The rooms were nice .You can hear the person walking down the halls . The water pressure was low. The bed was on a metal frame hooked to the head board so when you moved it shifted The person at the front desk was helpful. Tbe breakfast has scrabbled eggs , waffles to make and sausage .

Dirty & Smelly

The hotel needs a major cleaning. Even though it ‘looks’ like there’s been a bit of a renovation, it was just for aesthetics. The hallways smell of mildew, the carpets are dirty and dingy, and the bathroom smelled of mold and we’re just dirty in general. The grout was completely turned brown and black with time and water buildup.

Subpar

Second floor smelled musty or had a weird watered down minty smell. Beds were not comfortable at all (literally had limbs go numb). Definitely hear the noise from adjacent rooms. The tub plug kept getting plugged and I tried many times to figure out how to keep it up so it could drain, but nothing worked so I showered in a pool of water. Breakfast was mid. Staff were all welcoming and friendly, they were not the problem. I think the property needs some TLC.

Unexpected Fee

This hotel has a $100 deposit room fee when you check in.

Clean, comfortable room and big comfortable King sized bed. Shower needs better water pressure, it's like a sprinkle of rain, no pressure and showerhead isn't adjustable. Breakfast was very minimal, gravy and biscuits were served but they were all but gone, not enough to make a meal for two adults. Overall good experience for an overnight stopover.

Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. Did not eat breakfast so cannot comment on that. Price was great!

Everything was good

The handicap room had grab bars and elevated toilet. The shower was stub/ shower combo, with multiple grab bars and detachable shower head. The tub made it difficult to get in and out but the bars helped. The mattress was a comfort hardness but to hard for me. Breakfast was good with make your own waffles. There were scrambled eggs which were not dry from being out in the warmer to long. There are places in walking distance for meals too. Gas stations are near by and it off the highway 95. You don’t hear the traffic

Very unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate. My room was missing an iron! The front desk person did not care and told me to wait 1.5 hrs until housekeeping arrived. The rooms next to me were empty. His response was “so, there’s nothing he could do.” It wasn’t until I went back after going back to my humid room that I demanded the property manager’s info. Another staff member heard my complaint then went next door to my room and retrieved an iron and she was friendly and apologetic. I had an important event in an hour. He did not care. Check in was unfriendly as well.

The check in was fast and efficient. Clean rooms and facilities The property was quiet and a good value. Bfast was mediocre but for the value of the room it worked well for us for a quick overnight stay.

It was more a vibe thing as I couldn't quite put my finger on it. I felt uncomfortable enough to not use the tub.

Conveniently located off the highway and close enough to Savannah that we could check out this wonderful city before heading to Florida for the weekend.

Wedding Anniversary weekend turn’t Bad

The hotel smelled like mold. The first room we were issued had mold in the bathroom and you could smell it from the vents. I called front desk they were hesitant to give us a new room but they did . That new room was terrible as well it had mold in and on the tub. There were old water stains on the ceiling and a very ragged chair in the room with fabric coming off. There was food left over in the sink and the a/c smelt as if someone had urinated in it . I would like a full refund not a partial. My husband and I were only able to stay that one night , we did not feel safe we also didn’t feel comfortable sleeping the bed so we slept on of a blanket we bought from home . We found another hotel and went there the next morning we check at around 10:00am on Saturday 4/26. This was the worst experience we had ever experienced . This was so unfortunate because this was our wedding anniversary weekend. This hotel was not at all what the website advertised. The room on floor one was 116 I think and the replacement was 323

It needs a bit more cleaning

Stay was great, staff was great, everything was clean. Pool was nice.

It's not the Four Seasons, so don't expect extravagance. The property overall wasn't bad. I slept in a clean, safe room for a decent price.

Terrible hotel and services

The receptionist when we arrived was so rude around 2:00 am was not friendly with us. They need good curtains to block out the light. We couldn't rest because of the light coming from outside. The room has a strong, damp smell mixed with some product that was previously placed in the room. We couldn't sleep, but we were so tired we had to stay, and I woke up congested. The continental breakfast, which wasn't like that, was empty at 8:30, just cereal and something else. They shouldn't lie. It's terrible. I don't recommend that place.

Alot of mold on room ceiling. Shower was full of mold on tub edges and ceiling. Shampoo container empty, hair dryer caught fire.

Quiet and Clean.

Clean and quiet. It is accessible to the highways and short distance to shopping and restaurants.

Great value for the price. Easy access to & from I95 & several restaurants. Decent sized rooms.

We had a very nice day at this hotel, clean and convenient. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Excellent Hotel Stay

Very nice hotel. Easy check in process and lobby had snacks and beer for purchase. Breakfast was typical continental type and was good.

The manager was very helpful. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is in a nice cul de sac with restaurants and other chain hotels. Newly refurbished room. Everything clean. Will stay again. Great rate as well.

The Hotel overall was clean, my room was nice and clean, and the front staff was nice and welcoming. The Fitness Center did have very little equipment if your into exercising while out of town. Even though the hotel was updated you can still tell it is an older hotel. At checkout there was a 'No Vacancy' sign at the front desk, so that says enough in itself. 🙂

I waited over 30 minutes to check in because nobody was present at the front desk. We found the biggest roaches crawling in the room. The beds were not comfortable. I most definitely will not stay at another Clarion again.

Fantastic stay!!! Pool was clean and enjoyable. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

We have stayed here before and will probably stay here again. It is right off I-95, very convenient. There are several good dining options close by. Staff are great. Our room was very clean, breakfast was good. Not as many options as some places but enough to give you a good start to the day. Everything was fresh. Our room was very comfy, plenty of space abd we loved the bathroom.

Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was included and good but once they ran out of food they didn't restock 45 min before breakfast closed. Mini frig worked fine but really needed a defrost. Tv was great and was very pleased it had a sleep timer! Bathroom had handicap accessible shower which was good but it could use a refurb. Price was right and got a good night's sleep.

Upon check in, sheets were dirty. We asked for new sheets and there was no one there to change it so we changed them ourselves. Breakfast was sub par. Pool was nice though.

I love this property! The bed was so comfortable. The property is clean and well maintained. We had a maintenance issue and it was taken care of immediately. Front desk staff are wonderful. We extended our stay 2 more days because we were so relaxed and enjoying our stay! Thank you Clarion point for a wonderful stay

Quick and easy check in. Room is clean and carts were available to take the luggage to the room. Indoor entry, entrance through the lobby.

Choose this hotel because it was close to I95. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. We didn't check out any amenities. We just wanted a good nights sleep.

Good hotel for a weekend stay

Our stay was good, fine for two nights. The surrounding restaurants weren’t the best, pretty run down. But it was off I95 like we needed. No issues with the room. Breakfast was meh, just made mini waffles.

The breakfast was gone when we went to eat & was not re-stocked, so we left to go buy breakfast. We were not last minute because we woke up fairly early.

Terrorized by an elderly couple

Our stay was good until we got a knock on the door on the last morning at the 10:35am from an old couple telling me that I needed to leave and that check out at 10am when clearly the sign posted on the back of the door and in the lobby says 11am checkout. They argued with me until my boyfriend came to the door then they left. The front desk said they knew nothing of the couple then said they couple should’ve known better. Do they live there or something? That didn’t sit well with us AT ALL!!Other than that … The beds are VERY noisy with any slight movement but still comfortable none the less. If you want breakfast be prepared to get it super early because by 7:30 or 8am there is no more and they aren’t making any more either.

Breakfast fell short of adequate.

The guy at check out was very friendly and went smooth. Our room was fine but it seriously felt it needed a deep cleaning . Lots of selection for breakfast.

Hotel was advertised as updated. The lobby was nice but the bathroom was not…mold in corners , chipped bathtub and tub didn’t drain. Gross! Bed was comfortable and sheets were nice. Breakfast could have been better. Carbs galore. No yoghurt, eggs or meat. Will chose another hotel in the area next time.

Can’t believe that this property was rated so well. It was basically an old motel 6 slightly remodeled. The outside looked nice, but the inside was not. Bathroom had a tub that was ancient and gross. When you showered it wouldn’t drain, yuck. Bathroom above the toilet was a hole in the ceiling. Bed and furniture was new and nice. Whole bathroom was gross. Just felt like a facelift but not fully.

Overpriced and Poor Quality My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially given the high price. The walls and ceiling in the room were damp and showed signs of mold, making the environment uncomfortable and unhealthy. The breakfast was equally terrible. The eggs tasted odd, there were no fruits available, and the bread was stale and unappetizing. Everything served was of very poor quality, and we couldn’t eat anything. For the cost of this hotel, I expected much better standards. I would not recommend staying here.

The property is very convenient because it is close to highway. The property is also safe.

Stay was pleasant. Room was clean, property was nothing to brag about but it was good. The only bad thing about the stay was the AC unit. That thing sounded like a freight train every time it came on. My daughter and wife had a tough time sleeping because of how loud it was.

Stay was ok nothing more or less and check in went well with no issues.I would have rate higher for customer service however the hotel front dest staff response was a bit rude when my husband ask a question .Other than that no issues with the hotel our stay was good.

Did not stay at the hotel since the hotels app failed to mention that this hotel is not pet friendly. Couldn’t cancel but will file a claim.

The front desk staff are nice . Place are clean.

We booked a single night stay. Upon entering front desk help April helped to get me booked in. She wasn’t rube but definitely not friendly either. I looked past that because I just wanted to get to my room. Upon entering it was nice and cool already and very clean. Beds were very comfortable water pressure on shower was great. Slept well until 7 am. Then all hell broke loose. We were on 2nd floor and urniture was being drug back and fourth across the floor above us. It was so loud it woke us both up. We waited a few minutes and it continued. We called front desk to help get assistance but it continued. Finally at 7:30 ish my husband went to the front desk. My one hope for this stay was just to sleep in. I hadn’t had that ability in months. Nope it continued until almost 8 am. By that time we weren’t going back to sleep. We decided to just get breakfast and leave. However the only hot food being offered was biscuits and gravy and there was only 1 biscuit. The person helping with breakfast was rude and was like” I guess I’ll have to make more biscuits” I told her don’t bother we wouldn’t be eating and just left..

Nice for a cheap hotel!

Okay place for just overnight. Would have liked it better if the toilet paper wasn't like sand paper and if the breakfast buffet had just a few more choices, like yogurt. The staff were great, though!

Disability beward

Front desk woman was rude & lacked any people skills. I had to jump through hoops to allow legitimatel service dog to join me on my stay. Ask for an handicapped room. She igmored my request without a wotd.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, good water pressure, soft towels. Breakfast choices were waffles, hot or cold cereal, fruit, bread, muffins, biscuits and gravy. We had trouble opening the door to our room; the key reader was finicky. Reported that issue so hopefully they’ll fix it. Close to several dining options. All in all it’s a decent place.

I had a wonderful experience here, checked in around 10pm and the young lady at the front desk was super kind and helpful, my room & bed were perfectly clean and I was really looking to make sure there wasn't anything nasty. I stayed for three nights and on the second morning room cleaning came by and knocked but me & my partner were still in bed so I just said no thanks and assumed they would just skip our room, came back later that night and they had cleaned for us at some point in the day. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience except for the fact that the vending machine ate my quarters lol.

I did not like the idea that I had to put a 100.00 dollars deposit down. I think that I should have been notified about this in advance. It was not a problem, but I should have been notified up front.

The staff was very friendly (Patel kept the breakfast buffet stocked up and she did check-ins at the same time) and the housekeeping manager was extremely helpful in getting us towels for the room and for the pool. The room was very clean and comfortable and the only thing that could possibly change is more hot food items for the breakfast buffet. But we will definitely stay again.

This was a nice moderate hotel along I95. The room was clean, the pool nice. There was a nice continental breakfast given in the lobby.

The property was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We could walk to a restaurant for dinner which was convenient. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.

The cleaning staff and daytime staff were great. The overnight clerk had an awful attitude. She double charged me for our room and not only did she not apologize, she started talking about my children who are only 1 and 3 because they ran down the hallway. We felt very uncomfortable coming back to the room for the duration of our trip. We tried to stay away until our children were sleepy.

Beds were great and clean. The air conditioning was irregular, old, and very noisy. I only got 2 hrs. Sleep because of the noise and the heat in the room. There was much more noticeable dirt than I wanted to see. Coffee was cold and ran out. Not a great selection for breakfast. I wouldn't go back.
