The lady who runs the motel was outstanding gave great service.

This is my go to accommodation in Palmerston North. Good facilities. Enjoy the fact you can cater yourself if staying for a few days.

Really private room. Love the riom layout. Drsk for working, great kitchenette and even a small sofa. Best room I have stayed in for a long time.

Staff were very helpful with any extras that we needed, parking was easy and location to supermarkets, cafes and lots of other shops was great.

Bit noisey but good location Was challenged about not paying about 10 minutes after arrival and had to prove that i had a receipt from WOTIF and show my credit card statement to show i had paid. Bit disappointing

Great stay at Aspree, perfect location, close to town, but also walking distance to supermarket, takeaways etc. Lovely clean unit, powerful hot shower, & kitchen facilities such as microwave, fridge & kettle. More than happy to stay again.

Comfortable and quiet

Great place to stay as always, very convenient and easy walk to groceries, dining etc. Loads of parking on street and off street for larger vehicles. Shower wouldnt close tho but didnt affect our stay. Recommend it

Good location, near city centre and eatery.

This was a return visit for me and the property did not disappoint. Very clean, and reception staff friendly and went above and beyond to help me.

Only stayed the one night. No hairdryer, no instruction on how to use the TV to get any paid channels, no plug in the bathroom sink, and noisy guests on the below floor. Not the best place I've ever stayed in.

Easy to find and close to supermarkets and town. Good cooking facilities

A clean and comfortable room but I was disappointed to find I was given an accessible unit without being advised. Everything was wheelchair height which didn’t make it user friendly for a non wheelchair person with a bad back. This was not the unit I had booked months prior and felt I should have been forewarned. It did influence my rating and experience of my overnight stay.

Lovely place to stay, perfect for what we needed for a weekend away for sport. Very nice and accommodating staff

Nothing to dislike about this Motel; clean and well located with spaceous rooms.

Booked for 3 people but only received 2 towels/shampoos etc. No guide book in room with hotel info.

Convenient location to shops and quiet although a busy road is nearby. Spacious room with adequate cooking facilities. Aircon worked really well as it was a hot night. Comfortable beds ensured we had a good sleep. Highly recommend!

A last minute booking for a night in Palmerston North. I called up and the staff on the phone were friendly and very helpful in accommodating our late check in. The room was pretty basic but clean and very much in line with the cost. Overall I cant fault our stay

Compact room, clean and functional, no shower door and easy to splash water over the corridor area.

The rooms where very good. The outside does not do the rooms justice.

Rooms were quite cold with significant amount of Condensation. There was a large amount of Police visiting on the Friday and saturday conducting some sort of investigation which was off-putting.

Had everything I needed for my work trip. Good Wifi, desk to work at, clean, tidy, kitchenette well equipped, amazing shower! Easy walk to 2 supermarkets and a few food places.

No issue with our stay, we were there for a few days, and nothing was an issue. Staff were very accommodating when getting fresh linen etc. Good for the price. Would stay again.

what we didn't like was other people in the motel drinking all night then having a screaming match at 3am in the morning and when ask to stop, people where then threatened. This is what happens at the emergency housing motels in Rotorua!!!!

Shower drainage clogged. Bathroom too cold, no heating element, no curtain or blind to keep draft out from window. Milk need to ask as not supplied. Room area quite small.

One of the best places to stay in Palmerston North. First class facilities, fixtures and fittings. Highly recommended. Close to dominoes pizza, or for the healthier option, subway, as well as the not so healthy option, takeaways and if you prefer to cook in that have all that you need to make this happen especially being in walking distance to the supermarket, Countdown. The staff there are very helpful and accommodating. We ended up staying an extra night. This is where we will be staying for all our trips in Palmy.

Receptionist manager is AMAZING! Friendly. Welcoming and Helpful, polite takes cares of all ur needs. Is always is excellent clean condition, great parking options available, close to supermarket and restaurants. Would highly recommend to all. My fav place to stay!!

Always clean and professional service

The location was within walking distance of the shops and cbd area. The room was clean and we found the front office staff very helpful.

Staff was amazing during our stay. When we arrived at our room we found there was an issue with the window and it didn't close and the lady immediately volunteered to come and fix it and next thing we knew she was there and managed to resolve for us! They made things very easy and I would highly recommend to anyone!!

It met my needs fine, good location for me

I like a motel which I can park right in front of. This was one of those. Everything was simple, clean and comfortable and the proprietor was polite and efficient.

Easy check in. Convenient to back car up to room door to unload. Located about 1/4 mile from town square.

Stayed one night with the family so very short stay only. However easy and quick check-in and check-out. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were fairly comfortable. No major issues.

The room we stayed in was modern and clean so was value for money. The photo of the premises was deceiving as the front of the building is single level rooms not the tower. Although on a main street the rooms were very quiet as set back from the road. The air conditioning however was intimitantly noisy and the bed would have been more comfortable without the electric blanket on it. All in all we had a nice stay and the staff were lovely

I've stayed here quite a few times now and enjoy it every time. It's a convenient location and easy to find. The rooms are nice and clean - I prefer the front rooms with the gorgeous walk in shower, but the room I stayed in this time (with the older bathroom) was lovely, clean and spacious. We had a hiccup with one of our rooms but when we let them know at the office it was sorted quickly with the offer of another, even better, room. My only complaint would be that we had a couple of inconsiderate neighbours at the back rooms but that wasn't the fault of Aspree. I'll be back again!

I left clothing behind in the wardrobe only realized when went to do my washing I was miss the stuff left in the wardrobe. This was three day later contacted the motel manager accused me of losing them somewhere else.
