Value & quality hotel, modern, in the town heart

A very good hotel at a good value price. Lots to like about this hotel: terrific central location, close to railway station and in the centre of the old city; good hospitality; quiet location; helpful staff; great self-catering facilities (we cooked two meals while there, as a break from restaurant food); solid breakfast included (not spectacular, but a nice extra); spacious and well equipped bathrooms; good large rooms. Nothing really to complain about. Our room was not serviced during our 2-day trip, but we could have asked for that, had we known it wasn’t automatic. Would definitely return, they have a great value model!

Love it here

Room was large, clean, quiet, light, with fun colors to brighten your mood. Staff was excellent. Very close/walkable to the train station, and right on the edge of the old town, so excellent location. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel

Central location. Lots of supermarkets and eateries around. Cooking facility and laundry facilities were amazing. Comfortable room and bed. Suitable for long term stay.

Room was not cleaned every day, but only communicated later it was done every 3 days. I found it inconvenient for the price paid

Overall, it was an excellent stay. We stayed here for 3 nights. It is centrally located and everything in Leipzig is within walking distance from the hotel. Our room was spacious and it had everything we needed. It is more of an apartment-style hotel. The hotel offers cleaning every 2 days. If you need anything for your room, you are asked to go to the front desk to pick it up yourself.

Frasers is a home away from home. We have always felt welcomed no matter which Frasers we stay at. Please continue with the hospitality culture that is so much a part of you. The room is very clean and comfortable and has everything one needs. Being able to wash our laundry is a big bonus.

They only clean the rooms every two days. So if you stay for a long weekend (3 days), they never make your room. If you need new towels, you'll need to call reception.

I appreciated this place so much. Love it !!

Gorgeous hotel worst costumer service

Even though the room was amazingly beautiful and extremly clean the stuff was rude and slow for small requests during our stay. Never had such an awful experience at a hotel in years of travelling worldwide.

They've thought of all the details

This was a really lovely place to stay. Spacious, comfortable beds, good bathroom. It also includes some kitchen facilities - fridge/freezer, hobs and microwave - there's a universal plug socket for the benefit of international visitors alongside USB charging ports and thick curtains in case you want to sleep in. The lobby has a pool table and two table football tables that are free to use.

Great location, parking available, friendly and fast check in and very clean rooms.

City trip

Spacious rooms, modern look, sofa looked stylish but not as comfortable, clean, balcony huge. Location ideal as not far to train station or old town. The limited cleaning during our stay due to Corona I did not understand really but as it was a short trip so one day without somebody checking things was fine. Not sure if visitors pay less for less service though. All in all nice apartment. Can recommend staying there.

The property was very new and modern. We had a roomy studio apartment with king-size bed, nice large bathroom, and sink, stove-top and microwave in the room, plenty of storage space. The view wasn't great (the internal courtyard). One deficiency, there was only one chair and two would have been better. The internet was fast and easy to connect to. There were washing machines and driers on the eight floor which was a bonus, especially useful for travellers like us with a four week programme. The hotel was very well situated with respect ot the train and tram stations, and the Old Town.

Romantic weekend in Leipzig

Great friendly staff. They even gave us late check out for free. Big, comfortable, and clean rooms. Perfect location, in the altstadt near the central station, for exploring Leipzig.

너무 좋았어요!! 깔끔하고 사진에서 본 그대로여서 아주 만족했습니다 혼자 여행하는거라 걱정이 많았는데 아주 멋지고 안전하고 조용했습니다. 이번에도 또 여행할때 이용하고 싶습니다!

Aus unererklärlichen Gründen wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt dasZimmer

Für zwei Übernachtungen war es Top.

Direkt im Zentrum alles fussläufig erreichbar! Garagenplätze leider mit 30 limitiert - empfehle Q-Park gleich daneben fürs Parken oder gleiche Kette Augustusplatz beim Gewandhaus ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß um 20€ je Tag

Prima accomodatile voor een verblijf in Leipzig!! Ruime kamers, goede bedden en goed ontbijt!!

Leider werden die E-Ladesäulen im Parkhaus regelmäßig (jeden Tag) von nich E-Fahrzeugen zugeparkt. Und das schlimmste es sind auch teilweise die Mitarbeiter...

Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend, die Lage wunderbar und unser Zimmer schön ruhig. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen für alle, die sich einen entspannten und zentralen Leipzig Urlaub wünschen.

Wunderschöne, moderne Zimmer..tolles großes Bad mit schöner Dusche, sehr viel Platz. Bett etwas zu weich für meinen Geschmack..das Frühstück war super. Sehr lecker! Lage ebenfalls top! 👍 Absolut empfehlenswert.

Schon einige Hotels in Leipzig ausprobiert, das Capri war mit Abstand das Beste. Insbesondere mit Kind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Räume haben Platz zum spielen, die Küchenzeile ist sehr praktisch und der Service super.

Sehr gute Ausstattung der Zimmer, gemütliches Bett, sehr sauber und der Service ist super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Raumgröße und Ausstattung mit kleiner Küchenzeile war sehr komfortabel und gibt einen rctra Szern.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Leipziger Hauptbahnhof. Die kleine Kochnische ist sicher praktisch für längere Aufenthalte. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal

Poor parking management

Nice, clean hotel with a good location. But … It says there is parking and a charging station for electric cars, but when we arrive everything is occupied, including the charging stations. When we walk past the charging stastions in the parking garage, we saw that they Weber occupied by cars that didn’t charge and even worse by cars that weren’t electric cars. It should be stated that there is limited parking and charging places. It also says that the hotel has a restaurant, but it should say that it is only a breakfast restaurant. In addition, the employee at the reception was not very informative and we had to drag information from her and finally find answers ourselves on the internet. We only chose the hotel based on the charging option but were very disappointed.

너무너무너무 좋습니다. 저희는 밤새 flix bus를 타고 와서 지쳐있었는데 early check-in을 해주셔서 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 숙소는 사진과 동일했고, 예쁜 가구와 청결한 침구 및 수건이 준비되어 있었습니다. 방은 아주 넓었습니다. Gewandhaus에서 가까워서 공연 관람 후 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 모든 스텝들이 친절하고 완벽하며 저는 이 호텔을 사랑합니다. 라이프치히에 다시 온다면 무조건 여기 머물 것 입니다.

Ha sido uno de los mejores lugares que hemos dormido en Alemania, habitación con cocina, perfecta, romántica, decorada con mucho gusto. El personal de recepción un encanto, muy amables, nos dejaron salir un poco mas tarde de la habitación, en el hall hay té caliente de cortesía siempre. Me arrepentí de n habernos quedado mas noches.

Mein erster Besuch im Capri by Fraser, gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Man sollte auf ein Zimmer zum Innenhof buchen. Zur Straße, ist es schon lauter.

Top Unterkunft

Sehr gute Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Leipzig. Sehr saubere und große Zimmer mit Küche und schönem Bad. Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee steht bereit. Das Bett ist bequem, sogar die Kissen sind ok. Preis für die Garage (15 €) ist auch noch in Ordnung. Bisher mein Favorit für Leipzig.

Unterkunft ist klasse. Zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof Leipzig ca. 2-3 Minuten. In der Umgebung viele Lokalitäten & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ca. 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt. Liegt sehr zentral. Zimmer war leider auf der Seite wo die Straßenbahn fährt. Wer keine Probleme mit etwas Lärm hat, passt das vollkommen. Ansonsten ggf Ohrenstöpsel einpacken. Hotel insgesamt sauber und das Zimmer ordentlich und modern.

Wir waren zu zweit für zwei Nächte im Capri. Wir können nur Positives berichten. Vorher am Telefon bzgl. einem barrierefreien Zimmer nachgefragt, dies wurde sofort bei der Reservierung vermerkt. Das Personal war mega freundlich, das Hotel in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand und das Zimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und es wird beim nächsten Leipzigaufenthalt sicherlich bei der Wahl des Hotel ganz oben stehen.

Sehr sauber, großes Zimmer mit einer kleinen Kochnische, Wasserkocher. Bequeme Betten. Lediglich ein teurer Abstellplatz für das Auto, aber das ist hier wohl so.

Clean and comfortable

Gutes Hotel in Leipzig's Zentrum. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, trotz Zentrumsnähe. Wir hatten ein Appartement, sehr wohnlich eingerichtet und mit der Miniküche hat man alles, was man für einen Wohlfühl-Aufenthalt braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich Zeit genommen für Reisetipps. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr kleines und enges Parkhaus. Reinigung ist oberflächlich, kein Nachfüllen von Tee usw. Heizung wird vom Personal ausgemacht und wenn man dann ins Zimmer zurückkommt, muss man frieren. Aufzug fährt nur mit Karte und nur auf eine Etage.
