DO NOT STAY HERE!
First, they charged my card three times! Then the floor we were on had water damage, I asked to be moved to another floor, was told they would see what they had available and would let me know, which never happened. The water damage and smell made me sick. So sick that we had to leave a day early and had to have family come get us because I could not drive and my husband had eye surgery, that is why we stayed there.
Walking around was convenient and seem safe
Pleasant stay
Stayed for one night and had a good experience. Close to Brodway and all downtown Nashville festivities. Hotel staff was pleasant and welcoming.
This location is a short ride from broadway and had a good amount of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms were clean and didn’t get a lot of outside noise in the room.
The property was very clean and quiet. I had no problem checking in early. Front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating.
Check in was great. Rooms are vey clean and comfortable. The approach to the hotel is a bit difficult as theres not a lot of room at the corner where the hotel is located.
Great place to stay in Nashville. Close to everything.
No am breakfast. Not informed of stiff parking fee until day of arrival, when it is too late to make other arrangements.
Construction everywhere broken parking garage where you enter narrow with oresent workers and tools, room smelled like Marijuana terribly, it had trash behind curtains
Deceptive about parking fees. $44/day
Friendly staff!!
i like the staff even if they give me a room for handicapped but I was not happy with the parking, after the room its so expensive the parking its expensive too
Was a great stay. Bathrooms had heated floors in the rooms. beautiful view and place for low price
Nothing special
Decent place to stay, but the parking charge is ridiculous. Will look else where to stay next time.
Great stay. Only issue was floor in bathroom area was ice cold
Very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
We have stayed here multiple times - it never disappoints!
All staff was amazing. Clean rooms, great customer service.
Love this Hotel! Nice rooms and amazing service!
if the hotel can provide free water would be better
Hattie B's chicken and Mid-Town Cafe just across the street. A short cab or uber to Honky Tonks on Broadway. Easy access to hiway.
Great place to stay. We were expecting our first grandchild and it was very convenient
Clean, friendly staff , close to the music. Parking overpriced is my only dislike
Everyone was friendly, accommodating and location was very clean
Great staff
It was wonderful!
Surprised to show up and have to pay $48 per night for parking. Other similar properties in the same are had free parking. Also had been looking forward to the outdoor fire pit in the patio area but is not turned on during our three day stay.
Good hotel. Great location.
Hotel was great. The bed was very very low and hard as a rock. I literally had to roll onto the floor to get out of it. But other than that it was good. Location was great. 8 minutes from downtown.
Good location.
We were happy with our stay there.
The staff was friendly for the most part especially the housekeepers but it could be cleaner and quieter
Thanks
The property was great! Clean and quiet. Its about a mile from the bars on Broadway. Very easy to walk!
Very friendly staff, close to food, bars with music and sports. When our room was cleaned lights were left on trash can left out was not looking put back together. Otherwise, a great place to stay!
10/10 would recommend
Me (lives in Australia) and four girlfriends from all around North America met up in Nashville for a weekend away and this hotel was perfect for it. We were able to get adjoining rooms that were spacious, clean, and the hotel staff were all absolutely lovely. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to others. We booked the one room quite early, and the second room just two weeks before we got there, and there was a $500 price difference (split across 3 nights) for the exact same room, so I’d recommend booking early!
No value for money
The parking was ridiculous
Great hotel to be in Nashville. Lots of nearby dining options and places to see.
Clean and reasonable cost. Free breakfast was handy. Comfortable are.
The hotel could use some more updating. Water on the floor by the old air conditioning unit, sink stopped up, bathtub wouldn’t hold water. Otherwise the stay was great. The bd was so comfortable.
Customer service management was great
Staff was very helpful and courteous
Well old building, beds hard as a rock
Senior members of staff were very unhelpful. Was accidentally double charged for my stay by a junior member of staff (who was very apologetic), spoke with senior member of staff (Amber) the next day and day of checkout who was very unhelpful and not particularly polite. Pool was closed when I arrived and I was told every day of my 3 night stay "it will open tomorrow", which it didn't.
Hair in my bed
Awesome stay!!
Quite far from downtown I had to book Ubers as it’s around 20 minutes walk down to it
Parking Situation needs some work. some attends are great others are just not up to par. Young Lady that hustles and gets in done in the evenings, should get a raise or promotion.
Clean, updated and the staff was super friendly. My only complaint was that when I searched for parking as an amenity I didn’t expect it to cost $54. Overall the cost of the room minus parking was great.
Great Stay!
Stayed overnight for the Green Day concert. Good price, close enough to the strip, and within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants. 10/10!
I was under the impression from the listing breakfast was included. But no it was not. Also we parked our selves and didn’t have valet parking. However we were charged for both. Very disappointed.
It is difficult to find and get to the rooms. The floor plan is very inconvenient.
Amazing place close to everything.
Charged extra for parking without notifying and charged for other charges that had no business being on the card.
.
The best hospitality! The evening host was amazing!
I loved everything about our stay here! The rooms were amazing and very clean. The staff and housekeeping team took very good care of us during our entire stay. My wife and I definitely will be staying here again. A
Nice
Rooms
Clean rooms quiet for the most part except for the ambulances that’s not the hotel’s fault. Staff was friendly it’s a good location several eating spots around it and not far from the venues
Nice to have thebalcony and th e pool area was nice.
You could hear racing cars through the night. Also any sirens felt like they were in the room.
I only have two complaints about my stay. The first was my room was not ready when I got there at Check in time. And when we got to the room it stunk. It smelled like mildew and the floor by the air conditioner was wet. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel
Only issue valet parking only $42
Our family drove all the way from Wichita Kansas. The staff met all of our needs at check in to check out. Having the beach access even during tropical storm Debby we had an amazing time of recharging before school starts!
Staff were not helpful. Place was run down. Not what you would expect from a marriott
The gentleman at the counter who worked the evening hours from 3pm to 1030ish was truly a genuine person. The hotel was over sold on the room we had requested and he was able to get us switch and had true heart and great customer service. We definitely appreciated him and all the hoops he jumped through for us!
When i booked the room i was not informed about the $42 a day parking fee. The whole valet experience was very frustrating. Every time we wanted our car there were issues. The valets were at times rude and not helpful at all. I will not be a returning guest.
Great property, very clean, and great location.
Big weekend surge pricing (over $100) on a 3 night stay for 2 of the nights seems a bit much.
We had to wait over an hour to get them to take our car to be able to check in. We didn’t even know until after we booked the room that it was valet only. They charge $50 damage fee at the beginning that is supposed to be returned. The same night we got there, they charged me another $100 after they already pulled the $50 out. I went to the front desk and asked them why and they had no idea, but stated it would all be returned. I still have not received any of the money back and it’s been over two weeks. Definitely do not recommend.
The staff was very helpful when we had any questions about places to go eat and what transportation was best!
Highly recommend. Especially if it’s your first stay in Nashville.
ok
Rude check in person. A/c didn’t work great. Bartender was fantastic! Great location.
They charged us $50 for incidentals upon check in then at check out they said they didn't have a CC on file for us & tried to charge us again. And we have two $50 charges from them already! Also, it's valet only but we couldn't get in the parking lot last night to go back to the room. We sat in the street for 30 mins in a line of traffic waiting & then finally left our car in the street with flashers on so we could take our daughter to the pool that closes at 7pm... There were just several added stressors that should've been
My only complaint is the parking fee. $45 a day.
Very nice property. We loved the pool area and the city view from our balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is within easy waking distance of several bars and restaurants. A short cab ride will take you to the Ryman or anywhere else downtown.
Great location. Lots to see and do and great restaurants nearby. Only issue was the lugggage cart wheels were broken.
Beverly from food service made delicious breakfast bowl and was super nice. The people who checked us in and out were so so, not very welcoming. The hotel waa clwan!
Staff is not trained well and restaurant is not operated with soft condition
The property was well maintained and the accommodations were very pleasing and comfortable
All good
Perfect
building is tired and needs upgrades. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
My stay was great however when it came to valeting my car that was another story. My first issue was I forgot my charger in my car. My fault I know. I go to get my keys for my car to get my charger and they can’t find them. They couldn’t find them because they left them laying on the valet desk outside at 1230 in the morning. Both valet attendees were inside of the hotel on their phones so my car could’ve easily got stolen. Secondly I go to pick my car up this morning and it took them 20 minutes to bring my car around. After seeing multiple people walk up after me get their cars I became pretty frustrated as I was in town for work and it made me late. After asking for my car 4 different times and then asking my name 4 different times my car finally arrives. I look at my tag that they write the location down on in the parking garage and it was empty. So that lets me know they just forgot about my keys and lost my vehicle and had to walk around pressing my horn to find it. After having to pay 42 dollars to even have your car at their hotel you would think they would have a better system.
NOT FOR FAMILIES!! This should never be billed as "family friendly". There is only valet parking for $42 a night OR public parking for $48 a night across the street. Nothing is free at breakfast. Not even a coffee. Pool closes at 7:00. Facilities were good. TV could connect to Netflix. Clean and courteous staff.
Outstanding stay! No issues
Decent room, smelled a lot like marijuana but we just needed a place to sleep to catch a 6 am flight. Comfortable and not too busy.
Two thumbs up
Very nice, clean, comfortable
Perfect location, staff pretty awsome , beds need to be replace the make noise , and too expensive parking for guest , $ 42 a night .

Very good
Good
Noisy, front desk not friendly, valet very unfriendly, cost for valet was too expensive, getting texts to leave a tip for them. I was late for an appt. Because staff of valet parking got stuck in elevator with my keys. Had to wait until fire dept got there before I could get my car. Never once apologized to me. Rude!!!
The property and staff were good however the beds were like sleeping on concrete the amnesties were way overpriced. Example 5.00 for a 16 is bottle of water. $42.00 for a bagel, cream cheese, a muffin and a coup of coffee.
Was kept very clean; housekeeping and front desk staff very friendly! Was convenient to walk to local bar/restaurants!
We liked the size of the room and the cleanliness. It would be nice to have service to bring in clean towels and at least make the bed.

So noisy
I know we don’t go to Nashville for quiet but the sound proofing is so poor at this hotel. Between sirens, the garbage trucks, doors slamming and hearing a neighbor pee in the middle of the night, it was definitely not restful. The hotel does offer a sound machine and some ear plugs but it just didn’t cut it.
