Food great near best beach in st. Lucia near all the resturants and shopping great location

Nice place to stay for vacation everything is local and walkable.

Services are quite slow

The only thing that I wouldn't do again is book an all inclusive package. The extra cost on premium liquor and certain food items was a surprise, as it wasn't stated when the all inclusive package was booked. I would rather book a non-inclusive stay because there were so many eating options in walking distance to the hotel.

The service at the restaurant was very slow...painfully slow. The bar was so slow we'd order 4 or 5 drink at once

Old building which need renovation. Check in and checkout take at least one hour. At the end I checked my final receipt and found many mistakes. They overcharged me.

Good location next to the small shopping and dining area. Easy 10 minute stroll to the beach, which you should do at least once. Pool is nice but I hate that people save their chairs early in the morning and then don’t use them for hours. That should change. I can see why the hotel would rather ignore it, because some guests are out there all day every day, and any inconvenience to their ritual would offend them. But we normal people would like a crack at the pool chairs once in a while.

Coco Palm was exactly what we were looking for…a quiet, more intimate setting with all of the amenities in walking distance. The staff, especially the bar tenders, Brian, Megal and Dilan, were friendly and treated us like family! We will definitely be back to your beautiful establishment and beautiful island!

There was no direct access to the beach

Parking space since we had hired a car. Staff great. Good breakfast. Fantastic location with many dining options close and walkable. Grocery store close which was handy since we had a fridge in the room. Lovely pool but more sunbeds would be better - you have to get them early.

Coco Palm is nice property I like the close shopping stores & restaurants & Beach in close walking distance. Didn't like that you have to travel so far to get jotel from airport ,was expensive. If its going to be posted as all inclusive .then that's what it should be. Only breakfast was included..

The entire Coco Palms staff were just the best. Everyone was so polite and courteous. Attention to details were simply magnificent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose the resort again.

They only provide 2 bottles of water so, we went to Massey's to purchase our own water. May I suggest the hotel purchase a filtered water machine so, guests and staff can fill their water bottles. Enjoyed my stay at Coco Palm. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. I slept great and had a great stay with my family.

In general it is good. But the faucet was leaking. Air conditioner is very noisy.

Lovely good apart from breakfast which was overcrowded and less high standard than lunch and dinner which were excellent. Nice rooms. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff.

Coco Palm Hotel is in a very good position in Rodney Bay, close to beautiful Reduit Beach, shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good with eggs cooked to order. The swimming pool is large and sunny all day long. Highly recommended.

Greeted with a refreshing drink and friendly reception staff. Restaurant and bar service excellent. Room was spacious but had several maintenance issues. Noise from corridor, others’ furniture and street were an issue.

The hotel is okay, but needs updates. Swimming pool is fine. Breakfast is weak - not many options and very busy. Restaurant (Ti Bananne) is okay, but there are much better options nearby, like Spice of India (wonderful) and the Japanese/Filipino Sakuragi (very good), both less than 5 min walk.

Everyone(staff) was friendly and helpful, ive been before and loved the rappour with staff and customers when watching sports by the bar this time their was not no large tv by the bar.🤔

I have stayed at this property a couple of times now and have always had a great time. The location is perfect, walkable to everything. And breakfast is an added bonus.

Good food, safe, expensive transportation

The property was in an ideal location with lots to do and close to beaches, shopping and transportation. Staff was very courteous and friendly. The rooms were comfortable but the air conditioning was not functioning at all times.

We loved it here, loved the room by the pool, swimming pool, bar, cocktails and dinner especially the lamb. Staff very very helpful and friendly. We will visit again for sure.

This is a small but beatigul hotel near markets bar restaurants and the beach Maybe it needs some make up but it is good in general

Most of the waitresses was very professional and friendly, No complain about reception area, had an enjoyable stay.

Nice quiet prpoperty. A littlwnbit old, but everything worked. Service at the restaurant and bar were not great, which is the only negative thing I would say about the place.

Quiet hotel near the beach and restaurants.

It was a decent place to stay for a couple days however if I was to visit longer I definitely would have stayed somewhere else. The bed was very uncomfortable. I also didn’t have a great view but that is most likely because I booked through a 3rd party.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The service wad great and the staff were friendly.

Comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel

Very much enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and very clean, staff friendly and welcoming. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent and we also very much appreciated the bar and the various cocktails we tried. Worth getting to breakfast early if you can because it does get busy later. My only criticism is that the service was variable- from over eager as my drinks were cleared while i was queuing at the breakfast buffet, to slow on a busy evening where our pudding didnt arrive and we had to push for our bill to be presented. Overall though, a really enjoyable stay

Nice hotel, well located within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach. Good breakfast included. Small hotel with no entertainment but disco across the road which was quite noisy if you had a room overlooking the pool.

I stayed at this property when it opened about 15 years ago, it didn’t have a pool. I found it very charming, nice, clean, the staff excellent!! This time the entire screen screamed struggle. Closed hotels, no access to beaches, I pray St Lucia goes gold star and not lose to resentments.

I like that everything was in close proximity to me and the staff was very welcoming and friendly but I did not appreciate the last minute notice about the ongoing renovations/construction on the property, I was told about it after I checked in and whilst there it became an eyesore. Also I was not pleased with the tv in my room it kept malfunctioning and the remote would not work. I wanted to go for a night swim but At night, the lighting out by the pool was very dim plus there were no lights at all inside of the pool after being told that the pool will be open 24/7 day and night I believe that at night the lighting in and surrounding the pool should be well lit for safety measures.

Wow, the food was impeccable. The hotel was inviting and staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and looked well taken care of.

Did not sleep at all there was a winding noise emanating from the room above or opposite. Sounds like a broken ceiling fan.

Family stay

This is a nice hotel with maybe the best location. Is sad to see the lack of service. The housekeeper used to come so early to ask to enter to service the room, and never came back. We didn’t see anyone from tours or activities, the service at the pool was totally absent. Breakfast variety is very good and the quality is fine. We didn’t have lunch or dinner on any of our 4 nights.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast

The staff did not tell us about all of the things that were not included in our all inclusive package.

We had a garden view suite which located on the 4th floor, it was very clean and has 2 bathrooms and a living room. Friday evening buffet was good and staff were very helpful and attentive. Pros: Very good location in the centre of Rodney bay, breakfast was good with traditional options available Cons: no sliced bread or toaster available for breakfast.

The ambience was nice very relaxing and comfortable 😌.

Coco Palms is the best kept secret in St Lucia! It is convenient to everything. The food was exceptional it was tantamount to 5 star dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff friendly, respectful and responsive. Great option for singles, couples, families and group. My family and I needed a quick getaway and this didn't disappoint. Close to beaches, great pools and other experiences. My teenager had a great time and that's worth it for me.

I like the staff, I liked that it was within walking distance to the beach, eateries, and supermarket.

This is my 3rd time staying at Coco Palm and i absolutely love it! The staff are so extremely friendly, warm and welcoming and always willing to accommodate all of your needs without hesitation. Food is amazing! Drinks amazing! I would suggest they extend their lunch and dinner menu to a wider variety to choose from. Also more entertainment at night for guests throughout the week. Overall a wonderful resort and would definitely recommend.

Coco Palm is an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was mosquitoes in our room. Our stay was enjoyable.

There is nothing negative I can say about Coco Palm. The staff at all levels are courteous, warm and professional. I must single out Claudine Gilbert, Vincent & Carlene (front desk), Joe (maintenance), Brian (bar), Jocelyne, Natasha, Jan (servers in restaurant) and Dereck (cook at breakfast) for extra special mention. The breakfast included feature is a total winner. This sets Coco Palm apart from the competition. Claudine is more than a treasure. She has the loyalty and admiration of all her staff, she is bright, perspicacious, knowledgeable and most affable. In many ways she is the face of Coco Palm. I will return for sure and I will recommend Coco Palm to all my friends and relatives. One observation: most guests, especially those from Canada and the US do not maker a distinction between "tips" and "service charge," and this may lead to loss of income by the servers and room attendants. They see 'service change' on the bill and assume it is the same as a 'tip' and don't tend to leave additional tips. This is just a feature of North America's tipping culture.

good for family vacation with grandparents and children. Rooms can be updated but are still nice. St Lucia is beautiful and the area offers supermarket, restaurants, and local shopping mall in walking distance.

Resort is in a great location and close to many restaurants. We loved the small resort feel and our room was on the ground floor with a patio, made it very easy to go back to the room while we were at the pool. Breakfast was good with many options. We had lunch at the restaurant as well and it was very good. Friday night entertainment was a great bonus. Our room had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Only negative was there was a leak which seemed to come from the toilet which lead to very wet floors and we had to use the towels for that. You could hear the base music coming from the clubs but it didn’t bother us and we slept through it. Overall we loved our stay and the walk ability to the beach and restaurants. Would love the chance to come back to Coco Palm.

Coco Palm was a very reasonable priced hotel, good value for the area. Great location for dining options and access to the beach. Staff were very courteous. Breakfast buffet could use a manger to insure the food is hot and continuesly filled. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Some nights a tad loud, outside in the hallway. Overall we had a comfortable stay!

Great value for your money. Everything was really clean. All-inclusive was definitely worth it in my opinion, lots of drink/food options! Service can be a little slow but that’s just because everyone’s on island time. Staff was always really friendly and accommodating! Reduit Beach is beautiful and only a 5 minute walk! Tons of dining options in walking distance if you don’t feel like eating at the hotel.

Beautiful property and rooms were wonderful.

I love that the area was surrounded by nearby malls, restaurants and the beach. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The chefs and bartenders ensured that my tummy was filled with delight.

Very old property which is reasonably well maintained to provide cleanliness

The rooms were clean and room service was provided everyday. However, fittings and fixtures in the washroom could have been more comfortable. The pool is large and 4ft deep. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food is very delicious. A mixture of local and western menus. The drinks were great as well...bar is well stocked with a variety to choose from. The resort is walking distance from 2 shopping malls, supermarket and other restaurants, bars and night clubs. There is a beach about 5minutes from the resort through a trail. Had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend for families

Staff are very friendly and the setting is beautiful. St. Lucian style decor is lovely and the bedding very comfortable. We had a great buffet breakfast as well. We were only there for a night but will return.

The resort was fantastic with amazing food a short walk to the beach. The all inclusive option was a phenomenal value. Staff were fantastic and the pool was great.

Had a great stay

While the rooms feel very historically French they were clean and spacious. The dining and Bar staff was the best experience. They were very kind and treated us like family!! Shout out to Miguel and his staff! The pool was spacious and clean. The weekend entertainment was wonderful. The all inclusive package is definitely the way to go here.

Staff at the Coco Palm were amazing and the property is very clean, rooms are very big. The breakfast was good but quite basic. The only problem was the loud noise from a nearby club that went on until 2 am every night I was there. It's not part of the hotel so the staff can't do anything about it.
