Our room was disgusting. The carpet was very damp and our feet were black. The smell was so bad. We all had headaches in the morning. Only 2 towels. No cups and no ice bucket. I would like some compensation for my stay please! Thank you

Just uncomfortable

The only thing was the carpet was dirty it needs to be cleaned

the room smelled like mold when we entered the room also when we was barefoot the floor was sticky and some workers staying there filling there garbage bags with ice so there was no ice for the rest of us.

It was a excellent choice for the price

The room had issues with the water in the sink leaking. The shower curtain would not stay closed and the legs of the tv were on backwards.

Tooks hours to get in our room, checked in after check in time and checkin was very slow ,then got to our assigned room and it had not been touch from previous guest.Had to go back and wait to be waited on at front desk ,was assigned a different room and again the door was wide open and not been cleaned but the housekeeper was near and stated he get in cleaned was we waited again .He did a good job and thecroom was clear but after waiting hours for the room it was hard to appreciate.

We have stayed here in the past and always had a great experience, but not this time. The beds were comfortable and easy parking, but that’s the best things I can say about our experience. I booked the one bedroom suite as we were celebrating my grandsons birthday, I wanted the use of the kitchen and living room space. Upon checking in the room had a bad smell, the room is advertised online to sleep 6 people and has 2 king beds and supposed to have a pull out sofa bed. What we got was a broken futon bed that had the frame assembled upside down so the thick metal bars face upwards making it impossible to sit on, let alone sleep on. Front desk sent maintenance to look at it and we were told they have had several complaints about the futon and yet they continue to put guests in that room (Room 144). The rest of the furniture was falling apart and missing screws. the room was dirty and there was a thick film on the tile floors (we kept our shoes on the entire time we were there). The deep soaking tub would have been great, except the drain doesn’t close to hold the water. The water pressure for the shower is terrible and the water goes from scalding hot to ice cold randomly. The most disgusting part is we found pubic hair a facial hair clippings in the fridge, meaning that they housekeeping staff is using the same cleaning rag to clean the bathroom as they are to clean the kitchen-Health Code Violation right there. Dishes were also put away dirty and overall just gross!

I've been traveling for over 40 years and this room was the filthiest stay yet. The floor was so slippery that I dropped a damp washcloth on it, pushed it around and it was black. Discusting. Done with all Days Inn

Ok for a one night stay before a cruise. Not the nicest or cleanest. AC worked great and the shower was hot with good pressure.

Overall it was a good stay and Nicole was excellent at the front desk. She was cordial and very professional.

It is a nice hotel and loved going thete we will go again when we go to Florida

Don't Recommend Staying Here

Not very good place to stay. Rooms are OLD...mold and rust evident. No grab bar in the shower. No breakfast; got a 15% off coupon for on site restaurant. Even had to put water in coffee maker to make coffee.

Dont do it

This place is just bad all the way around. It hasnt been updated since it was made. We got 2 rooms, pre-cruise. Room was searched there were 0 bed bugs and we didnt see any roaches, but it was dirty enough we slept with the lights on. I have stayed so really bad places this place is top 3 for sure. Machines dont work, place stinks, building looks like its going to fall over. There is a "waffle house" in the lobby that u get a discount at however there was no way we were eating anywhere that gross. Spend the extra whatever and go somewhere else.

The property is dated, but the front desk service makes this place a MUST STAY! Sally will bend over backwards for you! I will definitely stay here again due to how accommodating Sally was at the front desk. Thank you again Sally!

Smell really bad and there was bugs crawling all in my bed and in the shower

Only 20 mins to the cruise port. Room is smelly, no cold water in shower. Pool not avaible for swimming, not told until another guest told us. Hared to recommend.

Room had a very bad smell and damp and musty. Tile floor was damp and sticky. After showering and walking around the room for awhile, the bottoms of my feet were black. Had to get in tub to wash again and wear shoes inside. Sink vanity broken and sink bowl was awful, looked dirty, scratched up and brown in the bottom. Toilet seat clamps broken so seat slid all over. Toilet all moldy. Pieces of spackling falling off the ceiling while there. Looks to have been patched several times. Mold in shower corners. There was a pickup truck backed into a parking space full of trash bags from individual rooms. Appears they empty the trash from rooms and throw it in the pickup until full. Guests have to walk by and it is an eyesore and stinks horribly. I have some photos but no where to load here. We stayed here out of necessity, not choice. We would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Well the first reception we got there at 4:00 in the afternoon was not very pleasant didn't seem happy to be there the room itself was just okay It didn't seem as nice as it was last year vending machine did not work outside Wi-Fi kept messing up I don't plan to stay there on my next Cruise

Hotel is perfect for one night before cruise nothing more.

Sucky place to stay

Our toilet didn’t flush. There was no water in the tank. Our sheets had stains on them before we even slept in the bed. There was a huge gap at the door that you could feel the heat coming in from the outside. The shower was not clean at all.

Friendly and helpful staff

Old property. Bad smell in room. Curtains and bed frame stained. Very limited number of electrical outlets. Lamps not plugged in because of lack of outlets . Rusty bathroom fixtures. Very Smokey outside room doors. Probably cleaned as well as it could be considering its’ worn out condition. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Waffle restaurant on property is great.

Horrible Room 206

This day was terrible in room 206. There was so much moldy smell that was our allergies. My wife and I couldn’t even sleep in that room. You suffered through the night no on the fact that the rest of the rooms I’ll be witnessed walking by on the second floor or just as equally terrible there’s a huge gap underneath the door And they need completely renovating the bedroom completely horrible hard. I’ve stayed that many many days end and this unfortunately I’m sorry to say it’s probably the worst one we stayed at the service was good. The food was good. The room was horrible. I would not rent that to nobody. Your prices were decent, but I’m just glad that I would never go there again until I see online if everything‘s been renovated thank you and have a good day

The motel is oĺd and smelly the paint was peeling from the door, the carpet is threadbare with holes in it, the bathroom floor was dirty and sticky when its stepped on, there was pieces of metal sticking out on the bed base which scratched my legs, it's the woŕst hotel I've ever stayed in. The place is a dump.

Quiet and right off I-95.

End tables were dirty and there were ants all over it. Fridge door was sticky and dirty. Room had a musty smell and carpets were worn and dirty. The staff was delightful and held jackets for us at the front desk which we had inadvertently left behind. That was greatly appreciated.

The only thing likeable was location to the port. Since it is dog-friendly, irresponsible owners do not pick up after their dogs when they use the bathroom and there is dog poop everywhere! Just nasty! Our toilet leaked every time it was flushed. The tub faucet dripped all night long. There was way too much over-sized furniture for the small room.

Clean room, friendly, helpful staff

The staff was very friendly but... The pool bottom was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. The room dated and was VERY musty smelling. The rug in the room was ripped in places. The cable tv input on the tv was loose so the cable kept loosing signal. My family and I left a day early because of the musty smell.

A little out dated but bug free and quiet rooms.

The room smelled horrible. 1 toilet did not work. The floor / carpet was so dirty it felt “sticky”. Could not walk bare footed in the room.

The place is ok to spend the night while traveling but that's about it.

Affordable

This location is a dump. Room 211 smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. There was visible mold growing in the back of a chair. The bathroom grout on the floor is filthy. The carpet is damaged in several places. The tub filled up when the shower ran. The pool should be condemned. It was filthy too. No one seems to care about the upkeep of this property. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Expedia you should stop offering this one on your website. It ruins your brand and trustworthiness.

The staff was friendly. The only negative was the carpet was dirty. We walked around barefoot in the room and the bottoms of our feet were BLACK. Other than that the stay was fine.

The room was old-fashioned but clean. Sheets and towels were clean. No roaches or bugs sighted. It served its purpose.

Well my bed was very uncomfortable they did not clean very well,it had a smell of Mildew paint chipping off the bathroom door and ceiling. No phone in room NEEDS UPDATED REALLY BAD

Room smelled strongly of mold and mildew. Eye watering. Requested another room. Check-in clerk rude and defensive. Next room missing the drawer pulls on the drawers. Safety latch on door torn off. Curtain stained and filthy.

This hotel was so nasty, walked in it stunk, the blankets and sheets were stained..Bugs (roaches) crawling on bathroom counter! The parking lot had a broken down truck with trash in the bed, it was spilling over onto the sidewalk.

Other than the convenient location from where I was going. Not much to say. Dirty carpet, dirty fridge and dirty microwave. Shower was clean and had hot water. Most likely will not stay again.

the woman at the front desk had an awful attitude to be working that position and interacting with guest. that alone was enough to make me want to cancel. she was an older blonde woman. we stayed thinking it couldn’t be that bad just to wake up to roaches and bed bugs. once again, woman at front desk was extremely rude when i brought this to her attention.

Handicap Room is not ADA Compliant

We requested a handicap room and the wheelchair did not fit into the bathroom. Not only that the toilet was dirty. The person at the front desk was rude and we did not stay.

DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE

Stayed there for 3 nights. Not once did housekeeping come by or get fresh towels or anything for that matter. Got to my room first night with No toilet paper, which I brought my own. The hotel is pet friendly which is a plus. The unfortunate part is that it just isn’t cleaned properly and carpet is saturated with urine.

Booked this place last minute and it was alright. You get what you pay for. The staff was nice and the room was clean (for what it was). Not many people there, so I might’ve gotten a decent room because of that.

Thinking that this was a days and it would be nice the place smells like either marijuana or cigarettes there are dirt roaches. It’s now 430 in the morning and I can’t sleep. I will be asking for a full refund!

The staff are awesome and the restaurant is fantastic.

the neighbors next door to us i think lives on the property and wasn't friendly at all. Is this property being used to house a few homeless people as a shelter. next door neighbors had chairs outside door with emply beer bottles left overnight

Not the most clean

The room was extremely dirty. I don’t know the last time the room was vacuumed under the night stands, under the dresser, the chair. Empty soda bottles and stray socks under dresser, drug paraphernalia under dresser, the air conditioning vents were so blocked up with dirt and debris it was a wonder it worked. The carpet was torn up all over.

Property very unappealing. Rooms were old, outdated rust visible, tv just stopped working, could see large areas of spackling in bathroom. Room smelled musty upon entrance. Took a half hour to track down someone to get internet password from-no number to front deak, only general 800 number.

The attached restaurant has good food and friendly staff

The property was run down and smelled when we got to the room. Lost something behind the bed and had to get it and there was all kinds of filth on the floor. Was convenient to get to our cruise but would not stay there again.

Loved the shuttle and convience to the port, staff and restaurant was great, carpet around the air conditioner was wet and dampness to the room

Run down, room smelled of mold and mildew. The linens looked clean enough but that was about it. Luckily, we were there for less than 10hrs.

Nice place

I stayed 3 nights at this property because it was the most economical in the area. It wasn't terrible but the hotel is worn and dated. Bed was clean and comfortable but the carpet was horrible with what I presume to be a lot of pet stains. My assigned room, the rack to hang clothes was missing and ripped off the wall. I moved rooms. Furniture looked to be from 1976. Hotel needed some yard maintenance (grass cut, bushes trimmed). Being on I-95 it appears to me they are just interested in people that are passing through and needed one night. I doubt they get much repeat business. The staff was very nice. I didn't use the restaurant but it was busy every morning and looked like a lot of locals support it regularly so I'm assuming it had a very good breakfast.

The sheets were stained, the shower didn’t work, and if you wanted to take a bath (the only option), there was no stopper and the drain itself was disgusting. The staff was nice and C’s Waffles was delicious, though.

Good price near by highway

Since i was going on a cruise out of port canaveral this was a great location for me . Not far off the highway but not close to wear you hear it. The pool was a plus for us.

I don’t think I’ve ever been in as dirty a hotel room as the one I was in at this hotel. The floor was filthy and there was dirt backed up in the corners and all around the baseboard. The sink had rust in it, as did the faucets in the shower. The fridge had all kinds of dirt and corrosion all around the bottom. I found cockroaches in my room and had to kill them. The room smelled like smoke as the person in the adjacent room sat outside and smoked, with the smell drifting into my room. As I was near the end of rooms, workers were gathering on the steps and smoking. And for someone with asthma, the smoke was very bad for my health. All in all, I was very disappointed in the room, and there is no way I would stay there again.

The pool was amazing, the room was impeccable clean, and everyday the housekeeping staff refreshed the room. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was stinky. There was a strong musty and mildew smell in the room. I dont know if that was typical of the hotel or just that room. The hotel offered a refund or new room and i picked refund. Still waiting for refund.

The courtyard around pool area was beautifully landscaped. The staff was pleasant. The tub needs a grab bar for safety

Smelly room, no outlets

The other people pole staying there were questionable. It’s definitely a more of a rent by the hour or by the night kind of place. Room reeked of mildew/mold. Literally couldn’t sleep due to this. Had to ask for towels daily. Waffle place was great.

Nice and quiet

We booked 3 rooms, each had its own distinct smell. One of the room’s door didn’t shut all the way. Very poor quality of room. Don’t be mislead by the pictures.

Between the smell & the bugs oh no I will never go back again but over all the staff was cool & the pool was cool but dirty it wasn’t an everyday cleaning base

C’s Waffles, the restaurant at the hotel is very affordable and very good. Best fish fry ever.

Not bad for the price.

When we first checked into room, the heater was on and up to 85 degrees. This is June in Florida… and the room smelled of mold horribly. Shower/bath looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.
