Checking in and out was super easy and safe. Totally recommend staying here.

Very disappointed and will not stay again

I was really disappointed with our stay and what we paid for a 3 bedroom suite for our family. The king mattress was in the wrong bedroom,(the queen and king were switched) the floors were filthy (not vacuumed or shampooed, the walls and bathrooms were not cleaned. The lobby did not have hot coffee available. We will not be staying here again.

Comfortable beds

This hotel was nice, but something tells me it was haunted. My wife and I felt un-easy staying there.

We had an accessible king room & was the best hotel shower ever. I got the room because the pictures showed a sliding barn door which lead me to believe this suite was a room. It was called a bedroom. The sliding door goes to the bathroom. For families wanting a door to a bedroom the king bedroom suite is not it. The kids enjoyed the pool, it was accomodating & clean, lots of clean towels avaliable. Overall it looked like the hotel needed a deep clean but it didnt affect our stay.

All was good, the carpet was dirty as they allow pets. So that could’ve been cleaned better, but didn’t smell! Great customer service!!

Loved everything about this place. Right off the highway and next to a gas station. Has a wonderful bar with great dining choices. Everything looked very professional from the lobby to the rooms. Never stayed in a DoubleTree before but definitely will again. My only issue was our AC didn’t seem to cool down the room because of how large the room is. Had a hard time with temp control because of the small vent. Another issue (not the hotels fault), was how rude the other guests were. There was only one person working the desk and two people working the bar/dining. Definitely not enough for the crowds of wrestling parents who flocked to this hotel. Maybe a couple more employees would have helped - I’m not sure. Felt bad for the minimal employees being harassed all night.

Very nice indoor pool. Rooms were very clean. Convenient to have restaurant and bar in the hotel.

Cameron was wonderful. She was pleasant and talked to me like she cared for my answer. It was very welcoming to be greeted in this manner.

The room was not what I would expect from a Double Tree. The bathtub had mold on the caulking and the drain was clogged, there was a used towel left on the shelf, a lamp flickered on and off, and there was a beef jerky wrapper on the floor.

Clean, comfortable bed and the suite was spacious. The pool area was nice, the water clean and a nice temp.

It is convenient but I have never stayed in a room where I can hear the next room clearly. Scary.

Stayed twice within a week. Very nice both times. Desk staff was excellent both times.

Perfect for what I needed.

Housekeeping came to our room at 7am tapping their keycard on the door instead of knocking properly, they walked right in turned on the lights and making noises. I raised my voice and said “Excuse me we’re still sleeping”. The housekeeper turned off the lights and slammed the door. Then again at 9:45am housekeeping walked right in our room turned on the lights and I raised my voice again saying “We’re still here!!” 😡 and slammed the door shut. I told my husband let’s just get up and leave this hotel. When we went downstairs to check-out I told the front desk receptionist about the housekeeping negligence she said “ I’m so sorry for that, I will let my housekeeping team not to do that knocking so early.” They offered no refund for the stay or even a future stay credit/vouchers.

Great overnight stay point for our trip.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and conveniently located. I would stay here again!

Cleanliness questionable. Found stained sheets; asked front desk to change them. Housekeeping just remade the bed from where we’d inspected them. We had to go back to the front desk to get them to actually follow through. Long blonde hairs in tub. Not ours. You’d think that housekeeping was lax, but no, they knock on the door every 30 minutes starting at 830am. Sign or no. Tub drained slowly. Beds were warm, though. Front desk staff friendly, and personally went to make the bed the second time we complained. Not the Doubletree quality you think of when you think of Doubletree. Keep looking.

2nd time staying! Very clean facility

We have stayed here many times and it seems like it has been going downhill. This last time did us in. We walked into our room and it smelled like urine. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling off, there was no drain stopper in the sink, there was no remote for the tv in the bedroom and the your could hear people in the hallway and upstairs clear as day. We know the hotel is a pet friendly hotel, but the carpet in our room looked as if they had never had them shampooed with the amount of stains on it. We were very disappointed and will not stay at this hotel in the future because of this past experience.

Everyone there was super nice. I was in Omaha because my son had had surgery and I was going to take him home when he was done. I had the best quesadilla ever from the bar the first night I was there and when I got into my room. It just felt comforting.

Ruth the manager contacted me to make sure our stay was going good. And it was. The bartenders are great. The property is clean and the bed are very comfortable.

Front desk was amazing!! They were great! The bar/restaurant top notch! Will definitely be back!!

We had mold in the covers that we on the bed management said it wasn’t but no other covers had the spots in them when they were given to us it’s so crazy to me that I can’t get a refund that was super unhealthy and I’m pregnant so if I get sick then what

Hotel and staff were nice. Disappointed that that pool was closed for “maintenance”. The restaurant had poor service and food was mediocre. Would stay there again but wouldn’t eat there.

All was good.

Our overall experience at the hotel was quite positive. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff member who assisted us was knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was easily accessible, and entry was straightforward. While the room was generally clean, we did encounter a couple of issues. Specifically, the bathroom initially appeared clean, but upon closer inspection, we found long brown hairs on the walls in the shower and on the toilet. Additionally, there was some noticeable buildup in the corners of the room, which appeared to be either product residue or dust. Given that our stay was only for one night, we did not feel the need to address these concerns with the staff directly, but we wanted to bring it to the management's attention as a learning opportunity for the housekeeping team. Furthermore, we experienced some inconvenience with housekeeping attempting to enter our room prior to check-out. Despite informing them that we were still in the room, they returned on two occasions, which made us feel rushed and inconvenienced. We would consider staying at the hotel again in the future, but we will be sure to communicate our preference not to be disturbed prior to the official check-out time with the front desk.

Not sure what architect thought it would be a good idea to use rolling barn style doors for a bathroom. Door did not function properly. Shower valve leaked bad and tub was close to impossible to stand in without slipping and falling. Staff were great. Restaurant is great.

Everything was okay. The bathroom was not in great condition. Stains on walls, rust on door handle. Limited sink space. The tub was very slippery when I stood for shower. Held on to handicap bar most of the time I was in there. The bathroom condition and cleanliness is why I didn’t rate higher.

Place was super nice, however charging $13 for a breakfast that should have been free (it was sub-par at best) is ridiculous.

Stayed in this hotel twice during road trip to Colorado, super easy check-in, cookies and water offered. fruit infused water and coffee available in the morning. Room quiet and clean. Would recommend.

Very welcoming from the time we entered the hotel. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the beds were outstanding.

The carpet had rips in it in our room. The Water in the sink would not go down.

Easy to find by the freeway but a good distance from all of the great downtown dining.

Rooms were adequate but ours had some water damage to wallpaper in bathroom. For being a newer hotel it was starting to show wear and tear. Refrigerator in room was too cold and my items froze overnight. Front staff were very friendly and helpful.

The carpet in the whole room was large spots dirty disgusting I told them they need to put a red X on that room and not rent it out again until they clean it and do something to it

From the welcome by Cameron and her excellent service to checking out the next morning the service and amenities were excellent. The room was well kept and clean, and stocked fully. The breakfast staff were polite friendly and welcoming. For a short stay at a hotel you could ask no more.
