Convenient location. Picked it based on the shuttle to the braves game but shuttle was canceled on my stay. Driver was sick and no backup plan.

Not as close to Truist Park as I would have liked, a little misleading in the description. Photos on hotels.com were misleading ad well. Hotel is not as new as its show to be. Pool area is nice but pool is rundown, water is cold in the indoor pool and there were bugs in it.. hot tub however, was pristine and awesome to sit in. Bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was not worth what they charged for it and we barely had hot water in our shower. It took 5 minutes for it to get warm.

We loved the property and we will stay there again.

Although it is an older hotel, it has been maintained well. Everything was neat and clean and it did feel like a luxury hotel. Our room was perfect! The hotel was in a great location with easy parking. It was a great experience overall and we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. I get up early, before staff in kitchen. The gentleman at the counter each morning went out of his way to get the coffee stared and bring me a cup. Many thanks to him.

Great option for attending Braves games

We stayed here for the night to attend a Braves game. The shuttle driver, Melvin, was wonderful. He went above and beyond for my elderly parents while we were there.

The stay was nice. We were set to arrive 1 hour earlier then check in so we called to make sure it was okay and the person at guest services was rude and actually hung up on my wife. But other than that it was good.

The hotel is dated original stuff probably from the 80 old rug throughout the hotel. I went to bar only to find out they lost their liquor license HOW does a double tree by HILTON loose their liquor license?

Room was average, service was average, breakfast was expensive for what it was, bed felt 20 years old.

Discovered water coming from light fixture in bathroom about 2p and the staff clearly was annoyed by reporting it. Very rude and we clearly bothered them.

Lots of amenities. Safe well lite parking lot. Friendly staff who take pride in their job.

Will come back!

My stay at DoubleTree

The check-in was good but when we tried to get in the room, the key did not work. I alerted the front desk, and she did call the maintenance service. He came to our assistance before his clock in time. He stated that the battery was possibly dead in the door but was didn't have the correct tool. In the meantime, we waited. He came back; He was not able to complete the task. He said that he would come back after we returned to the room. upon our return back, the cleek said that he had repaired the door. We arrived at the room, and it was not fixed. We still could not get in. We waited a length of time before the clerk could let us in. I asked if we could get a discount for the inconvenience. She said yes, however upon checking out, the morning clerk said that he had no knowledge of it and that I would have to file a complaint through expedia. Other than that, the room was fine.

Pool area could have been cleaned because it was hair and other items around the Jacuzzi.

Awaken by noisy neighbors in the early morning. Several ac units just outside our window was very noisy all day and night.

I love a clean and updated property and they checked all the boxes

They say they have a bar, and they do, but have no alcohol in the hotel. Complete bait and switch. The pictures must have been taken right after a remodel years ago because it’s not nearly as nice as the pictures portray. This is not even close to a 4 star hotel.

The indoor water is cold and without heat. The room door is hard to open and close.

You can tell that the property is old and they did some renovations to spruce it up. The doors are EXTREMELY heavy so you can hear people’s doors closing all throughout the day and night. Also, their plumbing must be old because you can randomly hear a screeching noise when people turn their water on. However, the staff and the other patrons were very nice and the location was ideal for what I needed to do for my short stay.

Hotel was friendly and rooms were clean. This was a last-minute stay for a tournament my son was attending. Very affordable for the last-minute accommodations.

Double Trouble

The food service was mediocre. First night there were no main dishes available from the menu. For breakfast, either buffet not available due to lack of guests, or the buffet closed way too early for most people..9AM. Generally the staff was minimal and overwhelmed. In room dining hours were also closed too early. Don't bother buying breakfast vouchers. Just pay when you go downstairs. Room had a water leak from either rain or AC. Hot water took a long time to get to the room on first night. The room size in the suite was great, but hotel services were lackluster. For that reason, I don't recommend, especially for the price.

great property

I flew in from Utah and got my connecting flight cancelled. Went to the wrong Hilton twice! Because Expedia doesn’t send the address only the Hilton name which there are so many double trees and multiple Hilton’s by windy hill. So I was having a very frustrating night, the gentleman working the front desk was not friendly and very dismissive, It was disappointing. Other than that the hotel is beautiful

Bathroom door didn't lock and barely shut, paint chipping, cheap linens...but comfy bed and pillows. Reservation on hotels.com was supposed to include breakfast, but it didn't show up on receipt and staff couldn't care less. Also very thin walls! Overall wouldn't choose again.

Water was cold for 2 days. Wasn’t able to take a shower for my whole stay. Then when I tried to get a discount courtesy charge, nobody could “authorize “ it

The indoor pool has a broken window pane and you could not use the pool. The staff did not inform me when I asked about the pool at check in

Multiple times I’ve stayed at this property and always clean, safe, and the staff friendly and efficient.

Check in went great. Had a problem with my first room, was not upgraded, just moved. Second rooms a/c didnt work properly. I requested a late check out, for 1pm. At 10a the water was cut off for maintenance. Have been currently waiting for day manager for 20min at front desk for assistance. Currently not available..... very poor experience

My room door did not lock I feel like that’s un safe room 614 an I payed for the Balcony an the door didn’t work I did let some one no an some came up to do the door but u gotta keep open a little I feel like something should’ve been conversed or something

Every on in this place is elite in their rolls. I was a operations manager for several years and I can honestly say this is head and shoulders above any establishment I have visited.

Good overall for the price. The shuttle to the Braves game was out of service so that was a disappointment.

The hotel was good for an over night stay. It is not walking distance to Braves stadium and you will have a wait for the shuttle. The only thing we didn’t like about the room was the bathroom. It has no counter space, just a single sink, and no place for your towels. It is noisy on the street side next to the gas station, but not a bad stay.

This place is okay fir a quick stay. When booking it seems as if it is close to the ball park. It is about 2 miles away so walking is out if you think you are going to a concert and are within walking distance. An uber will run you upwards of $40. It is located in an industrial park. The front desk was helpful. The rooms smelled of strong, the catpet is worn and has a bit of a funky smell. The paint on the doors and walls needs to be touched up because it is peeling. That all said the bed was clean and i didnt feel uneasy getting into it. It's fine for a quick stay.

Cleanliness

The door to my room was damaged and was hard to open each time. The bath tub was dirty and the room did not smell fresh. The chairs by the outdoor pool area, had a damp smell and the water in the jacuzzi was very dirty. Some tiles were missing around the pool area as well. The maintenance was lacking overall in this department.

Breakfast was a separate charge. No mention of it.

We had a great stay. The shuttle to the Braves game was excellent. The beds in the room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The only thing I really thought could use some work was the outdoor pool, other than that I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

Staff was helpful and efficient. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Value was fair. Room 315 had no coffee pouches. (Discovered too late to ask for replacements). It took two trips to desk after checkin to get a key that worked.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms need to be updated, not what I expected for a Double Tree. The furniture was very worn.

Need to make sure staff knows which cookies are non allergy one. Staff said non allergic cookies but thank goodness I double checked.

Stayed here a few times for Braves games. Always a good choice. Wish they would incorporate free breakfast

Wonderful location for the Braves stadium. The shuttle bus the hotel provides seating for 12, so prepare to wait, walk or Uber. Walking was 1.5 miles. The check-in staff are rude and need some customer service training, but overall it was clean and a quiet area.

It was close to Truist park but the shuttle was too small for the amount of people going to and from the game. Also the room was clean but whoever did the renovations was very sloppy. Expecting nicer room at a $300 rate. Staff was great and lobby was super nice!

I made a huge mistake by selecting this location. Corporate office needs to make changes immediately! The operations at this location is not good for the brand. On site staff have an attitude as though they are doing customers a favor. I do not recommend this location. Poorly managed. I am disappointed Expedia.

Disappointed

Good things: Comfortable bed, convenient location to the ballpark. Disappointing things: Long lines at check in; they wanted to charge $75.00 to check in at any time prior to 4pm. This is the first time we have seen this policy at a Hilton hotel. Usually if your room is ready they let you get in. Not here, then there were two people to check in 50 or so at 4pm. Bathroom layout was odd and a challenge to maneuver. Bartender was grumpy and clearly not enjoying his job. Food at breakfast was really bad and for $16.95 you would hope for a larger selection of food.

We were in town for Braves game. We used the hotels shuttle to get to stadium and back. They started at 4pm so people could get down to ballpark before gates opened. It was great! The shuttle driver was wonderful.

Front desk was just a little

Understaffed especially on a Friday on game night. Felisha was alone up front with no help. She did everything she could but it took over an hour to get checked in. Unacceptable

Poor Service and understanding

Booked two rooms, then realized I had covid. Had trip insurance and tried to cancel and the hotel refused to cancel or even let us reschedule a trip.

I was charged a 75 dollar fee to check in at 215 when room was ready. Had to pay it to check in prior to braves game. Pool was closed entire weekend. Heavy weed smell in hallway. Shower fixture installed backwards.desk person very rude when i asked to use my hilton honors. As i told her the orbitz price was cheaper than hilton site. Onlu positive was shuttle driver. Very good attitude.

Breanna at the front desk was Amazing. Great personality, helpful, and compassionate about working for Double Tree. She went out of her way to help us on our stay and she is what made it more enjoyable.

The actual hotel structure and location was good . Ate breakfast there one day… Service was great. We were planning to eat dinner one evening and have drinks. The bartender provided the most rude service (three different times) I’ve ever had. I made a complaint to the front desk…absolutely nothing done about it. Will not go back. The shuttle driver is cool. He should be the manager!

Recently, my son and I attended a braves game and we were only in town for 1 night. The double tree by Hilton really was a good option. Not too expensive, clean rooms and a great staff. We had a few issues with our AC but the staff and maintenance fix it within 15 mins. They also provide a free shuttle to and from the stadium.
