Nice pool. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Easy walking distance to the medina and Hassan II mosque.

Clean modern property but man you can’t get a single smile from the staff. So uptight and no excitement. And good luck using the spa. All booked.

Excellent choice

We were very happy with our stay. Despite arriving early we had to wait only a short time before our room was ready. The room was large, bright and comfortable with a view of the Hassan II Mosque. There are a number of inexpensive places to eat lunch and dinner only a few minutes walk from the hotel and the Mosque is an easy flat walk away. Breakfast was fabulous with a wide variety of choices and excellent coffee.

Great hotel in a good location. Room was cleaned and amenities were excellent. Bfast was superb with a mix of local and international food.

The staff is WONDERFUL— friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is beautiful and our room is very nice.

Contemporary design in both rooms and public spaces. Nice pool area with lots of options. Good central location. Taxi rank outside and also walkable to most major sites and also tram stops.

Nice, but not good value for money

Nice hotel, but extremely expensive, and certainly not good value for money. Whilst we had a room for 4, which they acknowledged on check in, we discovered the sofa beds had not been made late at night. It took them 20 minutes to fix. Also, rooms facing the street can be noisy.

Great hotel

Very clean and very polite staff at registration. The Room was smelling cigar… beware of some valet running their taxis business, if you arrange your own taxis, that taxis will probably have to pay the ‘valet tax’

Good service

Only stayed one night. Enjoyed the cucumber water at reception, staff helpfulness, comfortable accommodations and location near Hassan II Mosque and Rick’s Cafe.

Nice hotel. Check in was smooth and staff was courteous. Staff at pool were very helpful and polite. Only issue I had was getting a taxi 5 minutes away for dinner I asked one of the staff at the entrance for help with a taxi. Seemed like he was colluding with taxi driver to overcharge me.

It was a very nice property in walking distance to shops and more. Very city vibes not quite at all but the rooms and beds were superb. Beds were great as well.

Very nice hotel for the price, room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and very professional, room service was a plus but they had limited options for the late night menu. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Location was nice and very walkable and close to the beach. Overall will definitely book it again

Beautiful lobby. Kind staff. Great buffet breakfast. Stupid room. Who puts a bathroom in the bedroom, or vice versa. Your mate needs a pee in the middle of the night -- lights on, you will wake up as well. Enjoy watching your SO brush teeth and shower -- you've no choice but to watch the show. Someone please erect a wall here......

Management is amazing. Cleanliness, service, location, comfort and design 20/10. Highly recommend.

Average hotel

Hotel with excellent location in Casablanca and free parking. However, it doesn’t feel like a 5 stars accommodation as no valet parking and concierge is non-existent (no offer to take suite case to room). The room was comfortable, AC works, although I didn’t like the layout of sink overlooking bed as I would wake up my wife if start using it. We had a room overlooking the pool thinking it’s an upgrade, but for those looking to nap after lunch that will be a challenge due to pool music. Staff were kind and helpful when approached. I’ve had an issue driving the car out of car park as another residents car was blocking me, I left it to manager to sort out and spent the day in taxis. Overall and OK hotel if you are looking for a night or 2 in Casablanca and require a central location.

Our stay was amazing

The hotel itself is ok. The setup of the bathroom inside the living room is a bit strange but it was fine. The problem is the staff, both outside (by the taxis) and the restaurant. They were extremely rude, lazy, and condescending. The breakfast staff in the restaurant are all very awkward and aggravating and for this reason, I would never stay here again. The food was terrible and the service was a 0/5.

Great hotel, staff and amazing breakfast.

The breakfast is so complete and delicious. Really recommend it. The staff at the reception was friendly, allow us to check in early, helped us to store our bags and to book transportation. The room was new spacious with a stellar view ig the Hassan II mosque and the cty. Comes with dental, beauty sets, space for luggage, clothes, etc. The bed was very comfty and the shower had waterfall and hose for a great bath experience. The pool lounge is nice but check the schedule.

Great place to stay. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Accommodations are very nice. You can also exchange money at the front desk which is a huge win if you’re tight on time and can’t go to the bank.

Amazing hotel. Felt like royalty! The spa is worth every penny. Pool is too cold to swim in but nice to hang out by. The breakfast was on the pricier end but was well worth the cost, wonderful selection or yummy food. Hospitality was too notch!

We only stayed for one night. Hotel was nice but the shower right in front of the bed was a bit unusual. We had dinner at the restaurant and thought it was good. We were offered a discount on spa treatment but were unable to take it due to the short stay. Wish they had offered something else to us instead. But we did get a room upgrade so that was nice. The front desk was extremely helpful when we were trying to figure out the best way to handle money exchange.

It’s my second stay at this hotel. Staff is great. I like the area. You can walk to Medina but it’s quieter. Food at the restaurant was disappointing ( had 1 dinner at bar and 1 at restaurant) rooms are big with lots of natural light. Decor is lovely. I would stay there again.

This hotel was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed. The restaurant served good quality foods and nice glasses of wine. All those made my trip more impressive.

Phenomenal stay from the moment we were picked up at the airport! Just amazing and so grateful for a wonderful quiet stay - the food was delightful, the service exceptional - can’t wait to stay on our return!

This is not a 5 star property. Rooms smell musty and damp, towels and sheets are worn out, chairs are stained. Surrounding neighborhood is not pleasant to explore.

All staff was very helpful. We like to mention that Adil was very helpful in arranging taxis, giving directions and making sure we have all our belongings while we were leaving hotel.

Having the shower and sink in the bedroom was a bit strange, but everything was extremely clean. The maid did not refill the soap container in the shower so that was a bit awkward. Breakfast buffet was beautiful, loved the coffee options. Great concierge, helpful staff.

The staff was very welcoming. The rooms are larger than their European counterparts. The pool area looked very relaxing even though we didn’t have time to use it. This property had an excellent breakfast buffet. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the Medina.

Oasis of Calm in Casablanca :)

Great 3-Night Stay, Amazing Breakfast!

My wife & I had a great three night stay here at the Barcelo. Quick access by taxi or foot to most sites in Casablanca. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge assortment of different foods....so good! We also were able to do a traditional Hamman experience in the hotel (as a couple...which was also very unique as Americans). Mixture of both European spa and Turkish spa :) We had probably the basic room for our stay, but had a great view of the famous mosque. The room was clean and comfortable...if anything the bathroom (own unit) is a bit small. All in all we would definitely stay here again!

Unacceptable behavior from some staff

Most of the staff were professional and very helpful Except some of them who were kind of racist to my black friend who Has been questioned multiple times when we were having breakfast, why she’s there and in which room she’s staying, which never happened to me while I’m staying and when we were checking out we remembered charger that we forgot at the room we got back there and we couldn’t find it and we got told that there was nothing there after the cleanup.

At checkout there was a confusion with the charges. The clerk was given two cards to split the stay & it wasn’t done correctly. On our last night Saufiane Amine gave us the best service at restaurant by the pool. We are very thankful!

An Exceptional Stay

I recently stayed at the Barcelo Hotel in Casa Blanca, Morocco, and I had a great experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was lovely. However, what really impressed me was the exceptional customer service provided by the hotel staff, especially Hassan, the head bartender, and Ayae, a staff member in the restaurant area. Hassan went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casa Blanca.

Good hotel, but the guys working at the lobby and security guys that stay in front of the hotel need to be more polite. They never say good morning, totally ignore you, the lady at the front desk Zeinab ( right spelling?) she’s amazing kind! Very professional and with a big smile always!

This is a smart and modern hotel with helpful staff . The pool area is peaceful and lovely and the pool bar staff amazingly attentive. The breakfast buffet has a wide and delicious selection.

We arrived in the middle of the night for a quick layover. Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a beautiful breakfast with choices of traditional foods. Unfortunately we were only there for a short stay and didn’t have time to see any of the amenities.

A nice place in Casablanca

This property is exceptional. It's perfect for visitors to Casablanca due to its location, easy access to transport (taxis and red "petit taxis" are à great deal), it's walkable and everyone is a great and welcoming professional. Note the excellent work of Resident Manager M. Karim Rhazaoui and Directrice Mme Beatriz Simone in making sure everything runs smoothly and guests are happy. The Reception staff, from Youssra to Ali all are very kind, helpful and endearing. There's a great bar, Managed expertly by M. Hassan and his awesome staff including Oussama, Ayman, Soufian and Houssam who will make sure that your stay is unforgettable with great service, brilliant food and tasty cocktails and drinks. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the views impressive. The pool is great and when dinner is served out in the terrace in authentic Morrocan style it's an occasion not to be missed. My highest recommendation! Book/reserve with confidence!

Great hotel in Casa

Great stay at the Barcelo Anfa. Rooms are great. Gym is exceptional. Everybody is super friendly, especially Houssam, the best bar tender in Casablanca. I walked from the hotel to the Medina and to the great Mosque.

The gentlemen that worked the bar after 5:00pm were professional, kind, friendly and very attentive. They were the highlight of my stay at Barcelo Anfa Casablanca.

Property is great. It lives up to the Barceló standards. This would be the 4th Barcelo I stay with internationally.

We arrived late and left early so we didn’t have a chance to enjoy much of the amenities. Generally nice hotel all clean and new. Shower is glass and open into the room. Sink open to the room. Looks really nice. Not that practical.

Ok, for one person business visit

The hotel is OK for business, but not for leisure. The location isn't great - very loud. Also, the design with the bath sink directly in the room next to the bed is bad. You wake the other person up if going to the restroom and washing your hands at night. There is no towel dryer either. There is a small gym, but the hammam isn't included and there is no sauna to just relax which seems like it would be simple. The pool isn't heated, so only usable in the summer. Overall, this isn't a 5-star - just a normal hotel to sleep in for a business visit.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Thankful for accommodating early checkin. Conveniently located for everything and safe neighborhood. Good breakfast and lunch.. one thing to note if you have kids is that the shower faces into the room, only separated by glass doors that are tinted to hide the mid section. It was a little uncomfortable for my family as we had a little child who had to be given explicit instructions to look away when mom/dad was in the shower
