The place was fantastic. Great , freindly helpful staff. A Young man working fromtt desk even come let us in our toom at 1 AM when we lost our key. Food was really good. Breakfast was always delivered on time to our room. Views are quite amazing. Very calm serence private place. The whole staf was phenomenal.

This property was extremely quiet and the perfect get away to relax. Breakfast was amazing. The bartender was amazing. Everyone was extremely kind. I liked being away from the crowded areas! Perfect place to stay if that’s what you’re looking for!

Great location, one of the best views on the whole island without the ridiculous hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira. This is the way to do Santorini IMO. You are never more than a 20 min drive to all the locations you may want to visit and all of the good local tours offer pick-ups at or near this property.

10000000000/10 My husband and I’s first time in Greece and wow. The service was so so so good. I am so shocked at how kind everyone on the island and the hotel was. This area was very quiet and somewhat remote but I honestly preferred it this way. We were about 15-20 mins from places we wanted to go driving. Do keep in mind that they have uber and 24/7 taxis hut theres a flat rate of $36-40 avg This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Receptionists Vanessa and Anastacios was also extremely helpful with recommendations of things to do and getting settled. God bless all the staff there.

While not walkable to anything, transport is accessible. Amazing staff and location. Much nicer experience than the time we spent at a hotel in Fira. Worth the drive to activities, food and beaches.

I loved the location of this hotel and I will definitely be staying there next time I go to Santorini. It had a beautiful view, quiet and away from the busy streets and the staff were amazing.

A stunning stay in a beautiful, comfortable and clean hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff possible. The hotel is in Akrotiri which is a quieter part of the island, making it a wonderful place to retire to at the end of an exhausting day investigating the busy areas of the rest of the island. Can't fault it, the staff were wonderful and the rooms superb.

Excellent stay at elements, staff super friendly and very helpful with lots of recommendations on dining and tourist attractions, as well as which beaches to visit.

Was the best stay ever

An amazing stay! Very warm and helpful staff, great private and well kept facility. The food from their own kitchen was exceptional. The place was quiet distant from the main area of Fira and Oai but nothing that a car rental wouldn’t fix. Would definitely come back next time. Thank you for the unforgettable experience

Could not think of one negative thing to say about this accommodation. The staff were professional and very friendly, from the moment you arrive they are always helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with an amazing shower room. This is no fault of the hotel but for people thinking of staying in this area, it’s not very walkable. So make sure you have a way of getting around.

Couldn’t rate this property highly enough, this was our first time visiting Santorini and we wanted a quiet relaxing holiday and that’s exactly what we got. The property is flawless and the staff are great, each and every one of them would bend over backwards for you! The property is out of the way and there is a bus stop outside however we hired a car to get around but most people had quads of buggy’s to go around on. We will definitely be back!

Loved it. If you looking for a peaceful, safe and just vibrant place. This is the place to be. I have no compliments about the property. Only thing I would say is if you drive even better or prepare cash for cab/uber as you are far from shops and main bus station

The check and all staff were lovely. We wanted to but our adult kids lunch when we checked in as they were leaving the island later that day- BUT the policy is only patrons can purchase food or be on the property. Super clean. Lively delivered breakfast and gorgeous room with private pool and views. It was quiet for sleeping.

Fantastic Experience. Out of the way of the crowds in Fira and Oia, very peaceful. Just a 18min drive to Fira. We rented a car which I would highly advise if you’re staying here. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

We were treated like royalty and the rooms were over the top. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was huge !! All The staff were respectful, kind and helpful!!! Our private pool was superb. Quiet and away from the busyness of Fira and Oia. A private upscale sanctuary.

Amazing stay at Elements of Caldera hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff, great location with a beautiful view of the caldera. Large swimming pool with plenty of sun beds for guests. Spacious rooms, clean and with all the amenities such as A/C. Best part of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back

All facilities and staff are very nice. The only thing is that you need arrive by car, since public bus stop is a little far.

I highly recommend Elements of Caldera suites. It’s a beautiful, quiet, clean and relaxing place. The view is spectacular especially for sunrise and sunset viewing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and always at your service. The property is clean and spotless and the walk out rooms to the pool overlooking the caldera is a bonus not forgetting your personal hot tub. Overall I give them 5 stars because I felt the property and service deserves it.

This hotel has many good things, along with a few not so good things that could be improved. To start, the gentleman who works in the reception was great.. super respectful, and very helpful. Our room itself was always clean and air-conditioned. The pool has a great location and is always kept clean. However, We were told our private hot tub was going to indeed be a hot tub, but that is not the case. The water is lukewarm at best and that’s being generous. My husband and I went to the restaurant for lunch our first day and the waiter seemed very confused by our order and took a tremendously long time to make two drinks. The following night we witnessed another hotel guest try to go to the restaurant to get fries and the same guy was very confused again and told her that she had to go to the reception desk. It seems as if there was a sort of communication barrier with some of the staff. The hotel itself is quite far from the tourist attractions and does require you to rent a car or get a ride, which can be a bit pricey. Overall, good experience, but not anything extravagant.

This hotel is amazing, one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Amazing views, beautifully maintained, and very relaxing. Can’t say enough about all the staff, exceptionally helpful lots of attention to guests needs.

This hotel was incredible. It was probably one of if not the nicest hotel I've stayed in. It is beautifully well looked after, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you want a peaceful mostly private location.

3rd time we’ve visited. Great to find the property still looking as new and well kept as it was when we first visited in 2018 and again in 2021. Staff are always friendly, breakfasts served in your garden superb. Our favourite hotel/location/island…beautiful!!

Fabulous spot for a romantic getaway!

We had a wonderful 12-day stay at Elements! We were completely taken aback by how beautiful the hotel was and our room completely surpassed our expectations! The breakfast every morning was delicious and all of the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for a romantic get away!

Great stay

I love this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. We had a welcome snack. Breakfast was great. Everyone was nice and helpful. We were given food to take with us since we had to check out early. The shower was huge.

Taasosa and Jenny at the front desk are an Awesome job. They pay lots of attention to guests needs and request in a timely mannwe.vi will definitely bisir again .

Amazing

The place is perfect for a quiet, comfortable stay. Beautifully maintained, with discreet byt helpful staff. Pool and the area around it is spotlessly clean and very relaxing. The location is good with nice views but it is good walk into the village abd quite hazadous unless you find your way along the backstreets which is really quaint. There are some nice places to eat if you can manage the walk. Had a good night at Theofanis restaurant with live music and plate smashing. For late night food Akrothini was, ideal, great value, good food and service with a smile. Definitely recommend Elements of Caldera suites.

The location of the property is great and staff were very nice and helpful. There were faulty items in the room, such as the blind on the ceiling, the douche. Very tight with shower gels, lotions, had to ask to get more. To volume locked to 15 and cannot increase.

Truly stunning and serene spot. Staff were amazing, kind and very helpful. We were there on our honeymoon for a short stay and we didnt want to leave.

I came to Elements of Caldera looking for relaxation and peaceful moments… and it gave all of that with a double portion of excellence…from the staff to the kitchen… everyone waiting to help your stay feel like a real luxury trip…the reception staff were on top of kindness and welcoming you… asking how everything is and if you need anything, they were more than willing to help you.. and even give you ideas on what to maybe look at… explaining everything to you slow and so you understand,.. and always with a smile…!!! The food was exceptional!! I highly recommend these wonderful suites… hands down the best viewing of the island and at nighttime super romantic and captivating .. The bartender and servers were always professional and kind… Thanks for amazing memories!!! Hannah

Simply the best.

I really enjoyed my time at this property. The staff was friendly from the ladies in reception to the waitstaff at the restaurant and breakfast. The property it beautiful, clean and quiet. Perfect for couples for anyone who needs a break from their busy life. There a multiple beautiful places to sit and relax while reading or listening to music on your headphones. Herbs are planted everywhere along with flowers and grapes. The staff was accommodating regarding meals and the food was good. They also manage to have great service while being almost invisible and charming at the same time. The photos are accurate. This is a solid recommendation for me.

My fiancé and I stayed at Elements for 10 days for our honeymoon and it was such an amazing place. The staff was exceptional with helping us book events, dinners, rides, massages, etc. they were available 24/7 for any questions, room service and any additional things we needed. Very friendly staff and Milena was the best house keeper, while also being so friendly and wonderful. We met other couples there and had a great experience dining out with them. The view is breathtaking, the food is excellent and it was the best experience of my life!

Exceptional experience

We had a wonderful stay and best experience ever in santorini. The place was so relaxing , very clean, great service, love our private pool and jacuzzi. The room very big and spacious lots of room for our stuff and the breakfast was delicious and what a great service. They served the food in your balcony which is the best feeling and experienced ever it’s like a real vacation and we order lunches and dinners the food was awesome we really love this place so exceptional. The workers/team was very helpful and very friendly very nice people and they have area to watch the sunsets which we love. Love the bathroom too very clean. Definitely will come back💙

What a wonderful experience at Elements during our three day trip to Santorini! If you want a place to relax, away from the crowds of tourists, you can't ask for anything better. The room was great and the pool was amazing. Breakfast was served in our private patio section outside our room and it was delicious. It was nice to see the popular towns in Santorini and yet be staying in the quieter part of the island, just outside of the village of Akrotiri. Loved this place!

The location is very quiet and the rooms are spacious and clean. The A/C is kind of complicated to adjust and there’s quite too much light in the morning coming through the windows.

Celebrating a special Birthday

We arrived early from our flight and they were still turning our room around, so they sent us to the fabulous pool and provided a bottle of wine and fresh fruit while we waited. We loved our large room with a private pool with a great view and indoor hot tub. Definitely a great place for a romantic getaway.

Everything at Elements of Caldera Suites was amazing!! Denisi, Elpida, Vasili all provided professional and fantastic service when anything was needed. The staff was always on top of cleanliness and making sure it was top notch!! This is the best place to stay in Santorini if your looking to relax after the crowded areas of Santorini. The views here are amazing too!! Especially when having breakfast at the rooftop. The Continental breakfast provided is served to you anywhere you would like in the hotel. Room and bathroom cleanliness was great too!! Thank you Elements of Caldera for the perfect stay in all of Santorin!!!!! Ευχαριστώ πολύ!!!!!!! Όλα Καταπληκτικό!!!!!!!!!

Best hotel and service I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful and best get away. Shower is amazing and the bed is comfortable.

The room was great and the view of the caldera is beautiful but what made this place five star for us is the service! We absolutley enjoyed and appreciated the hospitality. Elpida was most kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our server Dennis was also very attentive. We reccomend the place for anyone wanting the comfort of home and hospitality of friends.

Beautiful small hotel. Nice, spacious room, beautiful view, great pool and private jacuzzi, good breakfast served in room, peaceful, relaxing location. Above all, wonderful staff: Elpitha, Denis and all were incredibly attentive, helpful and always with a friendly smile. Really enjoyed our stay here. Convenient to have a car, but you probably want one anyway to see the various sites around the island.

This property was unique. It was in a perfect spot with an amazing view over the caldera. The staff were so helpful (Hope was amazing) with booking trips, cars, taxis etc. Your breakfast was served on your beautiful terrace and it was a great breakfast. There are 3 tavernas within walking distance but it is a quiet area, which is what we wanted. We spent a week there and then stayed in Fira for 4 nights which was very busy. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel.

Perfect retreat for couples!

The staff at Elements were friendly and accommodating and their recommendations of things to see and places to eat were always spot-on. Our room was gorgeous and spotless, including the private veranda and pool. Common areas were equally well-tended. Breakfast every day was lovely and delicious. The property is quiet and secluded, on the far end of the island from the more touristy areas such as Oia. We rented a car to explore the island, which can be driven in less than an hour from top to bottom. This allowed us to see the sights with ease and still enjoy a private, relaxing atmosphere in the mornings and evenings. We have not a single negative thing to say about Elements; we'll never stay anywhere else on Santorini.

Santorini Vacation

Elements of Caldera was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The staff are so nice, attentive, and helpful with making reservations and arranging anything you need while in Santorini. The hotel is on the quiet side of the island but we much preferred this compared to the busy cities - so much more relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance to the hotel and they are really great as well.
