Wonderful!

This B&B was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, we stayed in the Nelson. Pillows and bed were very good. Cute little pub next door was a nice touch.

Very comfortable, tasteful rooms, spacious and contemporary...would definitely stay again when in area. Breakfast perfect and staff extremely friendly and helpful

Martyn was really helpful and gave lots of great suggestions on places to go. The room was lovely and very clean and breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

It was so good I almost didn’t want to do a review as don’t want to find I can’t get in when next back in the area! :) Fantastic accommodation, with 1st class caring and attentive service….. and a breakfast to die for. I certainly can’t wait to return! Top marks to Martyn and his team and thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing stay will be returning

I don’t often leave reviews for places due to the frequency of staying away. However, I had to leave a review for this place, the new was homely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spotless and the bathroom was well decorated and had plenty of room with an amazing rainfall shower. The breakfast was all fresh and not greasy (perfect to say the least). Will definitely be staying here again if I’m in the area and will be recommending to anyone else aswell. Thank you so much, amazing host.

Highly recommended Belle Vue

We had a great stay for my wife’s birthday, Martyn was a great host and very helpful, informative and couldn’t have looked after us any better. The room was really nice and comfortable, very tastefully decorated, it looked like a lot of effort was taken to making all the rooms look and feel like home (we looked at all the other four rooms)and in keeping with the age of the house. The whole house was very clean and always tidy. The breakfast menu was extensive and prepared fresh to your requirements, it was the perfect start to the day. We can highly recommend Belle Vue as a great place to stay in a very nice Norfolk village, located with in easy reach of the coast and a perfect base to explore Norfolk and all it has to offer. Many thanks to Martyn & Lou and we will definitely return in the near future.

Excellent stay in Denver

A lovely stay in a very well taken care of guest house. Very comfortable and accommodating and a breakfast worthy of a five star hotel!

This hotel is beyond superb. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and the rooms and facilities are something special. Breakfast was excellent as expected. We won't stay anywhere else when we visit the area again.

Fab place

What an amazing place. So much better than the run of the mill chain hotels. Fabulous place, rooms were spacious and offered great design and decor. Great Wi-Fi. Short distance to amenities should you need them. Breakfast great with many options. Will certainly be back !

Still the best breakfast ever

We visited a year ago, one year later the breakfast is still the best breakfast I have ever had. The hotel is lovely, quiet, clean and well decorated. The staff are very friendly and I can't recommend this place enough it's simply amazing.

Lovely decore, atmosphere in the evening on the terrace. Just a shame no air con on one of the hottest days (and nights) of the year!

This was our 4th visit to Belle Vue. We always use it when we visit this area. An excellent stay as always. Breakfast very good, all cooked to order. Lovely room. We were able to use the garden in the evenings due to the wonderful weather. Martin is a great host. We will be back!

Amazing stay at the Belle Vue, hotel was beautiful very clean, lovely room, breakfast amazing and Martin is just a fantastic host nothing is to much trouble will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Martyn sorry I never got to meet Lou.

A Superb Find. Belle Vue? Parfait !!!

The Belle Vue guest house is a little Norfolk gem. A beautiful period property with a high standard of finish and amenities and conveniently located not too far from the A10 in Denver village (just south of Downham Market) with onsite parking. Our host, Martyn, was outstanding - friendly but not imposing, full of useful information on the area and offered the most amazing breakfast choices. Nothing was too much trouble and he even provided a bottle of wine and two glasses on my wife's birthday. The room was clean , comfortable and spacious with everything one needs on a short break including a generous tea tray replenished daily. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and will indeed return again ourselves in the future if we are in that part of the country.

Excellent stay in the most amazing property with a great history. Each room had a theme and thoroughly enjoyed the uniqueness. Will stay again next time we are have to travel to the area.

Lovely accommodation. Huge room and en-suite shower. Lovely cooked breakfast. Friendly owner. Some traffic noise which was surprising from a little village.

The belle vue is an excellent place to stay. The staff are wonderful,it is immaculately clean & lovley decor. Breakfast is always yummie & so fresh. Martin, Louise & staff always make you feel so welcome & nothing is to much trouble. It really is a great place to stay!

A gem

We spent two nights at Belle Vue and would happily have stayed longer. The breakfasts were excellent. If you are looking for quality and comfort you won't be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived Martyn made us feel so welcome. We stayed in The Sandringham which is a large comfortable room with a very good en suite. It was beautifully clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed for 3 nights so I tried something different each morning

Very nice Guest House

Beautiful property. With beautiful en-suite rooms. Very comfortable. Lovely fresh breakfast with a great choice. The owner was friendly and chatty and nothing was to much trouble. He recommended a great restaurant/pub and even drove us there.

Absolutely beautiful property. Immaculate spacious rooms decorated with such attention to detail. Breakfast delicious an a wide variety of choice. The owners and staff were so natural and friendly (but also gave you all the space you needed) and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic stay, will recommend it to everyone!

Fabulously friendly B & B that’s very classy.

The Belle Vue is a lovely B & B. It is spotlessly clean and all the rooms are modern and well appointed. The breakfast was lovely, with all fresh, local produce, and there was no problem catering for my wife who is coeliac. Martin and Louise, owners, are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There are plenty of nice pubs serving food in the area with a couple in walking distance. The village of Denver is nice and quiet and there are lots of tourist attractions within a short driving distance. Kings Lynn is 20 mins and Hunstanton 45 mins. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. 11/10. Thank you both very much for making our stay so pleasurable.

A wonderful stay.

We received a friendly welcome on arrival. Our room was very comfortable. Possible improvement suggestions would be to decorating in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and the dining room was lovely with some great company. Staff were extremely accommodating.
