The room was a blend between a hotel and an apartment. The location was nice and accessible. Had a great stay.

Great location, wonderful staff great wifi

Brilliant location, just a 5-10mins walk from Central Train station, Market Hall, Esplanade and all shoppinh malls. Communication is great, easy to check-in/out and "Bob" is always responsive to my queries. We had a wonderful 3N stay at Bob.W Kluvvi.

We had a great stay here. Good value for that you pay in an excellent location. Check in and all communication were fantastic.

Good location but didn't expect a flight of stairs before the entrance. There's alternative route but was following the gps. No view but not a big problem as we seldom in room. Room is slightly small but not an issue. The area around Bob is dirty but uncontrollable by the property. Will recommend Bob to budget travellers.

A very comfortable and easy choice for Helsinki

So easy with electronic check in, door keys, luggage store and ordering breakfast. Love having the yoga mat and there was a kitchen available if we had wanted. The most valuable was that I could communicate with BobW easily via WhatsApp with very prompt responses

Enjoyed our staying

Wonderful location in the heart of Helsinki city center. Close to everything a traveler needs. Would highly recommend to everyone and would stay here again the next time we come to Helsinki. Room was clean and their luggage storage was great to have so didn’t need to lug our bags everywhere as we waited for our train.

The best was the ammenities

The property was clean, quiet and accessible by code as promised. There are 2 areas that could be improved. The building is tucked away and doesn’t have visible signage from the street- my taxi into the city had difficulties finding it. Perhaps use landmarks and more explicit instructions on the website for drivers to find. Also, my taxi app didn’t work, and there was no “front desk “ assistance. I luckily got help from other guests who helped guide the Uber driver to our destination. I had called the Bob W line but got no answer, so had to rely on other guests for assistance. The guests were a great help, and eased what was otherwise a stressful situation.

a good hotel. Basic, with what is necessary for a quiet stay. I really liked the kitchen and its concept of common services. nice and comfortable! It has no reception, which can be challenging to access if one is not good with technology. great for young people!

Super clean, confortable bed. Room was a bit smaller than expected. Was expecting a rectangular desk to work on, instead it was a round small table.

Although there is no check-in desk like hotels, the support is excellent, I’d recommend this place to people who want to stay in Helsinki, well done Bob W😃

Very cozy and central

Excellent and convenient, especially if you need to travel by train or bus daily. Easy and simple - loved the yoga mat and twa and chocolate!

Easy check in and check out. Like the extra perks provided, like charger, polaroid camera, free laundry facility. Very convenient location and very compact but practical layout of the hotel room.

Average- Space smaller than depicted in marketing materials. Staff was very responsive and helpful.

bed bugs

likely bed bugs in our bed. my partner and I both developed many red bites on our legs/arms during the 24-hours following our night at Bob W. the bites look more like bed bug bites than mosquito, flea, or spider bites so we think this is the likely cause.

We had to change to this hotel after arriving at another with was disgusting. This was a pleasant surprise! Clean, safe and love that they support local from their coffee and room furniture to local businesses and even time in the local gym! Amazing location also!

The property was very clean and looked really nice. All of the basic needs are covered and the apartment is very bright. I'd definitely recommend booking it. For the hosts maybe a few minor possible points of improvement (none of these impacted our stay negatively): - Some information on garbage disposal might be good as we left all there in the bags given we had no clue where to go with it. - A basic "automatic" coffee maker / dripper would be good. A lot of rookies like us have to google how to use a manual dripper. Nothing fancy needed thought. - Doors of bathroom and toilet are nigh on impossible to close - The smart lock is sound activated which means it triggers also if you are in the apartment and there is noise. Is there an option potentially to keep it locked until you are out ? All in all a great stay !

チェックイン72時間前にホテルからメールがくるとエクスペディアから案内されていたが来なかった。 また入室に必要なパスコードでは ホテル内には入れたが、部屋には入れなかった。それは私達だけでなく困ってる人が他にもいた。設備はとてもよいホテルだが、 チェックインに不安定さがあるのは残念。

Kokemus oli erinomainen. Arvostamme erityisesti sitä, että tiloissa oli kaikki tarvittavat (vauvansänky, tuoli ja kylpyamme, keittiössä kaikki fasiliteetit, pesukone ja extraa (ruokaa jääkaapissa, pesuainetta jne.). Myös sijainti on loistava. Tulemme varmasti uudestaan.

Well equipped room facing a very noisy street, but with excellent soundprotecting windows. Stayed during an unusually hot period so being able to sleep with open windows in the absence of aircon would have been nice. However, an efficient fan was available, The Social kitchen concept is really great with options to prepare breakfast nearly for free.

And also this that you share with others and the and coffe included, very nice The refill of the flushing of the toilet was slow needs to be fixed Otherwise highley recomended stay.

Excelente escolha

Estadia muito boa, bom tamanho do apartamento, chuveiro excelente, quarto com café e chá a disposição (faz toda diferença), além do delicioso chocolate que nos dão de boas vindas. Localização excelente e comunicação com o anfitrião rápida e eficiente. Agradeço e voltarei, sem dúvida.

Super Lage im Zentrum Helsinki

Das Zimmer ist sehr liebevoll und mit den Dingen ausgestattet, welche man für einen Städtetrip benötigt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal und das Preis Leistung Verhältnis hat uns sehr überzeugt. Die Lüftung und der Kühlschrank waren sehr laut und raubte mir somit den Schlaf.

Somebody lived upstairs was noisy, but luckyly not at the night. Otherwise everything was fine!

Plasseringen var utmerket. Kult konsept. Fint å slippe nøkkel til rom og ytterdør. Gode senger og dusj. Humoristiske beskjeder, morsomt med polaroidkamera der man kunne ta bilder. Barna likte tv-spillene fra 1980-tallet. Felles kjøkken var flott og det var tilbud om mat der. Litt trangt for tre voksne i rommet "Roomey"

Viajamos con un bebé y Bob nos puso todas las facilidades: cuna, trona, compró una bañera con reductor para el bebé, y hasta leche en polvo especial para el pequeño! Una pasada! La habitacion amplia, limpia y con muchos detalles con mucho gusto: chocolate y cafe especial, una camara instantanea para poder hacer fotos, una videoconsola por si te aburres en el piso...😆 La comunicacion con Bob muy buena y rapida, en cuanto escribes con cualquier duda, al segundo te contesta. Muy bien todo. Nos sentimos mejor que en casa, repetiremos seguro.
