The hotel is great, the breakfast and the service is good enough. The area around was under construction, so was a little difficult to get to the hotel since I was traveling in car. In general, was a good option to stay

Air conditioning not working in room! Maintenance called and lower limit of 18C never cooled the room after on all day and night. The limiting of the TV volume is poor. If you have any hearing impairment it is worthless!

Perfect location if arriving/departing at late or early hours.

Great hotel. Very clean with a great space theme in reception. Very comfortable. Only problem was that the confirmation said check out at noon but the cleaner came twice to pressure to leave the room. Not necessary really.

Had a wonderful stay at Barceló-Sants. The room was lovely, as well as the staff. It’s conveniently located above the Barcelona-Sants Station that made my journey to the airport a lot easier. I highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Barcelona.

Beautiful property with excellent staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff, with a clean, modern and comfortable room, and probably the most well equipped and clean gym at any hotel (better than some actual gyms even!). I also really liked the space theme throughout the hotel, it was an interesting touch and gave it some character. The hotel is also positioned right above a major public transit hub so it was super easy to go just about anywhere, and there wasn't any noise from it in the room either.

Located right near the main train station. The area was busy with a Giant park nearby. Friendly staff throughout. Lovely place to stay

Great stay

Situated in ideal spot for anyone traveling by train. It was very nice, and clean. Also within walking distance of many attractions

A lot of construction so not easy access to front entrance. Once I walked a quarter of a mile nice neighborhood

Perfect stop over

Stop over on route so check in sleep check out. Perectly located above the station. Space and orbit looking themes but we just wanted bed and sleep. Big bed nice shower. Light on tea and coffee in room

Second time staying at this property and I have no complaints. The spread for breakfast was very satisfactory and exceeded my expectations. I like the added touch of the a screen with all high speed train departures in the lobby of the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, certainly would visit again

Would have had a lovely stay at this hotel if it hadn’t been for the power outage that affected all of Spain. The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable large bed, great shower and great view over the city. Bar prices were expensive and food was difficult due to them only taking cash at that time. Had to ask bar staff for nuts/snacks to go with drink, which was poor and he seemed reluctant to give them out.

We had a pleasure stay in the hotel.

Caveman In Outer Space

This was an extension of a previous stay at the hotel. At first I was unhappy with the handicap room I was put in before, but one of the receptionists Angelica was very helpful in getting me a better room at the hotel, one with a tremendous view, and I appreciate them for that. The gym is nice, they always had crisp green apples available in the gym, nice touch. Muchisimo gracias!

Great location if you're taking the train. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and great. Some construction around the train station which made it somewhat noisy.

Staff very unwelcoming and makes you feel like they are bothering you. Room had issues and phone didnt work to call the front desk

Amazing cozy experience

Construction noises make sleep impossible

We were woken up in the middle of night by loud construction noises and vibrations. It happened around 1am and last for nearly two hours. Called reception and was told it was construction in and around station. We could see the work site around hotel however who would expect the jackhammering would be done during people’s sleeping time. After the sleepless night, we decided we had to move out of there as the hotel said they could do nothing. The reception manager was empathetic and worked with Hotels.com to organize the cancellation. However, the assistant general manager wrote back to me to basically saying, it’s not hotel’s construction work and bad luck that your sleep was interrupted, we already let you cancel the next two nights and we have done enough. I believe the hotel has a responsibility to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay. I believe the hotel could have informed guests of the disruption in advance as they are aware that it is happening and it will for quite some time. I believe if the guests’ sleep is severely disturbed by this, the hotel should compensate and refund the cost. The assistant general manager clearly didn’t share my views in her response to my request for the refund of the sleepless night. I am here to make people aware before they make booking for this hotel. If you want to sleep in this hotel, as long as the construction around the hotel/station is ongoing, it is impossible, especially the hotel management will do nothing about it.

Great hotel, loved the space theam, stuff was helpfull and kind, located above the train staion but we slept in quiet. Good gym, lovely room.

The theme of the property is super cool and the location right next to the station makes it perfect for either arrival or departure via train. Check in could be a bit faster and perhaps would be better to remove the need to have the credit card manually registered.

Great hotel

Excellent bed and pillows. Restaurant across road bypass. Orbital bar better food but no restaurant on site. Normally hotels near railway stations are terrible. This one is excellent.

Great location

The hotel is located at the main transport hub, Barcelona Sants Station, and is very convenient. However, the soundproofing in the room was poor; I could clearly hear the neighbors talking and walking at night. Hygiene was average.

The best place to stay for convenience to Sants Estació! The staff was great, the bed comfy, and it’s so convenient for coming to and from Sants station.

Perfect Hub for Barcelona Visit

3 night business trip used this hotel a number of years ago and still like it, great as a base to get around the. City

The room was very nice. Not enough lighting though. The plug in the bathroom was hard to locate hidden in the cabinet by the sink. It was very quiet and there was lots of staff available.

5 day stay with friends in Barcelona

It was an amazing stay so close to the train station and a bunch of taxis. The room was always clean and had such nice amenities and extras :)

Space-themed hotel, which was pretty cool. Rooms were large and comfortable. Great food selection at breakfast. Very helpful staff. Attached to the Sants main train station, without finding the entrance was a little challenging. Reasonably priced.

Very friendly staff wonderful breakfast. Loved the welcome glass of champagne. The room was comfortable and quiet with great blackout blinds for a very good nights sleep.

Best in Barcelona

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago when we arrived in Spain so when we had to take care of business in Barcelona we knew this was the place to go. Again the front desk assistants were on the ball and helped in many ways. So friendly, so professional! I love this place!

The check in took forever despite having lots a staff at the desk I was by by my self and been given a room with twinbed when I asked to change it they said it’s busy !! The weird smell in room for the price I paid it not worth

Best hotel in barcelona for tourists close to the transportation

Excellent location when considering airport or high-speed rail transportation options. Convenient access to metro and regional rail connections. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Windows allow for bright daylight. We were told that there was a 'welcome drink' available, but it never seemed to be available when we were passing through. The layout of the washroom facilities is different. A shower in a separate room from the sink is convenient for two people getting ready for the day. Putting the toilet behind a sliding door which doesn't latch, however, could be awkward and uncomfortable for some sharing a room with two beds.

Really nice reception staff. Even gave me a surprise card and cake because it was my birthday. This hotel is very convenient and quiet. We had a great view of the city as well.

Hotel is connected to the train station and public transportation, walkable area to key attractions and hotel ambiance was fun. It is decorated as space station and breakfast was phenomenal. Highly recommend this hotel specially for a family with children.

Barceló Sants is a gem

This hotel is right above the Barceló Sants train station and is a perfect jumping off spot for tours around the city or quick trips to other locations in Spain. My room was exceptionally clean, my bed was comfortable and they had the best pillows. The concierge and front desk staff were eager to assist. I really liked this hotel. And my room had a really nice west view with fantastic sunsets.

It was better than expected but it's a bit far from city center and attractions, but it's pretty accessible through public transportation. Also a bit noisy at nights.

Our accommodation for 4 came as connecting rooms with ample space, hot good shower and cool hotel look! However the shampoo/body wash was empty in the shower for 1 room.

It’s good if you need to use trains, but very far away from all the major sights

Nice hotel at very convenient location. It’s so easy to ride subway or train. Also many dining options inside and around. The only negative thing is the bad soundproof. I can hear people walking and talking outside.

The Space theme of this property is a bit odd and dated. The room was fine, very sparse and not many amenities but clean. The bed was comfortable and Fine for a one night stay. It’s attached to the train station so it was convenient for an early departure.

Great location, quiet, nice bed. Awesome Shower, buffet breakfast is great and the Moonbase design is brilliant. The tiny negative is that the bathroom is open plan so there is limited cloth changing privacy.

Enjoyed my stayed at Barcelo Sants. It made it really convenient for me to have access to the Sants terminal station. Overall my stay was perfect, clean rooms and great breakfast!

Perfect location if you travel to Barcelona by train to Sants. The location is literally next door to Sants, very convenient and safe. The hotel is modern with all tech gadgets. Very suitable for business travelers.

Barcelo Sants is in great location, easy access to train, metro and taxis. The only downside is they need a renovation at their rooms

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was ultra convenient from the train station (sitting right above the station) but the main attractions were a bit of a walk. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
