FAMILY TRIP

The room was spacious but the room lacked a couple of trash cans and the bathrooms were tight. Limited toiletries in the shower but overall felt safe.

This property is in a good location and has a lot to offer. Staff is friendly. The room was a good size although the bathroom was a bit small. We loved walking to the restaurants in the same building especially Sahara for dinner and Baristi in the morning. We easily walked to Tacos el Franc and Costco avoiding the parking hassles in that area.

A Nice Gem...

The property is located in a safe but somewhat noisy area close to lots of nice restaurants, OXXO stores, and even a Land Rover car dealership. The 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment I rented offered plenty of comfort. The master bedroom could use a door for privacy, however. The apartment comes with an electric stove, refrigerator and microwave. Behind the property there is an Italian restaurant located. I'd definitely stay here again. Hotels.com website does not show any pictures of the parking lot which, let it be known, is very large and ample. The property offers one parking spot per unit, even when the unit is a 2-bedroom. The fee for parking an extra vehicle is $15 per day. That's a minus but for me it wasn't a deal breaker. The elevator is tiny but it does the job. The 2nd floor has a pool table and some other amenities including a place to eat or perhaps even cook. The staff was very friendly, everyone was.

Needs improvement

Room dis not look clean, Shower door hinge is loose and there is black mold growing at bottom, there was hair on walls and floor. Room is nice but not clean as at all

Great place colege atmosphere

Good stay overall good area food etc blackout draping and made it easy to sleep..one night crazy bar was so crazy loud it felt like you were inside the place but it was ok ..if you dont like that i recommen you ask to stsy in the rooms away from the office lol

Great place in a fabulous zone. Super friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was big and comfortable. The kitchen is poorly stock with mismatched utensils. Very small TV.

Good location, walkable, safe

The place for the price was great. The building is secure. It's in a good location and you can walk to coffee shops restaurantas, convenience store, and some bars. It's a safe walkable area. The apartment is very minimalistic, but spacious. If you like luxury, this is not the place for you. The shower was tiny, but had great water pressure.

Great place to stay in TJ!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. After a minor hiccup in which I rented the incorrect “EZ” location, the remainder of our stay was wonderful. First off, all of the staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Daniela. At check in, I explained to her what happened at the other location. She was very accommodating and gave us an upgraded unit, which I really enjoyed. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. The bathroom was spotless and water pressure in the shower was amazing. The bedroom was large and bed was very comfortable. The facility has a modern, chic, trendy vibe, yet very homey. Security was on point, we felt very safe and our vehicle was parked in a gated parking lot. Overall, I highly recommend staying at EZ Rio. I cannot say enough how wonderful the staff were.

It was great!

This place is my to go stay every time I have to go down to Tijuana. It’s becoming like home . The staff on first shift and night staff are incredible people and the area is safe and have so much options to eat around and commute is super simple thru DiDi. We always will come back in.

Second time staying here, I love it and makes it even better are the staff. Specially the night shift, it was nice coming in and have a chat with them. Still giving it 5 stars

Close to everything

Great place but don’t get the rooms above the night club.

I really enjoyed my staying. Best price in town with the best location in Tijuana. The only downside, it’s the noise but if you read the whole description that is disclosed by them. It’s on a busy street so you can hear the car’s noise, also one of the business alarms kept activating all night making it difficult to sleep. Now I still give them the 5 stars because you just can’t beat the price believe I took my time to research and I previously stayed at a couple other places and none come even close to this. I already book my second stay here.

Courteous and attentive staff. Room/floor were dirty, towels and sheets were stained, plates and utensils were dirty, couch and seats should be replaced (worn out and dirty). Comfortable beds and pillows, great and fast hot water in the shower. Great potential if this place is updated/remodeled.

Not worth it

Rooms are really dirty and the front desk was a little bit of loss and not really good customer service overall you get what you paid for there is better hotels that I’ve stayed

In general its a nice place and very quiet you get access to everything you my need.

What I Liked: Convenient Location: The property was well-situated for my needs, with many amenities within walking distance. Helpful Staff: The property manager and staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay comfortable. What I Disliked: Apartment Cleanliness: While the common areas were clean, the apartment itself could have been cleaner. There was noticeable dust and unmopped floors, which made it feel less than fresh. Subpar Towels: The bath towels provided were quite worn, leading us to purchase our own. Noise Considerations: The apartment's location, particularly in relation to a nearby nightclub, could significantly impact sleep quality on certain nights. Overall, the property's location and staff were positive aspects of my stay. However, the cleanliness of the apartment and the quality of the towels were disappointing.

Pretty funny No housekeeping and if you want fresh towels, take the old ones to the laundry to exchange. My wife was getting ready to take a shower. I went to get fresh towels Laundry was closed. Come back in an hour. Wonderful.

Aside from the very loud bar music on the street below that goes well into the night (bring ear plugs) this property has everything it promises.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!! Hotel is located next to a bar . The music and vibrations from the extremely loud music can be heard and felt in the room. Bar closes around 4am . I was awake all night . The worst part is the entire staff is aware of this and continue to rent these rooms that are affected. I’m a regular at this hotel . I always ask for a room away from the bar . They guaranteed me my room on the third floor would not be affected. In the morning, I addressed my experience and the same receptionist told me management forces them to issue these rooms . I will never return . And will share my experience on all social media platforms.

I have come to this property many times and more likely will return. On this trip found some staff apathetic and not so helpful, the apartments plates, cutlery, etc is minimal in urgent need of replenishment of kitchenware

We have stayed at this property multiple times, and it is absolutely one of our favorites. The staff is all excellent and accommodating, the property is maintained very well, is clean, and the amenities are plentiful. The area around the location has multiple coffee, shops, restaurants, and other types of shopping available. The immediate area is highly walkable and safe, and everything else is a short drive away.

Room is very spacious and clean. Its has a living room, dining table, and small kitchen. Beds and pillows are comfortable. We didn’t have a issue with noise like other comments say, maybe we just went on a day when the bars are closed. The only thing missing is a tv in the bedroom. There is a tv but only in the living room area.

There is a night club next to the place and the music is very high volume, but the place is so pretty and the attention excellent.

The hotel itself was fine, but the neighborhood was very noisy. The loud sounds from nearby buildings kept me up until 1-2am on Thursday to Saturday nights. I left a day early due to the noise. They also charged for cleaning fee, which I found unreasonable. Not recommended for light sleepers.

Me presente a las 10 pm del día de mi check in, la puerta de la entrada estaba cerrada, en recepción no se encontraba nadie, toque el timbre en varias ocaciones, llame al número que estaba en la puerta y nunca obtuve respuesta, no pude hacer check in, ni ingresar al hotel. Tuve que buscar otro hotel para quedarme. Exijo que se me haga el rembolso de la noche! No estoy satisfecho con nada!

We really like our stay in this hotel. The front desk attendant was very kind. The hotel accommodation was great and they accept dogs which was great as we were out there to take my dog to her veterinarian. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you .

Me quedé 2 días en vez de los 11 que originalmente me iba a quedar y aún así me quieren cobrar por todos los días que porque al yo dejar equipaje en el cuarto daba entender que había gente aún ahí servicio terrrible no lo recomiendo para nada háganse un favor y no se queden aquí
