El hotel está bien. El desayuno buffet es pequeño pero ofrece muchas alternativas ya que hay una estación de preparación de huevo al gusto. Las habitaciones son amplias y en general muy bien. El personal muy amable

Good hotel at affordable price

The service was very nice, I went with my family I did not have any problems, they have enough parking lot for your car. The breakfast was really good, they even have a person to do fresh omelettes, the way you wanted. The room was good, clean, no strange odors.

Fue excelente, me gusta su comodidad, su desayuno, sus habitaciones siempre limpias.

By far the best hotel to stay at in Cd Victoria. Huge rooms, awesome water pressure and the hot breakfast was great. Immediately behind the hotel Is a small Restaurant called “ Flauta Mágica”. The best flour tortillas tacos ever. Also a very convenient OXXO stores next to that for ur convince groceries and beer needs. Enjoyed our 4 day stay with my family. We got two suites

No estaba funcionando la calefacción en la habitación la noche estuvo fría ,y el cuarto frío .no descanse bien con frío

The staff was friendly as always, the room was spacious and clean, but I would not trust the room coffee maker under any circumstances. If you have to say connected or work online I would skip this hotel. I asked for help twice, each time they said "we would send someone up" to fix it, but they never showed up. The Wifi was and is almost non-existent in the corner rooms and fiar at best in other rooms I was in. I stayed at this hotel twice over 10 years ago and it had the same issues back then. Nice staff, but I will not be back

Was only looking for a quiet night in a clean room for our family, ours was recently renovated and fresh.

Excellent garage, breakfast, and staff.

The breakfast was amazing—the best I’ve had in all of Mexico. Staff was extremely friendly, and ample unground parking.

The hotel is old. The breakfast is a buffet end it is good. The rooms were comfortable. The hotel is located in the center of town. Free parking right across the street from hotel.

You have to wake up very early in order to get the included breakfast. I got there at 9:30 (they close the buffet at 10) and there were very few options and they were not going to refill. But overall is fairly ok.

Me hubiera gustado que tuviera más cajones, los que había (solo 2) eran demasiado pequeños y también que hubiera caja fuerte y un pequeño refrigerador para poder conservar bebidas o alimentos que requieran refrigeración

Las instalaciones están muy limpias, y todo el servicio en general estuvo perfecto el almuerzo muy completo sin duda regresaremos

Una muy grata sorpresa.. las instalaciones en excelentes condiciones. Lugar acogedor, muy buena atención, cama comoda, habitaciones sin ruido para descansar agusto..

Solo el inconveniente de que la llave dek cuarto se desactiva y tienes que bajar a recepción a qué la habiliten nuevamente y rn la regadera NO hay mas espacio para poner nuestro shampoo y jabón personal

Todo bien, solo que en la noche no salía agua caliente, me supongo había demanda, salió fría, horario aprox 9 pm, de todo lo demás, muy bien. gracias.
