Had difficulty finding the place. Caroline was very helpful on the phone. She even ran down the street to wave me into the correct drive. After that initial confusion all was well.

Caroline and Suzy are great hosts. Thank you so much!

House and room were very clean, comfortable. Host were very welcoming and provided great ideas for restaurants and local activities/hikes.

This bnb is outstanding . Your hosts Susie and Caroline can’t do enough to ensure you enjoy a great stay . Quiet . Comfy .10 min walk to the lake and restaurants . Homemade breakfast including fresh fruit . Will absolutely stay here again in the future .

Lovely spot to stay! Caroline and Suzie were so nice and welcoming. Not too far of a walk to town and the lake, the perfect place to explore all Wanaka has to offer.

A nice home far from home

One of the most confortable bed and breakfast I have ever been. Suzie and Caroline were very welcoming and give you lot of suggestions of things to do.Good breakfast.I would definitely stay again with them if I am back to Wanaka.

Great B&B and hosts

Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Great location, we loved Wanaka. Very clean b&b and good breakfast.

We liked the friendliness and helpful information given by the hosts. The accommodation was very good but our bedroom was small and lacked shelves or drawers but fine for 2 nights.

The house felt like home away from home. Great breakfasts. Very nice and relaxing deck/backyard. Kicking back with a drink on the deck was the ending of a perfect day. Easy 5 minute walk to Lake Wanaka beach and restaurants. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We had a great time in their company, very personable and funny.

Very friendly, helpful hosts. Cup of tea on arrival, help with laundry, recommendations for dinner and suggestions of what to do in local area. Brilliant place

Wanaka. Great time in Criffel peak b&B

Catoline and Suzie were brilliant. Well above what anyone could expect. Lovely apartment and superb breakfast and facilities.

Rented 2 bedroom apartment

Arrived and found the key in a locked box as instructed. We parked the car in the garage.found many pamphlets and written instructions on where to eat,grocery stores locations,café, what to do, golf course, where to rent bikes etc. We met Caroline, the owner, who mentioned the best trails to do, the best bike rental places. Very helpful hints on what to do for the 2 nights that we were there. Since we had been traveling for a while it was great to have laundry facilities.

Wonderful Wanaka stay

Criffel Peak View was just perfect. The owners, Carolyn and Susie were incredibly warm and friendly and their accommodation beautifully set up and managed. We felt very much at home. In addition they were most helpful and making our stay in Wanaka such an interesting and enjoyable experience.

Fantastic!

When we first showed up we were welcomed by Caroline, who sat down and chatted with us over tea. We met Suzy shortly after and they gave us several suggestions for things to do around Wanaka. The room was very comfortable and the whole house felt very welcoming. Caroline helped us organize our activities and reservations for the following day. In the morning, they had a great spread out for breakfast and even made some eggs and bacon. Wanaka ended up being one of our favorite places in NZ and Caroline and Suzy were no small part of that!

Excellent communication throughout stay

I booked this as a getaway for my parents living in NZ while I was in Australia. They loved it, had a great time and thought Criffel Peak was lovely. Hotel staff communicated with me throughout the stay to ensure Mum and Dad's trip was smooth and easy for them.

The hosts were great, providing lots of insights and conversation (especially over breakfast in the morning). We loved staying here!

Lovely B&B, charming hosts. Freshly cooked breakfast far exceeding our expectations - and what was served in many other B&Bs. Hosts very helpful with tips for the area, dinner and activity recommendations and in making arrangements/ reservations - they definitely went beyond their duty. We would definitely recommend to stay here!

Great location - great place for a break!!

Both ladies were very helpful, eager to assist wherever they could with activity bookings or further accommodation bookings in NZ. Room was great!! We were there for 4 days - clothes washing facilities available & lounge area very comfortable.

Just like home

What a pleasure this B&B was, The owners could not do more for us, there knowledge and love of this area was fantastic and we felt right at home with lots of laughs, we made 2 friends in our journey of South Island- Wanaka

Relaxing, private and socially interactive.

It was great. Meeting new people at breakfast and the breakfast was amazing. It was hot outside but when you wanted to relax in the room it was nice and cool. Caroline and Suzie were amazing host's! Loved it.

overall very good. Close to facilities,good hosts but picture on original booking does not seem the same as property possible over price

Best place I stayed in NZ

Fantastic place to stay. Tasteful decorations, comfortable quarters, extremely friendly and helpful hosts with a good knack for being around enough that you can always ask them questions, but not being constantly present and giving you the feel that you've got a space of your own. Caroline suggested a walk on a day when we were floundering that ended up being one of the top 3 highlights of my stay in NZ (right up there with Milford sound and fox glacier) The only thing preventing top marks in comfort is that the king size bed was actually two singles pushed together rather than a single mattress, however I've seen that in pretty much all NZ accommodations we stayed in and it was still quite comfortable to sleep in

Our first time in a B&B, although we only stayed one night, the experience was very positive, got no complains, the hostesses (Caroline and Susie) were excellent, very helpful and very welcoming,The breakfast service was very good too. rooms were good and clean, I highly recommend it.

很好的住宿體驗，下次一定還會選擇住這家民宿，房間乾淨，秋季的景觀太漂亮了，去市中心不是很遠，走路大約十五分鐘路程，一切都滿意～

Das Haus steht komplett nur den Gästen zur Verfügung und bietet auch außerhalb des Zimmers Möglichkeiten sich aufzuhalten. Suzie und Caroline bereiten morgens das Frühstück zur Wunschzeit. Desweiteren haben sie uns mit Informationen zum Ort und Wandermöglichkeiten versorgt.

町から　少し離れますが、歩けない距離ではありません。荷物がある時、急ぐ時などは　送迎を無料でしてくださるので、とても助かりました。シャワーと　バスタブがついていたので、ゆっくりと体を温めることができました。１年近く　お風呂に入っていなかったので、本当にゆっくりできました。 オーナーさんが　とても丁寧に　説明してくださり、親切にしてくださいました。
