Great location and staff

Staff was helpful rooms were as expected and clean.

A lovely little inn style room. Very cute and near to the main part of town. No parking with our room which was a shame but would definitely stay again. Lovely hosts too.

Very nice stay, quiet room with nice bed and decoration.

Overall it was a good stay. Two issues I should point out: The air conditioner needs updated as it is very noisy and didn’t function efficiently. The second is the room size but one expects that in ptown.

The Inn is beautiful and impeccably clean. The owner and manager couldn’t have been any nicer. The location is perfect. We loved our stay.

This cute little charming Inn was a wedding gift for my daughter. They had the best time during their stay. Central to everything and more😁😁

This property is located just one block off of commercial street and a short walk to all of the restaurants, bars, and shops. The house is nicely renovated and the rooms were comfortable and had a fridge, which was a plus. There is a nice deck area and porch area. The staff was mostly there to assist with questions and to serve the continental breakfast, which was done as an individual to-go bag. Overall I found this property to be a great stay for a good value.

A CHARMing Place to Stay

A beautiful gyesthouse close to Conmercial St and easy drive to Herring Cove beach. This was our 1st trip to Provincetown abd Charm was a great part of tgat experience. The took incredible precautions to keep us safe during this pandemic.

easy walk to everything in Provincetown! Luis was very nice. Very quiet location, with a pretty front enclosed porch as well as a very nice back deck with a sorts of comfortable seating. Would definitely stay there again! You wont be disappointed.

Great location and friendly staff. Bed was super comfy. A bit of a mildew smell in the room, you could hear other people going up and down stairs, AC didn’t work that well and snack options were very limited. Overall felt like it was overpriced for what it delivered.

Although the room was older, the owners informed us we happened to be in the last remaining room to be fixed up. It was still very clean & charming - lots of room for two. The facilities are pretty nice, although small - nice back deck & front porch. Very comfortable!

Very easy walk to town...parking on property was ok...walk in shower was really great for us seniors....

Great stay in P-Town for our first night until our Airbnb became available. Host was welcoming and friendly. The place is clean and well appointed. Conveniently located just east of CVS on Bradford and close to everything in town.

Good location to downtown. Breakfast disappointing. Chose the egg selection. Was nothing but a hard boiled egg, 2 cutie tomatoes and a couple of small pieces of carrots. O

Rooms and amenities were great and spotless. Breakfast is not a traditional sit down. They deliver it to you in a bag at the time of your choosing. If you like to mingle with other guests then it may not be the place for you. I actually liked the privacy.

The hotel was lovely, very clean and the staff was AMAZING. We throughly enjoyed our stay, snd will be recommending Charm to all our friends!!

Charm is charming!

First time in ptown and this was the perfect place to stay. One block from commercial street and down the street from the pilgrim museum. Charm is an old house that is beautifully decorated. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The light breakfast was perfect and nicely served to the room.

Cozy guesthouse in the heart of Provincetown

I stayed at Charm for three nights with my girlfriend on a recent vacation. The hotel is a short walk (i.e. one street over) from the shops, restaurants, and bars on Commercial Street. There is parking at the hotel, it is possible to walk every where in town (weather permitting). The room we had was a decent size and had a private bathroom (a big plus when staying at a guesthouse in the Cape). Don, the manager, was great at checking us in and giving us ideas for things to do around town. They even provide a light breakfast delivered to your room in the morning and umbrellas for when it rains. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Provincetown.

Charm is delightful! It features beautiful decor and very comfortable common areas inside and out. The bed was very comfortable and linens were soft and high quality--much appreciated. Don provided a thorough, personal orientation to the property and our room. The location is great, 1 block off of Commercial Street and near Provisions for good sandwiches to go. I will stay here again.

Good hotel in a great places, Room comfortable, good breakfast delivered to your room each day. Coffee and tea always available.

The environment was very relaxing. We enjoyed our few days here.

Bed and breakfast in the center of P-Town

Charm is a nice bed & breakfast in the center of town on Bradford Street. The host was extremely nice and very helpful. The breakfasts were pretty good. The rooms were kind of small. Good place for the price as the hotels are double the cost.

Absolutely CHARMing

My husband and I stayed here for one overnight and couldn’t have been happier. Located just steps away from the heart of Ptwon, this lovey bed and breakfast was just what we were looking for. Don was very welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable and the back deck was a great place to relax and eat our delicious breakfast on Sunday morning. Can’t wait for our next stay!

This adorable place was amazing! The bed was extremely comfy. The entire place was very clean and welcoming. The small breakfast items were delicious. Favorite thing was the "tree top" patio which was a beautiful view of the Pilgrim Monument. Every place was in walking distance (we left the car parked all weekend) and there was a little store 2 houses away.

Amazing. Don went out of his way to make sure we had everything we wanted. He even went out and got cocoa for us.

Nice B& B

Nice B&B close to town, but still in a nice quiet neighborhood.. I thought I had beautifully soft sheets at home but Charm beat me there. The room was immaculate. Don was very accomodating and we enjoyed our stay

Definitely charming

Our stay at Charm was delightful. Don, the manager was lovely, extremely helpful and Gave us good suggestions of restaurants and assistance with transportation. Loved having coffee/ tea available 24/7. The location is perfect, right in the center of Provincetown, one block off the main shopping street. The room was beautifully clean with good natural light, The bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment.
