Loud area, hotel is fine

Triple room was very loud, with party noise from the street.

Place was in a great location, the staff was super friendly, but it was the most uncomfortable bed i've ever been in, it felt like I was sleeping on a piece of wood. But besides the bed great place!

Great stay, only criticism is the mattress is very hard. Would stay again though, very central but didn’t hear any noise from my room

DO NOT BOOK this hotel

We booked a bungalow. There was barely any lights in the room or bathroom, we had to use our phone flash lights to be able to see. The air conditioner intermittently blew hot air and you couldn’t change the settings. Most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. Strong mold smell in the bathroom. Insanely outdated room and uncaring staff. We checked out early because it was so terrible. Save yourself and your vacation and stay in Railay beach.

Coco Bella is in an excellent location on Phi Phi island. Right in the centre of everything! The staff were lovely, and the hotel was very clean. The room was clean however, very small, has ac but no fan, the bed was very hard and you can not flush the toilet paper (might be the same for all hotels on the island). The buffet was also very limited however they did have a menu of food which you could order from at a cost.

- Room bearable for x1 night, room was abit tired and bathroom could do with some attention. - Air conditioning was not cold. - Breakfast awful, croissants stale and ants on glasses in the restaurant area.

Convenient location for most activities though not a specifically quiet area.

They don’t care about the property and it shows. This property should not be allowed for rent. Front desk needs training and manners.

Great location few mins walk from the pier and beach. Basic room bed tv ac that took forever to work I was told I’d get a room with a view. And the only view I got was a wall and when you look down top of palm trees

Great hotel in Phi Phi.

Great Hotel! The Hotel is quiet considering it’s so close to everything. Breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly. Ann helped us with our luggage from Ferry to Hotel and was super STRONG. Sun and Jor also helped us during our 3 night stay in Phi Phi. WiFi is EXCELLENT.

Coco Bella was decent hotel. It is centrally located close to all the amenities. Only complaint was the water pressure for showering.

Easy to walk to lots of dining, shopping, the port, etc. The only problem I had was that in our room, right on the top of my pillow was a decent size piece of broken glass, like a piece of mirror. I didn't mention it to the front desk since we were there for one night only.

Booked on 3 days before we arrived. All of Phi Phi center is a Very busy place.

Closer to the port

Highly recommend a trip to Phi Phi.

It was a nice place to stay for a few days. The AC did not work very well though, even after they “fixed” it. Phi Phi is a great place to visit and the locals are very friendly. I highly recommend visiting there. The scuba diving was good. I recommend going through Princess Divers.

Great place in the middle of all action of Phi Phi. Noisy for families if you get a room near the street. Bars till early morning hours.

Good Hotel with Great Staff!

The staff were amazing and the hotel was pretty nice. That said the beds were pretty uncomfortable and the toilet required multiple flushes. It is somewhat understandable as Phi Phi is a fairly small island. Overall a good hotel.

Wrong location on hotels.com & Not working AC

The location of this hotel is incorrectly placed on the hotels.com map. I ended up being 20 minutes away from the place I needed to be every morning. AC is not working in the place. And the place is very noisy.

I liked the exterior of the hotel. It was different to other hotels.

Nice place but not great service

Good - the pool which was cleaned daily, close to the beach and lots of restaurants/bars, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Needs improving - beds were a little on the firm side, breakfast wasn’t great - not much variety in the options and the cook making eggs was incredibly rude (getting stroppy when I asked for eggs to be remade after I saw condensed milk being added to the mixture and refused to eat them, she was quite argumentative), items wouldn’t be refilled at breakfast and staff would be too busy chatting to top things up which wasn’t great when it happened on a daily basis and we stayed 5 nights, rooms were nice with balconies but there was an unpleasant drain smell every time we showered or use the sink, housekeeping staff were slow to clean our room and would have to be repeatedly asked as well as missing out topping up basic things like toilet paper and tea bags.

Every thing about the place was pretty good but it needs to upgrade the mattresses in the rooms an there is a nightclub not far from the hotel that is blasting the music till early in the morning hours but it’s not there fault other people in other hotels were complaining also

Great Price for a great palce

The resort is in a pristine location and you can really get anywhere on foot.. even barefoot! The pool is very nice and they have a breakfast area with the best breakfast my friends and I have ever had at ANY hotel.. staff was so amazing and helpful. The island is very small and there was some construction across the street so sometimes early in the morning it was a bit loud but overall I would highly recommend this resort to anyone coming to the island.

Overall decent, construction, don’t do laundry!

Great, except for a power outage one night. And a lot of construction starting early in the day and continuing until about 5pm. Only other gripe would be I dropped off laundry at the desk the first day, they had a nearby launderer. Got my stuff back on time, but my pair of shorts I left returned with reddish pinkish stripes...😐 I asked what the collective was going to do about that and the front desk girl told me she’d call someone and to come back in 5 minutes. Well I went back, and the cleaner was there and said she did this and that, but there were no apologies. I said there should be a discount, and things just got more heated with the front desk girl... Had to raise my voice to the cleaner to make the front desk girl give me a discount for ruining my shorts... There was a bit of a shouting match, but I got my 20 baht discount. Less than $1 Canadian btw.😐 Don’t do laundry there FYI....

Great location and nice staff. However, the bed was strangely hard (and I like a firm bed and this was hard and painful) which made it difficult to sleep. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes already in the room when we first checked in. I know this is hard to prevent in a tropical location but perhaps staff can shut the door when cleaning the room. There is major construction happening on the grounds but that wasn’t too much of an issue.

1. Place was hard to find. We walked an entire circle 25 minutes when the opposite direction would have been 10 min! 2. No one was at pier to greet us like other hotels 3. Construction going on 4. No breakfast 5. Room super dark 6. Hard bed and bad pillow 7. Looks nice on pictures but very disappointed 8. We didn’t hear much noice 9. There are bars around with plenty of food 10. Bungalow are small 11. 1 roll of toilet paper ha!

Great location

We arrived from Phuket via ferry. We called the night before and they said the distance from the pier is about 5 minutes. When we arrived at the pier, we realized staff from other hotels came to pick up their customers but no one was waiting for us. so we paid someone to bring our luggage to the hotel. We stayed in the deluxe bungalow. The bed was firm and breakfast was ok. The location makes up for everything else, this place is minutes away from the beach and bars.

the room was nice, but guests need to be extra careful on the laundry service. We got our clothes back covered with shredded paper pieces, and my white shirt actually turned yellow after the wash...

Great spot not far from the beach entrance. Room is neat and comfortable.

Older looking room but very comfortable

This was our 5th hotel on our 2 week trip to Thailand. Before we came, we expected this to be the worst of 7 that we booked. But it has so far turned out to be the best for sleep. The room may be a bit older and oddly setup, but to be honest, that really doesn't matter. What we have found to be the 2 most important things are: 1. Good control on the air-conditioning and 2. A comfortable bed. In some of our other rooms, you either got full blast AC blowing in your face all night, or a hot room. This hotel had very good control of the AC so you were able to set it at a comfortable level for sleeping. The bed was nice and soft and this was the best night's sleep we have had all trip. You will be able to hear music playing through the night, but that will be the case for almost all of the hotels. It is Phi Phi after all.

Nice hotel close to the port and amenities

Nice hotel close to every turistic bar, restaurant and port. The area is too busy and noisy for my taste but if you enjoy a night out and a lively place, this is your place. The hotel facilities are good. The staff is lovely. Very kind and helpful. We stayed in one of the bungalows for 4 nights and we enjoyed. For a 3 stars accommodation it is what you would expect.

Cool Bungalow

Gave us a cute bungalow with 2 single beds. Super nice staff and clean rooms.

The hotel was clean. Though there is lot of music due to disc and bars around. It makes tough to sleep.

Ok for a few nights, but noisy

+ good location, closer to both Beach fronts, close to city life but still somewhat tucked away + Breakfast buffet was ok, egg with toast, cereal, sausage + Bungalows look nice, good style choice + Enough drying area for wet clothes + Free Beach towels at front desk + Good sized bathroom - Wi-Fi speed is good in the morning but gets worse throughout the day - noisy for sleep but is ok for a few nights, you can sleep - aircon light showing status of aircon can not be turned off. We covered it with some clothes. - TV status light is very bright and we covered it with clothes for the night - no fridge - shower head had already a spoiled hose because the mounting of the shower head is defect, shower still workable though

Front desk lady

Let’s be honest! The lady in the counter was so rude and has zero tolerance and respect for the guest. Her way of communication was so bad that every guest who wanted to check in had a struggle with her. She was more interested in her phone instead of giving good service. We was told that we could check in 14:00 local time, when we came back the lady told us our room wasn’t ready and no one couldn’t check in. 4 guys came in when we was waiting for our room to be ready. They got checked in right away since they paid cash. When I asked why we couldn’t check in now since we have been waiting for so long, she answered us back in Thai. I got frustrated and asked what kind of service is that, and are we waiting for so long when the check in time is 14:00, she didn’t wanted to replay and looked other way. Few seconds later she told an other lady who was wearing hijab that she could give us our room key, that was in back room. That lady need some manners and respect for other guest. When I asked about where is the manager she told me she was in Bangkok and will not be back before next week. This experience and service from the lady will definitely make this hotel lose costumers. Anyhow, hotel was nice and location was good but the experience and service from the lady in front desk was so bad that we will never book this hotel again!

Gostei desde a recepção no pier, do conforto do quarto, limpeza, banheiro com meio box, toalhas a vontade, bom café da manhã e pertinho de tudo mas muito silencioso. Ficaria lá novamente.

Centralt, hvis du godt kan lide at feste og ikke er så glad for at sove, er dette hotel optimalt. Ønsker du mere rolige omgivelser og søvn om natten, skal du holde dig langt fra dette hotel. Hotellet er ikke lydisoleret på nogen måde og støjniveauet er så voldsomt, at man ikke kan sove. Det er på ingen måde pengene værd.

Super piscine, très belle place pour profiter de l'île, fête, repos et marche. La salle de bain était un peu petite mais rien de majeurs. Le soir, nous entendions la musique mais nous étions averti. Je recommande
