All great Nice staff Great breakfast, buy at hotel Gym is nice but check the time availability and you need a key from receptionist

New room are excellent

Great stay for my simple needs. Reduced marks due to the microwave and tea pot being broken. The tea kettle specifically electrocuted me so that should probably be looked at. Staff was super helpful and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Where to start? Well.as with all Riyadh hotels ive stayed in the reception area was immaculate with marbel everywhere. Reception staff at check in friendly enough. I booked a junior suite as i was staying 19 days and wanted a kitchen - kitchen not very good.no oven very few utensils and only a tiny fridge. I had to ask for a bigger fridfe which they eventually did get for me.fire alarn went off 5 times during my stay and numerous other guests tried coming into my room. During my stay room was cleaned only 4 times and each of these times i had to ask There is a park facing the hotel and a festival is ongoing, very very load music till 1am sometimes. Also says hotel is connected to a mall - it isnt.its about a 5 minute walk away.

Below expectations

1- check in was disaster 2- thé room cleaning quality was below expectations although we had deluxe suite 3- Receiption staff more like a robot than anything. 4- swimming pool open till 6 pm only 5- charges us twice

Good size room but could be better

Only stayed for 1 night,.so.dofficult to give a full review. Positives: it was a suite,.so.large reception room, kitchenette with hotplate and microwave, next to Al Qasr mall. Negatives:. Hot water pressure was a trickle at best, WiFi wouldn't allow VPN connection so unable to access work files, kitchenette was a little tired with burn marks on the worktops and cabinets old, TV channels poor.

When we arrived for check in they couldn't find our booking it took long for them to finally find it. Then our room was never cleaned, dust bins never changed for a period of stay which was three nights, no toilet paper, i had to buy my own. We requested for an extra blanket and plate and were told its not available. No meals were offered to us, not even breakfast. I regret staying there. Could have chosen a cheaper place instead.

Need to improve

Service not ok! I don’t rate this hotel as 4 stars. It deserves 3. Slow internet!

The beds are comfortable. The location was good. The staff very helpful. However maintenance of the room not good. The microwave didn’t work. Also the kitchen fan and bathroom fans didn’t work. There is a strip of wood not repaired around edge of kitchen floor. It was a continual tripping hazard. I must say they did fix the kitchen items for us. Even with the difficulty we had I would still recommend this hotel. Like all the boudl it is a comfortable stay.

The location is great by having nearby services like restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery as well as AlQasir shopping mall.

Uncomfortable hotel

Hotel room is different from photograph. Room floor is too sticky and all facility is old fashioned. My family was uncomfortable for this journey due to this hotel. I don't recommend.

I have stayed here before, and this hotel is still maintaining its condition. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. Free parking and plenty of taxis in the area.

Never to stay here again

This was my second stay and the horrible service me compelled me to make it my last. I will never stay at this property again, ever. Why? 1: restaurant staff is clueless, very unprofessional and rude. In fact, they lied to me that "my food was delivered to the room but brought back since I didn't answer the door..." Wrong! A person named 'Jerome' even mocked me and made fun of me because he, for some reason, accompanied his colleague to bring back the food; good that was never even brought to my room to begin with. 2: they only have a couple of items listed among many items on the menu. A complete misrepresentation. 3: the food is not good at all. The person taking order for room service never gets the order correctly and made mistakes on regular basis. They should shut down this restaurant. 4: internet service is very bad. They give you a password upon check-in but the funny part is that the network in room never asks for password. I mentioned this to the front desk and they acted clueless. I complained and requested that my issue is addressed and no one ever showed up. I was always told on the phone that okay sir no problem but it's all forgotten. 5: the housekeeping manager, Noor, is very unprofessional and rude. 6: I must give lots of credit to the housekeeping cleaning staff, very nice guys, polite, and excellent in their work.

Modern Spacious Hotel

Very nice spacious modern rooms. Good service from Staff and very friendly. Clean in all aspects. I will book there again every time I visit Riyadh.

Does Not Have Adult Swimming Pool!!!!

Average hotel for the money paid, the Swimming pool was only for kids, and they told us that on the reception after booking, they should make this clearer on the Booking web portal. One person works on the coffee shop, it takes more than an hour to get the morning coffee!!

It's a new hotel, but needs a better management!

For 1 night I survived! It's a new hotel and is not well managed. The restaurant service, room service is poor, I had to request towells, toilet papier, the water pressure is low at 3rd floor, the lift is very noise.

جيده .. الاستقبال والتعامل رائعين .. الغرفه تتوفر فيها كل الاحتياجات من ادوات المطبخ والحمام .. الانترنت بطيء .. ومواقف السيارات غير جيده تمنيت لو كانت مظلله على الاقل السارع الرئيسي مزدحم بشكل مزعج بسبب سوق القصر بشكل يخليك تفكر تطلع من الفندق او ترجع في اي وقت غير اوقات الذروه للسوق .. مثلا الظهر او اخر الليل

سيء إجمالاً

صحيح إن المبنى جديد والأثاث لا بأس به ، لكن بالنسبة للغرف المطلة على الشارع الرئيسي فالازعاج يستمر حتى بعد منتصف الليل ولا يوجد عزل للصوت الخارجي ، هنلك كوفي شوب في داخل الفندق خدمته زفت فوق ما تتخيل وأسلوب تعامل سيء للغاية ، لن أقيم في هذا الفندق مرة أخرى ...
