The room overall was nice and updated with plenty of space for our family of 3. The pool and gym were both clean and we appreciated the location. However, we immediately had issues that made us decide not to stay next year when we visit. First, we arrived on a Thursday when it was 90 degrees outside. We were looking forward to using the pool, which was advertised as being open 7 days/week. When we checked in, the pool was closed and we were told that we required a reservation 24 hours in advance for it to be opened during the week. There was no mention of this on the website or in the check instruction email (otherwise we would have made the reservation!). It was extremely frustrating. We then found chunks of black mold on the couch, which sits underneath a mini-split cooling system. This unit was clearly in need of cleaning, as it continued to blow out mold throughout our stay (the ones in the bedrooms did as well). Not feeling comfortable hanging out in the couch with the air conditioning (during a hot, muggy couple of days) was annoying. It also seemed odd that we had to take the trash out ourselves upon check out, or risk a $50 fee. Haven’t had this type of rule anywhere aside from an Airbnb. There was also only one bottle of soap in the unit (2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen). All in all, it appeared nice initially but these issues impacted our stay.

Stayed here Memorial Day weekend. By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The price of this condo is outrageous in comparison to other properties in the area that have much better amenities. Don’t be fooled by photos you will see of a pool. It was noted to use the pool you need to place a reservation 24 hours in advance to ensure it’s “ ready” . Upon going to look at it the hot tub it was barely warm and the pool was cold and dirty ( full of hair and bugs ). We attempted to locate a manager for assistance and was told no manager was on site & that we would be called after we left on Monday. NOBODY was around to assist. This was a Holiday weekend. When finally the Tue arrived after we returned home I received a email stating the pool was evaluated to be “ fine” that the cold front caused the hot tub to not be warm enough. I’ve stayed at the Grand Summit Hotel at Attitash for a quarter of this price and had an amazing experience during a blizzard with their outdoor pool being so hot is was comfortable to swim in during. Blizzard!! This condo gives off a vibe of run down even though the inside of the actual condos are beautiful. Don’t be fooled. You won’t have proper amenities. We had to take out our own trash which makes no sense when we paid a very costly maid fee. This place nickels and dimes you but has nothing special to offer for the cost. I suggest looking elsewhere in the area . I would not stay here again even if they lowered their price.

Expected much better

great location, clean and good looking condo. Unfortunately we had terrible neighbors above us and the condos have no sound proofing. I attempted communication to owner both days and received no reply. I still have not received a reply. Very unfortunate experience to lose sleep, relaxing moments and not be able to enjoy a beautiful and expensive condo. If I had received a reply with some sort of action it would have been a very different review.

This place was very well kept up and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay pleasant. We also enjoyed all the area attractions as well!

Looks good, feels uncomfortable

The property was very clean, well kept, and in a good, off-the-beaten path for North Conway. The small fridge, microwave, small sink and minimal amount of utensils were convenient. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There was a high top table with two hard wooden chairs, but no place else to sit except the high, hard bed. All-in-all we found the room to be very uncomfortable for our tastes.

It was a gorgeous condo to stay in! The only negative I can say is the noise level was high. You can hear other guests stomping and walking around terribly. Honestly, unless I was on the top floor I wouldn’t stay here again just for that reason. Very disruptive.

Amazing Family Stay

These condos worked perfect for our family as we prefer to stay in and cook rather than eat out all week. The condos are brand new and beautiful. The pool was super clean and all the fun was literally steps away!

The condos are very nicely decorated and stocked. Communication with management was excellent. Beds and couches were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Proximity to downtown

This was perfect for a little getaway! The condo was nicely furnished, with mini-fridge and microwave, and coffee maker and teapot! Simple dishes and utensils onsite meant no paper plates and plastic forks! The building is beautiful - everything is brand new! And the pool and hot-tub building is just steps away - with a nice indoor seating area overlooking the pool. Downtown North Conway is just a mile away with lots of great restaurants, shops, and good golf! We'll be back! Thanks!

We love the ability to walk to town, have a condo to spread out and relax. There is a lot of construction so the noise especially in the morning was annoying but is to be expected with construction.

Well maintained and in excellent condition

Very clean, and great if you are looking for a winter locations (slops ect.) BUT! Be aware Hot Tub/pool were at the next building, but you do have a location you can change so you’re not walking out in the cold. Worse bed ever! Lay a rug on the floor, and now lay on it, that’s literally how hard that bed was. We both woke up with backaches. I couldn’t take another night. Thank God I only booked 2-nights there. TV was broke. Had lines going across it. You’re charged cleaning fee, but must clean your own room, collect sheets, and take out trash or you are charged extra Nothing fancy about the place, unless looking for specifics, specifics that can be found anywhere else. Any other place would have got the same purpose and Without the cleaning cost. It all depends on what you’re looking for. I need a comfortable bed and place to relax and this place was not for me. BUT it could be for others.

Room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. We were surprised that the instructions required us to take our own trash out or be charged a fee, but if it keeps the price down I have no problem with that.

One of our top places to stay in N. Conway!

We will definitely stay here again! Clean, and comfortable! The “check in” was interesting because there is no front desk, but once we figured out we missed an email (our bad) explaining in detail the check in process, all was good! Picked the right time of season to book as it felt we had the whole place to ourselves.

The condos are beautiful and roomy. The area is under construction so you have that noise, but it was a wonderfully relaxing vacation.

Amazing, Construction going on near the pool was a little unsightly but the pool was beautiful the hot tub was a tree in the condition of the calendar was immaculate and perfect could not attend better we had a great Easter weekend

The unit was clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed. We loved the location of the unit. However, there was no dish detergent to run the dishwasher, no sponge for the sink and no countertop cleaner. On thanksgiving night my husband had to run out to try and find these items.

Be aware that “mountainside” doesn’t face cranmore, faces the parking lot and you can see mountains in the distance

i didn’t like the fact that we were responsible for bringing trash to dumpster. i was scared and then i couldn’t lift the metal rod so i was going to leave trash outside of the dumpster but then I tried it again and got it open. renters should absolutely not be responsible for trash to dumpster. other people were complaining as well.

Beautiful space with all the fixings! Everything was perfect and spacious, and a great location. It was everything you could ask for in a rental for a weekend getaway. And if you have extra guests, there's plenty of room. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect, the condo was well appointed, clean and quiet. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Really nice and quiet place to get away

Great location, about a mile from downtown with a lot of shopping and dining. The condo was very clean, spacious, modern and had all the necessities for cooking, eating and cleaning up. Our biggest complaint ( and this is a stretch!) not enough hooks/towel bars in the bathroom. Lol We were there to hike the 4Ks and this was a great base for us to get to the Presidential range as well as the Carter-Moriah range. Love it here, already trying to figure out when we can go back.

The property is in excellent condition, the pool area is guite a distance away,and under construction, but was clean and easy to walk to,close to downtown !!The only thing that I didn't like was the bed was hard as a rock and i had to cut my stay short,i couldn't stay another night in the bed !! NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM, please put a microwave in and change the mattress to a more comfortable one !!

My biggest complaint is I booked a mountainside room and that was not what I got at all. My view consisted of looking at the parking lot very disappointing.

This was a great place to stay with a family of 4. If felt like home. All the rooms had everything we needed. The kitchen was great. It had a regular refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, dishes, glasses and utensils as well as pots and pans. It was very spacious with everyone able to have their own space. It was also very quiet even with other families staying in the building. The heated pool was also very nice and clean. This is a great location close to down town and area attractions. The only downside is currently ( I assume due to COVID and lack of staffing) many restaurants and some businesses are closed on Mondays & Tuesdays. So there we were limited in where we could go. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is new and does have some some site work still ongoing. The location is fantastic as it is located right at the base of the mountain. You can walk to all the Mt. Cranmore amenities. The condo's are beautifully decorated and very well laid out. The best stay in North Conway that we have experienced in the last 30 years of coming here. A "Home Run".

The is an exceptional condo fully equipped, modern, spacious and beautifully maintained. The arrival process was simple and the condo was very clean on arrival. I highly recommend both the apartment and Kersage management company

Wonderful stay during school vacation. A return visit that proved just as great as our first.

Loud and noisy

Upon arrival we were pleased with the location and building looked beautiful. We were just as impressed with the interior of the unit as well. The extreme disappointment began when we realized you could hear people walking around normally in the unit above. It was very loud and sounded like there was an exercise class happening above your head. I placed an email to the management company and was told the family was leaving that day and it was normal to hear some sound. When the cleaning person arrived to clean the unit above us we could hear them vacuuming, walking and opening and closing doors. When the next people arrived to the upstairs unit it was just as loud if not worse. We placed a call to the management company and nothing was done. It was very disappointing as we were looking forward to a great weekend to only be disappointed by the amount of noise that could be heard. Noise from the unit above could be heard all hours of the day and night. With all the high end finishes that were put in place they apparently skimped on the things that couldn’t be seen. Very disappointed especially at that price point.

Family weekend away

We had a wonderful stay. Condo is beautiful and clean. Kids loved the pool area. We enjoyed beautiful hikes and the rides at Cranmore. We highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

The condo itself and the property it was on was absolutely beautiful. If you are coming with a group this place couldn’t be more perfect. It is right on Cranmore mountain and the mountain coaster, zip line, and swing were all right outside. The condo was immaculate and brand new. The hot tub and pool are open year round and were also very clean. The location of this condo is just a couple minutes from everywhere you need to be.

It is not a condo room. It is a hotel room with no linen service, no front desk, and poor customer service. I would never return to this location.

Brand new, super clean and fantastic location! This is a condo, not a true hotel but that’s what we were looking for.

Nice condo

My wife and I enjoyed our stay overall - very nicely appointed condo with everything we needed. We do have 2 complaints though: 1) Sound proofing. We heard the neighbors above us walking around as loud as elephants (we even shook in our dining chairs) even though we could tell they were walking normally. 2) Cheapest thinest toilet paper I’ve ever seen. For what we paid, you would expect better. I’ve seen more quality TP at truck stops! If I ever go back I’ll bring my own.

We had the entire property pretty much to ourselves but all of the amenities were open and working. The ladies who checked us in were incredible, some of the friendliest people we have met. The rooms were huge and plenty comfortable for our family of four.

This property is a condo building. We checked in at the base lodge at Cranmore and the staff was very welcoming and nice. We stayed in a hotel style room on the top floor. The room was very clean and new. There were the normal hotel amenities like shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The building itself is right at the base of the south double ski lift which was very convenient. The only negative remark is that the walls were very thin to the adjoining room next to us. Also, a ski locker was never offered to us and I believe that is because we were in the smaller of the units. Overall it was a great stay.

Lovely staff, only let down by lack of detail in description. This is not a hotel, but just an apartment so no room service, or rom cleaning etc. We would have liked a microwave in the circumstances . Immaculate though and love,y location
