Outstanding hotel. I wonder why this is listed as a two-star hotel; it definitely is three-star . It’s a five story new building with shiny floors and walls and has an elevator. Rooms are not like hotel rooms, rather they are studios. It has a separate glass door enclosed kitchen area with a counter, sink, fridge, water boiler for coffee, dishes, cups, glasses, fork, spoons, etc. There is no stove or microwave, but I think one can ask, though I didn’t explore this aspect. Housekeeping is everyday and they replenish water, coffee, and also all towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, etc. All staff have always smiles on their faces in this Land of Smiles. The beach may appear about 500 yards on the map, but there are designated places to cross the road and that makes the walking distance about double. This hotel is just 200 yards from a big mall, The Village Market Mall where there is a huge food court inside with lots of lots of eating choices and inexpensive. In addition, every evening, there is outside open air street food stalls with live music. Very lively atmosphere. At the beach, there is a Kite Surfing School and very pretty scene dotting the sky with kites. Overall, don’t look for any other place, except this. A steal.

This is my second time staying there. I really like this place because most of the time there is a nice breeze and if you keep your frint door open and the sliding glass door open at the same time you dont need to use the air-conditioning. Very quiet yet close to everything. An easy walk to the train and bus station as well. Hope to return again next year. Thank you for a restful and relaxing stay.

Great Hotel, good location.

I am here for another 4 days, and very pleased. Hotel is very good, looks completely reburbished and the room is spacious and well decorated in all forms. Great bathroom, hot water and kettle facility with coffee in kitchen area. To date I cannot fault anything, and all staff co-operative, helpful and very very pleasant People should book hotel with confidence. Why, because normally I am very frustrated with other hotels, but not this one!!

Its located in a really quite area yet very close to whatever you need. Rooms are really set up nice with everything you need. They even have a washer to laundry your clothes.

Amazing hotel for long stay

Amazing hotel, we stayed at this hotel 3 times and come back again. The room was very big, clean and comfortable! Location is very convenient( market village, 7/11, Macdonalds, kfc and a lot of shops near this area). Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi was very fast!

A near new budget hotel. A few minutes walk to the Tesco Lotus Mall (The Market Place), less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Budget yes, but very large rooms, modern and new, very comfortable. Not on the beach but for the price Baan Yokmhanee is a very pleasant place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff and manager were pleasant and very welcoming.

Budget hotel with large rooms, quiet side street, large shopping mall and restaurants a short walk away. Beach is a ten minute walk.

The location is just behind the main street with a quiet setting. Within a walking distance to the beach, local food stalls, massaging shops and a shopping mall. The staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned up daily with fresh towel, excellent!!

Great value hotel

Very welcoming and helpful staff members. Huge rooms which are very clean and well kept, you even get your own kitchen in its own room so it almost feels like an apartment. Nice safe environment and a quiet location within walking distance or a short taxi ride to local hot spots

Over the last couple of years We have stayed at several places in Hua Hin , But by far this is the best . walking distance to shops / restaurants / beach / and entertainment , The entire staff are friendly and helpful can also speak several luangage s , The rooms are large and comfortable , The top deck has 360 degree views and a relaxing shelted private area , security is 24 / 7 and double up at night " YES " I would return to the Baan Yokmhanee , Other hotels around Hua Hin throw in extra made up charges at the end of Your stay ?? With Baan Yokmhanee You know at the beginning how much , Cant find anything bad about the place

Very good hotel

Given this price, the hotel has provided a comfortable and clean room in the downtown of Hua Hin. Towels, drinking water, fridge, TV and air-con are available. Strong WiFi signals. The reception service is available until midnight only and not round-the-clock. We requested for an additional bed but was not being follow-up. The only con is, the hotel is deep inside Soi 90 which is 3 minutes walking distance from the main street, which may be quite dark at night.

Situated between Bluport market and the village Market in Hua Hin in a quiet neighbourhood. Short walk to the beach. Big rooms, comfortable beds and very accomodating and friendly staff. Extended our stay twice because we liked it so much!

Superbra hotell. Gångavstånd till det mesta. 10 minuter promenad till stranden. Supertrevlig personal som är serviceminded och gör vad de kan för att man ska trivas o ha det bra på sin semester. Kommer att vara mitt hotellval även på nästa resa.

2 Wochen Aufenthalt, das Hotel wird ausgesprochen gut geführt! Sauberkeit und Service sind klasse! Leider kein Pool oder Gym, aber das wusste ich ja vorher. Top preis Leistung. Wer ein Gutes Bett und sauber wohnen möchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich komme gerne wieder in dieses Hotel.

My second stay here and I love it even more

This was my second stay here and the hotel is still perfect. Spotlessly clean, the bed is comfortable for an european back, towels and sheets and the freshest ever. The people who run the hotel are absolutely great, friendly and kind. Definitely recommend this place and looking forward to get back!

Veldig bra hotel. Sengetøy ble skiftet hver tredje dag. Godt renhold. Hyggelig betjening. Sentralt plassert.

Vi er meget fornøy med vårt opphold på Youkhamnee. Enkelt men har alt som trenger, gode senger. Greit toalett, dusj . Ingenting å klage på renholdet. En liten kjøkkenkrok med mulighet for å lage frokost og lunch noe vi benyttet oss av. Lite "spisebord" med stoler Beliggenheten er også ganske sentral med mulighetågå eller ta 10bath-bussen til sentrum. Kort vei til stranden. Vi anbefaler det gjerne og skal tilbake neste år, da også i 8 uker. God service og hyggelige, hjelpsomt personal. Liv
