Great stay in Cozy Suite

I think Expedia showed it as a 4 star hotel. It's definitely not. Okay place, especially for the money.

Very nice, staff is great

Great place to stay have stayed a number of times and will book again when in Udon.

Awful room. The towels were about 150 years old and badly stained. No cups, no kettle, no microwave. The wifi was hopeless - constantly got bumped off and needed to log in again. The toilet didn't flush properly and the sink didn't drain properly.

This is really good value for money and in a great central location. Would absolutely recommend it.

Nice place

Great value. Modern clean comfortable room. Location is right on street with restaurants and bars which is convenient but a bit busy/loud. Short walk to large shopping mall with food court. Hotel has some parking but limited and tight. Recommend if you don’t mind being in middle of entertainment district.

This is an older property in need of upgrades . Good for a quick overnight stay but anything beyond I would recommend another hotel

Great place to stay

Very nice, quiet and well managed, friendly hotel to stay. Very relaxing and feel right at home.The rooms are clean, comfortable and large size. The hotel is close to entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Look forward to my next stay there.

Price/Quality/Staff/Location: all great!

This is my go-to hotel when I have to go to Udon Thani. This trip was the first time we got the SLIGHTLY more expensive room. I only have high regards for the lower priced rooms, but if you don't mind climbing some stairs, the more expensive room has more space and a patio where one can observe the street view. The street action is very good for getting a feel of Thailand one would never get in the 5 start huge hotels nearby. Access to Bangkok Hospital and the mall are literally 200-500 steps away.

All in all. A very nice in expensive, hotel.

Very nice small hotel. Right in the heart of the bustling bar and restaurant scene. Clean, modern but with limited parking. I would definitely stay here again. If they had a parking space.

Fantastic location, excellent bed and shower which was matched by the friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were efficiently cleaned daily to a very good standard. No negatives at all !

Friendly staff, clean, quiet, big comfortable bed in a bigger than average sized room. Walking distance to local food markets, bus station, train station, Central shopping center and many bars and restaurants.

Quality Hotel

This is a great, reasonably priced hotel with excellent staff, situated right in the heart of Udon. Our room was a good size and kept spotlessly clean. Well recommended.

Great place to stay

Great little place to stay clean rooms hot shower and friendly staff. You are very close to restaurants shopping and the nightlife. Central Plaza Mall is a short walk away around the corner with a food court and shopping.

Very Nice hotel with clean large sized room and comfortable bed.The staff are all very friendly and helpful at all times.The hotel is attractive,quiet and close to shopping,restaurants,night life and public transport.I have stayed here before and look forward to my next stay.I feel right at home @home at Udon. Good hotel, but dicey neighborhood

Very nice service, clean and well maintained property. Parking is a bit of a chore, but they were helpful with that. The room is spacious, and basic. The bathroom and shower was outstanding. The neighborhood is not comfortable for walking as the area from here to Central Plaza (fantastic) and to the night market is hard to walk at night. Very dark, broken up, and rather dirty. It has been the same for at least 10 years. Even with so many new hotels, the city does not catch up. I've stayed several places in Udon over the years, and I would not stay on this Soi again. But it is not the fault of the hotel.

Pretty close to Centara Hotel and Central Mall. Good food and drinking places, massage shops, and very good food. Also close to night markets and local attractions around Udon Thani

It's good for it's Pricing, room is Clean and they've friendly stuff. It's easy and convenient to travel around as it's walk-able distance from most of the places. And there is many food places and Bar area around here. i will say it's a good location.

This is a nice hotel and exceptional value for money. Room was comfortable, with a nice double bed. The staff are really helpful and friendly too. Can't really say anything negative about my stay here other than there being no kettle in the room for tea / coffee. Would easily stay here again. An enjoyable stay.

Great stay yet again. It's not the Ritz but great bed, good shower and staff are lovely. Location 8deal for Udon.

Great value

This hotel is a great value. You won't get anything fancy (no breakfast, pool, or even a lift), but you'll get what you need (clean room, TV, solid wifi, fridge, private bathroom). The staff are very nice, even if they don't speak very good English. The location is very central, being close to both the night market and the shopping mall, and I like Udon (pleasant, cheap). A nice bonus is that there are some reasonably-priced coin-operated laundry machines just outside.

Polite and friendly staff who can readily make recommendations for laundry and massage. The location is close to mall, with evening bars to hang out in.

Great Central Hotel

Good basic hotel and ideal for short trips however always open to give you long term stay prices. Close to everything in Udon with plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, good location, good value

Good comfortable and clean hotel in good location. Modern room, very new aircon and TV. Hot water unit for shower which works correctly (very unusual in Thailand). Short walk to Central Plaza and bus station. Longer walk to train station. Tuk tuks are available for any trip considered too far to walk.

Enjoy the stay... 5-10 min walk to central plaza.

Nice friendly hotel close to nightlife and markets

Been here several times and always pleased with the facilities, cleanliness and super friendly staff Only drawback is a lack of elevator which is difficult if you are situated on the 4th floor! Love the attitude of the staff and manageress and will certainly be back

Great city hotel close to everything

First stay here as normally stay down the road at the Pannarai which was full. 5 nights here in one of the suites was excellent at a very reasonable price. Ok it's not the Pannarai but certainly above average for the area. Highly recommended

Central Location

The hotel is located in a good position, close to many bars, restaurants and Central Festival Shopping Centre. The room was above average in size for the price and was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Great Location

I stayed in the Family Suite for five nights. The Good: 1. Wi-Fi was excellent 2. Good air-con 3. Very good shower with good water pressure. 4. Room was only one year old and therefore modern and clean. Fit and finish were very good. 5. Staff were very friendly and nice 6. Room was very private with separate entrance. The Not So Good: 1. Too many steps to climb to access the room 2. TV reception was poor. I think the TV in the living room was defective because it could only show analog channels even though a scan of channels showed that 75-80 digital channels should have also been available. TV reception in bedroom was good with digital channels available through the cable system and they also had a True Vision box connected to the TV. The True Vision box worked but they only had the Basic package. A room of this price category should have at least the Gold package and probably the Platinum package. The Basic package's channels were no better than the channels available on the cable feed. 3. Both TVs were mounted on the wall and looked nice, but they were 32in models and were too small for both of the rooms. Both TVs should be replaced with 50in models 4. Kitchen was open air. The air-con unit for the living room was also out in the kitchen area and the room was dreadfully hot at all times 5. You could hear the taxi drivers talking loudly a lot. They sat out in front of the hotel at all hours. 6. Bedroom faced the street and was noisy at night

Convenient

Without a doubt the best value for money hotel in Udon Thani. Cheap restaurants right outside. Close to everything. The only downside is there's no lift. Book a room on the ground or 1st floor.

Centre of town everything on doorstep. Modern 1 bed condo in hotel. Watch out for the stairs to this room

A Little Gem

The only problem I would care to mention is that the towels could stand to be newer. The room was clean. The shower area was nicer than many hotels in Thailand. The balcony was definitely a big plus for me. The furniture is looking a little weary, but for me it wasn't a problem. The front desk staff were very nice. A little gem really.

Very nice hotel in a great location, great value

I love this place. It is clean, friendly and in a great location in a street full of restos, cafes, massage shops and bars. It's just 5 minutes walk to Central Plaza Mall, where I often went for a meal at Fuji on the 4th floor. I had a room on the ground floor, so I could easily pop out to the lobby to pour myself a coffee. My room was quite large, as was the flat screen TV, and there was a slider out to a little kitchenette on a partially enclosed balcony. Lighting was good with switches by the bed. Room clean and fresh towels daily, bottled water provided daily in the fridge, all for a great price of $20.

Great Budget choice

I love this place, convenient to everything, lots of choices for bars, cafe's and restos. The room is great, comfy bed, good lighting and convenient switches, desk, kitchenette with big slider to outside, insect screens on door and window, and all for only $20

部屋が広めで水回りも含めて全てが清潔感がある 部屋の椅子が古いのがちょっと難点かも… また、ベランダがついており、そこに洗濯物をかけたら30分程度で乾くだろう。 ホテルの入口には洗濯機があり20Bthで利用できるようだ。 部屋はきちんと殺虫剤の匂いがあり清潔感がある。 ベッドを確認したがトコジラミも無し。 バスターミナルまで2分程度の距離なのはまさに無敵。 周りはバービアが並ぶが、白人の枯れたおじいちゃんたちしかいないw

ウドンの飲み屋街に位置するホテルと思えば良い。 夜飲み歩くには便利であった。 部屋はキーを抜くと電源が落ちるタイプで、そのためクソ暑い時期に訪問した私はエアコンがなかなか効かずに困った。気温が40度オーバーの日だったので本当に大変だった。

綺麗で清潔なホテル

とても綺麗で清潔に保たれたホテル。ショッピングモールにも近くて立地も便利だけど、エレベーターがないのだけが残念。スーツケースが重いと、持って上がるの大変です。

Absolut fantastiskt hotell för kostnaden, trevlig personal, rent och städat, perfekt utgångsläge till allt i centrum.

The check in was good, even when their English was not so good. The room was huge and clean. Airco worked perfectly. So overall a good stay here.

Gibt besseres

Keine funktionierende Aircon, mehrmaliges raklamieren. Als Ersatz wurde einfach ein Ventilator gebracht. Beim angebotenen Ersatzzimmer musste die Aircon ebenfalls erst gründlich gereinigt werden, funktionierte danach aber immerhin.

Empfehlenswert.
