Everything about it was amazing! Every staff member a true professional, from the chefs to entertainers to cleaners to bar staff. They honestly couldnt do enough for us!

There was a slight mixup with the room I reserved vs the room the hotel initially placed me in. With provision of visual evidence of the room I had reserved through Expedia, the mix up was handled.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff!

Absolutely loved this hotel It’s quite small which we liked . We had a duplex room which was lovely- great to have 2 bathrooms - even if it was just the two of us ! Food was really good - lots of veggie options . Would have been good to have a carvery of a joint of meat as there wasn’t a lot of meat options- oats of fish though . All inclusive was good. Excellent quality Moroccan wines. Only 3 cocktails to choose from but they were very good. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We especially loved Adil oh entertainment team ! What a brilliant chap - incredibly enthusiastic and so Adil

Beautiful property, great staff, very helpful. Good food. Chef was really nice. I requested a glass of fresh juice and he kindly made me one. I slipped on wet floor during our stay as there was a pool of water on the floor by one of the automatic access doors into the lobby. The door opened and I stepped in, slipped and landed on my back. Apparently they were cleaning the floor in the area. The issue was that there was so much water being used to clean the floor. As there was a wet floor sign on the side, I carefully stepped in but I didn't expect a pool of water by an automatic door which was not deactivated or locked to prevent access. The staff immediately came to my aid and one of their senior staff spoke with me. I highlighted the health and safety issue with their cleaning process to her as a few of us had noticed pools of water on the floor each time an area was being cleaned. With children running around and a few other people in our group having slipped but fortunately not had a fall, I thought this was a dangerous way to clean their floors. She said the issue will be looked into.

Lovely stay, food has been lovely and a really good variety of options for every meal time. Limited sun loungers at the only pool, nice adults only area though.

Staff was very friendly and the facilities were good for its price.

The stay at Be Live was okay, nothing great though. We had booked the duplex and they had spring beds, not so comfortable, chose the sofa downstairs instead. The stairs in the duplex are noisy and vibrate a lot when the next door rooms are using them. Everytime there is noise and vibration in the entire room when the next door neighbors are using it. The cleaning in the room was average and the shower pressure is not great. With so many positive reviews we expected it to be really good but our stay came with a lot of compromises.

We mostly enjoyed our stay there, all of the staff were very nice, I loved that they always refilled our water & drinks for us when eating. Food option was ok. We enjoyed the entertainments. They responded to complaints about our room swiftly. I didn’t like that the music near the pool was too loud, made it difficult to have a quiet afternoon nap. I also didn’t like that when checking out, they delayed us for about 15mins because they thought we stole one mug & wanted to take our deposit because of that which I found ridiculous as few days before, one of their staff came to request that we give them one of the mugs in our room which I personally gave it to him because even though there were 3 of us in the room, we didn’t need 2 mugs & secondly after asking us about the mug at the reception, they should have just left it at that instead of us having to argue thereby leaving a bitter taste in our mouth because of a mug considering that nothing was missing in our room, in my opinion. It will also be helpful if the hotel can work with a taxi company so that guests can easily call on a taxi when they need, that would have been helpful. they won’t allow In-drive taxis to come pick you up from the hotel premises, we had to walk to the street, they said because Indrive is illegal but we couldnt find taxi on Careem. Most tour companies couldn’t come pick us from the hotel without extra payment because the hotel is a bit outside of town. Aside the mug incident, we enjoyed our stay.

A lot of unfinished development in and around the area

Pros: Polite staff, especially Abdul and Omar, good entertainment, free shuttle bus service. Cons: Bathroom smelt of sewage even after they said they had fixed it. Others were experiencing the same. They then admit they didn't know how to fix it! Dining hours are limited. Food is okay but is the same every day. Poor wifi other than in the main building.

Overall experience was amazing! Only problem we had were the mosquitos as my little one was covered in mosquito bites. Other than that everything else was perfect! The staff are so friendly and helpful, food and atmosphere were pretty decent too. The hourly shuttle service to the main centre was also a bonus. I would definitely go back again minus the mosquito problem.

Great shuttle to Marrakesh and great food stations all throughout the day not just in main restaurant times

Really good value for money. Good food and good rooms. Lot of activities to do at the hotel. Animation team is always smiling and chatty. Food choices were good too. Check in and check out needs to be improved- understaffed and too much forms to fill. Internet connection to the room was very poor - complained few times but no one attended. Nice vibe to the hotel. Highly recommend.

The staff are the pride of the hotel. Highly professional, welcoming and impeccable customer service. Hasna is an asset to the team. The cuisine is 5*. For an all inclusive setup, the quality of the food and drinks for all meals are impressive, commend the Chefs greatly. Free transfers to town, sister hotel. Housekeeping coming early everyday, well done. Perhaps teas and coffee in the room/kettle would be an added touch. However, we highly recommend this property and good entertainment for children and adults in the evenings.

This hotel states its all inclusive but you get no water or anything in your room, you have to beg for towels for your room, everything at the hotel stops at 7pm so there is no nightly entertainment. If your first language is English then it will be hard to read what the food is..the dinning is very limited they have one restaurant that gets booked up so fast you are forced to eat at the buffet, there are flys everywhere in the food area, flys in the food and all over the eating areas. Our room had a terrible sewage smell we called the front desk they sent some one up to fix the issue and the smell came back and was on the second floor. For the price you pay you would think all inclusive means at least having water in your room not having to go to the bar to get bottles. The staff was helpful and friendly but the hotel it self was bad.

I booked a suite and it was very spacious and clean and also the bed is very comfortable. The only negative point about the hotel is the buffet. The food options are very limited and the quality is not really good. During the 4 days i spent you find the same food selection

Staff were respectful and very helpful. There was an activity planned for every day. The food was really good. Absolutely try the mint tea. Very clean and go exploring the property - they have some really quiet and secluded spots. Definitely highly recommended.

Staff at this resort are the friendliest and most helpful People, absolutely fantastic everywhere around the resort. Really felt welcomed. Only negative is that I didn’t feel Well the last couple Of days and there was no where in the hotel or around the area to get painkillers! I had to go and see the nurse to explain the symptoms in order to get any painkillers but other than that - an excellent stay with amazing staff

Very good

Lovely hotel- nice food but we only had a very short stay. Clean, spacious rooms with warm showers. Staff very friendly and accommodating for our young baby. Only small negative - Children’s pool not warm for this time of year but other than that we had a lovely stay!

Service is 0. Our room was not ready for 3 pax. Need to beg them to bring till 01 am. So far from 4 stars !!

Great friendly atmosphere

On a sejourné en famille, tout etait super sympo. Petit bémol, y avait les mouches lartout même au restaurant.

Great hotel...location is not great as it is far away from any shops etc, saying that there is a shuttle to jemma al fina. Its a very laid back hotel, reception staff were kind enough to upgrade us to pool view. Animation and entertainment is limited but staff are polite.

The hotel and facilities are in a good condition. It is family Friendly. Staff are very attentive. Good cuisine as well.

Overall clean nice hotel, fairly modern, great shower. As it was off season we had the run of the place and it is hard to say how the place would be in a busy period. The window looking from the bedroom into the shower was slightly strange. Handy free shuttle bus into the centre of Marrakech was very useful. Ghizlane the customer service liaison went above and beyond by arranging a special Birthday meal at the restaurant as a gift from the Be Live Expericence. The food was gorgeous and made the visit all the more memorable. Thankyou.

Good Hotel for stay . Gym open very late and close 3 hours the middle of the day !!! and also close early the afternoon !! For food ,it doesn't seem so tasty comparing to other Hotels with the same concept in Marrakech .

It's a small resort so quite cosy. Staff are excellent. There are a lot of food options and it changes a little every day. The pool itself is small but was never too busy. We had a standard room and it was quite spacious.

bed is not comfortable.

Do not hesitate one second just book it.We stayed 10 nights with all my family and childs and it was the best all inclusive hotel in marrakech that we tried.The food and pasteries were excellent yes excellent, and for each meal new foods and pasteries.The room were very Well cleaned.All.the staff was kind.You have a free shuttle all the day to go and back to the city.I highly recommend you this hotel you will not be disapointed but surprised by the quality and services of this hotel.They have the best pastry chief of Morocco a big thanks to Mouhad (pastry chief) and Salah (restaurant manager) and Rachid (snack bar) and Pitchou (animator and the best dancer of Morcco) and Mamadou .

Everything was super the stuff, the room, the food only that the pool was a little bit too small

The staffs are accommodating to all our requests - the cleaners are especially exceptional!

Staff were great. Very clean but not 4 star as billed, more like a solid 3. Very noisy drum and base music blasting out around the pool all day and every evening until midnight.

Yassine U at the reception was the best and the Gift shop !! 💯the best ! The rest not so good I would not suggest this hotel to anyone .. thank you to Yassine and the Gift shop

Good food and nice hotel

Very nice hotel and very good food. Located bit away from city but took 20 minutes only from airport. All inclusive option is very good and lot options to choose from. Friendly staff and smiling faces are added advantage. Snacks and drinks served all day. Rooms are comfortable. Only issue is the bathroom have glass windows which can be looked over from the bed. Not suitable for family with kids finding toilets seen from the bed. Needs blinds or curtains inside the bathroom.

Great as b&b, not all inclusive. 3*

Arrived at the airport and had arranged a transfer to pick us up, this was 15 minutes late but arrived after I called the hotel. Comfortable transfer to the hotel and an early check in, the room however wasn’t great. The room itself had two beds which was great as well as bedside electric outlets which is good as well as WiFi. Shower was very strong also. Negative on the room 1109: window from bedroom from bathroom, this should be smoked/frosted glass. Crack in wardrobe mirror, broken hand towel rail, flickering mirror light, minibar unstocked (not even water), no coffee making facility. The main dining area was spacious with many salad and hot options, no complaints however it would get boring after 1 week, we stayed 4 nights. A la carte was unfortunately not used as it was only open certain days. Pool was heated and clean, many chairs available, no need to reserve chairs etc. 200dh/£20 reservation for towels, 500dh/£50 reservation for the room also. Staff were the highlight of the stay with the likes of smiley, zag & nesrine. Overall the hotel is good to be used as a B&B however to stay there all day (we didn’t) I think you would die of boredom. Hotel shuttle was good and on time to the centre however we never took it back to the hotel as the times weren’t great. More mid day options would be good, however you can take a taxi for 100dh in the day, 150dh at night. Hotel overall 3/5, staff 5/5. Definitely needs a handyman to upkeep the rooms.

Nightmare @ 3 o'clock in the morning.

@ 3 o clock in the morning all electricity went off. Airconditioning also water also. We woke up because of the heat in the room. I went to the lobby and they could do is laugh because I explained out situation. Beside of this the hotel is nice and clean. Maybe they could do something about the 100s of flies in the restaurant.

Food Poisoning and poor service

Stayed for 1 day and got Food poisoning, was ill for 3 days of my honeymoon. Sometimes things like this happen but after telling them they offer no compensation and didn’t even apologize. It was the only place I ate or drank that day so couldn’t have been anywhere else. Very disappointed in the hygiene but more disappointed in the poor response and service

Ok but a lot to learn

Don't know since when this hotel is actually open but its obvious that it needs some changes. From the not very polite staff at the reception to the credit card pre-authorization to use hotel pool towels. The all-inclusive food was ok but Myself and my Wife end up with stomach problems. Also, it was just always the same food every single day. I think on Friday there was a thematic dinner but that was it. The pool area is also very "loud" the music is constantly loud but my headphones were a great help there. There are lots of incongruences, for instance, sometimes the kid's pool was closed at 5 sometimes at 6 or even close to 7pm. There is also a restaurant that open only on random days (the days they tell you its open is not correct). Also, the main pool is too small when the hotel is full. There are positives though, the hotel infrastructure was new and nice done. The kids club space is well organized but the kids have no activities nor it is willing to engage with kids using foreign languages. My room was quite big and well presented. Overall the resort is not bad but there some critical annoyances. Majority of the staff don't speak English so don't expect much interaction if you are not fluent in French.

Fun and lively hotel

My boyfriend and I stayed at Be Live for a week at the beginning of September. Reception staff: We found the reception staff to be very unhelpful and did not welcome us to the hotel. E.g. when we asked about the shuttle bus we were told about the times but not told we needed to book. Room: The room was lovely and a good size. It would have been nice to have a mirror over the desk and more light in the bedroom is needed. Again a nice size bathroom however there was a window between the bathroom and bedroom this meant that if my boyfriend or I got up in the night light would shine into the bedroom. Food and drink: The food was great. There was lots of variety, I’m a vegetarian and had no difficulty finding something to eat. In addition, there were great bar snacks - more of a meal actually! We felt it may have been better to have food available throughout the day rather than having to order it. There were plenty of drink options including cocktails. However, the flies at meal times and by the bar did irritate us. We feel the hotel could try to combat this in some way. Pool and entertainment: The pool was great and there were always sun beds available. Initially the loud music did annoy us, however we began to enjoy the fun the entertainment staff had with the guests - young and old. The entertainment staff were honestly amazing and seemed to work all hours of the day!

family holiday

I had my recent stay in this resort with my wife and two kids. I understand this hotel is only 1 years old and may be still be struggling with teething problems. MY main issue was with the language barrier I’m a Moroccan myself who speaks fluent French and Arabic but my wife and children do not speak French at all! All entertainment was catered for the French and my children felt left out and could not participate or join in with the activities which is a massive shame as I spent £3000 in this hotel my children would ask to go there room or stay in the lobby so they could speak to there friends back in London. Other than that the food was fantastic, pool was nice and clean it was immaculate the cleaners were polite and so professional and a overall well built complex. The only issue is if travelling here and speaking Spanish , English , Portuguese etc you may run into difficulties as I’ve explained earlier!!!!!

Not good enough

Brand new built hotel. But made to a budget with no thought to the final result. Soulless and sterile. Staff can be hit and miss. Being served at the bar with the bar tender just saying "What" is not the best experience. Lots of bugs around also plus a stinky on site farm

A good choice for families with kids

The hotel is a good choice for families with young kids and for the price it's worth it. What I appreciated less is that you get to pay at the checking time and deposit a guarantee for pool towels. But overall, I would recommend it and go back if visiting Marrakech with my child.

March Break

A small hotel very well run by smiling courteous and professional staff. Good food and drink,very clean with cleaners visible from early morning until the evening. All staff are multi lingual and happy to chat. The animation team are excellent led by 'Johnny' !

Great resort removed from the city

I didn’t realize this was a resort before I showed up. It is an all-inclusive, which was fantastic. The staff was super helpful, except Expedia check-in was long and a pain in the butt. Outside of that, the rest of the staff was very helpful and kind. The restaurant was good, with a snack bar available as well. There were a lot of family with kids so if you want a kidless vacation, there’s the adult only Be live alternative. Rooms was clean and very well kept. Smelled lovely walking in for the first time. Wish the gym was open 24/7. Opening at 7:30am was a bit of an inconvenience. Also this hotel is far from the city and quite new so my taxi driver had trouble finding it. Get clear directions before setting out.

Nice new hotel in Palamarie Marrakech

Very nice hotel with good facilities. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very attentive and very helpful. I would definitley recommend this hotel to anyone. I would say it is better than some international 5* hotels.

Very Nice hotel

Very nice hotel - clean, attentive staff, good service. Bar drinks were very good, although the buffet could have more variety. There is a daily shuttle bus into the town centre at several times which is convenient. the staff go above and beyond to provide the best service and are always helpful.

Everything we hoped for and more.

Fantastic week exploring Marrakech and the Atlas mountains all enhanced by the comfort and hospitality of every member of staff at Be Live Experience Marrakech - highly recommend

Clean comfortable hotel

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good food. Only complaint is the music is very loud by the pool although it did seem quieter on our last day.

Supers animations par Pitchou Bon séjour pour une famille

Très bon hôtel bien situé mais un taxi ou un navette obligatoire La plupart des personnes y travaillant sont très sympathique même si certains ne se sont pas. Les boissons sont coupés à l’eau donc on peut en boire 60 sans même sentir une once d’alcool La nourriture est varié et c’est disponible toute la journée et ça c’est cool ! L’hôtel est plutôt moderne, bien entretenue mais ça manque de dynamisme et de choses à faire. Dans l’ensemble c’est plutôt positif tout de même.

Nourriture peu diversifiée , insonorisation des chambres très mauvaise. Personnel très polis et à l'écoute.

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel, et je suis satisfait de l'expérience.

Familievenlig og fantastisk service

Familie og børnevenlig, rigtig søde personale, fantastisk service, god og varieret mad, aktiviteter i løbet af dagen, rigtig fin børneklub med voksen bemandig, gratis bus til byen. Børnepool bliver ikke opvarmet. Der er dårlig/ikke Wifi internet på værelset!

Excellent séjour

Séjour d'une semaine très agréable. Equipements de l'hôtel de bon niveau et surtout personnel compétent, dévoué et très aimable.

Equipe animation au top avec mention spéciale pour Naizak, Hannah, Smilley, Zag et Zakaria. Le personnel (serveurs en particulier, femmes de ménage) sont extrêmement accueillants, polis et serviables, toujours souriants et faisant le maximum pour leurs invités.

Un hotel tres confortable, personnel tres accueillant et service au top je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Séjour de 3 nuits convenable, le service est de qualité et le personnel toujours au petit soin. Le service tout inclus est intéressant car il permet de se restaurer trois fois par jour tout inclus.

Très au niveau qualité prix. La nourriture est excellente. Le personnel est gentil mais semble triste.

Séjour agréable

Notre séjour généralement s'est bien passé. On a réservé une suite. A l’accueil lors de l'enregistrement on demande au réceptionniste une chambre vue piscine, il nous dit que les suites n'ont pas cette option chez eux !! On s'est alors dirigés vers son collègue deux mètres à ses cotés à qui on a posé la même question, il a tout de suite pris le téléphone pour demander la disponibilité et nous donne choix entre deux suites.. Et oui VUE PISCINE !!! Les chambre comme l'ensemble de l'établissement étaient très propres et en ordre. Le respect de environnement est à noter aussi. La restauration était variée et les plats disponibles tout au long des horaires des repas. Le Kids Club est à revoir. Il est assez spacieux mais pas de programme pas de surveillance : On est partis déposer nos enfants le premier jour, il y avait un programme sur le bureau d’accueil. J'ai demandé à la fille, comment ça se passe et elle dit qu'elle n'y a pas vraiment de programme et qu'elle improvise ! On a préféré garder les enfants avec nous. Le lendemain on y retourne (sous demande de nous enfants), il y avait des enfants devant un film et d'autres entrain de jouer ici et là sans garde. On a attendu une dizaine de minutes (avec une autre femme qui s’inquiétait de laisser sa fille seule) je suis monté chercher la fille responsable. Elle était entrain de fumer sa cigarette tranquillement. Apparemment elle n'était pas vraiment motivée par cette garde. Le soir l’animation très moyenne. presque ennuyeuse !
