There are bed bugs

Room was old and crappy, shower had issues and the rug was older than me.

There was no electric car charger, contrary to information supplied by Expedia. First room they offered had a window facing a concrete wall. Couldn’t see anything. Maid service did not clean up trash. Only one coffee available in room first morning. Second morning no coffee available. Food in restaurant was mediocre.

Customer service was good

It was conveniently located and had a shuttle but our room smelled like mildew and the AC was blowing wet air and made all our personal items damp

The property needs up dating. The first room we had was dirty, had rusted out door frames and had been repaired very unprofessional by putting what look like drywall joint compound in the metal door frame, and the door had several holes in it that were not repaired professionally. so bad that I took pictures and would love to submit to Hilton. Also, I needed an additional night, but they charged me over an extra $100 for same type room. The resort fees are also excessive as there are really no resort activities other than a pool and hot tub. Not Hilton quality we expected and paid for at $500 per night.

Too expensive and far away from key West center.

Everything is good

The property was very close to the airport and they provide a shuttle to the airport and to the downtown area. Front desk staff very friendly and always smiling. Lobby area was a bit too cold considering the weather wasn’t very warm.

This place is in dire need of a ton of TLC, from electrical outlets that don’t work to chains on the ceiling fan, looks and feels old.

Beautiful place to stay, like the hourly bus to downtown

Just OK but poor value

Pro’s-pool and hot tub area was awesome, clean and well appointed. Proximity to Roosevelt blvd boardwalk was great, walked along the ocean daily. Check out was smooth, shuttle to old town was prompt, consistent and convenient. Bar service good but expensive.Con’s- there was a mold smell in the hallways and our room (3rd floor). No balcony in our room, about half of rooms don’t have balconies. Dated and worn floors. Breakfast Buffett was consistently bland and expensive. No pillow options, slept poorly every night. Overall this hotel is a poor value for the room rates but I get there is high demand for Key West travel. We would not stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff, all amenities available as described when hotel was booked. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay there again

Very nice hotel. We got upgraded to a one bedroom suite, however the cleanliness could be better. The resort was okay in general, but in the middle of the evening the power shutoff. Overall, a luxurious budget accommodation.

Such a nice property and everyone was so nice

Property was good but bathtub need renovation or maintenance, provided room key which is already occupied by another client that was very hilarious experience. Morning coffee provided for everyone even though you didn't purchased breakfast.

It was ok, liked swimming pool and location.

Beds are very comfortable. Heated pool, kids love it.

I recently stayed here and was disappointed with the experience. The property felt outdated and in need of renovations, falling short of the premium price charged. While the staff were friendly and helpful, communication from management was severely lacking, especially during two separate middle-of-the-night fire alarm incidents. Guests were left uninformed about the cause or resolution, and no apology or follow-up was provided. Additionally, the resort fee felt unjustified, with no clear explanation of what it covered. Breakfast was included for me which was exceptional. Overall for the price, I expected a higher standard of comfort, transparency, and professionalism. Despite the staff’s efforts, poor communication, unclear charges, and repeated disruptions made for an unsatisfactory stay. I cannot recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to both the property and management’s approach to guest relations. Key West offers many better options for a relaxing and well-managed experience.

Easy access to many main attractions

Great location. Convenient free bus ride to all amenities downtown. Some of the balcony rooms only have a slide door but no actual balcony as advertised.

Great property for the price

Very nice facility and friendly staff.

Noisy, smoking neighbors. Very strong smell in the room.

First time at this location it was comfortable, clean, and the free cookies were amazing. The location was perfect walking distance to beaches.

The hotel needs renovation, our room was dark and felt unclean. I woke up with lots of bites on my leg and back which I suspect are from bed bugs. The shuttle service into town is good and a the breakfast is good the staff are fine, and they had a decent xmas decorations.

Wonderful pool and hot tub area; had delicious cookies at the check-in desk; I left my eye glasses at the hotel and the staff successfully located it and had it packaged/mailed to me .

Water pressure us too weak

It was a very nice stay my only complaint was when we paid extra for a balcony it was the back entrance where deliveries and workers were. I don’t think I room like that should be extra. They did offer to change my room the next day but I didn’t want to pack up. I just don’t feel they should make it an extra. Thank you.

It was ok to stay 1-3 nights, but the ice machine on 3rd floor does not work. Also, the parking area had multiple areas of handicapped parking with blue lines around areas where you couldn't park - NO VEHICLE NEEDS THAT MUCH SPACE TO PARK!!!

I wish they were more forthcoming about the resort fee when booking the room on Expedia.

Lovely hotel with a great restaurant, pool/jacuzzi/poolside bar and staff.

It's pet friendly? Only because they allowed you take in your room but in the other areas they don't allowed your pets.

the toilet wouldn’t flush upon arrival ~ my husband was able to fix it thankfully; Bugs in room ~ bird droppings on entrance ramp; Staff did not seem to care ~ they didn’t even offer an “I’m sorry”!! That would have gone a long way with us.

The elevator was broken for the four days of my stay

The other elevator on the side that I was staying was broken the entire time I was there and made for a long walk and I was there five days. I never saw anyone working on it.

Our stay was above our expectations. Staff was friendly and efficient! The room was clean and the amenities were very helpful. The only things that need to be addressed ... The shower leaked an incredible amount of water all over the floor. And there needs to be coffee available long after breakfast is done. I love afternoon coffee and had none available.

Very clean hotel , the shutter is excellent

We chose this property because it advertised being pet friendly. The Web site did not indicate there would be a $75.00 one-time fee for the dog to stay. Additionally, the dog could not be left along. We have traveled a get deal and never had this situation with the dog. We also had to be relocated due to water coming from the floor above through the bathroom light fixture. Very inconvenient after a long car drive. We also had two lights in the room that did not work. But once the hotel was notified of the situation, they did send maintenance.

Property was easy access to get into, park, and check in. First room they gave us overlooked the loading docks area so we asked to change rooms. We got a better one looking over the parking lot which was better. Toilet didn’t work properly and not sure if maintenance did look at it. No pool towels both nights but everything else was great! Shuttle to and from Duval street was perfect.

The staff made our stay very enjoyable. Room was nice. Bathroom left much to be desired. And the shower leaked terribly. We had to use our towels to clean the pool of water from the floor that would build up from the large gaps around the shower door. We had a nice balcony. Bed was very comfy. Also had a mini fridge which was also nice.

Property was secluded safe and convenient and the pool was nice. Beautiful

On first appearance, hotel in good condition , close to airport (but far from old town and most restaurants). The room was good, clean. Balcony very tight , very narrow , not like pictures. Breakfast good , limited selection but good choices and service great.however , on day 2 we discovered COCKROACHES.. in clothes draws and more appeared daily. This was very unnerving knowing there were cockroaches on draws while we slept. The seemed limited to clothes draws. The hotel needs to fix this issue. Additionally , there are only 2 elevators, with one being out of service the whole time so we had to always walk around hotel to get to room. Beds were comfortable, good prompt service with everything else.

We really enjoyed our first stay. The property was nice and the amenities were close and convenient. We will definitely go back.

Lot of parking, shuttle every one hour to downtown area, quiet, very good service.

The room was dated it didn't even have a microwave in the room anytime we need to heat up left overs we had to bring them to the lobby where they had one little microwave.

Hot tub didn’t bubble up, very underpowered.

Water literally poured into the room. Nasty old bathroom with rust, carpet torn up and everything damp smelling.

4th Floor was shaking room 461 and 463. Had 2 rooms. Had water on table the whole bottle was shaking thru out the day. We have stayed here 3 times. Never was on this side of building. I do not know if it was the washes or dryer on floors below. the whole room was shaking

Don’t recommend

Rooms with poor maintenance. Unfriendly staff. Exercise room smelled horrible. Location good. Parking great. Did not try dining or pool.

This hotel use to be better. Rooms are dated and need better look for what they charge. First room they put me in had a very strong smell. Although they said it was cleaning products, I know it wasn't. Smells more likely to mold.

Great place to stay in Key West.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and pool bar. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and it all worked. There was a guest laundry, which we really appreciated. And of course, the chocolate chip cookies!! We would stay here again.

A great place to relax and unwind

It has been many years since I had been to Key West but I knew that I did not want to stay right on Duval Street. This hotel was just a quick 10 minute ride to Duval but perfectly located. It is tucked away and when you turn in, it’s like you’ve entered a tropical paradise. From the second, we entered the hotel we were greeted with a great hello and all the information that we would need for our stay. And the warm cookies were a great treat after a seven hour car ride from North Florida. Our room had a nice sized patio that overlook the pool, which was a great added touch to our stay. The room was very nice, nothing above the ordinary, but very comfortable. We did dine at the restaurant for breakfast. One day, we chose the buffet and it was good , we also use the complementary shuttle down to Duval, which was very convenient. This was my friend’s first time staying in Key West and they were very happy with their stay. We had a great time and I truly recommend this resort.

Beautiful pool but they need to cool the water. Not very many dining options on site.
