Loved the location. Was quiet and the garden surrounds were in full Autumn colour

Cozy cabin, with all the essentials, nice touches like cooking basics and chocolates. Enjoyed having the space of the garden., welcoming staff.

The place is desserted and super quiet. The garden is full of rubbish and over grown. Other than meeting the receptionist for 10 minutes when checking in we had not seen any staff at all. Absolutely no service for the two days we stayed. For the price we paid we could have stayed in a 5 star resort in the area. The receptionist wouldn't even see us when we depart .

Quiet and private in a lovely setting. Everything we needed was there. Bright was at its best with the autumn colours. Loved the canyon walk.

Situated around 2kms from the heart of Bright, is this lovely country property. Nestled amongst meandering gardens with views of the golf course. The cabbins are clean and inviting. Staff are friendly, informative and welcoming. Amenities include: Lindt chocolates and assorted nuts on arrival. Well stocked tea and coffee station. Full kichen including dishwasher. Continental breakfast, cheese platters and BBQ packs available. Hair dryer, iron, washing machine. Reverse cycle aircon. Electric blankets, winter level duvet. Bike hire, Wifi, DVD'S. Cons: The bed and pillows were firm (bring your own pillows if you prefer soft). Sofa and cushions are also firm.

We loved our 2 night stay. Our little chalet was perfect for us, very cute. Chocolates and nuts on arrival, a washing machine was very useful and lovely plunger coffee. It was an excellent base to explore Bright and surrounds. We’d definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends.

The property is set in a tranquil surroundings, the walking path is excellent. Clean and well presented.

Enjoyed the location, halfway between Bright and Porepunkah. Staff were helpful facilities were clean and operational. Only complaint was the WiFi, which barely worked and the internet and phone coverage was frustrating.

only there 3 nights. well equipped kitchen, with coffee plunger and grounds and a tea pot - all important to us. clean and comfy, but a little squishy overall. a larger balcony and living area would be good, but all OK. we had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Chalets very private; located in tranquil; bird filled gardens just outside of Bright. Hostess very friendly and informative. Definitely would return.

It was a cute little property tucked away from the Main Street. Enjoyed every bit of it. Amenities were great and it was clean. The only improvement for me would be the WiFi service. It was pretty weak and there was no 3g or 4g data coverage too, which would have been fine if wifi was working properly.

Not my cup of tea

Not my cup of tea... I ended up sharing same house with other guests. Our walk in, was through the house not through a straight entrance to the room. I got to see a ery unorganised place. My anxiety kicked in and had to leave and spend the night some place else.

Fantastic Chalets Lumineux, Fabulous. In October 2019 we stayed 3 nights in 1 bedroom Chalet 1, the best of the chalets, overlooking the quiet golf course. A most amazing place to stay. So quiet, peaceful, lots of birds and beautiful flowers. Everything was provided as well as extras like chocolates, washing machine and washing powder. Sitting on the deck was pure heaven. We wish we could have stayed longer and really hope to come back. We definitely recommend these chalets. Great value and everything provided. The chalets are a few minutes out of beautiful Bright, a delightful town with great restaurants, wonderful walks along the river and lots of activities for kids of all ages. We can't say enough about these chalets but a big thank you thank you! Ann

Self contained chalets in a beautiful and tranquil setting

Was great pet friendly for our little dog. We enjoy the place very clean and friendly staff. Location isn’t too bad

Welcoming host and well maintained property. The little touches of complimentary snacks left a good impression. Very comfortable and clean.

Warm and Cozy little cottages

Cozy little self contained cottages. Placed in a small garden zone. Backside of Golf court where you can put up a chair and enjoy the sun, very relaxing. Pros - Quite, peaceful, cozy & warm chalets. Cons - Poor internet / wifii signal. Not much toiletries. Please carry your own Shampoo. Self contained so no room service.

The unit was very crammed, no room totally overpriced for what was included. It was very clean, but the bed was only double not Queen as mentioned.

Visit to Bright for the Autumn Festival

We had lovely stay and the chalets were wonderful. The gardens around the chalets are lovely and it was very quiet and peaceful. Julie, the host was very welcoming and helpful.

Quite Location and restful

We stayed in the 2 Bedroom house and were a little disappointed that the beds were not that comfortable. For the amount of money you pay the King Bed was too short in length which is very unusual so my husband ended up having to sleep in other room in Queen bed for the length. House was clean and warm but bed has a lot of pull as far as accommodation is concerned for us.

Out of town in very nice setting. Would recommend for a very quite peaceful setting.

Classy, friendly country accommodation

Lovely quiet, private country setting; comfortable cottages with plenty of room; very friendly and amenable hosts. Would definitely stay here again. Would definitely advise taking the cheese plate option!

Cosy, Clean Accommodation

The accommodation is a bit out of town but the room was very clean and comfortable. It is an ideal place for nature lovers.

Impromptu visit to Bright

Our travel was a spur of the moment decision to have a night away. My partner and I (unknowingly) happened to choose the day before a large motoring event weekend, so accommodation was not easy to find. The town was already bubbling over with people and their specialized cars, so a lovely festive atmosphere prevailed on the Thursday/Friday. Spring was at its peak and the trees and gardens lovely. Town beautification works are now complete so there are lots of places to sit and watch the passing parade. Walking, driving, fishing and cycling facilities are very accessible, with restaurants, cafes and wineries in town and nearby in the countryside.

Nice and cosy

Good location - 5 mins drive from town centre. Rooms were smaller than I expected, but it had pretty much everything you would need. Will recommend to others.

Lovely hotel, staff are excellent, grounds and location are really beautiful. Highly recommended at this price point.

A Night in the Chateau

Arrived at about 8pm on a cold winter's night to be met by Andrew the gardener who helped us move our belongings to our chalet. The accommodation was very satisfactory with plenty of makings for our breakfast. However it was the morning that provided a pleasant surprise with a great outlook across landscaped gardens to the golf course. Local bird life added to the vista.

A disappointing stay

On entering reception, there was no-one at the desk. Had to wait 5 minutes until finally the gardener man came and went to find the owner. Our room wasn't ready, even though we were half an hour later arriving than expected. The owner's kitchen (benches full of dirty dishes) was seen from the reception desk. The shared lounge room was old, very dusty and tv not working. Not at all inviting. Overpriced compared to other accommodation during our holidays.

Close to Bright Town Centre and great vineyards

Super helpful staff and beautiful room. We stayed in the main house and our room was lovely, spacious and very clean.

Small cabin in garden setting

Advertised for $90 on last minute - but then charged $180. Lovely shady spot - good facilities - but not worth $180. Missing a few basic things like shampoo and conditioner.

Peaceful and comfy unit

Very clean and well equipped little unit perfect for 2. We were disappointed we didn't have a verandah like the other units that would have improved our rating considerably. Also some lace curtains would have been good for privacy. A beautiful walk into town. The gardens need some work definitely don't look like the photos and hosts could have been a bit friendlier though did come and let us in when we locked ourselves out.

Beautifully equipped accommodation.

Overlooking the golf course with views to the hills the accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. Took some friends with us who loved Chalets Lumineux as well. Highly recommended.
