Great hotel

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Walking distance to various restaurants, etc.. Rail Station nearby. Enjoyed the stay.

This hotel was pure luxury with a very large room for this solo traveller. It is very modern, the staff are genuinely very helpful and at least half had a good level of English, that really helped me because speaking Polish is quite difficult. Handy hint - don't pay for the parking out the front. Check-in and use their parking under the building for a small daily charge. Restaurant and breakfast were excellent as well. Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Uncomfortable bed

Nice hotel and nice room, Poor quality tv channels and very limited, under sheet on bed is like plastic - noisy and makes you sweat and the bed to hot and not comfortable , pillow one huge one tiny of poor man made materials - large give a bad neck, small is just too small to use well. Room was nice and clean good shower and bathroom

Terrible, sewers backup in the shower cabin and bathroom. Poor support by the front desk during the ordeal. Replacement room given was poorly cleaned (items and dirt left on the shower cabin floor). Lost prime sleepers at the event. Bad, bad experience. Nice area around hotel including nice walking trails.

Very nice hotel and town

Best hotel for value in Opole. Nice bar and restaurant. Good gym and modern comfortable rooms. Quite close to town centre - easy walking distance. Town has many shops, restaurants and bars plus it is very scenic with many historical buildings and churchs.

It was our second stay in DeSilva Hotel, and we loved it. Quiet, profesional service, excellent breakfast and close distance to all Opole has to offer. We will come back😝

Weekend in Opole !

Great weekend stay in Opole. Hotel is well located in the centre of the city and easy walk of the train station. Room was modern spacious and good air conditioning. Good choice at breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly overall great experience.

Great hotel in great location

Really great service, at check in I asked for room with a nicer view and they accommodated our request without a problem. The bartender was very helpful and although they have a cocktail menu, he can make any cocktail you ask for even if not on a menu which was great. Very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is also very well located so highly recommend it.

The hotel is near both the train station and the main square. It is located on a lovely river with a path along the edge.

The hotel is comfortable and well-located. I suggest getting a room with a view to the river. Most of the staff was very friendly, except for one older gentleman who worked at night, and who was extremely impolite and would not even greet you when he would bring something to the room. The restaurant and breakfast were good, although one waiter tried to complain that my son had brought his own water bottle during lunch, although we had also ordered many dishes.

Comfortable and clean room; helpful reception staff. Restaurant food late order at 21.45 hrs (beefburgers) under cooked and still under cooked when returned. Reception queries handled well.

Overall nice stay although fridge in room not working

Very nice stay. Breakfast was cold both mornings. The sides of the warmers felt warm to touch but eggs etc was cold. The 2nd morning they made me fresh eggs. Great service

Very nice and clean smaller hotel in a great location by a picturesque canal. Staff is excellent. It's conveniently located near the center of the city. All you need is within walking distance and it includes variety of restaurants, parks, a Zoo, other attractionsand and a railway station. Great for staying on business trips and personal travel. I highly recommend it.

Very nice Hotel.

Comfort, cleanliness and location.

Opole was part of our concert tour in Poland The hotel is new, kept in great condition and very clean. I saw a cleaning maid going down the hallway and cleaning all the door knobs. Have you ever seen anything like that? Great location by the river with very short walk to historic part of the town, nice restaurants and even the main train station is around the corner. This is definitly our hotel for the future visits.

For the price, this is the best.

The rooms was clean and luxurious. If I'm ever back I'd stay here again.

Great Hotel

One of the best hotels I have stayed in This was our second visit in the last 6 months and will not be the last From the check in to the sad check out the hotel did not disappoint The brilliant staff, the well appointed room and exceptionally comfortable bed with the wonderful breakfast and food and drink nothing was a problem and always with a smile If you are considering staying in Opole, which is a wonderful city don't stay anywhere else DeSilva Premium has it all Looking forward to our next visit

Very nice hotel downtown.

Very nice new hotel in Opole downtown on a picturesque canal. It's located within walking distance to railway and bus stations as well as city parks and numerous restaurants with various price ranges. Hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel restaurant had good variety of appetizers and main courses, etc., which I ordered a few times via room service. The food was always tasty and promptly delivered. I enjoyed my extended 2 week stay it that hotel.

I stayed a few times in Opole, but out of all the hotels I tried this one is by far the best. Brand new, modern, very spacious and very good value for money.

Das Hotel liegt optimal um einen Rundgang durch die schöne Altstadt zu machen. Das Hotel hat sehr freundliches aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist super. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist gut

Het bed had een soort plastic laag onder de lakens wat erg onprettig slaapt ook werkte de airconditioning matig en was de kamer warm. Prijs kwaliteit was niet in balans en zou het daarom niet aanbevelen

Alles gute bis auf die Türen des Zimmers die äußerst laut zuschlagen da die viele Gäste wahrscheinlich im Zelt wohnen und keine Türen kennen!!!

Good hotel in Almis all aspects. However the parking possibilities weren’t that good at this occasion.

Not optimal

First they couldnt confirm my reservation which was made through Hotels.com. It took 20 minutes to have them confirm it. Then when i got to my room, there were old "white stains" on the couch. Would pick another hotel next time.

Perfekt! Appartement sehr schön und sauber. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die wenige Parkplätze draußen. Aber es gibt auch Tiefgarage.

Personal, Service und Sauberkeit sehr gut. Leider kein Personal mit deutschen Sprachkenntissen, was für ein Haus in der Premiumqualität sehr ungewöhnlich ist.

Gute Wahl in Oppole, Essen ist gut, Hunde teuer.

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, hundefreundlich, gutes. Frühstück. Zu verbessern: Käse auf dem Frühstücksbuffett sollte deutlich in der Qualität verbessert werden. 12 € pro Nacht für einen Hund. ist unangemessen. Dafür gab es nicht mal ein Zustellbett für den Hund.

Alles gut, gerne wieder. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Nettes Personal Gute Lage

clean room but...

I do not understand why this hotel is 4 star. Of course the room was clean, but there was no proper amenity including shower robe, and I was a little upset with the professionalism of one of the staff. Upon check-in, there was no guide to the hotel, so I checked the brochure in the room and confirmed the breakfast restaurant location. I was so tired on the last day, but there was no room service guide on the room brochure, so I asked the staff about room service. His facial expression and response was very bad, but I was patient, I ordered room service, and unlike the description of the staff, the service charge 15PLN was added. The other staff members were very kind and professional, so I think it was a problem only with him, but the hotel remains a very bad memory.

Keine 4 Sterne für mich,da die Dusche war undicht. Parkplatz war zu teuer !

Unser Zimmer hat extrem nach Toiletten gestunken. Selbst ein ganzer Tag lüften hat da nichts gebracht. Woher der Geruch kam, konnten wir leider nicht ausmachen. Das Empfangspersonal ließ es sich nicht nehmen auf polnisch und in der Annahme wir würden es nicht verstehen über uns zu reden. Unfreundlich und höchst unprofessionell.

Nowoczesny, czysty hotel, bardzo urozmaicone śniadanie. Niestety duży problem z parkowaniem w okolicy i brak miejsc na parkingu hotelowym.
