Loved walking
It was a great place to stay! The only downfall was the pool was freezing.
Not what I had hoped for
The room provided upon check-in smelled as if it had been smoked in. When I brought this up with the desk agent, I was met with disbelief. The desk agent was a poor representative of the Marriott brand. It was only after checking in was I told that the pool/hot tub was not available and likely would not be during my 5-day stay. Breakfast was very basic but at least the coffee was hot. Be sure to note that the address/map on this website does not depict an accurate description of the location. If you want to go into town your will either need a car or take a ~15 minute walk.
Staff was friendly and property was clean and well kept. Only issue was with shower supplies. There was no soap or body wash left in the containers.
Erin was amazing! Everything was over the top
Very nice facility.
The room was exceptional. No hand soap and body gel container in shower was empty in bathroom. Hot in was being worked on at the time of check in. Good breakfast in the morning.
We couldn’t end up coming and tried to get somewhat refund and we got nothing back. I even bought Insurance . This has happened twice with the Expedia app. I’m out hundreds of dollars… just book through peoples hotel sites not third-party
Quite enjoyable. It's a new hotel. The front open space seemed cluttered but all was good.
Off road thanksgiving
Probably my favorite place to stay in Moab
Rooms are a decent size. Towels are fluffy, and breakfast is cooked to order. But …. Property is located outside of town, nothing within walking distance. Walls were thin - we could hear conversations in adjacent rooms. Room had an unpleasant odor. Hot tub not hot!!! EV chargers on property gouge you on price.
Clean and modern. Good location.
Great hotel to stay at when visiting Arches or Canyonlands. It's closer to the entrance to Arches, but it's only a 5 min drive down the road to the main walking/shopping/dining area- there is free parking in that area. Room was updated had a kitchenette with full size fridge and small stove. Cutlery and glasses are included in the rooms. There are grills outside that people can use if they want to cook for themselves. Very spacious, clean room. Would highly recommend.
When I checked in, I noticed a foul smell in the lobby. I saw the bar/kitchen and thought it was probably limited to that space. After parking, we entered the hotel from another entrance and the smell was even stronger. Got into our room and it had a completely different foul odor. This was no longer the incredibly strong pungent smell of cooked fish and broccoli like the hall/floor but smelled of sewer and cleaner. We hoped after some time had passed, the next day it would be better, to get through two nights of this was incredibly hard. Had to hold our breath to get to our door, but even then, was overwhelmed by the smell in the room. I would not stay here again based off of this experience as the smell was Really Bad!
Nice choice in Moab
Excellent property, nice pool and hot tub; perfectly clean and new. good beds, good varied breakfast daily. Lounge is bright and welcoming. There are even games you can play for fun.
The place is clean, modern and beautiful. A lot of options for breakfast. The lobby is so cozy. Love this place. Highly recommended ❤️
Very good experience
Nice big and clean room. Close to restaurants but need a car. Breakfast was very good and varied from one day to the next.
We love staying at Element! Have a great winter season!
We have stayed here before a few times and love it and the facilities
Well appointment hotel. Very welcoming front desk staff. Rooms are well appointed with comfy beds, great shower and very quiet.
The staff are really nice and friendly. The property looks very clean & neat. The room is nice & cleaned as well.
Great hotel in a cute town. Close to both National Parks around Moab.
Clean quiet just a nice place to stay
Great hotel. I especially liked how bright the lobby is.
Not really walking distance from Moab and restaurant/bar closes early.
Clean and very well located. Enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day at Arches
Modern and clean! Our room was laid out perfectly, and bed was comfortable. Very friendly staff, lots of guest parking and very quiet.
Room and property was very clean and modern. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was a step above a standard continental breakfast. Only criticism was that internet and TV were not working during our weekend. Property was a little ways out of town, so getting into town required driving. Overall, very nice place and will stay there again.
Great location.
Booked a King, said they didn't have any then put me in a disabled room. At least give an apology then comp me some food vouchers. You pay for a resort, you should expect what you paid for. I am a tattooed blue collar individual but I would hope that had nothing to do with the experience. I am always polite and cordial as well
Top notch hotel. Luxuriously appointed rooms, wonderful hot and cold breakfast in the morning. Restaurant for dinner was excellent as well.
Amazing accommodation, pleasant staff, over all great for my family!
The hotel is very nice and clean.
Great stay and great gluten free breakfast options. Loved the pool and hot tub.
Loved this hotel! Very updated and nice! Pool area was fantastic. It was very convenient for driving to Arches and downtown Moab. Would definitely stay here again!
Highly recommend!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Element Hotel! It is beautifully decorated, modern, clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool. The staff was very friendly, especially the hotel waitress/ bartender, she was wonderful!
Wonderful stay in Moab. Room was sparkling clean and the staff were great. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice.
We reserved a King room but they ran out before we got there (what's a reservation for then?) and so were "upgraded" to two queen beds. Also, they only clean every three days -- they don't say that on their website or in the Expedia listing. That's kind of unacceptable for a place where people are hiking in sand most days. Our room had no coffee and was out of the body wash too so we had to request that. While the breakfast was overall good, they tend to cater to tour groups making the early morning breakfast rush unpleasant -- they don't have enough seating for that. And then lastly, the pool salt water regulator wasn't working for more than a day of our stay so we couldn't even swim. We specifically chose this hotel because it had a nice pool so we ended up paying for something we couldn't really even use. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
The outdoor area with the pool is very beautiful and inviting. The hotel is immaculate!
The breakfast was nice, but how about some bacon or sausage with eggs?
We loved staying at this hotel. The room was great and our view was superb. We will definitely stay here again.
Super clean, beautiful!
Great lobby. Very nice pool area! Great breakfast. Really appreciated that restaurant/bar served food until 9:00 pm. Food and drinks were very reasonably priced.
This is absolutely the best hotel in the area! New, modern, super close to Arches National park, 5 min drive to center of Moab
great location, awesome pool and for some reason they call their breakfast continental... it is more of a california breakfast, fruits, vegatables, warm, made to order dish of the day... its great, a new fav.
Comfortable and spacious room, nice pool and hot tub, clean and well kept hotel, friendly staff. You would have to walk several blocks to get to all the action on the Main Street but it was a quick drive and we always found a place to park. Would stay again.
Very nice hotel. Close to everything. I. Good condition.
The hotel was great, the only problem is that it shows on Google and Expedia that it is right off the Main Street in the town of Moab however this is incorrect as it is miles out and therefore not walkable at all, this is a big reason I choose the hotel however we made the best of it and the desk staff said that it happens all the time. Other than that the room and hotel was quite nice.
Easter Jeep Safari
This was our second stay at Element. 6 nights this time. Very nice, rooms with refrigerator, great pool and hot tub. The staff are great! The morning breakfast is better than what you would expect as an includible rate. Lobby, restaurant, and bar area were active all day. Lots for kids to do too. Great location, especially for Arches Nat’l Park.
Definitely going to stay here again
Nice all around
Second time we’ve stayed here. Love how big the rooms are, pet friendly, lounge and restaurant are great.
The room and hotel in general was clean and modern. Nice to have food and drinks on-site. Great that it was dog friendly.
Hot tub was incredible
Good place, nice staff, kitchen & cleaning staff great. Front desk nice! But, the walls are thin, you can hear a phone ring and think it’s yours but it’s coming from the room next-door. Just be cognizant.
Can’t wait to come back again sometime soon:)
It was a bit noisy but I think it was my room location
New, modern, clean, good staff
Wonderful Hotel
There was plenty of room and we enjoyed the large window looking out over the swimming pool. Especially enjoyed the breakfast !!!
Beautiful property looked like brand new! We were supposedly upgraded from a king room to a 2 queen suite which was lovey but I don’t consider it an upgrade because we were just off the lobby and right next to the kitchen. There was extreme noise till late and it started again before 5am. Not impressed at all. Obviously there was no insulation in the wall or door because we could here everything even people sneezing. The pool area was great and the hot tub too. Breakfast was a made to order omelet but not a great selection of other stuff. Would stay again but wound definately not stay in room 119
New. Clean. Dog friendly. Having a small kitchen and bar on premise suited our needs without having to drive Moab Main steet searching for dinner. Bison burger was delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly, one of the perks of traveling with a sweet golden retriever. Witnessed pool and hot tub use by many. Pool/bar patio area was a nice place to enjoy breakfast.
The Element was an outstanding hotel we stayed at on our vacation out west. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The accommodations were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Great location. Walkway carpets were dirty, and need a bigger breakfast area. In the mornings it was crowded and typically didn’t have a place to eat, needed to eat in the room. Also, toilet depths are to high.
Terrible booking policy - never book collection at the property option with this hotel. If you have input any card information improperly or there are other processing issues with your card on the morning of your intended stay, they will cancel your booking. They will attempt to contact you to resolve but the timing will naturally be when you are travelling or enjoying one of the National Parks with little or no internet or cell service.
The room was great! Thank you! Bar service was terrible. 2 associates talking to themselves and not attentive to customers.
Clean
I know people love their pets, but I don't want them in the area where I'm eating.
This is a fabulous hotel.
Clean, great location, good staff, enjoyable
Very friendly and caring atmosphere
Great Westin Property Spacious
Nice hotel in Moab for a family of 4 with teens. Large rooms, spacious, new and clean. We didn’t use the kitchen. Lacking some bathroom amenities hand/body soap, only one small lotion and not enough towels for 4 people. Front desk couldn’t check us in until room was ready, but no communication came when it was ready (no one let us know.) Loved the coffee, water, tea bar.
Modern hotel with nice amenities and friendly staff. Pet friendly too.
Wonderful place to stay.
The property is new and modern. A little outside of town, but close to the national park! The charging for EV’s is managed by another company and more expensive than the supercharger in town.
Everything thing is taken care of for guests here. I felt like i was in an upscale resort. The hotel and pool are beautiful. The rooms are very spacious as well. Highly recommended
Very nice accommodations. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.
Staff needs training to be friendly and helpful. Otherwise the property is quite nice.
This place was excellent—great staff, clean and rooms were fantastic.
We usually like to stay in a condo when traveling, but on this vacation that was not a reasonable option. This hotel was a great substitute for that. The layout of the room offered plenty of space and the kitchenette area was handy for preparing the picnic lunches we took with us when hiking. The pool area was lovely and staff was eager to assist. I would definitely recommend!!
Nice, clean rooms. Staff were helpful.
We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great.
Beautiful new hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Pool and hot tub, complete with outdoor cabana-style beds, are amazing until the relentless mosquitos arrive when the sun goes down. Hot breakfast was good, but there is only one hot item on the menu, which is made by a chef in front of you and changes daily. During my stay one morning was a ham omelet, the next was turkey sausage muffin sandwiches, and the final was pork breakfast tacos. If you're not into that item, you're limited to yogurt, toast/bagel, cereal, or whole fruit.
Great room and location. Within Moab
Very attractive property. Night staff was wonderful- positive and helpful. Day staff not as much.
Beautiful room and friendly front desk😊
Clean, organized and friendly staff. Beautiful outside pool. Great food. Highly recommended. Thank you!
Pretty disappointing
The front desk is real rude, I mean like rude… at check out I basically stood there right at the desk for about 2 min when these two ladies had a casual conversation and just ignored me standing staring at them. At check in, I thought the guy wanted to pick a fight, not sure what his issue was but he was quite upset about something. Also what you pay what you get is not equal, crazy price for a busy road side hotel. The day before checking in I checked the rooms in the area, prices were about half of what you pay here, was to late to cancel so that my fault, but sending an email to hotels.com on that… Also, I think if you are booking thru hotels.com your room allocation is downgraded for this hotel. Like seriously was put in a bad room at the entry level facing the road for the premium room booked… and they had no other rooms, so basically that was it, the response from the front desk was - take it or leave it…. The good thing, breakfast is good, well ok… they have a griddle with hot eggs and different choice everyday day, but just one choice and no meat selections…
Comfort Stay
This was our one night stop over to visit nearby Arches National Park on our way to Colorado. Very good stay with excellent breakfast. Hope to return in the near future.
Amazing hotel
This was a great hotel. Nice and clean, with lots to offer. The lobby had family games, the outdoor pool and surrounding area had everything from corn hole to BBQ’s to use. The morning breakfast was great and had lots of options, it was the first place I’d ever seen GF options and oat milk/ almond milk included in their continental breakfast. There were even cookies out at night. We came in late the first night and just had dinner at the hotel, it was a great meal and not over priced. The hotel seemed great about recycling as well. The only odd thing is in three nights we stayed there we never had house keeping. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I’m not sure if that’s their norm, and I’m sure if we had asked for more towels or our beds to be made they probably would have. I just thought it odd they never popped in to check. Other then that it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely go back.
Element
Everything was great!
Great hotel, but high cost to charge EV.
Awesome hotel, great location. However, we were very disappointed in the cost to charge our EV at the hotel. Most hotels let guests charge for free. Element Moab charged way more than we pay at the Superchargers! Next time we will chose a hotel with free charging for guests.
A very enjoyable stay, loved the breakfast, pool and hot tub and friendly staff. My only complaint is that rooms aren’t being cleaned during your stay. (This started during Covid, and is still in practice 🙁)
This property is superb! The staff is outstanding, our room was beautiful, the breakfast was exceptional. We would definitely return.
It was a simple hotel but very clean and updated. Great if you are driving through Moab and need a reasonable place to stay.
Property is very well maintained and clean. Everything is updated and looks really good. Very welcoming. All the staff were professional and very welcoming.
Beautiful hotel! Quiet rooms, comfy beds and great location.
Good😊
Loved the wood floors and the staff were helpful and friendly
Best Moab Hotel
This is a fantastic property. We were so impressed with the cleanliness. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.
