Ahmed provided excellent service during my stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel. Everything was up to par, and I would definitely recommend both Ahmed's service and the hotel to others.

Overall ok for the 1 night. Cheap and central

Only stayed briefly for 1 night, around 9 hours so cannot give an in depth review. Easy to find, central location and quiet nights sleep. We were unable to be provided with a room key as they were awaiting new keys, this sat uneasy with us, if we had been staying for longer this would have been an issue. Had no towels in the room on arrival but receptionist sorted it when we asked.

Terrible

The hostel was clean and the beds were comfortable, kitchen had what you’d need to cook basic meals. Absolutely no vibe like a regular hostel, staff didn’t care and were very unfriendly and quite rude, grumpy middle aged men always hanging around the reception, not sure what their story was. Had to pay for a hotel one night, as the access is locked from 2am-8am, I wasn’t told this at check-in. Wanted to go out another night and asked if there was a key that I could have to enter between these times, was flat out refused, so weird for a hostel in a city.

Location consider excellent. What I dissapointed that is 3 point. 1. I been bite for the continuous 3 night, after leaving.Make my hand and leg suffering for 2 week. 2. Wifi connection terrible. I can said that to wifi connection during I stay. 3. After check out i would like to leaving my lugguage in the hostel. And the reception charging for 20TL and that said that is the lugguage storage room. End up during that time i coming back my bag pack still at the original point not even move to "storage room". And what i feel they charge was depend on the personal preferences. Because i did not received any info during check in they have this kind of charges (if we need to leaving luggage after check out)

II didn't like it, even if I had already paid the night through Expedia, the staff charged one more night in my credit card. After the check-out, as soon as I realised it, I phoned to them several times, but they pretended not to understand me. So I can't give a positive feedback to the structure and to the staff

The Best for its location. Helpful staff. Affordable price. The showers on the 3rd floors need to be changed with a new one, it’s broken.

Friendly staff, nice relaxed atmosphere. 4 bed dorm is a good size with table and chairs, beds are large and very comfortable. I had the shared bathroom and toilet which was tidy and clean and available when needed. Enjoyed my stay.

Great hostel in Ankara

I liked that the bunks have curtains. Drinking water and towels were provided for free. The bathroom could benefit from a deep clean - especially the back of the door where moisture appears to be collecting.

Be aware of other guests

Lovely front-desk. Pretty well-decorated hotel. Nice basic room. Negatives: my bed was broken, the shower was broken and cleaning staff should be more welcoming. (Lady looked constantly furious, and not even said goodbye when I was leaving). Worse thing: other guests. Drunk girl (possibly Turkish) was banging at the door at 4:30am. Hotel doesn't have staff at this time, so I was forced to wake-up and open the door. Drunk girl was rude-as-hell, unable to say thanks or apologize. Ended up screaming at me when I said I was a guest who was disturbed by her bad manners.

There really was not much to like about this property besides the laundry only costed $1.25 and the location was not too bad. The only room available was the twin private room so I booked that and it was dirty and not clean at all. The shared bathroom was always dirty and the shower did not drain water properly due to the amount of hair in the drain. The actual whole place just needs a big clean and to be sanitised. For a booked out hostel there was no atmosphere and barely any people around. I really would recommend you to stay somewhere else.

The room was quite cozy, but it was freezing. We asked the reception to turn on the radiator and it took an hour for it to work. That day was pretty cold; the heaters should be on before the guests arrive. We woke up the next morning feeling pretty cold as well because they turned the radiator off again. I don't know why they did this. Save power?. Furthermore, at around 11:30 PM they reception started playing loud music, and since our room was really close to the reception, it was quite annoying and I had to ask them to turn it down. They did turn it off though. Other than that, the place was clean, and the location is pretty good.

It’s a cheap alternative in Ankara.

A cozy place with an excellent location . The staff is really helpful and friendly . Kitchen is equipped with the basic appliances. Washrooms are shared but they are clean and scrubbed on daily basis. Great value for the price .

Good Choice

Place is good dor bagpackers. They have bunk beds, single rooms and double rooms as well.

The place is in a quite good position; so close to famous destinations and main transportation points. Staff is so helpful, nice and understanding. They let me take a shower for 2 times even if not during my stay.

The bathroom was very clean and the decor on the wall had beautiful pictures of different cultures

Cozy individual room with a balcony. Perfect location, a few minutes from Kızılay, but the neighbourhood is nevertheless quiet, and I slept peacefully. There's a common kitchen in the basement that is said to be fully equiped, but I had to buy a mug for my tea. The bathroom floor was greasy, maybe it is the type of product they use to clean it that is not so good - because I saw employees cleaning every day. I was welcomed a little coldly, although it got better afterwards. Also I should have brought my hair dryer since there was supposedly one at the reception but it couldn't be found.

Looks everything is ok. But if you like really clean shower room Nd toilet , l am afraid of it. I can't sit on toilet. And shower room is not 100% clean because it is share with someone as l booked single room. By the way Room is ok.

The location for this hostel is amazing! I did not have any problem walking around after sunset as a solo female traveler. The room was clean and bed did its job. Unfortunately there was only one charging socket in the room with two beds which was inconvenient. The bathroom and common areas were clean. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again if I was in Ankara.

Best comfort/price in area.

My stay was very pleasant. Location is great in heart of city ...at KIZLAY and English speaking Girls/Staff is very friendly, helping. Kitchen was clean and very workable and toilet/bath are clean and not croweded. IN short, It is EXCELLENT and I will stay there again in ANKARA at DEEPS Hostel. Centrally located but needs improvements

Centrally located, easy to get to from Airport using the Shuttle to Kizilay Square and then walk 8-10 minutes. Rooms are OK but kitchen is very dirty including refrigerator. Trash in my room wasn't emptied during my 2-day stay! Bathrooms and facilities need some TLC to make this a more livable place. 25-minute walk from Veganka Vegan Restaurant near American Embassy.

Great location!

This hostel is centrally located in Kizilay, and has a really nice garden/hang out area. The staffs are nice but very chill so you have to figure a few things out on your own: wifi password is written somewhere in the room, there is a kitchen in the basement you could use, and they would lend you a padlock for the lockers in the hallway if you ask. They also have maps available, if you ask. It was a decent stay overall, and good value for money.

Really Nice!

If you're going to stay in Ankara and you're after a place to stay, especially if you're on budget, check this place out! Nice location right next to Kizilay and Kolej subway station, food, shopping center..... Everything is in walking distance from Deeps Hostel. Also very clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel next to city attractions

Wonderful staff, very helpful. The rooms were clean and had free WiFi. There are shared bathrooms, but we were told about this in advance, so it was okay. The hostel is next to the khizilay and kolej metro stations, and a huge mall. We went to near by pubs, and the night souq walking distance from our hotel.

4-6 kişilik odalarda koku oluyor,yatak temizliği ve oda temizliği güzel, duş var fakat havlu verilmiyor galiba. Tekrar kalırım fiyatlar çok degişmezse

Gürültü ve kokuya karşı hassassanız, asla konaklamayın. Yan odada nefes alsalar duyuluyor, dışarının araba gürültüsü hep içerde. Duvarlar sanki kartondan. Ve bazen öyle pis bir koku oluyor ki, sanırım gider kokusu. Dayanılacak gibi değildi..

Struttura molto colorata e piacevole ...io ho soggiornato in una camera singola e non posso lamentarmi...mancano un po' di cosette a mio punto di vista ..come l aria condizionata e un po' più di igiene nei bagni in comune...spesso si vede che manca una pulizia più mirata ..(il calcare nelle docce ,ill soffione delle docce da aggiustare la parete cabina doccia un po' divelta ....

Hostel inmenso com pésima administración. Muy extricto con la cobrança y los horarios de check-out pero relajado en todo lo que es su contraparte. Pagué equivalente a US$ 25 por una cama en dormitorio compartido. - La cocina tiene solamente 1 vaso y ninguna taza para preparar ni un café. - El baño de mi piso tenía la tapa del vaso sanitario quebrada, el asiento suelto y el propio vaso estaba despegado del piso, lo que lo convierte en un peligro. Ducha? Quebrada también. - Mosquiteros de las ventanas? Con suciedad del tiempo del imperio otomano. Quando comenté los problemas con el recepcionista me respondió que yo podría usar otro baño y que él nada podía hacer pues 'solamente trabajaba ahí'. Entiendo que problemas pueden suceder pero es importante ver que se hace para corregirlos. De mi parte, cada una de las liras que pagué seguramente funcionan bien y no presentan ninguna falla. Si usted precisa hospedarse ahí pues no hay otra cama disponible en la capital, recuerde exigir de vuelta el deposito garantía de la toalla pues el encargado principal demora en retornar ese dinero. Seguro muchos lo olvidan en la prisa por irse y olvidar la mala experiencia.

Kirli nevresimler

Cift kişilik yataklı odada kaldık.Carsaf ve nevresimler kullanılmış kirli görünüyordu gelirken nevresim takımlarıyla gelmesek uyuyamazdık. Tuvalet oturma yeri kırıktı odada ağır bir koku vardı. Ama odamiz tatlıydı balkonu vardı sanırım bir oda dizaynı bir de balkonu güzeldi. Nevresimlein her çıkışta temizlendiğini düşünmüyorum.

Benim yatağımdaki ışık çalışmıyordu ama yatak içlerinde ışık da mevcut. Duş tuvalet katlarda ve ortak kullanım. Duş ortak kullanım olunca benim terliğim olmadığı için duş almamayı tercih ettim. Bence kalınabilecek bir yer tekrar gelebilirim. Ama fiyatı

Hayal kırıklığı

Çift kişilik tek yataklı odalardan birini rezervasyon yaparak gittik,çift olarak gidecekseniz gitmeden mutlaka arayın ve giriş katta olmamasını söyleyin aksi halde giriş katta lobinin ve resepsiyonun dibinde insanlar odada her konuşmanızı duyacak.Oda genel olarak çok küçük ama fiyatına göre normal fakat temizlik ve yenilik anlamında vasatın bile altında her yer çok pis ve bir sürü kırık şey var odada sadece 1 yatak ve 1 dolap vardı yemek yenecek bir masa bile yoktu tek güzel yanı çalışanların çok anlayışlı ve iyi niyetli davranmasıydı.

Yorganlar lekeliydi. Bunun dışında hiçbir sorun yoktu. Memnun kaldım, öneririm.

Temizlik çok iyi değildi, ayrıca ilk gün karışıklık yaşandığı için istediğimizden farklı bir oda verdiler. Konumu güzel ama daha temiz olmask tuvaletinin sağlam olması gerekir.

resepsiyon görevlileri oldukça kibardılar. 2 kişilik oda gayet derli toplu ve düzgündü. Odada bulunan sandalyelerin ikisinin ayağı kırıktı onun dışında odada herhangi bir eksik yoktu. Otel terliği istediğimizde rahat şekilde alabildik. Keyifli bir deneyimdi. Tekrardan kalmayı umut ediyorum.

Eskiye göre zayıf

Yaklaşık 4 yıldır sonbahar-kış döneminde düzenli olarak konakladığım bir mekan. Bu sefer çift olarak 1 gece kaldık. Ağırlama ve insan ilişkileri her zamanki gibi iyiydi. Ancak oda temizliği eskiye göre çok zayıf durumda. Bununla birlikte odadaki sürgülü kapı gibi bazı eşyalarda sorun bulunduğunu ve tamirlerinin/bakımlarının yapılmadığını üzülerek söylemeliyim. Son olarak oda içindeki ısıtmanın yetersiz olduğunu, sıcaklığın artırılmasını gerektiğini (petek bakımlarının yaptırılması) belirtmekte fayda var. Yine de çalışanların anlayışlı olmasını tekrar vurgulamak gerekiyor.

Yorgan üzerinde saç kılları vardı değiştirilmemişti büyük ihtimal. Yatak konforlu değildi. Banyo tuvalet temizdi. Oda küçük ama fiyatına göre normal. Görevli eleman ilgili değildi ters konuşuyordu.

체크인 할때 규카르라는 직원이 아주 친절하게 잘 안내해줬습니다. 2일만 예약했다가 2일 더 연장해서 잘 머물다가 가요. 침대마다 콘센트 2개씩 있고, 스탠드 있고, 개인 커튼 있습니다👍 샤워실에 따듯한 물 잘 나오고, 수압도 쎄요. 샤워기가 물이 폭포수 마냥 콸콸콸 나옵니다. 단, 침대 쉬 트는 좈콤 더뤄오욤ㅎㅎ. 그치만 별 신경 안쓰거 잘 머물다 갑니다. 그만큼 싸니까요. 전 이용하진 않았지만 세탁물 서비스와 수건 빌려주는 서비스가 각 10리라 라고 했어요. 참고하시길. 와이파이는 침대에서는 잘 안터지고 로비에선 팡팡 잘터져요. 위치도 메트로랑 가까이 있어 좋습니다. 다음에도 앙카라에 온다면 여기서 머물것 같아요.

Alt katta oda verdiler penceresi açılmıyor ve çok ağır kokuyordu, temizlik diye bir şey yoktu, duş bölümünde duş almak istemedim tuvalete giremedim. 2 gece ayırtmıştım kaldığım ilk gece ayrıldım. Kendinize biraz saygınız varsa başka bir yere bakın

temizlik orta düzeyde. Daha temiz ve bakımlı olabilirdi. Fiyatı uygun olduğu için kalmak istedim.

Vasatın altındaydı.

Hostelde 2 gece 2 ayrı odada kaldım. Biri kötü diğeri ise mükemmeldi ve bu yorumum kötü olan oda için. Konakladığım bu odada (çift kişilik yatağı olan, tuvalet ve banyosu içinde bulunan) yaklaşık 2 sene önce de kalmıştım. 2 sene önce çok beğendiğim ve rahat ettiğim odadan hayal kırıklığıyla ayrıldım. Duvarlar ve perdeler pis ve lekeliydi. Bunun yanı sıra eskiden yemek yemek için kullanabileceğiniz bir masa varken bu zamanki konaklamamda o masayı kaldırmışlardı. En kötü değerlendirmem ise yatağa olacak. Tahmin edilemeyecek derecede fazla gıcırdıyordu ve çok rahatsızdı. Belirttiğim gibi, 2 farklı geceyi 2 farklı odada geçirdim. Diğer odadan aşırı memnun kalmama rağmen bu odadan aşırı memnuniyetsiz ayrıldım. Odaya özgü bir restorasyon ile tekrardan çok güzel bir hal alacağını düşünüyorum.

Hoş bir konaklama

Konakladığım bu odadan (iki adet tek kişilik yatak bulunan) çok memnun ve rahat ayrıldım. Odada her şey tertemiz ve yeniydi. Duvarlar yeni boyanmış ve yataklar yepyeniydi. Gayet memnun kaldım. Tek olumsuz yanı -belki biraz ekstraya giriyor- balkonun biraz daha temiz olmasını beklerdim . Hostelib yanında ağaçlar bulunduğu için balkon her ne kadar temizlenirse temizlensin hep toz ve yaprak olacaktır fakat bir tık daha temiz olmasını beklerdim. Son olarak çift kişi konaklayabileceğiniz odada 1 adet (tek kullanımlık) terlik vardı. Genel olarak odadan, hizmetten, resepsiyonistlerden ve konaklamamdan BU ODA BAZINDA son derece memnunun.

Odanın genel temizliği ve tuvalet temizliği yetersizdi. Bodrum kat odada konakladık, mutfağın yanındaydı ve aşırı gürültülü oldu. Gece geç saatlere (3-4) kadar yemek hazırlama seslerine maruz kaldık. Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde. Genel karşılama ve atmosfer iyiydi. Gezginler için tercih edilebilir bir yer.

綺麗で良かった

僕が泊まったのはドミトリーの六人部屋なので3階だったため臭いは気になりませんでした。半地下の階は多少気になるかもしれません。ただ、全体的に綺麗でドミトリールームのベットにはカーテンが付いていて良かった。 惜しむべきは最初にキッチンがある事とスリッパ、タオルの貸し出しがあることの説明がなかったことくらい。

Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü ama maske takmıyorlardı. Mutfağında doğru düzgün araç gereç yoktu olanlarda çok pisti. Giriş kattaki odayı verdiler. Hemen yanımızda umumi tuvalet vardı. Sürekli insanların gürültüsünü dinledik. Komidinin içi ve duş çok kötüydü. Duşa tek Kullanımlık şampuan, sabun vs. yerine bildiğimiz sıvı sabunluğa koyulmuştu şampuanı ve duş jelini. Lavabodaki sıvı sabunu da suyla karıştırıp öyle koymuşlar. Hayallerimizin çok altında kaldı.

Kısaca cok rahat ettim. Çalışanlar cok nazik ve arkadas canlısıydı.

Hayal kırıklığı

Acikcasi git gide daha kötü bir yere dönüşüyor çalışanlar türk olmasına rağmen yabancı müşterilerle vakit geçirmeyi seviyor ve sizinle ilgilenmiyor. İlk zamanlar güzel gelen yer şimdi nefret edilebilir yere dönüşüyor. Oda temizliği kötüydü ilk girdiğiniz zaman varsa temizlik var, ilk girdiğim oda buz gibiydi değiştirmek istedim 1 gece soğuk odada kalarak soğuk aldım. İnternet hizmeti şuan tamamen berbat, yatak ve yorgan çarşafları temiz olabilir fakat yatak, çarşaflar, yastık, yatağın altı berbat bir durumda..Sadece paranı alıp bir an önce ne zaman gideceksin diye bakıyorlar.

Personel Biraz Yorgun

Personelin daha ilgili olmasını beklerdim. Biraz sıkılmışlar gibi bir halleri vardı ve net olarak da olaya hakim değiller. Kafa karışıklıkları var.

Konsept olarak güzel, persenelin bir kısmı soĝuk ve agresif, çoklu odalarda horlayan, gürültü yapan konuklar olmasa, lavabo, banyo ve tuvaleti kullanma kūltūrleri olsa aslinda çok rahat edilebilir, odalar sicak ve merkeze cok yakin. Her ihtiyacinizi ayri ayri beyan etmelisiniz, giriste size havlu, terlik, yedek battaniye ve yastik verilmiz siz herbirini isteyeceksiniz.

Çok şirin ve güler yüzlü hizmetleriyle bir sonraki durağımız yine orası olacaktır :)

Çarşaflar temiz olmasına rağmen yorganın iç kısmında terden dolayı meydana gelmiş sararmalar vardı ve ter kokusu da vardı bunlarda. Bunların sadece dış yüzü yıkanmış.
