The sofa bed was broken. They did try to fix it but it was not able to be mended whilst we were there. A dyson fan which was avaliable to use.

Parking garage conveniently across street but some free parking is nearby (and rare) down the hill by the construction. Look for that before using garage!

Excellent amenities. WiFi not consistent in our unit throughout the stay.

This was a great property! Extremely clean, well situated just a great experience.

Perfect location. Perfect for walking and resting. We stayed on the ground floor so we could hear the check ins and outs, also street noise. Otherwise, very nice staff and accomodations. Recomended!

Great super host. The unit was in a good location. The condo had nice kitchen and living area and bedroom, but the bathroom needs repair. The floor in the bathroom needs to be replaced and walls need to be tiled or painted. Hooks for towels would be asset. The towel bar is located in shower, so towels can wet. The condo does need to buy new set of bath towels. Over all a great spot for a visit to Porto.The owner has a great personality and very accommodating to visitors, Sheila

Lovely unit in a great location. Was a little disappointed that we couldn’t get some of the appliances to work such as the oven and coffee machine. Needs a clothes airer so that you have somewhere to hang you clothes after using the washing machine. Parking across the toad is very convenient, but note that it is 15€ per day, so can add up if you have a longer stay.

Domum is in a great location. Easy access to the Old City and Pont Luis I bridge.

Great apartment. Close to the city centre and other amenities.

Beautifully decorated, two-level apartment. (No railing on the staircase so wouldn't be good for toddlers). Walkable distance to the center and close to a lovely small part.

Close to the tourist spots.

Overall this apartment was ok but we found the bathroom and bedroom very musty. The owner needs to do some work on this unit as this problem will get worse. We could have used some more heat in the unit also.

Quite apartment, short walk to many places.

Located in a nice quite spot, and a short walk to many places. Great places for breakfast nearby. We were in the first floor apartment, which was wide enough. The room had good wifi, a kitchenette and a washing machine. Would have been great to have a dryer also. Dishwasher was broken as explained by our friendly host during the introduction, but not an issue, as we did not use the kitchen. Would be great to get a change of towels once every couple of days.

Great stopover

Apartment nice and easy to find ,parking a problem (but it was celebration at uni ) Car parks closed on a Sunday . Porto a really nice place ,old trams , nice food /drink at reasonable prices

Logement confortable, très bien situé pour visiter Bémol sur l odeur d’humidité persistante et j’ai été obligé d appeler le propriétaire à l arrivée pour pouvoir rentrer dans l immeuble alors que j aurais pu avoir les instructions en avance comme la plupart des locations que j’ai faite

Super emplacement super séjour !

En general muy bien. El apartamento es grande, con casi todo lo necesario y en una zona tranquila aunque hay que caminar 10/15’ al centro. Como negativo mencionar que el living carece prácticamente de luz natural y tiene solo una led que alumbra poco, asi que para trabajar de noche o leer no es util para nada. Faltan algunos elementos de cocina.

Perfekt ophold

Very pleasent stay. Could use a new bed. But overall a perfect place. Close to everything. Dejlig lejlighed i gå afstand til alt. Sengen trænger til at blive skiftet. Men ellers pænt, rent og god service. Morgenmaden var fin og blev leverer hver morgen.

Apartamento incrível limpo silencioso e em perfeitas condições

Todo fueron ayudas. Gran amabilidad. Era la segunda vez que iba y me impresionó el buen mantenimiento. Era como si no hubiera pasado el tiempo (la primera vez estuve en 2018). Enhorabuena!

Heel mooi appartement. Goed gelegen. Ontbijt staat omschreven als ontbijtbuffet maar wordt door de verhuurders naar het appartement gebracht (op zich goed geregeld maar wij hadden ons aan een ontbijtbuffet verwacht vb dat we in een nabijgelegen hotel konden ontbijten) Beter veranderen ze omschrijving van het ontbijt. Parkeergelegenheid in de buurt is niet gratis maar mits wat geluk kan je op straat parkeren (na 19 en in het weekend is dit gratis)

Très propre, calme et a proximité de tout. Accueil sympathique, je n avais rien prévu et a notre arrivée une carte était disponible et la personne responsable a pris le temps de nous dire où allez et quoi goûter. Très satisfait. Le parking est payant mais dans la meme rue a 15euros pour 24h.

Didn’t look so Nice from The outside the hotel but once you get inside you will get shocked because it’s so clean and close to everything. And this is more like a apartment rather than a hotel. If you are going to stay at Porto, you have to book this room.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Unterkunft waren super. Zudem war es ein sehr großes Apartment mit jeder Menge Platz. Die Gastgeberin war super nett und hat uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben.

La habitación la faltaba mantenimiento y limpieza. La ubicación es muy buena. Pero creo que se puede mejorar.

Ruime accommodatie met mooie douche en heerlijke koffie voorzieningen.

Grand espace avec une grande chambre et une grande salle de bain. Une grande cuisine. En revanche pas de parking, la chambre sent l’humidité et quand on aère, nous avons les odeurs de tabac des petites terrasses qui nous entourent. Vu inexistante car collé à un autre bâtiment. Pas de réception.

Clean, nice appartment!

Clean and nice appartment within a short walking distance to all the highlights of Porto. About 3-4 Euros to get with Uber to the River. Can totally recommend it!

Beau au premier abord

Malgré un personnel très chaleureux, l’appartement bien que moderne est sombre, froid et très humide. Il est tellement humide que l’odeur de renfermé reste constante malgré nos tentatives d’aération. La terrasse n’a absolument aucun intérêt car elle est située à l’arrière avec aucune luminosité puisqu’elle se trouve entre les immeubles. De plus, la literie ainsi que les serviettes n’ont pas été changées durant le séjour. Le petit déjeuner est très minimaliste sans aucune spécialité locale, c’est décevant. Je souligne tout de même l’honorable accueil que nous a réservé le personnel.

Heel mooi en erg veel voorziening; standaard bord en glas maar ook tosti ijzer en wasmachine. Rustige straat, rustige appartementen (zijn er maar 4) maar zodra er iemand op de gang loopt etc. Hoor je dit heel goed.

We really enjoyed staying at Domum thanks to the accommodating host, the great location and the neat interior of the apartment.

(1) No support can be expected (2) No parking

(1) Firstly, although they describe they have free parking, it is almost false. There is only two street parking in front of the apartment, but these are permanently occupied by local people. (2) There you can expect NO SUPPORT during night and holidays. In our case, it was really miserable so that we had to evacuate to another hotel instead. The Dumum support never responded during our stay, and they gave us only a very rude retrospective nonsensical excuse afterward. Maybe they give some excuse to this comment, but I can clearly mention it will be just a meaningless excuse that will never help you during your stay. We experienced electricity trouble on the first night. The electricity has become totally down and never recovered although we found a circuit breaker and tried to fix it. It seems it is not just a breaker down. Since the apartment was an all-electric one, there was no light and NO HEATING. What was worse they never respond to our message and just abandoned us. Then, we had to evacuate to another hotel. They just almost ignored our claim and did not refund. (3) Though it is an all-electric apartment, they allow you to use only 30A. You will experience breaker down. I think frequent breaker down must be the cause of the trouble (2). This means the episode I have described above may happen to you as well. Overall, I strongly recommend you to avoid this apartment only has very vulnerable supporting and equipment and tend to be "cheating" people.

Não gostei da conservação do apartamento, as fotos do site não condizem com o que encontramos, o banheiro com mofo, piso desgastado, paredes precisando de pintura e um tapete sujo na sala. Não gostei da localização tb, não entendi a nota 9,1 que o site Hoteis. com lhes deu. Até o momento td que encontrei nos locais foi exatamente o que as fotos do site disponibilizaram, nesse caso foi propaganda enganosa.

Etablissement bien situé. Appartement très grand, neuf et bien équipé. "Venez en vacances chez nous et restez chez vous" tel pourrait être la devise de cet établissement ! Dommage que le ménage ne soit pas fait plus souvent.

No está mal pero con detalles mejorables

La cocina escasa de utensilios, sin microondas ni tostador, y claramente corto de consumibles (como papel del WC o lavavajillas). Hay que hacer una buena compra nada más llegar. La limpieza claramente mejorable. Por lo demás un apartamento moderno, cómodo, bonito y bien situado, y el trato del personal a cargo inmejorable. El WiFi bien en la planta baja y mal en la superior.

Apartamento com o básico. Mas com panelas pequena (pra quizer cozinhar) e cama tb pequena. De resto tb muito bom.

Um lindo apartamento, perto de tudo

O check-in foi um pouco confuso. Apesar de chegar no horário combinado, não havia ninguém no prédio, nem instruções de como contactar eventualmente alguém que estivesse dentro do prédio. Por não ter chip local no celular, tivemos que achar um spot de wi-fi nas proximidades. Uma vez lá dentro, mais uma surpresa: fomos alocados no quarto andar e o prédio não possui elevador. Isto pode ser um problema sério para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção ou bagagens pesadas e deveria ser notificado com ênfase na hora da reserva. Mas o apartamento é magnifico, tudo novo e muito amplo, impecável. Notamos a falta de um forno de micro-ondas, o que consideramos fundamental neste tipo de acomodação. O estacionamento não é fácil nas proximidades e o uso da garagem paga em frente é praticamente a única opção factível. A localização não poderia ser melhor. Pode-se ir a pé desde o porto até o centro histórico. Optamos por comprar tickets de Hop-On/Hop-off, mas tem que ser levado em conta a frequência e horário de operação. Mas o transporte público é eficiente e o uso de taxis e/ou Uber não é proibitivo.

En buena ubicacion y moderno! El baño podria mejirarse un poco con toalleros por ejemplo.

Bon séjour en général,seule chose est qu'il n'y a pas de lumiere au dessus de la table donc c'est très sombre. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants au alentours.

Le Domum n'a que le nom d'appart-hôtel... en fait aucune présence de l'accueil (à n'importe quelle heure de la journée), aucun service (petit déjeuner souhaité et demandé en supplément, réponse du gérant : il y a un café en face qui sert de bons petits déjeuner - pour quitter l'appart-hotel, nous avons dû envoyer un message WhatsApp (seul moyen de communiquer avec l'hôtel) la vieille du départ pour leur communiquer l'heure de notre départ, le jour j personne pour le départ, nous appelons donc le gérant qui nous demande de laisser les clefs dans le porte-parapluie et de laisser la monnaie pour ce qui a été consommé). De plus, manque flagrant de propreté, moutons sous le lit, moisissure dans la salle de bain et j'en passe. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet appart-hôtel !
