I went to celebrate my birthday with my husband. We loved the spa and the breakfast was good, although they do not have many options for the breakfast menu. Overall, we loved our stay there.
Had a great couple of nights here. Convenient, nice vibes, comfy bed, good breakfasts.
Nice quiet place. Great costumer service.
I will be back for sure, breakfast incredible and property very nice. Pool and hot tub not open
Loved
Excellent location and great staff. It was a complete stay access to the spa, cheese & wine, and the bikes.
Having the wine and cheese made it very special ! Also the breakfast they serve is fantastic!
Beautiful rooms, cozy beds, soothing spa
Couples Weekend with our Pup!
Our stay was absolutely amazing! The GM went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed from the time we stepped foot. He was so kind, and even stuck around during wine and cheese happy hour and gave us all the tips and tricks for a return trip when the weather gets nicer. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!!!

Good, good very good
We went in March so parking was free & easy. Will be much different in season. The staff were really nice & dinner was good.
Wonderful service, great food, and perfect location. We’re already planning to return soon!
Very friendly, welcoming reception staff. Unique and interesting building and grounds
Excellent
Wonderful place. Bed was ok otherwise fantastic. definitely would return.
Stayed as a couple and enjoyed everything! Clean, friendly, good food and wine hour :)
Amazing stay!
My husband and I had a lovely stay at Crowne Point. From check-in to check-out, they made things easy for us. Josh at check in and check out was very helpful and friendly! We got to enjoy some of the wine and cheese hour and the bed and room were comfy and cute. And it was close to everything- just parked our car and walked everywhere. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting PTown!
Great Stay for Thanksgiving
I really enjoyed my stay! Breakfast was great, and my room was spacious and super clean. Crowne Pointe is a lovely complex with patios, dining room, bar, and very attentive staff.I appreciated that parking was just across the street, and the hotel is centrally located. I'll book again, next time! Kudos!
Fantastic experience all around. Beautiful room, great staff, perfect location
The staff was friendly. The place was clean and quite cute. Our breakfast was served hot and the food was great.
We were very excited to stay at this place due to all the nice reviews however, it was very disappointing from the day we arrived. The staff is not friendly at all and they all seem to be in a bad mood at all times and also seems like they do not to like latinos or others who aren’t white. What happened to being inclusive in a town like this? We were told to watch the smoke in the smoking area which makes no sense and the breakfast they advertise is very misleading with very small portions and not fresh baked goods. They advertise a hot tub which was one of the main reasons I choose this hotel but oh surprise it was closed for the season already since they are getting ready to close entirely until the summer. I will not recommend this place and we will definitely be staying somewhere else during the summer when we come back. Very disappointed this was my first experience in Provincetown. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
Great service and relaxing
Had an enjoyable stay. Location, food, and staff were all five star. Loved the breakfast and the daily wine/cheese hour. Would have given a five star rating overall but: we were offered a room upgrade and accepted; assumed it was complementary. When we arrived home and reviewed the bill, we saw we had been charged an upgrade charge of $50 per night. Upgrade charge should have been mentioned.
I reserved the Deluxe king with a fireplace. The fireplace did not work but overall my room was actually a small studio with a separate living and bedroom area. Breakfast was good, they offer a wine and cheese get together every night from 5-6pm. We did not eat dinner in the on site restaurant. We were there from Ocy14-19. Would stay here again.
The inn is a lovely property and seems well-cared for. It’s nice to have breakfast included, however some more interesting food items/options would be better such as more fresh fruit, waffles, home-made baked items, egg-white omelette, etc. The menu was the same every day. The atmosphere is nice and the spa features are a bonus, but the hosts are not overly welcoming or friendly. They never even greeted me during my entire stay or explained any property amenities. I felt like just a number to them, which was rather unpleasant. The room was large and well-appointed, however it had a very musty odor. Based on this stay, not sure I’ll go back. It’s too bad because, with a few minor adjustments, my stay could have been excellent.
Nice facility that is reasonably close to the main streets. Staff is great and very helpful. Our room was quite stuffy, but running the A/C helped.
We loved everything, our only regret is that we didn’t stay here during our entire trip. We will be back. The fall decorations were perfect. And the breakfast was the BEST!
This was such a lovely stay with heated pool and hot tub and spa. The room was lovely and the facility is charming!
Very slow WiFi. Tv connection poor. Smoke detector needed batteries which were not addressed
Five star stay
Excellent customer service and caring staff. This was just a lovely property! Five stars all around for our stay!
Last minute trip - good choice of accommodations.
I spent 2 nights here and chose the Crowne Pointe at the last moment as this was a last minute trip. Parking is free which is a bonus, and the room was clean and comfortable. The Inn has some historic age to it, but I like that. Breakfast is included and made to order in addition to standard continental items - also a bonus. Overall I found this to be a pleasant experience.
Great place. Ee really enjoyed our stay in ths quaint corner
Getaway
The service was incredible. The staff was friendly and informative. We had an absolute blast.
A relaxing respite
Quiet boutique hotel in the center of town. A nice relaxing respite from all the energy Ptowne provides.
Very friendly staff. The late afternoon, wine and cheese social was amazing for meeting new friends.Strategically located near many shopping, dining and nightlife opportunities.
Great staff perfect location
Hotel Staff were amazing so nice and accomodating..breakfast was lovely every morning cooked fresh to order loads of choice
Beautiful hostoric hotel, lovely wine hour every day.
We enjoyed our stay. All workers were accommodating and pleasant.
A wonderful location, just one street uphill from Commercial Street, so most shops and restaurants are nearby. Limited on-site parking, but the hotel has additional reserved spaces in a nearby church parking lot. Staff was very helpful throughout our stay. There is a wine & cheese hour from 5-6 pm that’s included for all guests, as is the made-to-order breakfast. Dinner served in the restaurant was very good, as well. Our room was small, but had all the amenities, and looked out onthe terrace and pool.
Crowne Point is a spa/hotel with great amenities, delicious breakfasts and a great happy hour. The staff is welcoming and friendly. It's well located close to great restaurants, shops and the National Sea Shore.
Every stay here is fantastic.
We enjoyed our stay and staff was great!

Great location and charming staff
Crowne Pointe offers a comfortable stay with a great location and relaxed atmosphere. I stayed there with my 84 year old day and his wife, and my husband (so 2 rooms). The happy hour from 5-6 was such a nice thing to walk into. We sipped wine and had cheese and crackers outside. The breakfast was great with made to order omelets. We will come here again!
Very nice staff and nice amenities...excellent!
Absolutely beautiful rooms and property with excellent service. Very centrally located.
Awesome stay in Ptown
High end property in the heart of Provincetown with a great staff, comfy rooms and great amenities including a pool and hot tub. Included breakfast was terrific too and loved the wine and cheese hour late afternoon. We will definitely be back!
Nicely located and easily walkable. The service was great!
The rooms were stunning. Complimentary wine, cheese and cooked to order breakfast makes the price worth it.
We were only here one night but will stay here again.
The property itself is very beautiful, However, Upon check-in I noticed the next-door neighbor in the adjoining room chain-smoking With another person on her porch. This created a cigarette smell within my unit and I had to request to be moved. Luckily there was another room open that I could move to but with such an expensive property I would expect there to be a designated smoking area away from all the rooms
Beautiful place to stay
Went for the weekend and it was lovely. The staff were so attentive and accommodating Our room was clean and comfy. They have a restaurant there that was so nice. . They have a wine and cheese hour near the pool that was so nice. Would definitely stay again Everyone is so nice. We parked our car and never used it because everything was in walking distance
Comfy Inn
Went for the weekend and it was lovely. The staff were so attentive and accommodating Our room was clean and comfy. They have a restaurant there that was so nice. . They have a wine and cheese hour near the pool that was so nice. Would definitely stay again
Amazing location and great facilities. Will certainly be returning for sure
Perfect winter weekend getaway
We stayed at the Crowne Point over President's Day weekend and it was lovely. It was freezing that weekend, but we were always cozy inside the Inn. Our room was small but well-appointed and comfortable, with an appreciated working fireplace. The wine and cheese hour in the evening was wonderful, as was the breakfast. It's also in a great location, in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Stay was excellent. Great spot for off season.
Amazing place
Breakfast was a little limited but overall sufficient and fresh. Beds were comfy, quiet area. All in all a solid choice.
Had a fantastic stay here! Staff were all very attentive and friendly. We would definitely com again!
Great staff, very friendly and helpful!
The staff are excellent, personable and attentive. Great location and the restaurant on site is wonderful.
The best experience for my first in season PTown experience. The gentlemen at the front desk were so helpful, sweet, and even reached out prior to checking in for special accomodations. They were also fabulous bartenders! Looking forward to coming back!
One of the best hotel in PT
Amazing team, great location. Excellent breakfast. Will come back for sure!
The hotel staff were amazing! So helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delish.
What a lovely inn! Beautiful grounds excellent staff. This place is totally charming they care about their guests, great location.
Nice place, all the rooms are nicely done, working fireplaces, great ac system, great plentiful breakfast provided
Provincetown is Great, but the Crowne needs work!
We stayed here for two nights and while the location was great, the breakfast is sub par, the pool can only fit 3 people comfortably, and the overall condition of the place lacks proper up-keeping given the price. The staff is great but I’m not sure why people give this place 5 stars. It’s not worth the cost.
Staff was friendly and very nice to deal with, everything was so smooth. The place itself is very nice, clean, well maintained and still had Cape Cod charm.
Great little hotel!
The hotel exceeded expectations. We were promptly greeted and personally escorted to our room. The room was spacious and clean. It was very close in proximity to Commercial Street. Will stay here again
Oasis of Relaxation
Friendly service, good food, comfortable accomodations and a great location. I couldn't have asked for more.
Crowne Point is a beautiful property in a great location in Provincetown. They have great amenities on site, and it is only a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants on Commercial St. Staff is very friendly... a special shoutout to Chris who was amazing during our stay. The made-to-order hot breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese were both amazing additions to our stay. We would give this facility a 5 out of 5, with the caveat that parking is very limited. But for the 6 available spots, you will have to park in the public parking at a rate of $30/day. Otherwise, great amenities in a great location with great staff. Highly recommend!
Room was a little overpriced for the value of the room.
Great place. Wonderful staff
Great getaway
The front desk agent joe was very helpful amd fast. We arrived early and he was able to check our room and see it would be done soon. They had complimentary wime amd cheese and breakfast alomg with spa. Just wished spa was open longer
This historic inn has a lot of character with nice outside areas for relaxing. Rooms quaint but large with lovely comfy bed and all facilities.free wine hour at 5 a bonus. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Visited this inn 2008 so our second visit and lived up to all expectations.
Enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The couples massage and spa treatment felt amazing. The restaurant was A , as everything else that was available- breakfast, wine n cheese hour, pool, hot tub, garden area. Staff were excellent, the upkeep at this historic inn was superb!
It was great just hard to work the AC unit
We loved the many amenities found here. Wonderful breakfast, welcoming wine and cheese hour, excellent restaurant, lovely outdoor spaces in a stellar location.
Great location and property. Room was amazing and the amenities were just right!
The staff is so accommodating. We just love staying here.
Excellent staff and hotel
The best place in Ptown.
The Crowne Pointe is the place to stay in Ptown. Great location, great service and great staff. Chris at the front desk is a personable and a tremendous professional. The rooms are immaculate, and the grounds are beautiful. They are one of the few places open year round- 5 stars.
A Ptown gem
Really lovely inn, with cute rooms in a comfortable atmosphere, with amazing breakfasts cooked to order
You have to stay here!
I can’t say enough great things about how amazing our stay was and the staff members were above and beyond excellent!
Love this place! Hidden jewel!
Not worth the money
Overpriced for what it is. It is not a five start historic inn - it is a two star bed and breakfast. Shockingly expensive for the quality of service - vast majority of staff were rude, curt and unhelpful with only one or two exceptions. It’s not a swimming pool - it’s a large bathtub in the courtyard. The 50USD ‘resort fee’ per day is an outrageous additional tax which you have to pay so rooms which are advertised as usd 300 are actually usd 350. The breakfast is passable and pretty average - you have to pick it up yourself which is not “five star” service. Tables were dirty and not cleaned quickly between guests. Two mornings no cutlery and had to ask. No laundry facilities despite saying that they do. The location is excellent and I can see how they perceive themselves to be five star. But the reality is far from it and suspect that the reviews that say it is amazing are from people who haven’t stayed at many places. Effectively you will pay USD 350-400 a night for a two star bed and breakfast. Personally not sure it’s worth it.
We just had an amazing time. The rooms were really clean and it was close walking distance to downtown. It was perfect.
The room we were given was great. The landscaping was lush and made it restful. The staff was helpful and attentive and my wife and I would both recommend staying here.
Nice spot
Excellent!
I've been to Ptown many, many times but had never stayed at the Crowne Pointe before. However, my plans to depart changed suddenly and I needed a quick reservation for two nights midweek. The Crowne Pointe had a room available so I decided to take that. Upon my arrival, Richard was extremely helpful with the check in and also with helping me get a fair amount of stuff up to my room. Dale, who used to make breakfast to order at the Brass Key, is now doing the same for Crowne Point. His omelets and other breakfast options are delicious. Chris was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The entire experience felt like staying in a friend's home -- a friend with many options to delight his guests. My room was on a corner and had two windows plus one in the door and another in the bathroom. When the blinds were open, I had great views. When closed, the room was dark and I slept well. I've stayed at the Brass Key in the past. It's terrific but, to my surprise, I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Point every bit as much for significant discount vs. what I would have paid at the Brass Key. Highly recommended.
great place to stay for a getaway
It was just dark and musty. The pool was small. The Jacuzzi was small. Also always occupied. Cannot use it.
I liked the room I rented, clean and relaxing. It had a deck off the bedroom and was bigger than I anticipated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a great set up and the communal outdoor lounge areas with pool and hot tub were decadently appealing. I hope to return, but it will have to be off season.
many amenities.
The Crowne Point is beautiful and well located. Even better the staff and management are friendly and helpful. We had a small plumbing problem and Vinton, the handyman was there to fix it within 2 minutes. It was fixed withing 5. Very impressive. Also, the free breakfasts and afternoon appetizers and wine are delicious.
