Great location. View was awesome. Friendly staff

Good staff. Issues with noisy patio doors; so much so that neighbors complained.

The bedrooms were very bright at night, you could almost read a book. Better blockout blinds/curtains are needed if you like a dark bedroom. The split system air conditioning units in our apartment were very noisy and could do with replacing. Great location, great communication, clean, but the bright bedrooms would stop us staying again unfortunately.

Excellent large size 2BR, 2 bath apartment, clean and modern. Staff available 24hrs. Facilities and inclusions in unit were terrific. Great A/C. Walkable to CBD. Some very handy food options nearby.

Worth a Repeat Visit

The Argus offers high quality, spacious accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large balconies. Nice shaded pool and well-equipped fitness room. Great location in Darwin, but street parking at times can be difficult to find. Very reasonable rates. Very good accommodation for extended stays.

The property was in a good location. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool was undercover which was fantastic as you could use the pool in the heat of the day and not get burnt. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was bigger than the photos showed. Would happily stay here again. Only downside was parking wasn't included in the price and the carpark was very tight.

very enjoyable, didnt realise about difference in units, got executive should have gone premium my view was trees on the 2nd floor ?? oh well next time....

I would have enjoyed a higher floor with a better view since i was staying for a week and away from the front entrance as it can get quite noisy from Saturday night party goers, The parking is quite small underground and can be a nuisance, so park carefully. Overall it was a good experience, Staff seemed friendly

An outstanding short-term rental apartment. We’ll equipped, clean, spacious, comfortable and 24 hour front desk like a hotel! We could easily live here.

Great location easy walk to most parts of Darwin. Room has plenty of space and cooking options. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was refreshing. All good no problems.

Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable long-stay apartment with kitchen and laundry which was perfect for our first 10 days in the NT. Walking distance to parks and restaurants and convenient for tour pick-ups and drop-offs.

We stayed in a huge 1 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a kitchen with all utensils and a laundry with dryer. The apartments are very close to restaurants and shopping with Woolworths a 10 minute walk away. Very comfortable and convenient.

We had an apartment on the first floor, very noisy kept waking us up, and the lights outside where very bright

Fantastic amount of room

The apartment was in a great locataion and within easy walking distance of eating places and the various tourist sites of central Darwin.. The facilities, layout and size of the apartment were very good.

The two bedroom apartment was huge so much space with full size kitchen loads of bench space including laundry with dryer and balcony with dining table and a view of the port. You could comfortably stay here for a long time. Underground parking was very good to have access to. We enjoyed our stay and happily recommend.

Our apartment was spacious and sparkling clean.

This is my second stay at Argus. The stay was pleasant. Although there were some amenities described in the book that weren’t provided. Other amenities expected of a penthouse stay for 7 people weren’t enough either. We had 4 ppl sharing one bathroom but only one bottle of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There should have been additional provided without having to ask considering the amount of people staying so more attention to detail would be an improvement. Other than that, we would stay again.

Best stay of our trip apartment was modern clean great views. Would like to have stayed longer. My wife said she could live in a accommodation like this.

The receptionist was so helpful when we checked in. She called us early to tell us our room was ready and we were also given late check with no problem at all.

Perfect location

Perfect location only 5 minutes walk up town and 10minutes walk to the Darwin waterfront. Will definitely be staying here again.

24/7 reception!

Biggest apartment I have ever stayed in. The pool could have been a little warmer although with the heat it certainly bought my body temp down. Lots of scooters outside if you are young enough to ride them, we walked lol. Not much in the way of shopping or takeaway food. Found the area overall quite relaxing and laid back, there are some nice areas to visit once you get your bearings

Clean and comfortable appartment. The staff were particularly helpful, friendly but professional. As a lone female traveller, I felt safe, and enjoyed walking around the area, to the waterfront and cbd areas. I would return to the appartments again, and would recommend them as a place to stay in Darwin.

Parking is expensive. Loved the views, peace and quiet. Easy walking to Waterfront and wharf.

Massive Apartment - Great Location

We stayed for a week in a one bedroom apartment (it’s actually a 3 bed but they lock the other 2 rooms) but we still had access to the 3 bathrooms! There was also a laundry, full kitchen, lounge room and 2 balconies. The location is great for quick access to CBD and a short walk to some of the main attractions such as Crocosaurus Cove (very expensive). They offer room cleaning every 2 days which was fine for us. They also have a great shaded pool, barbecue area and even an additional lounge, kitchen and shower area off the lobby for guests to use if they have to check out but aren’t ready to leave. The hotel has 24hr reception which is a great comfort and the staff are all so helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Kaveesh for sharing his funny stories. Overall it was a great stay and we’d highly recommend.

Would Stay Again

Spacious apartment allowing family to spread out and enjoy own space, whether that be inside or outside on the large balcony. Staff were friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Short walk to shops and city located tourists attractions. Would definitely consider staying here next time we visited Darwin.

Amazing apartment in a centralised location. Highly recommended if youre looking for somewhere

The staff were extremely friendly and great, especially Cavish. Our room was so clean and comfortable. Very large apartments. The pool was a bit boring but clean and great to cool off. The gym was very clean and had all the equipiment you needed while on holidays. Great place to stay.

Downside we could hear the people on the next floor above stomping around, chairs sliding all night. So it was not peaceful one night stay. Overall cleanliness was pleasing, a few questionable stains on curtains to be picky.

Central stay close to waterfront

Was comfortable and spacious,in a great location,only draw back was it was too noisy,so pack your earplugs if you want to sleep past 7.

Apartment size is very generous, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again Paid parking available on site, car parking is very tight

Friendly staff, willing to help and the apartment was absolutely amazing. Will be my choice to stay when coming to Darwin

The property was in a good location however I found the Housekeeping was very poor. It does state that you receive light housekeeping every 2nd day however some days it didn't look like it had been done at all apart from replacing the towels. We didn't get our sheets changed even though we were there for 9 nights in total.

Likely the best apartment I’ve stayed in. And I’m a reasonably experienced traveler. Only weak point was the pool area was a bit basic, but still ok. Everything was first class. Very large nice modern apartment.

We'd stay again

We booked a 1 br apt but ended up in a 3 br with 2 locked rooms. Ample space with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets! Main br was comfortable, large bathroom with a good shower. Kitchen large and well appointed, good living space and lounge too.

None better

I have travelled a lot domestically and internationally but nowhere have I stayed that was better than Argus Apartments. I had to stay in Darwin alone for 2 weeks after an operation recouperating and was not able to leave my apartment. The Apartments have a pantry service whereby for a fee they will shop for you. This service proved a God send as I would have had no way to feed myself otherwise The staff bent over backwards to help me The housekeeping staff were wonderful and helpful with extra towels or whatever I needed to get me through. The rooms are fully serviced every other day. The apartment was spotless on my arrival, an initial problem with the TV was fixed immediately. The reception staff were excellent. Overall I was extremely impressed and will go back for sure. The location also excellent being a few minutes walk to the centre of the city.

The motel was nice BUT there was a party above us on next level loudest music ever chairs been dragged till early hours of the morning Glass bottles been thrown over balcony to ground smashing Two towels available in room only one bath mat laundry stuck like something rotten Also a $350 deposit when checking in what a joke plus still hasn't been returned to bank So not happy will never stay there again for business or recommend this too any business associates Will certainly choose elsewhere

Property said they have net flicks but don’t, was not told that I could not use pool and gym. Better communication would be much appreciated. Also apartment was very dark.

Great location - great price - lovely facility

While not a full service hotel, it is an excellent choice. It consists of very large apartments with washer-dryers, full kitchen with island, dining table, living room, multiple bathrooms, etc. Very clean and comfortable. Good beds. Friendly staff - we were invited to use the pool and lounge after check out while waiting for time to go to airport, and able to use storage room for luggage. Did not use fitness room, but looked adequate. We loved the ability for our group to spread out and relax, make our own breakfast, etc. For the rate paid it was excellent. Great location - tons of restaurants, groceries, shops, and some attractions an easy walk away.

Great location - stayed for 2 weeks in 3 bedroom apartment with all the mod cons. Thorough service during our stay, excellent friendly staff. Pool was enjoyed by all - including the BBQ with supplied utensils!! Would definitely return and recommend!

Huge apartment with excellent location near the waterfront and downtown. Well equipped, underground parking, great staff, and a nice lap pool - there’s nothing else we could have asked for.

Amazing stay very happy with the accomodation, good value for money

A lot bigger than I expected, close to supermarket, cafes, etc. Only there 2 nights but would book again.

Stayed here for a conference and the closer hotels were booked out - pretty easy walk to the conference centre main attraction, took about 10min. Location also very close to main mall + tours pick up from there, which is handy. The apartment was super-spacious and overall in good condition - my main gripe was main toilet had a super-disgusting looking toilet seat (not dirty but stains in the plastic) - but as there were 2 other toilets in the appartment this was not as big an issue as it would otherwise have been. The air-conditioning also broke down while I was there but was fixed the same afternoon - overall the reception staff were very helpful and efficient. Big balcony - mostly too hot to sit outside though (+not much view), still nice to have though. Kitchen amazing, very happy. Look of appartment otherwise good. Pool - not enticing to me as an adult (small and shallow), but for someone travelling with kids it would be pleasant I think. BBq are as well next to it. Overall happy.
