzugausgang mit Ausrichtung der Schrift zum linken Bettengang. Im Aufzug selbst oder sofort vor der Aufzugtür im Sichtfeld des Gastes gab es keinen Warnhinweis. Diese Reaktion ist für mich untragbar und, wie eingangs gesagt, in ihrer Arroganz nicht zu überbieten. Sich bei dem Verletzten nach dem Befinden zu erkundigen und Hilfe anzubieten? Fehlanzeige! Ganz im Gegenteil: Abwiegeln und patzig reagieren. Mit anderen Worten "blöd gelaufen für Dich, dummer Gast". Nicht auszudenken, was vielleicht passiert wäre, wenn ich die Treppe genommen hätte. Vielleicht mit dem Kopf auf eine Treppenstufe aufgeschlagen.

Goed voor door reis

Op door reis prima hotel om te verblijven. Er staat in de omschrijving dat er een bar is en die is er helaas niet. Zoeken wij onze hotels wel op uit zeker op door reis. Super vriendelijke checkin.

J’y retournerais

Chambre correcte, néanmoins un peu sombre. Grand lit et grande salle de bain. Personnel serviable. L’environnement n’est pas très agréable, mais pour passer une nuit de transit c’est bien.

Hospedaje universitario

No es un Hotel realmente, es un hospedaje universitario con algunas habitaciones para viajeros. Todo esta hecho para ellos, expendedoras con yogurt, sandwiches, bebidas y café que no funcionaba. El desayuno muy básico, pregunté si habia fruta, me dijeron que sí, pero habia solo naranjas y limones para exprimir. Por los alrededores hay supermercado, fruteria y una pizzeria al frente que tiene la peor pizza que he comido hasta hoy. La habitación nuestra tenia cocina eléctrica que nunca funcionó, tuvimos que hervir agua en el microndas. Al llegar al lugar, está el estacionamiento primero con un timbre para pedir abrir la barrera y una indicacion de Recepción a la derecha, misma direccion del parking. Al estar adentro y, al fondo, uno se entera que la Recepción está unos metros más adelante por el camino principal, detrás de un cerco de plantas, por lo tanto, hay que devolverse o llevar las maletas por un tramo largo.

Hôtel bien situé propre au calme, commodité à proximité et accès facile. Chambre propre et bien décoré, coin cuisine simple mais efficace. Une bouilloire aurait été un plus sinon parfait !

Ras. Très bien comme d’habitude.

Excellent séjour, personnel très aimable, aux petits soins. Il manquait juste une couverture supplémentaire pour moins chauffer la nuit. J’aurais également pu garder ma serviette 3 nuits. Sinon c’était parfait.

Tout très bien sauf le matelas du canapé-lit. Vraiment trop inconfortable, je ne reprendrai plus cette catégorie de chambre. J'ai trouvé le petit déjeuner un peu cher au regard des produits proposés. Un très grande TV face au lit. Salle d'eau spacieuse. Bureau de travail large avec prises accessibles.

Séjour professionnel très court. Arrivé à Minuit, reparti à 8h le matin. Je trouve la taxe de séjour particulièrement élevée, et le petit déjeuner cher pour ce qui est servi ... Pour ma part, je n'avais plus de pain "normal". Le personnel à l'accueil était très sympathique !

Hotel muy cómodo situado al sur de Burdeos, de fácil acceso a la autopista, que era lo que necesitábamos para no tener que atravesarlo. Todo muy nuevo, habitación grande y baño estupendo y todo muy limpio. Wifi muy bueno, aparcamiento gratis, máquinas de vending con muy buenos precios y lo mejor: la atención del recepcionista que estaba de noche, gracias a él nos quedamos 2 noches en vez de una que era la idea inicial.

J'ai apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le lit est très confortable et la chambre très propre. Le personnel est très aimable et disponible. Ce que j'ai trouvé dommage c'est le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de cuisine. Mais j'ai vu un peu plus qu'il s'agissait d'une option supplémentaire.

Tres bon accueil. Propreté de l'établissement et de la chambre irréprochables. Equipement et literie au top. Et buffet de petit déjeuner d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous reviendrons assurément !
