Need bigger TV and include them in rooms

Cabin was spacious and exactly what was needed for a nights rest before hitting the slopes the next day.

Staff was exceptional!!

It would be nice to have a stove! In the off-season should not need to wear a wristband if you are not using the facilities.

Stayed at the lodge. Nice room, well maintained property, and very quiet. We were very happy with the experience.

This is great for a couple that don’t wanna be around kids loved it

Overall it was decent for a cheap hotel close to the dells. Very clean room at the motel.

Weekend getaway

The room we stayed was a good size and walking distance to the pool and the bar. We stopped at the bar our first night there and the service was excellent. Our bartender Bret was was welcoming and friendly. Shoutout to Sab and the other young lady that was bartending the night of 8/17(can’t remember her name) they were both amazing. The food did not disappoint all was delicious. We also attended the pool party on Saturday and a huge shoutout to our server Ann, she was simply amazing she made sure we were taken care of the entire time we were there. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience!!!

through you they had the wrong size room, they were very gracious and gave us the right sized room.

Loved the live music

Room was large and allowed us all to stay in one room.

We stayed in the motel portion with our friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. We ate at the restaurant the first night and had great food! The pool and hot tub were perfect. The room had a king bed and 2 queen beds. They were comfortable and everyone slept great. We will be back!

Our stay was awesome the Owners were beyond awesome I would recommend Edge O Dells to anyone looking for a great get away with no kids anywhere!!!

Friendly staff, clean and good cabin condition. Restaurant serves less than average food choices and tastes... for the price I would expect better food quality. This is adult only resort so be prepared for loud music around campground and parties everywhere. Overall not bad.

Nice place to stay with out kids.

The rooms were awesome and the staff was great from the moment I checked in to when i checked out. Im happy i was able to celebrate my birthday here

nice place to stay

perfect for a race team

We needed a place to stay without a bunch of frills... an overnight for our entire race team - just a couple miles from the race track. What a perfect place! It was clean and seemed to have been recently renovated, but it didn't have a bunch of extras to pay for. It was perfect for what we needed.

We had a great experience! The room was large and clean. It is a very convenient location. The staff from check in, the restaurant, and check out were friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait to book there again.

Great place to stay for a long weekend

Nice place for a relaxing long weekend. We went during the off season, so it was very quiet and we were able to do a lot of relaxing in peace and quiet. Cabin was very clean. The only thing I would like to have had different is a large fridge. The small dorm-sized fridge was barely big enough for what we needed to keep cold. When you have to stay a minimum of 2 nights, we like to bring our own food and beverages to avoid eating out all the time. This small fridge was not big enough to accommodate our needs for that. Otherwise, everything else about our stay was excellent.

This was a wonderful location, wonderful, place and friendly staff enjoyed herself and will return

Excellent Stay-Highly Recommend

Room was super clean, plenty of towels & soap. Quiet location. Check in staff was very friendly and explained directions well. Bartenders were great & they had a live band. Would definitely stay here again!

Front desk staff were friendly and the cabin we stayed in was clean and as described. It does say WiFi is available and my only complaint was that it was slow and didn’t have a good signal from the cabin.

Everything was perfect. Check in was quick and easy, Room was clean and the food in the restaurant was great. Will stay again when in the area.

Stayed here a few times for our annual girls weekend. This stay the cabin was quite dirty. Stains on bed sheets in 1 bedroom. Pill found on futon along with a hard piece of sausage from maybe a pizza eaten months ago. Definitely not what I’ve experienced before - not sure if we will be back or take our business to a different location for next year. Disappointed with lack of cleanliness during their off season.

Found two pills in the futon actually my service dog alerted me of the pills- then found hard sausage pieces like from a pizza when the futon was pulled out into a bed. Both beds had a sheet with bed spread but no blankets. Later found a blanket and extra pillow tucked in between the couch and the wall. Unit needs a good deep cleaning.

Been coming to the dells for years. Found this place a few months ago. Hidden little gem. Great place, great people. Brett, the bar tender the best. Thanks for great memories.

This was a nice motel to stay at. Rooms were clean, fun atmosphere. Activities at the pool & live music. Great time.

Cabin

I booked a cabin and ended up in the motel. It ended up working out, but just beware if you want the cabin, you may not get it.

Not our vibe but good stay

Cell service is nonexistent while on hotel side. They do not offer wifi. A fire pit on the hotel side would be nice. Hotel is across the street from the pool/bar. Definitely party vibe by pool/bar.

Loved how clean and updated the cabin was. Easy check in and loved the pool area. Definitely loved the 21 vibe. Our only issues were that the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn't work even after they came to change the soap and there were no towels. I guess i missed the memo on bringing our own. We asked and they said no towels. I have never been to a place that doesn't provide towels. It wasn't a huge deal but the shower is tight.

No children! Love children but it was nice to not have kids screaming.

When we first got to our room the sink was clogged up so we had to use the shower to brush our teeth. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

I wish band played more variety of music and the hotel has wifi in it. We had no signal at the rooms for two days. That sucks for emergencies. Overall we had a good time.

Love the rooms in the hotel. Fresh and new and very clean and comfortable. Hated the small bottles of shampoos etc. bulk size in shower dispenser would be better. Otherwise great stay.

Girl's Weekend

We had a girls weekend in the Dell's and couldn't have picked a better, more relaxed, fun place to stay. Everything from check-in to check-out was exceptional! The staff was amazing! The rooms were clean. The grounds were clean and safe. Ubers were easily accessible. The pool DJ party was so much fun!! I will definitely be returning! Thank you Edge O Dell's 😘

If you are between the ages of 21 to 30 previously in a part of the greek community in college and like to party this is your place otherwise steer clear. The Hotel rooms were nowhere close to the pool and no place to park to go to the pool. Shower took forever to warm up in the mornings.

The property was beautiful. The food was great, and we enjoyed the live entertainment. The only thing that didn't work well was the Wi-Fi. Our hotspot didn't connect in the room either. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

It's a fun party place to go!

Very clean & remodeled !

I had booked a last minutes trip for nye for my husband & I along with another couple, we rented 2 rooms. I had never heard of this place and the price was cheap so I was worried, but the reviews were good so I figured I give it a try, the office ladies were very nice called me about check in , told them I would be late so they said check in at bar, bartender was extremely friendly when I got there to pick up my keys & when we found our rooms the outside was intimidating looked like a cheap motel but when I opened that door I was fooled , everything was remodeled nicely & extremely clean, cleaner than expensive hotels I’ve stayed in !! I definitely will come stay here whenever I visit the dells !!!

We have visited in the past and always stayed in a cabin which is very nice. This time the cabins were booked so we staying in the little motel they have just down the road. They were recently aquired by edge of dells and looked a little sketchy from the exterior photos on the site. We were extremely pleased to find out that they were all just remodeled and we're very very nice. We would stay there again for sure! Well done!

Very clean and newly renovated lodge. Nice plush beds. Needs hangers in room. Loved staying there; stayed there two times in 3 month period. Everything in room was brand new.

This place is awesome. I loved the bar and restaurant. The area is quiet and safe.

Stayed in Deluxe cabin #1. Was located right next to restaurant/bar. Only was there 1 night but would stay again. Just outside of the busy town.

Don't Recommend

There were NO TOWELS or RAGS. There was absolutely no mention of this on my online hotels.com reservation. I had to go out and buy towels. in addition, there was no shampoo, hand soaps or lotions. Finally, they give you no coffee at all. The hotels.com room description also specifically states there is available WiFi. This is NOT true, there is no WiFi whatsoever. Overall it was clean but the beds were not comfortable and the shower is incredibly small. For the price is it highly overpriced for what you get and more specifically way to expensive due to what you don't get. I don't recommend.

Clean resort area . The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our cabin was quaint but great for us. This was the best time I had for relaxation. Thank you all so much.

The hotel room was clean and new. My only negative at all is the door only has a lock on the handle. I would have felt more comfortable if a chain or additional lock was on the room. The staff at the restaurant was amazing! Pizza was excellent everything was extremely clean. We will be back

We had the cabin that sleeps 14 people. There was only a mini fridge and absolutely no towels or soap or any kind in the cabin. Also, for a cabin that sleeps 14 you’re only allowed 2 vehicles to park there despite having plenty of room for more. The overflow parking is about 1/2 mile away in a field.

Great place to stay. Cabin was very nice. Beds comfortable. The only downside is the spiral staircase going up to loft. Would definitely stay here again

Reasonable prices, minutes downtown Dells

Large, clean, air conditioned cabin, exactly as advertised. Only minutes to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Friendly staff, great food.

I wish they had TV's and Wifi

It was nice to have our own cabin and for the two of us, it was more than spacious. We were here on a quiet weekday and in the morning, had the pool to ourselves. The check-in process was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. We also liked being outside of the city, but within close proximity to Dells attractions. The only thing we didn't like was that the cabin smelled strongly of pot, even though there was a "no smoking" policy.(we found we could mask the smell with microwave popcorn!) Overall, we were very happy with the stay.

This was a very cool place to stay. The cabins were really nice. My only issue is the bathroom was so small.

All the places

We were not given a key to access our unit. They had an envelope on the board with a map to our unit but no key was inside. We made 5 to 6 phone calls trying to locate somebody to give us a key and no one has responded. We ended up needing to find a different room at the last minute for the night since we traveled 4 hours to get there. It was very frustrating and I still have not heard from anyone A-day later

Disappointing

The housekeeping standards at this place are terrible, thank god because of covid we took our own cleaning supplies and disinfectants, very dust and everything was either sticky or dirty, dishware, coffee maker, cabinets, napkins hanging from the ceiling fan, sofa sleeper was broken, we only stayed because we travels three hours and couldn't find anything else on such short notice.

I liked the silence and calmness. Fresh air, lots of trees, forest and not crowed.

We stayed in the lodge (so the motel) which was new to them this year i believe. I really enjoyed the staff they were very friendly and they let us check in a couple hours early! Which we greatly appreciate! There were a couple down sides to staying here. The shower really doesn't get hot its warm at best. The tv really didn't work tried re-programming the remote still didn't work had to manually turn the channel and it got stuck on ppv which you couldn't change unless you had the remote. The lodge office was only open till 7 so we never got a chance to stop in there. It still shows up on google maps as the Sunset Resort so that is helpful to know. Overall it was okay definitely needs a little love!

We rented a cabin. It was clean, had air conditioning, flat screen and a camp site with a picnic table, grill and fire ring. Awesome! Food and drink at the restaurant was great, outside bar was huge and great service. Very nice campsites for trailers also. Nice pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!

Motel

Stayed in motel it is not across the street it is down the road and across the street Coffee machine had old coffee in it Curtain rod broke I appreciate partying but didn’t know the hotel was a after bar party till 3-4am every night

Cabin was nice, lodge was not

We stayed in the both the lodge & cabin. I would not recommend the lodge. It's motel that is separate (across the street) from the rest of the resort and it needs major updating. The shower was clogged. We were only given 1 set of towels. People who stay at the lodge have no respect for others trying to sleep. There were people talking outside until 4:30am in the morning. The cabin was much nicer but they don't give you any towels. And tere was no hair dryer or remote control for the TV in the cabin. Both lodge & cabin had tiny TV's. The bar was decent. Staff seemed accommodating for the most part.

Dont go

Gross. Nothing like the pics. The owner doesnt care at all what his units look like. Electric looked illegal. May have bed bugs. Floors had holes and week spots. All it had was a nice backyard porch

Very clean, but needs to be updated…

Enjoyable stay in the older lodge portion.

We stayed at the new "Lodge" portion of the resort, which is a motel across the street (likely built in the 60's). Motel is clearly quite dated, but it was clean and the beds are like brand new. It was actually quite comfortable. If you are used to 5-star hotels, you will not be happy with the "lodge". But if you are (like me) and perfectly content with simple clean, comfortable accommodations, then you'll be just fine. The staff was all very friendly. And the resort is well-kept and a good time. You just got the sense that everyone was just there to have a kicked back, good time and that was the case for us.

The cabin was very nice. Make sure to bring towels, wash clothes, and anything to eat. No stove but does have most small appliances(Read details). Nice pool an hot tub area. Bar and restaurant on site. I would highly recommend this place.

The age shouldn’t matter to stay at the Cabin..

the only thing was that the original room booked was really bad through expedia. They were nice enough to upgrade us but not a good way to book a room - call the facility

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Food and entertainment was good, and we met some great people at the pool.

We stayed 2 nights in the cottage-type room and one in the delux cabin. Both were great! The cabins, however, did not have towels in the bathroom so we had to use our already-wet beach towels. Not the worst that could happen though. The bar on site is really nice with a large outdoor area accompanied with a second bar. The pool and jacuzzi area is great. Overall, great 21+ place to stay and only a few minutes from the main Dells strip!

I loved the fact that there was a Store, Bar, and a Restaurant on site. Plus, The girls up front were so very helpful, kind and friendly! One of them, had the most attractive Northern accents. She was awesome as well! Thanks again, Mike Brood (Tulsa, Oklahoma)
