Excellent as always. They just keep getting better. That’s saying something since I have been staying here twice a year for 20 years.

We loved our stay at Bellasera so much and can't wait to stay here again. Room was huge (895 SF) and we had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, plus a dining room, living room, and enclosed balcony that also had a table and 4 chairs. The staff was great! The concierge got us a reservation for dinner at a "very hard to get reservations" restaurant! The free shuttle service that will take you and pick you up until 11 at night is amazing! 5-minute walk to 5th Avenue. 5 stars!

We love Bellasera! The location is perfect! You can walk or bike all over town. The shuttle to the beach with beach chairs, towels and umbrellas is perfect. The pool is very nice and The Claw Bar is great too!!

Great Location, Staff, & of course the claw bar

This is a bit of an unusual property in Florida because it is not right on the beach. But everything about this place is fabulous — and if you want to go to the beach it’s a very short drive and they take you there along with chairs,towels and umbrellas. A five minute ride. AND they come and pick you up. But, of course, they also have a fabulous pool. IT’s also a very short walk to Fifth Avenue and its shops and restaurants but if you don’t want to walk they will drive you to anywhere within three miles of the hotel. The hotel has a dinner and jazz club but we love their restaurant called the Claw Bar. Outside seating and great seafood. We love this place.

This was probably our fourth or fifth time staying at this property and each time we are completely satisfied. Great location, nice rooms, good amenities, great dining options, nice pool area, and terrific service. We also loved the free beach chairs/towels/umbrellas which made our day at the beach super easy. Highly recommend this property.

My husband and two teenagers booked a last minute get away and we were so happy that we did! The welcome we received was charming, our room was spotless and The Claw Bar was delicious! We enjoyed the close location to restaurants and food. The shuttle service provided was easy to use and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Absolutely great!

We love the Bellasera. We've been there four or five times. Amazing and it's very clean. We love the shuttles to the beach and hanging out by the pool.

We will be back! This hotel is family friendly while still being upscale and beautiful. Staff was accommodating and the food was amazing at the restaurant. Overall 5-star experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The one bedroom condo was the perfect size for three of us. The food was delicious. The amenities were excellent. Transportation and beach supplies were a bonus. Staff made the trip very enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again!

Naples

The hotel was fabulous! Our first time in Naples and the Bellasaro made it extra special.

Very nice, friendly hotel. Easy to walk everywhere other than crossing the busy street, but still not bad. 5 minute walk to all the shopping and restaurants on 5th- easy to walk the Old Naples neighborhood and a walk to see the sunset at the beach. Rooms are a bit dated in terms of style, but everything was in great condition and very clean. Pool was very nice and lunch at the pool was excellent.

What a fantastic experience! This was a last minute trip for my husband and I and we were not disappointed!! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere where the staff was as nice as they were at this property! Everyone from the front desk, to the shuttle guys, to the pool boy, and bartender were amazing!! Location was great. 10/10 would go back!

Great all around stay

This is a condo hotel. We have stayed here more than once. If you plan on going to the shops and restaurants in town you can walk them from here or they will shuttle you. The hotel has a restaurant which is very good. It also has a restaurant with live music upstairs dining room which is very relaxing.

Super beau, la piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir et prendre un verre en amoureux sur le bord. La seule chose c’est que la chambre que nous avions était à côté de la pièce pour les femmes de ménage, donc beaucoup de bruit le matin. Sinon, un super beau séjour, l’accueil et le service sont super.

Beautiful one bedroom condo in the heart of Naples.

I can’t say enough about our recent stay at the Bellasera Hotel! The property as perfect for a little sun and fun getaway. My husband and I went with our 23-year old daughter. There was something for everyone either at the hotel or close by. The 3-mile radius shuttle was incredibly convenient as were the beach chairs and umbrella service. Oh and the free bikes were great too!

Really good condition and really good service

The hotel was lovely and the staff was wonderful. We will be going back soon. Don't miss the breakfast and lunch at the hotel. It was fantastic!

Everything from staff to room to amenities were above expectations. Good location, walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. Definitely stay here again

We have been bringing our kids to this hotel every year and we always have a nice stay. We love the suites! Great location close to downtown restaurants and easy to get to the beach.

Every winter we leave New York City for a few weeks of warmth, and part of that is always spent at Bellasera. Lovely suites and grounds, two fine restaurants and most of old Naples within walking distance. And if it’s too far or too dark to walk, there’s a free limo — sometimes a genuine London taxi! — at your service!

Super clean, friendly staff and nice location!

We enjoyed our stay at Bellasera. It is conveniently located to 5th Ave where fabulous restaurants & shops are located. The beach is also within easy walking distance. We used the shuttle daily for transportation, which we found very convenient. Staff is extremely pleasant & helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very comfortable. I originally booked through Expedia for 2 nights but wanted to change to 4 nights before I left home. I ended up having to call the hotel to do that and pay their rate because I wasn’t able to get any help from Expedia.

Would definitely recommend.

Nice place overall.

Nice place, well kept grounds and friendly staff. We even had dinner at their nice club, the London Club. We stayed here as a couple on a weekend getaway. Room was nice and comfortable, a bit outdated though. Only problem we had was the very hard bed and oversized pillows. We just could not get comfortable sleep on the. I asked at the front desk and they said all rooms were the same so not sure we will be back.

Great location near Fifth Avenue and perhaps half a mile walking distance from beach. Great free hotel shuttle access within 3 mile radius. Good restaurants in hotel with Claw Bar and London Club as well as many nearby options. The pool area was very nice & property well maintained. The jacuzzis in the bathrooms were outstanding. Great self parking. My one main issue as it is generally a deal breaker for me is the GYM that was fairly ridiculous. Made a decent workout nearly impossible and had I known it was as bad as it was, I would not have stayed there. Had to settle for various long walks which can be time consuming. Fix UP THE GYM to at least adequate level and might increase stars. Bottom line is, with gym as it is, I couldn't stay there again. Just my feeling on that.

Small but not overcrowded, great restaurants, easy access to everything.

The hotel is walkable to shopping and dining. Very quiet. Friendly staff. There is a shuttle that will take you within a few miles of the hotel. Free bicycles. Great food in the restaurant but there are many food options close by. Two bedroom condo was huge and immaculate.

Great location great day

Excellent overall. For about the same price as the Hilton we got a two-bedroom condo with full kitchen and a patio. Also good area around the hotel and very friend front desk staff.

The accommodations in the 1 bdrm are very nice with a decent kitchen that is well equipped to make breakfast and snacks. The claw bar on premise is the best! Wonderful food and drinks and great bartenders. The pool area is nice with good service of food and drinks from Jonathan. The locations to 5th street dining can’t be beat! Also, a shout out to the guys who shuttled us around and the maid service was A+

We were on the top floor looking out over the pool. Room was great with a balcony. Only thing that would have been better was to have a separate toilet compartment in the bathroom and more room to sit.

Friendly staff. Great rooms. Pretty courtyards & pool area. Parking was a little of a hassle.

As soon as we got there they greeted us so nicely and were very helpful! They had champagne and cookies for us in the room along with a nice card. Property was beautiful and attention to detail was great. There were bikes we used to go to the beach and beach chairs and towels. Restaurants in the lobby was amazing and delicious! Location was perfect Close to the downtown strip shopping and grocery stores! Customer service 10/10 Definitely will come back!

Our stay was wonderful!! One of the best places I have stayed… and me and my girlfriend travel a lot! When we got there we were warmed with a glass of champagne, some cookies and a welcoming letter once we got to our room. We thought everything was already great and then we got a call from the reception to make sure everything was to our liking, those small things are what makes this place stands out. The whole staff was very polite and welcoming, every interact we had with a staff member was friendly. We enjoyed the pool, the free bicycles, beach apparel…. The only bad thing about this place is that it’s over for now. We unfortunately weren’t able to try The London Club, but that’s one reason to come back! Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality.

This was my first time in Naples and a friend recommended this resort-like hotel. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for the first time. Convenient location: very close to downtown in walking distance. The room had everything you need to stay for a short or longer time - I was there for 3 days but definitely will be back to stay longer. Spacious room/kitchen/living room/balcony/laundry. Very nice service too. The lobby was very picturesque. They have a bar in the building and a fine dining option called London Club with live Music in the weekend.I had a car and it was complimentary parking and also free valet if need it. Amazing experience and can’t wait to come back again to visit Naples and stay at Bellasera Resort again. Keep up the great work! Cheers from Seattle

Don't miss The Claw Bar and London Club! The only negative thing that happened was someone using a leaf blower around the pool area just after 7 every morning. Perhaps that could be done slightly later. Great Property!

Not only was it immaculate and beautifully decorated, but they added so many little extras that made this stay just wonderful! Had the most delicious chocolate chip cookies waiting for us! Also stocked with plenty of coffee, creamer, laundry detergent, and even a vanity sets in the bathrooms! My only complaint is that we only stayed one night, and couldn’t enjoy such a comfortable, clean and wonderful place. Even the staff was above and beyond friendly! Can’t wait to come back, and for a much longer stay next time!

Wonderful experience. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the shuttle which we utilized several times to go shopping, get to dinner and the beach. The drivers were amazing and acted like tour guides giving us all the inside information on Naples. Loved it!

We booked a 5 night stay to celebrate our 25th anniversary but unfortunately we had to leave after 2 night stay due to hurricane Helene. Needless to say we were disappointed. We hope to return in the future because we had a very nice experience at Bellasera Resort.

Excellent location, friendly staff, beautiful property excellent gourmet food, phenomenal cocktails. highly recommended will definitely is a comeback place to visit.

For the second time we are staying at the Bellasera Resort, good location, professional friendly staff at the reception desk, we've gotten bonus early check-in, for dinner a hotel shuttle dropped us off and picked us up at the Syren Oyster & Cocktail Bar. The lobby is beautiful, nice smelling, with coffee and pastries for breakfast. The room was clean and quiet.

We celebrated my 50th Birthday at The London Club and stayed for two nights at the Bellasera. Great ambiance and very convenient. Nice pool and room was very spacious with a view of the pool. Will stay again.

Love love love this hotel! Can’t say enough good things about it. Stayed during slow season which made things that much better lol.

Great property for the price, especially considering the location. A little bit dated as far as the furnishings and fixtures go, but incredibly clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful and peaceful.

Fantastic property! Don’t miss it! From the glass of bubbly while checking in…to the morning coffee and pastries, everything was top notch. The huge TV’s in the bed/living rooms were equipped with Netflix and Prime. There are complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas and even bicycles! Located within walking distance to shops and restaurants - don’t look any further. Easy parking and delicious seafood in restaurant. Great value for the money- full kitchen and refrig with all appliances. Also full service cleaning everyday.

Lovely room. Short stay but would return. Loved the welcome drinks but would have appreciated a heads up that the on site restaurant/bar was closed. Shuttle lovely. Perfect, large cottage for our family.

We had an excellent stay. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and professional. Free shuttle within a 3 mile radius is a fantastic option. Rooms are spacious with every detail well thought out. Excellent location.
